Unless we succeed this coming November and replace many entrenched criminals in Congress it’ll be business as usual in Washington D.C., perhaps not as horrible like Pinocchio’s admin. President Barack Obama boldly proclaims, “The buck stops here!” But, whenever his policies are criticized, he acts as if the buck stopped with George W. Bush. The party line that we are likely to be hearing from now until the November (2010) elections is that Obama “inherited” the big federal budget deficit and that he has to “clean up the mess” left in the economy by the Republicans. This may convince those who want to be convinced, but it will not stand up under scrutiny.
No President of the United States can create either a budget deficit or a budget surplus. All spending bills originate in the House of Representatives and all taxes are voted into law by Congress. Democrats controlled both Houses of Congress before Barack Obama became president. The deficit he inherited was created by the Congressional Democrats, including Senator Obama, who did absolutely nothing to oppose the runaway spending. He was one of the biggest of the big spenders.
The last time the federal government had a budget surplus: Bill Clinton was president, so it was called “the Clinton surplus.” But Republicans controlled the House of Representatives, where all spending bills originate, for the first time in 40 years. It was also the first budget surplus in more than a quarter of a century.
Whenever you read what the communist media has to say about the “great years” of the pervert Clinton years, always remember it was because of Republicans. Today, Democrats control the Senate and haven’t approved a federal budget the last three years even though it’s a federal law – so much for constitutional government.
The only direct power that any president has that can affect deficits and surpluses is the power to veto spending bills. President Bush did not veto enough spending bills but Senator Obama and his fellow Democrats in control of Congress were the ones who passed the spending bills. . . and it continues today . . .
Today, with Barack Obama in the White House, allied with Harry Reid and Nancy “Olive Oyl” Pelosi in charge in Congress, the national debt is a bigger share of the national output than it has been in more than half a century. And its share is projected to continue going up for years to come, becoming larger than national output in 2012. Having created this scary situation, President Obama now says, “Don’t give into fear. Let’s reach for hope.” The voters reached for hope when they elected Obama. The fear comes from what he has done since taking office.
“The worst thing we can do is to go back to the very same policies that created this mess in the first place,” he said recently. (This line he uses currently) “In November, you’re going to have that choice.” Another political fable is that the current economic downturn is due to not enough government regulation of the housing and financial markets. But it was precisely the government regulators, under pressure from politicians, who forced banks and other lending institutions to lower their standards (like affirmative action?) for making mortgage loans.
These risky loans, and the defaults that followed, were what set off a chain reaction of massive financial losses that brought down the whole economy. Was this due to George W. Bush and the Republicans? Only partly. Most of those who pushed the lowering of mortgage lending standards were Democrats, notably Congressman Barney Frank and Senator Chris Dodd, though too many Republicans went along.
I believe these criminal Democrats, who belong in jail, created this mess to win the vote of the ignorant. The Repussycans who participated, I believe, didn’t know the bigger picture. As a result, trillions of dollars were lost . . . . And now besides fortunes lost in the private sector we now have trillions in new spending with no end in sight. Thanks, you asshole, spineless, cowardly and hypocrite Repussycans.
At the heart of these policies were Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, who bought huge amounts of risky mortgages, passing the risk on from the banks that lent the money (and made the profits) to the taxpayers who were not even aware that they would end of paying at the end. (So much for representation)
When President Bush said in 2004 that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac should be reined in, 76 members of the House of Representatives issued a statement to the contrary. These included Barney Frank, Nancy Pelosi, Maxine Waters and Charles Rangel. If we are going to talk about “the policies that created this mess in the first place,” let’s at least get the facts straight and the names right. And these criminals are re-elected over and over again.
The current policies of the Obama administration are the continuation of the same reckless policies that brought on the current economic problems, all in the name of “change.” Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are still sacred cows in Washington, even though they have already required the biggest bailouts of all. Why? Because they allow politicians to direct vast sums of money where it will do politicians the most good, either personally or in terms of buying votes in the next election. (End of article)

OBAMA SUPPORTER IN CHARGE OF ELECTRONIC VOTE COUNTING?
With the recent revelations of the miscounting of votes from Maine to Nevada, only a brain-dead liberal could miss them obvious fact that the fix is in when it comes to the Republican primaries.
However, because most of the controlled news media will not make these facts readily available, it is unlikely that many Americans – outside of AFP’s readership and the Internet (censorship is coming, folks) – ever heard of these cases.
Today, there is an equally troubling story that has election fraud watchdog groups concerned about a foreign company taking over the tabulation of votes in precincts across the United States.
Alternative news reports in recent weeks say that Tampa-based SOE, another questionable electronic-vote-counting company that replaced the defective Diebold as designated vote counter, has been sold to SCYTL in Spain, a company owned by longtime Barack Obama supporter Pere Valles and funded by George Soros.
SOE had provided polling service in more than 525 jurisdictions that will now be managed by SCYTL and serves, 1,100 jurisdictions in 30 states.
George Soros, a multi-billionaire funds dozens of communist groups in our country. He has bankrolled at least 11 Secretary of State Representatives who as secretaries have the last count in state elections. Communism has worked very hard getting their own in the White House and they will try ANYTHING to keep their power.
The fear is that if SCYTL is used for November’s election vote count, it will be tantamount to Democratic Party operatives doing the counting. We at AFP have been investigating this story for weeks to uncover whether the plan really is to outsource our national vote count to a foreign company and exactly how this could be done in light of the fact that each state controls how its polling is managed. The history of deception and deceit within Washington politics and especially the Obama administration has taught us that nothing will be too outrageous to try, but whether or not this overseas vote count is really being planned behind America’s back, Americans must comer to the realization that this constant, behind-the-scenes vote fraud is no rumor.
The fact that nearly all of the 535 Republicans and Democrats seated in Congress actually are in the new world order protection party was made obvious in the past decade.
The Democrats refused to launch an investigation into the Bush-Cheney “inside job” of 9-11 and, conversely, the Republicans turned their backs on the blatant evidence of fraud in the construction of Obama’s latest birth certificate. Meanwhile, the cooperative news media belittled both of the truth-seeking groups by snidely labeling them “truthers” and “birthers.”
In the beginning when Pinocchio’s birth certificate became an issue I didn’t join the chorus of those who were in doubt. But after a few years of countless lies of which Pinocchio repeats practically every day I’m beginning to have some doubts, too.
President Pinocchio is the most lying politician ever to be elected. Every day is the same rhetoric: Attack the rich. Do you ever see him hang around with poor people? How many $10 an hour workers were invited to George Clooney’s multi-million fund raiser? Pinocchio is now worth $10,000,000.
In order to authenticate a document, it has to be done with the original and not a copy of it. The date of the ink on the original could be the genuine proof. But the issue is being buried. Although, some still seek the truth.
Why have the media heads endorsed rather than investigated the black-box computer election tampering that became so obvious in the recent state primaries that a junior Crime Stoppers eight-grader could have spotted it?
American advocacy group Project Vote, in a classic understatement, said SCYTL’s voting system is “vulnerable to attack both from the inside and outside and could result in . . . an election that does not accurately reflect the will of the voters.
The SCYTL voting system will have no ballots, physical evidence or chain of custody. More importantly, it will be managed outside the U.S. leaving no way for the public to authenticate who actually casts votes. (A different view follows)

SEPARATING VOTER FRAUD FACTS FROM FICTION.
With six months until Election Day, conspiracy theories are percolating on the Internet like bubbling mud pots at Yellowstone: Left-wing billionaire George Soros is going to rig the election for Barack Obama. Foreigners will oversee the nation’s entire vote-counting system. The fix is in, and all is lost.
Before conservatives go all Michael Moonbatty, let’s calm down and separate voter fraud facts from fiction. There’s no time to waste worrying about manufactured scares. And there are plenty of legitimate threats to electoral integrity without having to inflate or concoct them.
FACT: SCYTL is a Spain-based business that specializes in “electoral security technology” and electronic voting applications. Its cryptographic research initially was funded by the Spanish government’s Ministry of Science and Technology and later was spun off as a private-sector e-voting venture.
FACT: In January 2012, SCYTL acquired U.S.-based SOE Software. SOE writes “election management” programs that assist officials with everything from “Internet voting to election night reporting and online poll worker training.”
FICTION: According to alarmists, (who me?) SCYTL’s acquisition of SOE amounts to a complete takeover of America’s election system. No, not really. While SOE boasts of a presence “with 900 jurisdictions as customers in 26 states,” there is no single contract that the federal government has entered into, or could, with SCYTL to count the 2012 presidential election votes. Much of the work SCYTL/SOE analysts do is number-crunching and graphics software work after local and state officials have done the vote-counting.
SCYTL does have a contract with the feds to use its technology to help overseas and military voters participate in elections. In 2009, the Military and Overseas Voter Empowerment Act mandated the U.S. jurisdictions allow uniformed and overseas citizens to receive and track their ballots electronically. SCYTL’s online ballot program was used in 14 states during the 2010 midterms.
FACT: The security risks of e-voting are still a legitimate concern. USC at Berkeley computer science professor David Wagner wrote a critical report for the Pentagon about the privacy and accuracy shortcomings of SCYTL’s military voting program in 2004 – which prompted the feds to cancel the initial program, according to PBS.
In October 2010, the D.C. Board of Elections and Ethics (In D.C.?) encouraged outside parties to try and find securities holes in in their online balloting infrastructure operated by SCYTL. A group of University of Michigan students successfully hacked into the system, commandeered passwords, doctored ballots and programmed audio of the school’s fight song to play whenever an e-ballot was submitted. Hackers from Iran and China also came close to breaking in. “After the hack,” according to AOLNews.com, “(D.C.) administrators decided to re-launch under a down-load only format, allowing users to access ballots but forcing them to fax or mail them rather than cast a vote on-line.” The D.C. official who oversaw the system, Paul Stenbjorn, now works for SCYTL.
FICTION: Chain e-mails about SCYTL claim that George Soros owns, operates or controls SCYTL. In reality, the company’s investors are Nauta Capital, Balderton Capital and Spinnaker SCR. Soros doesn’t “own” any of these international venture capital firms – and as far as my research shows, he has no involvement whatsoever with any of the. Moreover, SCYTL’s board of directors doesn’t include anyone with Soros financial or management ties. Pressed for evidence, one Internet conspiracy nut (You mean me?) cited an “invitation only event” in Moldova that listed both the “Soros Foundation Moldova” and SCYTL as attendees.
Soros has enough explicit ties to President Obama’s administration and campaign without having to embellish them. Just last week, The NY Times reported that he will donate $1 million each to a Democratic-super-PAC and a leading progressive get-out-the-vote (GOTV) operation. Soros previously funded Project Vote, the notorious voter-mobilization arm of fraud-perpetrating ACORN for whom Obama canvassed in Illinois. And that brings us to the less exotic, but far more routine, kind of election insecurity that plaques the country. (Funding of ACORN with tax dollars continues contrary to what Congress agreed upon. Criminals run government.)
Hardware and software will never be completely fail-safe, no matter where it originates. But it’s the people, personnel and voter registration and verification rules in place right here at home that matters most.
FACT: Over the past five months, investigative journalist James O’Keefe and his Project Veritas team have exposed systemic lapses at precincts in New Hampshire, Minnesota, Vermont and Washington, D.C. The ballots of famous public figures have been forked over to complete strangers; disenfranchisement of legitimate voters is routine.
While Minnesota and New Hampshire legislators have passed new voter integrity/identification laws, O’Keefe now has been targeted for investigation and possible persecution for blowing the whistle. And now Attorney General Holder is striking his usual see no-evil, shoot-the-messenger, play-the-race-card pose. The solution isn’t to sit back and bemoan a fantastical global conspiracy. The solution is to get off the couch, support election integrity activists like O’Keefe, and turn out in force on Election Day to eject Obama’s voter fraud coddlers. BLACK MURDERS 8 WHITES; MEDIA BLAMES VICTIMS:
It seems unbelievable, but it is in fact what happened in America recently. And almost no one noticed. After 50 years of being inundated with stories of white racism, and being taught in college (communist faculties) that in this white-dominated society, only a white can be a racist, the American public has been properly brainwashed into accepting the otherwise incredible: A black man murdered eight white people at his place of work because they were white, and the media story is about the murderer’s alleged experiences of racism.
Here’s the Associated Press Report from Aug. 7, four days after the murders. It was reprinted in The Washington Post and throughout America: (Most newspapers in our country get their news from the Associated Press which is controlled by the Communists)
“To those close to him, Omar Thornton was caring, quiet and soft-spoken . . . But underneath, Thornton seethed with a sense of racial injustice for years that culminated in a shooting rampage Tuesday in which the Connecticut man killed eight and wounded two others at his job at Hartford Distributors in Manchester before killing himself. (He even shot himself because he was black – he was a racist.)
“I know what pushed him over the edge was all the racial stuff that was happening at work,’ said his girlfriend, Kristi Hannah. “He always felt he was being discriminated (against) because he was black,’ said Jessica Brocuglio, his former girlfriend. ‘Basically they wouldn’t give him pay raises. He never felt like they accepted him as a hard working person.’
“Thornton changed jobs a few times because he was not getting raises, Brocuglio said.” The New York Times Aug. 3, headline read:
“Troubles Preceded Connecticut Workplace Killing,” and in the second paragraph, the Times reported:
“He might also have had cause to be angry: he had complained to his girlfriend of being racially harassed at work, the woman’s mother said, and lamented that his grievances had gone unaddressed.”
On Aug. 7, 2010, The Washington Post headline read, “Beer warehouse shooter long complained of racism.” Of course, Thornton was fired for stealing beer, and there was video proof of him doing so. But this fact, the one indisputable and most pertinent pre-murder fact, got lost within the larger context of Thornton’s claims of being a victim of whites.
The same thing is happening with the black man shot by Zimmerman in Florida. He also had a troubling past but is kept from the public. There is a report (not by the main-stream press) by a doctor that Zimmerman suffered two black-eyes, a broken nose and lacerations on the back of his head. We have an administration who is adding fuel to the fire by keeping quiet when the likes of a Sharpton and Jackson, NAACP and many others are fomenting racial strife.
Nothing is new about the Thornton racist murders except that the society in which it occurred concentrated on the racist’s excuses rather than on his murders. Just as leading liberals would not ascribe Islamist motives, until there was no possibility of denying them, to recent Muslim attacks on Americans, the liberal media, i.e., almost all news media in America, (remember, they get their lead stories from the AP) does not brand these Connecticut murders for what they are: racist. That is why Thornton told the 9-1-1 operator,” “I wish I could have gotten more of the people (i.e., whites).”
We are repeatedly told by the liberal whites and blacks that America needs an honest dialogue on race. Needless to say, they don’t mean it because the moment a white or black says anything critical of black behavior, he is labeled racist or Uncle Tom. So most non-liberal whites and blacks just keep quiet. (Political Correctness – an invention of communism to silence people.)
One result is this morally up-side-down reporting of the murders in Connecticut. Another example is the liberal narrative on blacks in prison, “there are more black men in prison than in college.” Every decent American regards this fact as a major tragedy. But most Americans believe that the fault lies primarily with the black criminals, not with a racist society.
I blame this on the welfare system by how it affected families without fathers. Women on welfare for many years were rewarded for having more babies. In the meantime, children, especially boys were without fathers. (Who needed them?) And now, because of same-sex marriage the destruction of the American family is almost complete. It is the Democratic Party who is responsible for this. It exploded under LBJ with moderate Republicans. The asshole Republicans didn’t understand the hidden agenda of LBJ – to secure the vote for Democrats. Pinocchio is doing the same thing. Every anti-American label is being attached to him: The first Latino president, the first gay president, the first woman president . . .etc. How about the first Multiculturalism president?
Most Americans believe that blacks, who mug, rape, rob or murder commit crimes for the same reason whites do, they lack a sufficiently strong moral conscience. But the dominant liberal narrative is that while white criminals are criminals, black criminal are largely victims. Another example was the liberal narrative of the 1992 “Rodney King” riots in Los Angeles. It was perfectly expressed by the major newspaper of that city, the Los Angeles Times – (another voice of the communist)
During the riots, in which innocent Koreans, whites and others were beaten, and businesses burned to the ground, the daily special section on the riots in the Los Angeles Times was titled “Understanding the Rage.” When blacks riot, whites are the reason. When a black murders eight whites in Connecticut, whites are the reason
At the time of the Rodney King riot it was reported by some that a few seconds of the video in the beginning was not shown. Those seconds withheld by the communists in the media purported to show King beating up on the officers. King is a huge man and was allegedly under the influence. It took excessive force to control.
Another tidbit: An American-Korean citizen is shown in TV news on top of his business store with an A-47. Buildings around his were on fire but not his building. This, the masses understand. Arm yourselves; we may be in for class and race warfare.
One terrible consequence of this liberal attitude toward black violent crime is that too many blacks come to believe that less is expected of the morally than from whites. And the truth is that most Americans on the left do expect less from blacks. But saying any of this gets us nowhere because it is simply labeled racism. If you don’t believe me, check leftist reactions to this column on the Internet. Most liberal leaders want an honest dialogue about race as much as they want to honestly describe the murders in Connecticut. (End of article)

TSA GOONS STOOPING TO NEW LOWS: (Four-year-old girl detained as terror threat; drug runners allowed to pass.)
American travelers have been repeatedly subjected to humiliation by TSA agents. But one recent case went too far, sparking an outcry across the country that federal security officials were out of control. This was the case of four-year-old Isabella Brademeyer, who was recently left traumatized. TSA agents deemed her a “high security threat” after she hugged her grandmother at an airport in Wichita, Kansas. The girl’s outraged mother gave an account of the ordeal on her Facebook page, writing: “It was implied, several times, that my mother, in their brief two-second embrace, had passed a handgun to my daughter.”
Just prior to the confrontation, Mrs. Brademeyer and her two daughters had passed through security without incident. However, the grandmother was flagged for additional screening after triggering an alarm on scanners. That’s when, according to Mrs. Brademeyer, Isabella “excitedly ran over to give her a hug, as children often do. They made very brief contact, no longer than a few seconds.”
Security guards seized the girl and told her mother she would have to be frisked. Rather than have her body probed by strangers, Isabella tried to run. Of course, she didn’t get far, and was dragged off by the agents into a small room where, according to Mrs. Brademeyer, “The TSA agent loomed over my daughter, with an angry grimace on her face, and ordered her to stop crying. When my scared child could not do so, two agents called for backup saying, “The suspect is not cooperating.” The suspect, of course, is a frightened child. They treated my daughter no better than if she had been a terrorist.” The TSA has since responded regarding the incident but denies any wrongdoing.
When the federal government ordered the murdering of almost 100 citizens in Waco, Texas and the public remained silent, that is when I understood our people would accept any atrocity by government. When a police badge is given to wear many become insane with authority. Every time I see Janet Napolitano’s face I see an image of a woman Nazi security guard in Hitler’s Germany. She has the face of tyranny.
“TSA has long had a security procedure where if somebody has contact with a person who is undergoing additional screening, they must also undergo additional screening,” writes Bob Burns on the TSA’s website. “Why, you might ask? You’ve probably heard the old saying that the hand can be faster than the eye? Well, that’s the reasoning behind this procedure. There’s always a chance that a prohibited item could be traded off during contact. I’m sure you’ve watched the scene play out in more than one movie where people collide or shake hands and an item is traded off? Same thing.”
In other words, the TSA is now explaining away their actions by referring to fantasy plot lines from movie scripts. Just recently, four TSA agents assigned to the Los Angeles International Airport were arrested and charged with narcotics trafficking and bribery after it was discovered that they allowed “drug mules” to pass through screenings unhindered.
You think these thieving servants have any morals? They are mirroring exactly what politicians have been doing since day one – excepting bribes 24/7. $15 million in one evening for Pinocchio from the communists dominated Hollywood crowd? All politicians running for office collect millions and pay back in legislation benefitting a few and the hell with the rest of us. Rather than harass grandmothers and little girls, the TSA would be wise to keep a closer eye on its own people. WSBTV in Atlanta revealed that this is apparently a low priority. AMERICA A PARIAH AMONG NATIONS:
The U.S. government pretends to live under the rule of law, to respect human rights and to provide freedom and democracy to citizens. Washington’s pretense and the stark reality are diametrically opposed. U.S government officials routinely criticize other governments for being undemocratic and for violating human rights. Yet, no other country except Israel sends bombs, missiles and drones into sovereign countries to murder ci8vilian populations. The torture prisons of Abu Gahraib, Guantanamo and CIA secret rendition sites are the contributions of the Bush/Obama regimes to human rights.
The word Democracy does not appear once in our sacred documents. Sages in history considered Democracy the worse form of government. All our problems may be attributed to it. Basically, what the wise said was that Democracy is mob rule. This is why our Founding Fathers chose a Constitutional Republic and not a democratic two-party criminal system beholden to the elite of the world. A criminal government that operates outside the mandates of our laws has become a lawless entity – welcome to Democracy in the U.S.A.
Washington violates the human rights of its own citizens. Washington has suspended the civil liberties guaranteed in the Constitution and declared its intention to detain U.S. citizens indefinitely without due process of law. President Obama has announced that he, at his discretion, can murder U.S. citizens whom he regards as a threat to the U.S.Congress did not respond to these extraordinary announcements with impeachment proceedings. There was no uproar from the federal courts, law schools, or bar associations. Homeland Security harasses journalists who refuse to be presstitutes, and we have seen videos of the police oppression of peaceful “Occupy Wall Street” protesters.
Presidents’ have become dictators instead of carrying out the laws they took an oath of office to protect. Public servant has lost its meaning. But it is Congress who is responsible for allowing these self-serving demagogues to operate; ditto the Supreme Court which has become part of the “mob” in failing to keep the other branches in line. We have been overthrown from within just as other dictators predicted. Communism has been working 24/7 for decades while we were arguing amongst ourselves.
Now Washington is forcing as much of the world as it can to overthrow international treaties and real international law. Washington has issued a ukase that its word alone is “international law.” Any country, except those that we receive Washington’s dispensation that engages in trade with Iran or purchases Iran’s oil will be sanctioned by the U.S. These countries will be cut off from U.S. markets, and their banking systems will not be able to use banks that process international payments. In other words, D.C.’s “sanctions against Iran” apply not to Iran but to countries that defy D.C. and meet their energy needs to Iran oil.
If India and China, two of Iran’s biggest oil buyers, give the bird to Washington, what can Washington do? Nothing. What if Washington, drowning in its own hubris, announced sanctions against India and China? Wal-Mart’s (The welfare store) shelves would be empty, and America’s largest retailer would be at the White House gate.
I try to avoid purchasing at Wal-Mart – I get depressed seeing so many non-food items being purchased with the welfare card. The welfare system was designed for government to spend just as the bankers understood would happen – dependency. LBJ’s “Great Society” was to lockup the minority vote to the Democratic Party forever.
President Pinocchio is duplicating LBJ – he’ll throw money at the “poor” and middle class until November and will be blaming the GOP as obstructionists in every campaign speech. I don’t know about others but anytime I can boycott anything having to do with the mentally unstable in Hollywood I will do so.
As successful as movie stars are in their chosen field; they are ignorant when it comes to understanding the difference between communism and a constitutional republic. But this is what happens when the citizenry becomes apathetic and easily manipulated. Most all of them were born after communists infiltrated all our institutions and know no other form of government.
Apple Computer and innumerable powerful U.S. corporations, which have offshored their production for the American market to Asia, would see their profits evaporate. Together with their Wall Street allies, these powerful corporations would assault the fool in the White House with more force than the Red Army.
The Chinese trade surplus would cease to flow into U.S. Treasury debt. The off-shore-to-Asia back office operations of banks, credit card companies, and customer service departments in the U.S. would cease to function. In America, chaos would rein. How many realize that for every $900 billion spend by the federal government, nearly $400 billion is borrowed? That is close to half of every dollar spent. The richest one percent pay nearly 37 percent of all taxes, while 52 percent of us pay no taxes. Millionaire families donated a not-so-greedy $150 billion to charities last year, (half of all U.S. donations) even as there are 39 percent fewer millionaires since Barack Obama became president! However, a minor pregnant girl, even younger than 12 (yes, it happens) can get a medical or surgical abortion without even a parent knowing about it. As a POW in Hanoi, Vietnam, according to some historians, McCain collaborated with the enemy and was responsible for others being tortured and abused. Let me begin this letter by saluting one of the best warriors our country ever had: U.S. Marine Corps Maj. Gen. Smedley Butler, who retired twice, won two Congressional Medals of Honor and is the most decorated Marine in the history of the corps, including up to 2012. As someone who served during two wars and read the General’s book War is a Racket (a book everybody should read) it got me thinking that in his era the economy was prospering.
But ever since we entered the 21st century the economy has faltered, and this old man is hard put to figure out why. I guess the general was right considering that Bath Iron Works (BIW) in Maine is building Navy destroyers costing $3.5. billion each. BIW is owned by General Dynamics. War is a racket for the stockholders. Sometimes it even trickles down to the working poor. But it also takes our best young men and women and offers them up as cannon fodder. VICTORY FOR ARIZONA EXPECTED
If Supreme Court hearings in late April on the federally contested Arizona immigration law are any indication, the high court appears poised to reinstate a landmark state law that requires anyone arrested there tom provide proof of legal residence in the United States. In the hearing on this critical border law, the Supreme Court seemed united in its desire to uphold the provision requiring state and local law enforcement agents to contact border officials when a detainee’s immigration status was in question. The immigrant would be then turned over to the federal officials, who could then either deport or release him.
The law, SB 1070, was passed with overwhelming public support in 2010, but was almost immediately halted by a U.S. district court, which stated its implementation encroached on the powers of the federal government. The Justice Department, led by Attorney General Eric Holder (An anti-white radical), claimed only federal officials can regulate immigration and deport illegals. (A brazen public servant who may be held in contempt by Congress.)
Yet the Supreme Court has taken the position that cooperation between local and state officials and federal officials is not prohibited by the Constitution – and that the Justice Department is free not to prosecute immigration violations referred to it by local and state police officials. The argument appeared to be heading toward a victory for anti-immigration activists, who have supported the law. It also made for good comedy, considering how absurd Washington’s arguments are. U.S. Solicitor General Donald B. Verrilli Jr., arguing the case, stated that a ruling in favor of the law would “offend Mexico” and possibly lead to reciprocal action against Americans in Mexico.
I keep pointing out how stupid and naive many in our country are. An example, the trial of the terrorist camel-jockeys is becoming a circus. They are thumbing their nose at our system and making a mockery of the court. Their lawyer is demanding that the audience wear clothing similar to the one used back in the Middle East so as not to insult the defendants. The Sons-of-bitches murdered thousands of Americans and should have been shot upon arriving in Guantanamo. But then again, that’s what Communists have done to our legal system.
Supreme Court Justice Anthony Scalia responded that offending Mexico was not a consideration in the court’s rulings on the constitutionality of American law. “So we have to enforce our laws in a manner that will, please Mexico? Is that what you are saying?” asked Scalia. Chief Justice John Roberts seemed to be equally annoyed by Verrilli. “It seems to me the federal government just doesn’t want to know who is here illegally,” said Roberts.
And when Verrilli claimed the concern is that Arizona’s law will lead to mass arrests around the country, Justice Kennedy quipped, “So you’re saying the government has a legitimate interest in not enforcing its laws?” Even Justice Sotomayor (Sat on the board of La Raza – a radical socialist organization), an Obama appointee whose parents were from Puerto Rico, was not impressed with Verrilli. (We shall see how she rules)
“Your argument – that this systematic cooperation is wrong – is not selling very well,” she said. She then asked, “Why don’t you try to come up with something else?” Justice Sotomayor asked Paul D. Clement, Arizona’s attorney (Brilliant!), what would happen if local police arrested someone and then called the federal government to check on his immigration status.
“What happens in this call to the federal government?” She asked. “Yes, he’s an illegal alien” she said, pretending to be a federal agent. “No, we don’t want to detain him’?” “The answer is nothing,” said Clement. “The individual at this point is released.” Scalia was less sympathetic to the notion of a catch-and-release immigration policy. A sovereign state should have the power to “to defend its borders,” he said, and arrest people “who do not belong in the country.”
Of all conspiracy theories about 9/11, and there are many, I believe the following, as not a conspiracy. This rotten government was responsible for the horrific terrorist act. If government would’ve enforced immigration law, the camel-jockeys wouldn’t have been allowed to roam around as freely as they did planning the act.
Whatever the outcome, the effect of Arizona’s law is questionable, as the federal government, under both Republican and Democratic administrations, has had little interest in stopping illegal immigration into the United States. Instead, they have been using “border control” as a means of establishing checkpoints and imposing security internally on American citizens with no intention of crossing the border. (Remember my contention – the bankers plan to eventually erase the borders)
For instance, while actual security at the border is often lax, various federal agencies, including the DEA and the Department of Homeland Security, have placed checkpoints and cameras on major U.S. highways near both the Mexican and Canadian borders. At the checkpoints, Americans are stopped, must show papers and can be forced to submit to a search of their possessions. This happens while cameras photograph the license plate, driver and front-seat passenger of every vehicle, up to 160 per minute, that passes them, and compare them against a record of every vehicle registered in the United States.
In March, Verrilli was the same attorney who took a beating before the justices when he tried to defend the so-called health insurance mandate under the Obamacare health reform law. In that hearing, Verrilli took it on the chin when justices questioned him as to whether the federal government had the authority to force people to buy broccoli in order to make them eat better. SUPREMES OK UNWARRANTED STRIP SEARCHES:
The Supreme Court, under the big top, has ruled that people suspected of running a stop sign can now be stripped naked and have their body cavities searched by jail guards, with no warrant and no reasonable grounds for any suspicion. In one move, the Supreme Court has thrown away every American’s basic right to avoid punishment before being convicted in a court of law. That’s right. For minor offenses not involving drugs or violence, such as riding a bicycle without a bell or exercising an unleashed dog, you can be strip-searched.
I keep reminding people – No one may alter your Constitution without the amendment process. Our Founding Fathers knew damn well what they had written in your Bill of Rights – Hands off, federal government! Also, your Constitution doesn’t award a lifetime job for judges – they may remain as long as they “act in good behavior.” What does that mean? Obedience to the Constitution and not for them to intentionally misinterpret what it means. All three branches of government have become criminal. I know this is true as much as I know how tasty my tamales are – and that’s saying a mouthful.
The plaintive in the original strip search complaint heard by the top court was Albert Florence from Bordentown, N.J. Albert was a passenger in a car being driven by his wife in March 2005 when a New Jersey state trooper found an “unpaid” traffic fine on the computer. Albert had paid the fine two years ago and produced a document proving it. The trooper would not accept Albert’s paperwork.
Albert was taken to Burlington County Jail, where jailers strip-searched him. If that’s not intrusive enough, he was then transferred to the Essex County jail, where guards once again made him strip, squat, cough and move his privates. Albert was incarcerated for six more days before jail officers found a clerical error, confirming the document he presented to the trooper who stopped the Florences. (Florence is a black man)
If this is not enough to void your Bill of Rights, check out some of the statements offered by Supreme Court Justice Anthony M. Kennedy on the Florence case: “The court should not second guess prison officers.” Does that make any sense? Isn’t that why we have courts? This second-guessing is exactly what is needed when our constitutional rights and freedom is threatened.
It’s evident that Justice Kennedy is paranoid as he also said, “People detained for minor offenses can turn out to be the most devious and dangerous of criminals.” Kennedy didn’t stop there. He said the Oklahoma City bomber, Timothy McVeigh, was arrested on a traffic violation, and one of the Sept. 11 “terrorists” was ticketed for speeding just two days before hijacking Flight 93, according to Kennedy.
Does Kennedy actually believe that a cavity search would have prevented the Oklahoma City bombing or the Flight 93 episode? Now – because of the U.S. Supreme Court – you can be repeatedly strip-searched if you are violating a leash law or driving a car with a noisy muffler. And watch out for jaywalking.
In essence, the Supreme Court has left our rights up to the jailers in America. Hopefully, those suspected of minor offenses will be kept separate from rapists and murderers. Evidently these judicial barons have forgotten the purpose of the Fourth Amendment and the right against illegal search and seizure, which include strip searches. The Supreme Court has abdicated its responsibility of protecting our rights and freedom. Sorry, folks, but there’s not much “supreme” about our Supreme Court these days. (End of article)

The State Grand Juries who at one time functioned as a safeguard of citizens against illegal behavior of bureaucrats have also fallen to the communistic system. Two patients were hospitalized for one day, had minimally invasive surgery and had similar numbers of procedures and tests on their bills. However, one patient was billed $1,500 – while the other was charged $180,000. This was but one example cited in a recent California study that found huge disparities in patients’ bills. Many cases involved charges well over $100,000 and under $2,000 – with an average of $33,000. “There’s no method to the madness,” said lead author Dr. Renee Hsia, an emergency room physician and researcher at the University of California, San Francisco. HEALTHCARE CHANGES SWEEPING THE GLOBE:
During the time of uncertainty in America regarding the legislative future of healthcare, countries around the world are experiencing their own healthcare modifications, many for the benefit of their citizens. In the case of Germany, Europe’s economic powerhouse, the healthcare system not only works, but is also more efficient, covers everyone and is far cheaper than the equivalent system in the U.S.
According to a recent report on National Public Radio, the majority of Germany’s healthcare costs are covered by premiums paid by workers and their employers. The amount an employee has to pay varies depending on his salary, meaning that those who make more income pay more money into the system. The compulsory arrangement costs each individual about eight percent of his gross income, with employers matching that amount.
All German citizens receive the same level of coverage unless they choose to purchase a private insurance plan that offers more perks, such as private hospital rooms and no waiting. Also, there are no deductibles within the German healthcare system, and no one gets dropped due to “pre-existing conditions.”
“Nearly every German has ready excess to doctors, cheap drugs, high-tech medicine, dental care, nursing homes and home care,” reports National Public Radio (NPR). “All this – and Germany spends about half of what the U.S. does per person.”
NPR reported that “administrative costs are already 50 percent lower “in Germany due to the equality of benefits among their citizens but that “the biggest reason German health costs are so much lower, experts say, is that doctors are paid less.” German doctors make about a third less income than their American counterparts and have to work under a strict budget.
The annual budget is agreed upon, and each region has the total amount divided into quarterly available funding. This was designed to keep doctors from ordering unnecessary tests and procedures, which, in America, keeps the insurance companies paying. In Germany, the budgets are set by the collective sickness funds that each citizen pays into, so doctors have an incentive to be frugal; once the quarterly expenditures have been exceeded, doctors do not get paid again until the next quarter begins. This has resulted in doctors taking vacations at the end of each quarter as well as doctors going on strike to protest.
With the strain placed on German physicians and an aging population that requires more time, care and medication, there were stirrings of change in the German health system. In 2010, Chancellor Angela Merkel was forced to make healthcare reform an issue. According to the Washington Times, in a deeply unpopular move, Parliament passed changes to the system to “raise premiums and cut into the profits of doctors, dentists, hospitals and pharmaceutical manufacturers.” (End of article)

It’s been recently that criminals in Congress have been more exposed to their criminalities. Oh, we’ve known for many years the rotten system has made many of them rich through the years. But because of the Internet and talk radio, people are beginning to pay attention and are becoming more informed.
Too bad we’re not able to do anything about campaign contributions (legalized bribes). Think how better off we could be if elected criminals could only raise monies in their own district. Why should Congress people accept money from all over the world? Why did the U.S. Supreme Court rule that money is “free speech?”
And now, this issue of green energy they literally want to tax the air we breathe. Folks, we have a problem. Our country is being run by mentally disturbed people. Our chances of survival as a free country are in jeopardy. The U.S. educational system is intentionally keeping our people ignorant and it is demonstrated in government by the same. No single area of public life threatens what previously was known as the American Dream more than the apathy of our public officials regarding their fiduciary responsibilities towards their citizens. They are mismanaging our money and, worse yet, letting others mismanage it, with a wink and a nod that is, for all practical purposes, destroying the concept of personal property. Recent scandals involving congressional inside trading, federal investments in bankrupt green companies, inside banking deals that benefitted millionaires and billionaires, along with the collapse of investment manager MF Global have contributed to public skepticism, amounting to cynicism, that those we have entrusted to leadership positions have done what British kings, Nazis and Communists have failed to do: kill free and open markets in the United States.
Free markets and free governments require public confidence in order to operate successfully. Confidence comes from the public’s perception that the markets and governments are fair – or at least neutral – arbiters for investment and public policy. Over the last several years, however, there has been mounting evidence that the game of life has been rigged against the general public – not just a little bit, but a lot.
With that realization, our confidence, thus our freedom, has been eroded. And if either political party is serious about gaining the trust of the electorate again, they had better address some of these scandals fast. Gone are the days when a change of party in Congress or the White House was enough to placate an electorate spoon-fed morsels from a media elite of a few dozen national editors.
Free and open markets in news and media have replaced a half-century old oligarchy. The result has been the slow realization that we have tolerated being wedded to the political equivalent of a bunch of spousal abusers.
For example, the Department of Energy has spent $36 billion on clean energy technology in the form of loan guarantees. And all you need to know about those guarantees, which were originally intended to create jobs, is that the Obama administration has stopped talking about how many jobs they have created, but instead, in a reprise of their bogus stimulus claims, now brag about the jobs they have saved through the program.
Count the Solyndra bankruptcy scandal as a one-time charge and be thankful it wasn’t worse. Worse is coming. Look at NRG Energy with a loan guarantee of $1.3 billion creating a whopping 15 permanent jobs. The explanation? According to an analysis of loans made through the DOE program by Peter Schweizer, 80 percent of the loans went to political donors of Obama.
We need a constitutional amendment for term limits and to bar campaign donations outside a district. This is chile dreaming but the answer to this life-long dream is at the ballot box.
Thanks to the freedom loving Tea Party people Senator Lugar from Indiana was finally terminated. Don’t believe the Tea Party negativity espoused by the communists; the Tea Party people are what our country needs in time of peril.
We’ve gotten so used to government graft that standard government incompetence would be a welcome relief. But it gets worse – the fact is all of our politicians are venial, making legal for themselves what they throw others in jail for.
“Not only can members of Congress legally trade [stocks] on confidential information; they do, despite the potential cost to their reputations,” writes CNN. “The U.S. television program 60 Minutes recently reported that several current members of Congress allegedly used confidential information that they acquired on the job for personal gain.”
In fact, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, a Democrat from Nevada, dumped his holdings in energy companies in 2008, right before the energy market crashed, and bought health care stocks with the proceeds. Within 6 months, Reid was heavily involved in re-writing health care laws. The corruption goes way beyond Congress, too.
Imagine this low-life – the Senate Majority Leader of your Congress. He sits on dozens of job-creating bills passed by the House and that SOB will not bring them up for a vote. It seems he wants the economy to tank to blame Republicans. Have you got a better answer?
He should have lost this last time but the Culinary Union, the most powerful union in the State has a lot to do with voter turnout. The gaming industry is loaded with illegals and you never hear of raids, do you? Wonder how many voted? We have a criminal government that allows this.
Former U.S. Senator and New Jersey Gov. Jon Corzine, according to VP Joe Biden (a graduate of the Groucho Marx Jr. College), was the first person Obama called for economic advice after the election and a key architect of the stimulus law passed by Obama. (Two mattoids, discussing economics of our country??)
Corzine ran future firm MF Global so solidly into the ground in a little over a year after being bounced from office that the firm dipped into customer accounts to pay its bills. Not only is that an ethical problem, it’d also illegal.
No arrests have yet been made, as of Dec 1. Charlie Gasparino at Fox News says that as much as $1.2 billion in customer money may be missing. (Check Ben Bernanke’s automobile trunk) MF Global is one of the ten largest U.S. bankruptcies of all time, according to the U.K.’s The Independent.
Government insiders have also discovered ways of channeling profits toward their friends when government-sponsored enterprises go belly-up for public investors. In 2008, then Secretary-of the Treasury Henry Paulson dropped by the offices of Eton Park Capital Management LP in Manhattan.
There he shared with a gathering of hedge fund managers how the government would seize Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, essentially wiping out private shareholders. But publicly, at the same time, he was telling the press that the government intended that Fannie and Freddie remain in the hands of investors.
The discrepancy could have allowed the hedge fund managers present at the meeting to benefit from non-public information. “There’s no evidence that they did so after the meeting,” reports Businessweek. “[T]racking firm-specific short stock sales isn’t possible using public documents.”
But Businessweek says that at least one participant was so shaken by the disclosures that he immediately called his attorney to make sure that he wasn’t breaking any laws.
The lawyer’s advice was to immediately stop trading in any securities of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac because trading those securities while possessing inside information is against the law for mere mortals who don’t work for the federal government.
How did the hedge fund manager know he risked breaking the law, when Secretary Paulson had no clue? What was legal for Paulson as secretary of the Treasury is illegal for the rest of us.
But living under different laws than the rest of Americans is so ingrained in the country’s national leadership that it seems they hardly give it a second thought. “The present era of incredible rottenness is not Democratic,” wrote Mark Twain. “[I]t is not Republican, it is national.” And that’s the paradox that all of us must grapple with seriously if we wish to preserve both our free markets and our free people. I am beginning to become pessimistic. We are so far gone communistically that I don’t believe a GOP victory will turn the boat around. We are on a disaster course and unless something drastic is done – we are toast. That something is a complete cleaning of the criminals in Congress. THROW OUT ALL IN CONGRESS SEEKING RE-ELECTION THIS NOV. NO MAS! We have a criminal government. I love you, United States.

March 2, 1977: A new House ethics code was adopted. It limited outside income for members of the House of Representatives, broadened financial disclosure requirements, and restricted gifts by lobbyists. The Senate adopted a similar code. (We need an outside committee with subpoena and impeachment power. We must stop the criminals)
