Why the ObamaCare Tax Penalty Is Unconstitutional

The Justice Department announced last week that it would defend the new federal health-insurance mandate as an exercise of Congress’s “power to lay and collect taxes,” even though Barack Obama had insisted before the bill’s passage that it was “absolutely not a tax increase.” The truth is the mandate is not a tax – and if it were it would be unconstitutional. A tax is when the government takes money from individuals, puts it in the treasury, and plans to spend it. With the health-insurance mandate, the government is not taking money from private individuals; rather, it is commanding them to give their money to another private entity, not to the Treasury. If individuals don’t obey the mandate, they pay a penalty to the Treasury. But penalties are not taxes. The mandate is legally separate from the penalty.

Even if the Justice Department were to get the mandate considered a tax, it would be an unconstitutional one. Unlike states, the federal government has limited jurisdiction. Under the 10th Amendment, the federal government has only those powers enumerated by the Constitution, and all other powers are reserved to the people or the states. Every federal action must be authorized by a constitutional provision. If there is no such provision, then the action is unconstitutional. No provision of the Constitution authorizes the federal government to command people to buy insurance.

The Taxing and Spending Clause in Article 1 of the Constitution gives the federal government broad power to tax the American people. But that power is not unlimited. The Constitution originally allowed only three types of taxes. The first was a duty, which is a tax on imports. The second was an excise tax, which is a tax for the privilege of doing something, such as buying alcohol or holding a professional license to practice law. (better known as a “privilege license”) Both duties and excise taxes are indirect taxes that can be passed on to consumers (taxes on goods purchased)

The third type of tax was a direct tax, which cannot be passed on to someone else. The only type of direct tax permitted by the Constitution was a “capitation tax,” or head tax, which every person could be required to pay. The Constitution required that any capitation tax be apportioned, meaning that every person in a given state had to pay the same amount. New Yorkers might have to pay $600 per year while Virginians only pay $500, but every person within each state must pay equally.

When Congress created an income tax in the late 1800s, the Supreme Court struck it down on the grounds that it was a direct tax but not apportioned. (The Court followed what the Constitution read and not interpreted what THEY thought it should mean) That 1895 decision, Pollack v. Farmers’ Loan & Trust, rejected the idea that Congress had some generic power to tax outside the three categories laid out in the Constitution. That’s why, in 1913, the 16th Amendment to the Constitution was required in order to institute a national income tax. Since then, a tax on income had been the fourth and final type that the federal government can impose.

The individual health-insurance mandate fits into none of these four categories and is therefore not constitutionally justified as a tax. But the Constitution is only as good as the Supreme Court interpreting it. (WRONG!) The Senate’s imminent vote on Elena Kagan’s nomination is a poignant reminder that we need a court that faithfully upholds the Constitution. Such a Court would strike down ObamaCare…end of article
 
It is NOT the duty of the Supreme Court to say what the law is,(that is the function of the Legislature) let alone to create law. The duty of the Supreme Court is to judge whether legislation passed by the other two branches is in harmony with what the Constitution reads. If it isn’t, then it’s back to the drawing board by the criminals.

Marbury v. Madison:

“A law repugnant to the Constitution is void.”

With these words, Chief Justice John Marshall established the Supreme Court’s role in the new government. Hereafter, the Court was recognized as having the power to review all acts of Congress where constitutionality was at issue, and judge whether they abide by the Constitution. . . Got that now?

Because of President Pinocchio’s communistic leanings the American people are beginning to understand the difference between socialism, communism, Marxism, Liberalism, Progressivism. . .all those “isms” that spell anti-Americanism. We have all three branches of government operating outside the mandates of our Constitution.

Besides Duties, Imposts and Excise taxes there is the 16th Amendment as a means of reaching into our pockets to steal our hard earned money. It’s a proven fact the 16th Amendment was never properly ratified. Furthermore, the way it’s worded is a deception many aren’t aware of. It had to be done. This way the Bankers could ensure getting the interest for the borrowing out of the pockets of the American people. Duties are taxes on exports. Imposts are taxes on imports. Excise are taxes laid on merchandise within a country – known as sales taxes – on goods and services.

There are only two ways government may legally tax your labor. Equally apportioned throughout the State. And the other in case of war. Those two are still in your Constitution because no one in government may change that unless the people do via the amendment process – Article V of the Constitution.

The following is  by Claire Kelley; I use some of her works periodically. If you scroll through this web you’ll find many of her articles. Many tax rebels in the past that challenged the IRS and courts based upon newly discovered laws by people, like Claire, ended in jail because of the subversion of the three branches of government. The system to enslave Americans economically had, and still is, protected by a government that has become criminal:

“…..the 16th Amendment conferred No New Power of Taxation, but simply prohibited the previous…power of income taxation, possessed by Congress from the beginning, from being taken out of Indirect taxation, to which it inherently belongs.”(Stanton v. Baltic Mining Co., (1916) 240 US 10.

There is no question that the income tax is an indirect tax (i.e., excise) tax, under Article 1, Sec. 8 para 1 of the U.S. Constitution and anyone who claims otherwise, simply hasn’t done their homework.

“…the words income tax and excise tax are synonymous under the Sixteenth Amendment.” (Brushaber v Union Pacific. (1916) US 1.

The Constitution is a limited grant of power to our public servants and the taxing clause (Art. 1 Sec. 8 para 1) says that Congress does indeed have the power to tax, but those taxes are limited duties, imposts and excises. The Sixteenth Amendment did not change that.

The income tax problem for working people stems from the unconstitutionally passed “Individual Income Tax ACT of 1944,” (58 Stat. 234) which is a direct, wage tax, in violation of the Constitution. The Constitution still requires apportionment, for direct taxes Art. 1. Sec. 9 para 4. The direct wage tax is unconstitutional as to the prohibition against taxing the inalienable right to work which we are born with, and not by government.(By Claire)

Remember – NO ONE IN GOVERNMENT may change ANY THING in your Constitution without your permission. Many are ignorant of this, including lawyers. This is why it was important for the International Bankers to get those in government to take control of our educational system for the purpose of creating an ignorant society. 90% have never read the Constitution. 25% are illiterate. Small wonder the criminals in government get away with all the criminal activity.

Many decent American citizens in the past suffered terribly in the hands of the IRS and courts for having the courage to speak out against the injustices against freedom loving citizens. Today, people like me are monitored. Every major news organization has the CIA involved – so I’ve heard. All communication is monitored. We are communized and don’t even know it. Oh, we’re allowed to roam around giving us a sense of freedom but below the surface there are forces willing to overthrow our Republic. It is not a conspiracy, one only has to look at the White House and Congress to get a clue.

We have a criminal government. Our White House is painted red. Leftist Radicals in Congress are morally bankrupt and have no respect for the rule of law. Most all news organizations are controlled by the elite. Our monetary system is controlled by the inventors of communism – the International Bankers. Our Young are sent all over the world so global corporations and arm-merchants can enrich themselves. The minorities, led by communists are beginning to take over the West. Communists dominate most all our institutions – especially education. Against all odds our last hope is in November.

Our Divisive President:

During the election campaign, Barack Obama sought to appeal to the best instincts of the electorate, to a post-partisan sentiment that he said would reinvigorate our democracy. He ran on a platform of reconciliation – of getting beyond “old labels” of right and left, red and blue states, and forging compromises based on shared values.

President Obama’s Inaugural was a hopeful day, with an estimated 1.8 million people on the National Mall celebrating the election of America’s first African-American president. The level of enthusiasm, the anticipation and the promise of something better could not have been more palpable. And yet, it has not been realized. Not at all.

Rather than being a unifier, Mr. Obama has divided America on the basis of race, class and partisanship. Moreover, his cynical approach to governance has encouraged his allies to pursue a similar strategy of racially diverse politics on his behalf. We have seen the divisive approach under Republican presidents as well – particularly the administrations of Richard Nixon and George W. Bush. It was wrong then, and it is wrong now. By dividing America, Mr. Obama has brought our government to the brink of crisis of legitimacy, compromising our ability to address our most important policy issues. Nixon yes, but comparing Bush to Obama?

We say this with a heavy heart. Both of us share the president’s stated vision of what America can and should be. The struggle for equal rights has animated both of our lives. Both of us were forged politically during the crucible of the civil rights movement. Having worked in the South during the civil rights movement, and on behalf of the ground-breaking elections of African-American mayors such as David Dinkins, Harold Washington and Emanuel Cleaver, we were deeply moved by Mr. Obama’s election.

These two reporters should have done a little research into the background of President Pinocchio. Just the mere fact that he was schooled in Chicago politics should have given them a clue. They should have asked Bill Clinton what he meant during the election when he called Obama a “street thug” from Chicago. I wrote in Oct of ‘09 that this is exactly what would happen if he won. So, not all of us were fooled with his street-wise bullshit.

The first hint that as president Mr. Obama would be willing to interject race into the political dialogue came last July. . . I’ll cut this part short. . .this had to do with Professor Gates and the Cambridge police…in which Obama referred to the police as stupid and linking the arrest to a long history of blacks and Latinos being stopped disproportionately. This incident had nothing to with race. . . . article continues…

Sen. Jon Kyl (R. Az.) has said the president told him in a closed-door meeting that he would not move to secure the border with Mexico unless and until Congress reached a breakthrough on comprehensive immigration reform. That’s another indication Mr. Obama is willing to continue to play politics with hot-button issues. Add in the lawsuit against the Arizona immigration law ( struck down by the judge) and it’s clear the Obama administration is willing to run the risk of dividing the American people along racial and ethnic lines to mobilize its supporters – particularly Hispanic voters, whose backing it needs in the fall midterm elections and beyond.

The word is out in Mexico which will be misconstrued to mean its ok to go to America “they can’t touch us” and the borders will become a flood-gate. Unless we deploy thousands upon thousands of GIs along the borders we’re doomed. And President Pinocchio will not do it. The acceptance of voter fraud will become as accepted as millions getting food stamps illegally. It is all by design, folks.

As the Washington Post reported last week, two top White House strategists, speaking on condition of anonymity, have indicated that “the White House plans to use the immigration debate to punish the GOP and aggressively seek the Latino vote in 2010.” We are dealing with communism, folks.

On an issue that has gotten much less attention, but is potentially just as divisive, the Justice Department has pointedly refused to prosecute three members of the New Black Panther Party for voter intimidation at the polls on Election Day 2008. . .(cutting it short…the Dept. of Justice continues to stonewall). During the 2008 presidential campaign, Mr. Obama’s campaign emphasized repeatedly that his minister, the Rev. Wright, was being unfairly stereotyped because of racially incendiary sound bites that allegedly did not reflect the totality of his views. In the Gates incident and others, Mr. Obama has resorted to similar forms of stereotyping.

Even the former head of the Civil Rights Commission, Mary Frances Berry, acknowledged that the Obama administration has taken to polarizing America around the issue of race as a means of diverting attention away from other issues, saying: “the charge of racism is proving to be an effective strategy for Democrats… Having one’s opponent rebut charges of racism is far better than discussing joblessness.” We’re dealing with communism, folks.

The president had a unique opportunity to focus on overarching issues of importance to whites and blacks. He has failed to address the critical challenges. He has not used his bully pulpit to emphasize the importance of racial unity (and he won’t) and the common interest of poor whites and blacks who need training, job opportunities, and the possibility of realizing the American Dream. He hasn’t done enough to address youth employment – which in the White community is 23.2% and in the black community 39.9%. In the meantime, his wife just reserved 30 rooms in a five-star hotel in Spain for a vacation with friends – How’s that grab you, tax-payers?

Mr. Obama has also cynically divided the country on class lines. (communism at work) He has taken to playing the populist card time and time again. He bashes Wall Street and insurance companies whenever convenient to advance his programs, yet he has been eager to accept campaign contributions and negotiate with these very same banks and corporations behind closed doors in order to advance his political agenda.

Finally, President Obama also exacerbated partisan division, and he has made it clear that he intends to demonize the Republicans and former President George W. Bush in the fall campaign. In April, the Democratic National Committee released a video in which the president directly addressed his divide-and-conquer campaign strategy, with an appeal to: young people, African-Americans, Latinos, and women who powered our victory in 2008 [to] stand together once again.”

Perhaps Obama’s divisive approach to governance has weakened us as a people and paralyzed our political culture. Meanwhile, the Republican leadership has failed to put forth an agenda that is more positive, unifying or inclusive. We are stronger when we debate issues and purpose, and we are all weaker when we divide by race and class. We will pay a price for this type of politics. . .end of article…

The nerve of these two swinging mud at the Republicans as a “do nothing” party. Ever since President Pinocchio, with his communists friends in Congress, have legislated without hardly ever including the Republicans – especially in the health debate. Republicans did have good ideas but the communists in and out of government (media) didn’t publicize for the American people to be informed. Only through talk-radio did many of us find out.

People reading this: Warn your relatives in other States, as well as friends, to demand from their elected officials to put a stop to this communism going on in our government. I’m asking the Republicans in Congress to quit aiding and abetting the criminal activity going on in the two branches of government. Republicans, stop this criminality. History will record this with a broad-brush – including you – you work in the Congress. BOYCOTT THE CONGRESS! And quit supporting communism.

Jeffery T. Kuhner, a columnist at the Washington Times wrote the following article in 3-16-2009.

Time to terminate the Terminator:

California is on the verge of economic collapse. The Golden State was once the envy of America. Its prosperity and coastline beauty was a magnet for millions. Now, its government is broken; its major cities are infested with drugs, crime and massive illegal immigration; (allowed intentionally by the federal government) its economy is sclerotic; and businesses and middle-class households flee in record numbers.

The crisis is an indictment of Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger. The “Governator,” as he is known, promised to revive economic growth and job creation, slash taxes and regulations, and curb government spending and the power of the public-employee unions. The very opposite has happened. California’s budget has expanded 40 percent since his predecessor, former Gov. Gray Davis, held office. Income, car and sales taxes have risen.

Unemployment has sky-rocketed to 9.3 percent – the fourth-highest in the nation. Spending on public schools has soared eating up half of the state’s budget (and doing little to improve the dismal quality of education). The state faces record deficits. It no longer has the money to pay for tax refund checks. The crippling debt threatens to bankrupt the state. Not too long ago, Mr. Schwarzenegger was being hailed as the future of the Republican Party. After his speech at the 2004 GOP National Convention, he was anointed by the mainstream media as the standard-bearer of the GOP’s liberal wing. He held the key to a new winning political formula: fiscal conservatism combined with social liberalism.

This “liberal wing” of the Repussycans are the ones responsible for allowing the “compassionate conservative” Bush to give the controlled press the opportunity to attack conservatism. There are several in the GOP the tea-party people should help run out of office. McCain – Graham – Snowe – Collins – Hatch – newly arrived Brown from Mass. – already has casts votes with the left. These people play both sides too often. They should be retired.

For years, Beltway pundits (communists) have urged Republicans to jettison Christian conservatives in favor of courting independents and suburban professionals. The Governator was their man: He is pro-abortion, pro-environment, open-borders Republican. Yet, his failed leadership reveals the political and moral bankruptcy of Rockefeller Republicanism. Any Republican running a state government controlled by Democrats is rarely a success.

Mr. Schwarzenegger joins a long list of liberal Republicans feted by the media – Christine Todd Whitman, William Weld, George Pataki, Jim Jeffords. Today, it is Maine Sens. Susan Collins and Olympia Snowe. (I add Newt Gingrich – he’s the insider of all) They all have one thing in common: the inability to forge an enduring movement. This is because liberal Republicanism is an oxymoron, it is philosophically incoherent. Liberalism is a form of water-down socialism, constantly expanding the state at the expense of the private sector. In theory, the GOP is the party of equality of opportunity, self-improvement and unfettered capitalism.

Fusing liberalism and Republicanism is like mixing oil and water. You can try it, and it may even work for awhile, but eventually the wet conservative-libertarian base will reject the greasy big-government film. Moreover, as Mr. Schwarzenegger’s tenure demonstrates, liberal Republicans are not fiscally conservative. Their idea of fiscal responsibility is to increase taxes, not roll back government spending. Mrs. Collins and Mrs. Snowe – for all their talk about being “budget hawks” and hating deficits – voted for the most expensive boondoggle in U.S. history: the nearly $1 trillion stimulus package. This is on top of the bank bailouts, the housing bailouts and earlier stimulus bills. They are drowning the next generation in red ink. They are frauds masquerading as green-eyeshade Republicans. You heavy donors to the RNC demand they quit supporting these traitors.

At its core, liberal Republicanism is not so much an ideology as a cynical pose, as an attempt to position oneself as a centrist by splitting the difference between right and left. It has no transcendent principles. It is guided only by self-interest and power. This is why it has no long-term shelf life. It cannot achieve the one thing needed for a successful movement: inspire supporters in mass numbers. It is a recipe for political stagnation and permanent minority status.

The GOP has a great opportunity to do otherwise by adopting the Tea-Party as an arm of the party. Already, a Tea-Party caucus has been established in the Congress – it’s about time. Any elected GOP representative of yours should be told to join the caucus. But don’t forget – names like the ones I mentioned should be eliminated ASAP. It won’t be long before the communists in and out of government begin to label the T-Party caucus a racist organization. We should do the same and start referring to the black and brown caucuses as radical communists organizations. Under President Pinocchio, Attorney General Holder, NAACP, Black Radicals, it appears THAT THEY are fomenting racial strife that could lead to civil unrest. If it ever happens, and I hope it doesn’t, I believe this communists led movement will execute executive orders to further the loss of freedom and liberty – it’s as clear as day to me.. . . article continues…

Rockefeller Republicanism is a form of surrender to the forces of cultural liberalism sweeping America. The media establishment may praise Mr. Schwarzenegger for his support of abortion rights, as well as other trendy issues like gay rights, stem-cell research and global warming. But if he can’t – or won’t – oppose liberal special-interest groups on the cultural front, he will do the same on the economic front.

The public-employee unions, the trial lawyers, the environmentalists – all these major Democratic constituencies have derailed the Governator’s economic agenda. The result: California has become a basket case. Mr. Schwarzenegger may still be personally popular. His old buddies in Hollywood may still back him. And the chattering classes may still seek to prop him up. But his brand of Republicanism is a road to nowhere; it is an albatross for the GOP – both in California and nationally. Republicans must wake up to this fact and do what they should have done a long time ago: terminate the Terminator. . .end of article. . .

SOMEBODY CALL ORKIN AND RAID!

This is the reason as explained in the article why the Chaoscratic Party is always in turmoil. It has too many different radical organizations to please. The California Legislature is full of communists. Any State which is controlled by the Chaoscrats is always in fiscal trouble. But Republicans Mr. Kuhner writes about are also to blame for some states in debt – you can’t please everyone. You have to be tough like some Governor Republicans getting states out of the hole. It is happening.

We must do the same thing in November. It is vitally important that we cleanse the Congress of the vermin that’s entrenched. When it happens we MUST NOT ALLOW another Bush GOP failure. We must throw out the first black/white president in 2012. He has failed us. They called Clinton “Slick Willie” the “first black president,” for pandering to the black for votes  – this guy we have now is authentic – he is the first black/white president. Ideal example of integration embodied in one person – unfortunately, President Pinocchio appears to favor one side only.

I enclose the following as an example of the Right of a State to make its own laws if not found in the Constitution. The Supreme Court has no authority in this matter (right to die) – unless you allow it to. This is also why States should win their law suits in regards to the unconstitutional health bill being forced upon the American people. The federal government has no constitutional right to do so – PERIOD! – health is not in the Constitution. Abortion is another, but the Court created a loop-hole in the First Amendment and declared it to be a “privacy” issue. It gave us infanticide.

While the Constitution protects a person’s right to reject life-preserving medical treatment (their “right to die”), states can regulate that interest if the regulation is reasonable.

A speech every U.S. high school principal should give:

If every school principal gave this speech at the beginning of the next school year, America would be a better place. To the students and faculty of our high school:

I am your new principal, and honored to be so. There is no greater calling than to teach young people. I would like to apprise you of some important changes coming to our school. I am making these changes because I am convinced that most of the ideas that have dominated public education in America have worked against you, against our country. First, this school will no longer honor race or ethnicity. I could not care less if your racial makeup is black, brown, red, yellow or white. I could not care less if your origins are African, Latin American, Asian or European, or if your ancestors arrived here on the Mayflower or on slave ships.

The only identity I care about, the only one this school will recognize, is your individual identity, your character, your scholarship, your humanity. And the only national identity this school will care about is American. If you wish to affirm an ethnic, racial or religious identity through school, you will have to go elsewhere. We will end all ethnicity-, race-and non-American nationality-based celebrations. They undermine the motto of America, one of its three central values, e pluribus unum, “from many, one.” And this school will be guided by America’s value. This includes all after-school clubs.

I will not authorize clubs that divide students based on any identities. This includes race, language, religion, sexual orientation or whatever else may become vogue. Your clubs will be based on interests and passions, not blood, ethnic, racial or other physically defined ties. Those clubs just cultivate narcissism, an unhealthy preoccupation with the self, while the purpose of education is to get you to think beyond yourself. So we will have clubs that transport you to the wonders and glories of art, music, astronomy, languages you do not already speak, carpentry and more. If the only extracurricular activities you can imagine being interesting in are those based on ethnic, racial or sexual identity, that means that little outside of yourself really interests you.

Second, I am interested is whether English is your native language. My only interest in term of language is that you leave this school speaking and writing English as fluently as possible. The English language has united America’s citizens for over 200 years, and it will unite us at this school. It is one of the indispensable reasons this country of immigrants has always come to be one country. And if you leave without excellent English language skills, I would be remiss in my duty to ensure that you will be prepared to successfully compete in the American job market.
We will learn other languages here, it is deplorable that most Americans only speak English, but if you want classes taught in your native language rather than in English, this is not your school.

Third, because I regard learning as a sacred endeavor, everything in this school will reflect learning’s elevated status. This means among other things, that you and your teachers will dress accordingly. There will be a formal dress code at this school.

Fourth, no obscene language will be tolerated anywhere on this school’s property, whether in class, in the hallways or at athletic events. If you can’t speak without using the F-word, you can’t speak. By obscene language I mean the words banned by the Federal Communications Commission, plus epithets such as “Nigger,” even when used by one black student to address another black, or “bitch,” even when addressed by a girl to a girlfriend. It is my intent that by the time you leave this school, you will be among the few your age to instinctively distinguish between the elevated and the degraded, the holy and the obscene.

Fifth, we will end all self-esteem programs. In this school, self-esteem will be attained in only one way, the way people attained it until decided otherwise a generation ago, by earning it. One immediate consequence is that there will be one valedictorian, not eight.

Sixth, and last, I am reorienting the school toward academics and away from politics and propaganda. No more time will be devoted to scaring you about smoking and caffeine, or terrifying you about sexual harassment or global warming. No more semesters will be devoted to condom wearing and teaching you to regard sexual relations as only or primarily a health issue. There will be no more attempts to convince you that you are a victim because you are not white, or not male, or not heterosexual or not Christian. We will have failed if any one of you graduates this school and does not consider him or herself inordinately lucky, to be alive and to be an American.

Several years ago, the President of the United States and Mrs. Clinton; joined by the Vice-President and Mrs. Gore were attending an event being entertained by the despicable Robin Williams. In his monologue he used the F-word several times and even pointed it out to some of the young sitting in the front row. The camera zoomed and captured all four “esteemed guests” laughing up a storm at the vulgarity of the half-pint.

This type of counter-cultural-revolution has been going on for a very long time. It started with the hippies in the ‘60s, communist led social upheaval. The Clintons and Gores were of that era. Most children born to those in the 60’s and forward on have been raised without core values. The generation I come from still possessed the decency and respect to and from others. Schools promoted what Mr. Prager writes about in this article.

In Sept. 1992, in a landmark children’s rights case a court in Florida permitted a 12 year-old to “divorce” his parents. Ending the rights of the natural mother and permitted to be adopted by foster parents as he wished. For the first time family rights ended on the basis of a legal action brought by a child. Who was responsible for this situation – Hippies? Schools? Movies? Television?

Socialism is responsible for the destruction of the individual. Academia has been teaching collectivism (I read that to mean social and economic control) which is the first step towards communism. This is why it was important for the communists to control education in America. The union leadership (not the members) and the ACLU are predominant communists. They are the ones that have done the most damage to the education of our people. And yet, they operate as respected entities – like ACORN was.

It would take quite an effort, almost a revolution by parents, to implement a policy such as what Mr. Prager is advocating. I believe it is too late. The will of the American people has been destroyed. Why do you think a communist was able to win the presidency of our country? Why do you think criminals in Congress commit unconstitutional acts and there is no accountability? Why do you suppose the media uses the First Amendment to misinform and mislead the American people so dastardly? Why do you suppose our young are sent all over the world, if not to enrich the arms merchants who contribute billions in campaign funds to the criminals in government? Why do you suppose Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae, players in the financial crisis are still allowed to exist and already has cost us $145,000,000,000 and not over – just beginning? They have been a cash-cow for the criminals in Congress – that’s why. Why are contributions to politicians not considered bribes – because the Supreme Court says so? Why is the Supreme Court derelict in its separation of powers duty? Why does it allow the other two branches to commit so many constitutional violations? People just don’t care anymore.

We were, and are being raped of hundreds of billions everyday and the make-up of our constitutional system is being thrashed by an uncontrolled Congress and White House. Billions for education – for what?

Changing the face of the House and Senate this Nov. is not a guarantee. This is why I recently called for the Republicans in Congress to shut down the government. What they are doing is aiding and abetting a criminal Congress which they are a part of. This will bring it to the attention of those in our society that may still be able to reason and hopefully wake-up to the fact of the imminent danger we are of losing our freedom and liberties. You parents should copy what Mr. Prager has written and send it to your children’s principle. FORMER FED CHAIRMAN – U.S HAS HIT BORROWING LIMIT

Former top central banker Alan Greenspan believes the U.S. is fast approaching the limit on its borrowing capacity. “Very soon,” he said, Treasury officials will have to price bonds higher in order to woo investors. The end result will be that taxpayers will be stuck with even more debt – as if $42,000 for every man, woman and child in this country is not enough.

Washington should take a lesson from Paris. Officials there announced in early June that they would be selling off “excess” properties the French government no longer needs in order to keep the government in business. The central government was offering rock-bottom prices for some 1,700 properties across France. French Budget Minister Francois Baroin said the properties were too expensive for the government to maintain any longer. They included landmarks and historic buildings, such as a chateau in the scenic town of Thonon-les-Bains in the French Alps on Lake Geneva

There is no doubt many bankers and speculators – the very people who stuck France with incredible debts in the first place – will be lining up to get their own piece of French history at the fire sale. Is this the future of the United States?

Not only do thieves (Govt.) in Washington D.C. end up owning businesses in the private sector; bailing out t banks in and out of this country, kees funding Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae who were involved in the financial crisis, allow the same people in Congress responsible for the crisis to maintain power, and to top it all, when Fed Chair Bernanke was asked in a committee meeting where’d the money go – he said he didn’t know. Folks, we are being raped of billion upon billions of dollars and we have a country of people indifferent to theft by the U.S. Congress . . . article continues.

Greenspan did not exactly say that Washington will soon be forced to pawn historic treasures to the plutocracy (power of the wealthy) in order to keep the country afloat, but there is no doubt it could come to that if Obama and company continue on their multitrillion-dollar borrowing binge. Still, what Greenspan did say is prescient, considering he is the former head of the privately-owned and controlled “Federal Reserve.”

According to the latest figures, the Fed holds 49.37 per cent of the U.S. national debt, which officially now totals a little over $13 trillion. (When Pinocchio took over the debt was $10 trillion) The next largest portion is owned by “international investors,” who hold 27.90 percent of the U.S. debt. The remaining 22.73 percent is owned by state and local governments, insurance companies, savings bond holders and other smaller investors.

In a commentary published recently in the Wall Street Journal, Greenspan painted a bleak picture: “The federal government is currently saddles with commitments for the next three decades that it will be unable to meet in real terms.” The only way Washington will be able to keep from going under, he said, is to ramp up borrowing.

But the government will not be able to borrow forever, he added. Eventually, investors are going to demand more and more from government, which will translate into higher rates. Of course, future generations of Americans will be the ones left holding the empty bag. Ironically, polls show that many Americans inside and outside Washington still believe the country will be able to borrow forever without ever having to face financial consequences. Greenspan addressed this, writing: “perceptions of a large U.S. borrowing capacity are misleading.”

One of the main reasons why there is still demand for the official U.S. debt is because other economies in Europe and Asia are supposedly doing so much worse than the U.S. Greenspan believes that could change overnight. America could become the next Greece, it seems. What’s Greenspan’s solution? “The United States, and most of the developed world, is in need of a tectonic shift in fiscal policy,” Greenspan said.

A better solution, that would really anger the bankers, would be for the Treasury to print its own currency and decree it equivalent to Federal Reserve notes. Main Street would then have the benefits of both a stable, sovereign currency and no interest payments to make to private banks. . .end of article.

The International Bankers (who own the Federal Reserve) have the whole world enslaved. Any president who would dare authorize the printing of U.S. notes (non-interest bearing) would be assassinated just like Lincoln and Kennedy. What Hitler did was kick the bankers out and quickly surrounded himself with the military for protection. He was able to raise a powerful army because he didn’t have to pay interest to bankers.

Several years ago during the Clinton administration the Chaoscrats threatened Republicans to shut down government. Not recalling the issue (too lazy to research) the cowards in the GOP gave in and high-tailed like they always do. What the GOP needs are conservative black and brown brothers – like yours truly – who come from the streets but believe in law and order and know how to kick ass.

What the Republican cowards in the Congress ought to do is boycott the U.S. Congress. They are aiding and abetting criminal behavior in OUR CONGRESS! SHUT IT DOWN! Bring it to the attention of the public. Warn the American people of the imminent danger our country is in. We have people in Washington D.C. who are thrashing the Constitution and intentionally spending out of control to create conditions that’ll worsen the already crisis. This is being done for a complete government take over. And I call that communism!

The Vast Left-Wing Media Conspiracy

When I’m talking to people from outside Washington, one question inevitably comes up: Why is the media so liberal? The question often reflects a suspicion that members of the press get together and decide on a story line that favors liberals and Democrats and denigrates conservatives and Republicans. My response has usually been to say, yes, there’s liberal bias in the media, but there’s no conspiracy. The liberal tilt is an accident of nature. The media disproportionately attracts people from liberal arts background who tend, quite innocently, to be politically liberal. If they came from West Point or engineering school, this wouldn’t be the case.

I used the previous quote by “Nikita” recently, and I want to repeat. Most all our colleges are dominated by social/communist professors. Students are brainwashed with anti-American propaganda. When they join their chosen field they are nothing but little lap dogs for the elite. Communism doesn’t stop at Russia’s border.

“Just as an army cannot fight without arms, so the Party cannot ideological work successfully without such a sharp and militant weapon as the press. We cannot put the press in unreliable hands. It must be in the hands of the most faithful, most trustworthy, most politically steadfast people devoted to our cause.” (Nikita Khrushchev – 1957)

Now, after learning I’d been targeted for a smear attack (communist tactic) by a member of an online clique of liberal journalists, I’m inclined to amend my response. Not to say there’s a media conspiracy, (I will) but at least to note that hundreds of journalists have gotten together, on an online listserv called JournoList, to promote liberalism and liberal politicians at the expense of traditional journalism. My guess is that this and other revelations about JournoList will deepen the distrust of the national press. True, participants in the online clubhouse appear to hail chiefly from the media’s self-identified left wing. But its founder, Ezra Klein, is a prominent writer for the Washington Post. Mr. Klein shut down JournoList last month – a wise decision.

It’s thanks to Tucker Carlson’s Daily Caller website that we know something about JournoList, though the emails among the liberal journalists were meant to be private. (Mr. Carlson hasn’t revealed how he obtained the emails.) In June, the Daily Caller disclosed a series of JournoList musings by David Weigel, then a Washington Post blogger assigned to cover conservatives. His emails showed he loathes conservatives, and he was subsequently fired.

This week, Mr. Carlson produced a series of JournoList emails from April 2008, when Barack Obama’s presidential bid was in serious jeopardy. Videos of the anti-white, anti-American sermons of his Chicago pastor, the Rev. Jeremiah Wright, had surfaced, first on ABC and then other networks. JournoList contributors discussed strategies to aid Mr. Obama by deflecting the controversy. (It happens often) They went public with a letter criticizing an ABC interview of Mr. Obama that dwelled on his association with Mr. Wright. Then, Spencer Ackerman of The Washington Independent proposed attacking Mr. Obama’s critics as racists. He wrote:

“If the right forces us all to either defend Wright or tear him down, no matter what we choose, we lose the game they’ve put upon us. Instead, take one of them – Fred Barnes, Karl Rove, who cares – and call them racists. . . .This makes them ‘sputter’ with rage, which in turn leads to overreaction and self-destruction.”

No one on JournoList endorsed the Ackerman plan. But rather than object on ethical grounds, they voiced concern that the strategy would fail or possibly backfire. Among journalists in general, there’s always been a herd instinct. Eugene McCarthy, the Minnesota senator and Democratic presidential candidate, once described political writers as birds on a telephone wire. When one bird flew to the wire across the street, they all did. In Mr. Ackerman’s case, I’m glad none of the birds joined him across the street.

We’ve often seen media groupthink in campaigns. In 1980, most of the media decided that President Jimmy Carter was being mean-spirited in his re-election effort with his harsh denunciations of Ronald Reagan, his Republican opponent. The media turned the meanness issue into a major story. In 1992, journalists treated the economy as if it were dead in the water, though a recovery from a mild recession had begun early the previous year. I could go on.

The opposite is true today. We get all kinds of reports from the media that the economy is on an “upturn” – the recession is “almost” over – jobs are beginning to comeback – it is all bullshit, folks. We are on a course that will bring economic disaster. We have incompetent people running our country bent on destroying our way of life, using their idea of “sharing the wealth” that has always failed in history. We are being communized slowly but surely and the only national voice out there calling it communism is Michael Savage. All other “conservatives,” including Fred Barnes haven’t got the balls to say so.. . .article continues

I think JournoList is-or-was-fundamentally different, and not simply because one of its members proposed to make palpably false accusations. As best I can tell, those involved in JournoList considered themselves part of a team. And their goal was to make sure the team won. In 2008, this was Mr. Obama’s team. More recently, the goal seems to have been to defeat the conservative team.

Remember what I’ve said in the past, President Pinocchio is the darling of the International Bankers. He IS the one they’ve been waiting for to complete the transformation of our country into a socialist/communist society. The “bad” publicity the banks are getting – especially Goldman Sachs – is just “another” distraction by the controlled press. No matter what, the bankers rule.

Until JournoList came along, liberal journalists were rarely part of a team. Neither are conservative journalists today, so far as I know. If there’s a team, no one has asked me to join. As a conservative, I normally write more favorably about Republicans than Democrats and I routinely treat conservative ideas as superior to liberal ones. But I’ve never been part of a discussion with conservative writers about how we could most help the Republican or the conservative team.

My experience with other conservative journalists is that they are loners. One of the most famous conservative columnists of the past half-century, the late Robert Novak, is a good example. I knew him well for 35 years. He didn’t tell me what stories he was working on nor ask what I was planning to write. He never mentioned how we might promote Republicans or aid the conservative cause, nor did I.

What was particularly pathetic about the scheme to smear Mr. Obama’s critics was labeling them as racists. The accusation has been made so frequently in recent year, without evidence to back it up, that it has little effect. It’s now the last refuge of liberal scoundrels. The first call I got after the Daily Caller unearthed the emails involving me was from Karl Rove. He said he wanted to talk to his “fellow racists.” We laughed about this. But the whole episode was also sad. I didn’t sputter at the thought of being called a racist. But it was sad to see what journalism, or at least a segment of it, had come to. . . end of article

I beg to differ about the accusation of being a racist having “little effect.” It is being used quite a lot outside the circles of Mr. Barnes chosen profession. This is a political weapon the communists will never stop using. Political Correctness and thought control has made people afraid and the word racist is a tool to use – very effectively.

For several days now, I’ve been hitting the intersections with a sign that reads “REPUBLICANS IN CONGRESS ARE COWARDS!” I stood outside the Republican headquarters and some of their workers came out and agreed. At other intersections the volume of beeps and the honking of horns were great. I did have some F words and middle fingers by disgruntled Republicans – I surmised – but not by Democrats – THEY KNOW Republicans are cowards.

We can see civil unrest, racial strife, being created by the White House, the NAACP, and the communist-led unions in the not too distant future – especially when the economy worsens. It is time the conservatives, like a Fred Barnes, take off their gloves and start writing about what is driving this turmoil – it’s not only the “Economy Stupid” it is the overthrow of our constitutional Republic BY COMMUNISM! One more Obama appointee to the Supreme Court after Kagan, and the transformation will be complete. After Pinocchio is gone the communists in the Court will rule the country as they have for too many years now. Your Bill of Rights will be decimated further, maybe out of existence. More so now than ever before people are beginning to use the word “Socialist” and “Socialism” in referring to President Pinocchio. The Republicans and Elena Kagan

The Republicans have failed – once again. The Senate confirmation hearings on Elena Kagan’s nomination to the Supreme Court have been a farce. Republican senators refused to challenge thoroughly and aggressively Ms. Kagan’s transnational, leftist agenda. Instead, they hardly laid a glove on her.

One only has to look back and see the type of treatment the criminals in the Chaoscratic party foisted upon Republican nominees for the Supreme Court. The vicious attack upon Judge Bork (no less by the coward non-swimmer Ted Kennedy) and making a wife of another GOP nominee leave the hearing in tears. They are despicable people that Democrat voters back home should retire.

This is inexcusable. Ms. Kagan is one of the most radical nominees to sit on, potentially, the highest court in the land. She is postmodern academic cultural Marxist. (communist) Like Justice Sonia Sotomayor (the “wise Latina”) (communist), Ms. Kagan thinks social engineering  trumps constitutional self-government: In her view, the role of the courts is not to enforce laws passed by elected legislatures; rather, it is to impose social policy from the top down, negating or circumventing popular will. Call it judicial tyranny masquerading as enlightened activism. . . it is taught in law school by communists.

As a policy aide in the Clinton administration, Ms. Kagan deliberately manipulated medical findings to rationalize support for partial-birth abortion – the barbaric practice of crushing the skull of a baby coming out of the mother’s womb. In other words, she distorted science to justify mass infanticide. (And with  Clinton’s approval?)

As the dean of Harvard Law School (honorary degrees in communism), Ms. Kagan prevented military recruiters from coming on campus. The reason: She publicly opposed the “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy, which prohibits openly acknowledged gays and lesbians from serving in the military. She argued that it amounted to discrimination and a violation of civil rights. Repealing “don’t ask, don’t tell,” however, is not about social justice. It is about transforming our military – the finest, most effective fighting force in the world – to advance the radical homosexual agenda.

Having openly gay service members would undermine morale and cohesion; the interests of a vital Democratic Party constituency are to take precedence over the military’s institutional mission. It represents the triumph of ideology over centuries of experience and military custom. Yet, when Saudi Arabia contributed $20 million to establish an Islamic studies and Shariah program at Harvard, Ms. Kagan remained silent. Her opposition to supposed “homophobia” extends only to the U.S. military. When it comes to Shariah law and its practice of murdering gays and lesbians – never mind stoning adulterers and enslaving women – Ms. Kagan’s liberalism takes a back seat to multiculturalism. She is a craven hypocrite who despises traditional America.

Moreover, her decision to bar military recruiters was not simply a matter of political judgment. It was an act of treason. At the time, America was fighting two bloody wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. Our troops were dying. Ms. Kagan sought to deny access to potential military recruits when they were most needed.

ARTICLE 11 Sec. 4 U.S. Constitution

The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.

Just think how many politicians we could impeach with an Office of Impeachment under the jurisdiction of the States and NOT the federal government. Think of all the bribes (campaign donations – and money from lobbyists) we could charge them with. As long as you allow this to go on we will always have criminals in all three branches. And it’s our government? Shame on you, Americans!

Ms. Kagan also supports laws that assault First Amendment free-speech rights because she believes the government cannot really “enforce” the banning of books. She favors “redistributive speech” as well as European-style “hate-speech laws.” These authoritarian measures have been used to persecute conservatives, Christians and Jews across Europe in order to protect politically correct groups such as Muslims, homosexuals and atheists from criticism. American Jews ought to think twice before they vote for Democrats – to think that 89% voted for Obama – WAKE UP! AMERICAN JEWS. . . your future in America could be in danger. The administration reaching out to the Muslim world should be a clue.

Gay marriage, affirmative action, abortion on demand, gun control, giving terrorists full legal and constitutional rights – Ms. Kagan is a doctrinaire liberal who seeks to use her position on the high court to shift America permanently to the left (communism) Her role model is the late Justice Thurgood Marshall. He embodied ultra-activism, believing that the courts should twist – and if necessary, ignore – the Constitution to achieve progressive (communism) goals. He championed the judge as super legislator, judicial imperialism as the path to multicultural social democracy.

He got away with it because of “Political Correctness.” Who was going to criticize a giant in the civil-rights movement? Should we ever win control of the White House and Congress we should DEMAND that the communists in the Supreme Court be impeached. Why is it acceptable when these bastards commit impeachable offenses against our Constitution and country and we can’t retaliate? IT’S YOUR GOVERNMENT!

For the left, the Constitution is a “living” and “breathing” document (communist propaganda) that must reflect societal evolution and changing norms (that’s why we have the Fifth Article in your Constitution – the Amendment process – reject the communists) It is a piece of clay that must be molded to suit contemporary ideological ends. Rather than restraining government power (as the Framers intended), it is the mechanism to erect a nanny state (International Bankers agenda) This is the very opposite of what James Madison had in mind.

Ms. Kagan admitted her progressive, anti-Madisonian, anti-constitutionalist outlook during the hearings. She said that, while the Framers inserted specific details, such as requiring senators to be at least 30 years old, “there are a range of other kinds of provisions in the Constitution of a much more general kind, and those provisions were meant to be interpreted over time, to be applied to new situations and new factual contexts.”

Ms. Kagan is more than a pernicious leftist. She is an incompetent bureaucrat who does not deserve to sit on the highest, most powerful court in the land. Her career is characterized by mediocrity. She has no experience as a judge or trial lawyer. Her few cases as President Obama’s solicitor general, arguing cases in front of the Supreme Court, were dismal performances. On several occasions, she was directly rebuked by justices for her inappropriate conduct and amateurish arguments. She has a thin publishing resume. She has no reputation as an intellectual giant. In communism it doesn’t matter.

In short, she is a Democratic partisan hack skilled in one thing: pole-climbing. She is a liberal Harriet Miers. And this is precisely why Mr. Obama picked her. They are cut from the same ideological cloth – post-modern academic leftists who believe politics is about power and self-advancement. Ms. Kagan’s confirmation would mark another major victory for Mr. Obama’s socialist revolution. He is slowly remaking the Supreme Court in his image…end of article

The approval by the criminals in the senate of Ms. Kagan as the next Justice to the Court will leave one-shy of 5-4 decisions needed for communists to take over the Court. She is replacing another communist (they are called “liberals” by their brethren in the media) so our Bill of Rights is still hanging a little. President Pinocchio will most likely get another shot after Kagan and the Repussycans will react like they always do – LIKE COWARDS! We MUST win in November. We have to save our Court. Call your relatives in other parts of the country – throw out all the Democrats running for reelection.

President Obama created a commission to come up with ideas how to tackle the budget and debt crisis. The bank big shots have warned that the debt is unsustainable – especially with all the spending by the Chaoscrats. Unheard of measures will have to be taken. You are going to see taxes raised unlike anytime in your life. You are going to see cuts of all the freebies you are accustomed to. And you know what? He doesn’t want it announced until December AFTER the elections in November. How’s that for a president of YOUR COUNTRY? The answer to our problems are in the Constitution

For the elections of 2006, the taking over of Congress from the GOP took a lot of demonization and outright lying by the controlled press against “Repussycans” by the habitual liars who lead the ignorant in the Chaoscratic Party. My Biggest Mistake in the White House

Seven years ago today, in a speech on the Iraq war, Sen. Ted Kennedy (non-swimmer) fired the first shot in an all-out assault on President Bush’s integrity. “All the evidence points to the conclusion,” Kennedy said, that the Bush administration “put a spin on the intelligence and a spin on the truth.” Later that day Senate Minority Leader Tom Daschle told reporters Mr. Bush needed “to be forthcoming” about the absence of weapons of mass destruction (WMD). Thus began a shameful episode in our political life whose poisonous fruits (communism) are still with us.

The next morning, Democratic presidential candidates John Kerry (King Ketchup) and John Edwards joined in. Sen. Kerry said, “It is time for a president who will face the truth and tell the truth.” Mr. Edwards chimed in, “The administration has a problem with the truth,” (What a hypocrite – ask his wife about his “truth”) The battering would continue and it was a monument to hypocrisy and cynicism. All these Democrats had said, like Mr. Bush did, that Saddam Hussein possesses WMD. Of the 110 House and Senate Democrats who voted in October 2002 to authorize the use of force against his regime, 67 said in congressional debate that Saddam had these weapons. This didn’t keep Democrats from later alleging something they new was false – that the president had lied America into war.

Senate Intelligence Chairman Bob Graham organized a bipartisan letter in December 2001 warning Mr. Bush that Saddam’s “biological, chemical and nuclear weapons programs . . . may be back to pre-Gulf War status,” Yet, two years later, he called for Mr. Bush’s impeachment for having said Saddam had WMD. On July 9, 2004, Mr. Graham’s fellow Democrat on Senate Intelligence, Jay Rockefeller, charged that the Bush administration “at all levels . . . used bad information to bolster the case for war.” But in his remarks on Oct. 10, 2002, supporting the war resolution, he said that “Saddam’s existing biological and chemical weapons capabilities pose real threats to America.”

Where was the press? The powers at be use newspapers like the New York Times as a conduit for their agenda of war-mongering, by manipulating the news, people, and even government by omitting vital information and using the despicable Chaoscrats in Congress as fools. Wars enrich the powers at the expense of our young.

Even Kennedy, who opposed the war resolution, nonetheless said the month before the vote that Saddam’s “pursuit of lethal weapons of mass destruction cannot be tolerated.” But he warned if force were employed, the Iraq dictator “may decide he has nothing to lose by using weapons of mass destruction himself of by sharing them with terrorists.” Then there was Al Gore (Jolly “Green” Giant), who charged on June 24, 2004, that Mr. Bush spent “prodigious amounts of energy convincing people of lies” and accused him of treason, bellowing that Mr. Bush “betrayed his country.” (Poor Mrs. Gore. Her husband, getting a massage in a hotel in the middle of the night must’ve been first-class betrayal.)

Yet, just a month before the war resolution debate, the former vice-president said, “We know that [Saddam] has stored away secret supplies of biological and chemical weapons throughout his country.” Top Democrats led their party in make the “Bush lied, people died” charge because they wanted to defeat him in 2004. That didn’t happen. Around this time or so, Obama is plucked off the streets and the beginning of communism control of the White House had begun.

Several bipartisan commissions would later catalogue the serious errors in the intelligence on which Mr. Bush and Democrats relied. But these commissions, particularly the Silberman-Robb report of March 31, 2005, found that the “Bush lied” charge was false. (What! No press?) Still, the attacks hurt: When they began, less that a third of Americans believed the charge. Two years later, polls showed that just over half did. The damage extended beyond Mr. Bush’s presidency. The attacks on Mr. Bush poisoned America’s political discourse. Saying the commander-in-chief intentionally lied America into war is about the most serious accusation that can be leveled at a president. The charge was false – and it opened the way for politicians in both parties to move the debate from differences over issues into ad hominem attacks. Appealing to one’s ignorance instead of the intellect. Attacking character instead of answering the argument. I do this as a service for those that were kicked out of school like me.

At the time, we in the Bush White House discussed responding but decided not to relitigate (sic – ?) the past. (Repussycanism) That was wrong and my mistake: I should have insisted to the president that this was a dagger aimed at his administration’s heart. What Democrats started seven years ago left us less united as a nation to confront foreign challenges and overcome America’s enemies . . . in and out of the country.

We know President Bush did not intentionally mislead the nation. Saddam Hussein was deposed and eventually hung for his crimes. Iraq is a democracy (until we leave) and an ally instead of an enemy of America. Al Qaeda suffered tremendous blows in the “land between two rivers.” But Democrats lost more than the election in 2004. In telling lie after lie, week after week, many lost their honor and blackened their reputations. . . they lost their honor the first day they arrived in the cesspool known as Congress. . . end of article.

Wars can be stopped any day by Congress – all they have to do is stop the funding. That is against the agenda of the bankers – war is money. The following is what I believe is how we lost control to the communists who dominate the White House aided by radicals in positions of power in the Congress.

 Of all Republicans seeking the nomination to run for the presidency Senator McCain was dead-last. Even heard pundits described his attempt that not even a miracle could save him. Lo and behold, the New York Times endorsed McCain, and overnight he went from the bottom of the pole to No. 1 – OVERNIGHT! Why? Because he would be the easiest to beat. Now the race on the other side was between Hillary and Obama. The New York Times turned against Hillary and President Pinocchio got the trophy.

In the meantime, McCain wanted Joe Lieberman as his VP. All of a sudden to the surprise of many McCain was ordered to select Governor Palin. Who ordered that? Maybe McCain is the only one who knows and we’ll never learn. Within minutes of the announcement of Palin for VP the attacks started. It was and still is, relentless. You’d think that after a few years “they” would leave it alone. The media and the communists are vicious people.

 Every thing that is good for our country is attacked. The first amendment is being threatened; religion is perverted; our learning institutions are dominated by socialists and communists. The separation of powers is gone; the family institution destroyed by the communists in the judiciary system. The sanctity of marriage is being eliminated. A judge recently ruled that straight marriage is unconstitutional – imagine the mentality of some in the judiciary. After Kagan becomes a Supreme Court Justice, President Pinocchio may have another opportunity to appoint another and then 5-4 decisions will belong to the communists in the Court.

“NCAA (sic) motion to cite ‘tea party’ racism” so reads a title of an article that appeared in the Arizona Republic 7-13-2010. Two excerpts follow:

“The NAACP is expected to approve a resolution at its annual convention condemning the “tea party” movement for harboring “racist” elements that are a threat to our democracy,” a spokeswoman for the civil-rights organization said Monday.”

The closer we get to the elections you can expect this type of garbage from this socialist organization. As if they didn’t have “bad apples” within their own followers. I haven’t seen any “tea party” people with billy clubs at polling places threatening voters – have you? I suppose the black panthers are a charter member of the local Boys and Girls Clubs. When it comes to racism no other established organization is as racist as the NAACP along with the Black Caucus in the Congress.

“Critics have pointed to signs carried by tea party supporters that mock President Obama and his Kenyan ancestry and to repeated questions by protestors about Obama’s U.S. citizenship.”

Socialist Black-Americans, it’s called “Freedom of Speech.” You are the ones that attempt to stifle speech in your hatred towards “white America.” It’s called "political correctness" -  a communist tactic. There is another side of Black Americans few have ever heard about. There are Black American citizens that don’t approve of many of the tactics used by the communists in the black communities. Where were the NAACP, Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton when the Black Panthers were advocating killing whites and their babies? President Obama, instead of leading as a president to all people is dividing the country like never before in modern times.

Isn’t that refreshing? It is a wonderful organization. When you visit the web site you’ll learn the history of many great black Americans who helped shape our country. I learned a long time ago that blacks up until the Roosevelt era voted for Republicans. It was during that time that communism began infiltrating the black work-force and voting habits began to change.

The Republican Party has done more good for black America than Democrats could ever duplicate. It is Democrats who always voted against legislation benefiting the black. They are the ones that have bullshitted the black for years. They are the ones that enslaved the black into the welfare state and destroyed the black family. The problem has been that those in our society that control the media and Hollywood are forever promoting the vile side of both races, thus promoting hatred and disharmony.

And now we are being threatened by the Black Panthers. If there is one person who could intervene and calm things down is President Pinocchio – but he won’t. It almost seems that he and his Attorney General Holder are pushing for racial strife. Why did they decide to let go the club-wielding Black Panthers? What kind of message does this send to millions of black youths? What we have in Washington are people raised in perpetual confrontations. It is understandable – communism has been their misguided light.

Preparing the ground for a future tyranny.

“Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.” So which is it – stupidity, ignorance or insanity – that explains the behavior of my fellow Americans who call for greater government involvement in our lives? According to the latest Rasmussen Reports, 30 percent of Americans believe congressmen are corrupt, among the more polite terms you’ll hear are thieves and crooks, liars and manipulators, hustlers and quacks. But what do the same people say when our nation faces a major problem? “Government ought to do something!” When people call for government to do something, it is as if they’ve been befallen by amnesia and forgotten just who is running government. It’s the very people whom they have labeled as thieves and crooks, liars and manipulators, hustlers and quacks.

Ever since the communists began taking over our institutions, especially public education, those born after the late’ 60s have had nothing but BIG government dictating their lives. When inflation began rearing its ugly head in the late ‘60s the one-earner in the house could no longer support the family. The housewife was forced into the job-market to help make ends meet. That left the young at home unattended. By the ‘70s television was cluttered with what some referred to as “a wasteland.” This “wasteland” was dominated by social-engineers that were slowly brainwashing America. Full blown socialism had begun. What this did to people was to destroy their individualism, pride, incentive, respect, and the family began to deteriorate. “Do your own thing” “Shit happens” The entertainment world became a socialistic cesspool. . . article continues

Aside from the general level of disgust that Americans have for congressmen, there’s the question of whether there is anything that Congress does well. What about Social Security and Medicare? Congress has allowed Social Security and Medicare to accumulate an unfunded liability of $101 trillion. That means in order to pay promised elderly entitlement benefits, Congress would have to put trillions in the bank today earning interest.

It is impossible to get out of debt by paying it off. We have been economic slaves ever since the international bankers were given the right to administer our monetary system – illegally, I may add. All the money ever borrowed from the bankers has been nothing but an ink entry. Yet, we have to work to the bone to pay taxes on the interest. We should declare bankruptcy – wipe out the debt – kick the bankers out without pay – enforce the money laws mandated by our Constitution – repeal the 17th Amendment – Get rid of the IRS – Post Office – Amtrak- and a host of other departments that were created only so this rotten government would spend a lot of money so the bankers could reap billions in interest from the money borrowed . . .article continues

Congressional efforts to create “affordable housing” have created today’s financial calamity. Congress props up failed enterprises such as Amtrak and the U.S. Postal Service with huge cash subsidies, and subsidies in the form of special tax treatment and monopoly rights. I can’t think of anything that Congress does well, yet we Americans call for them to take greater control over important areas of our lives.

We didn’t give Congress nor the White House permission to take over the auto-industry, financial markets, and others in the private sector. The majority of Americans were against the health bill. The majority of Americans don’t want amnesty outright. Quite probable in the near future the energy bill will also be shoved down our throats. What we have then is a CRIMINAL GOVERNMENT! . . .article continues

I don’t think that stupidity, ignorance or insanity explains the love that many Americans hold for government; it’s far more sinister and perhaps hopeless. I’ll give a few examples to make my case. Many Americans want money they don’t personally own to be used for what they see as good causes such as handouts to farmers, poor people, college students, senior citizens and businesses. (It’s called socialism) If they privately took someone’s earnings to give to a farmer, college student or senior citizen, they would be hunted down as thieves and carted off to jail.

However, they get Congress to do the identical thing, through its taxing power, and they are seen as compassionate and caring. In other words, people love government because government, while having neither moral nor constitutional authority, has the legal and physical might to take the property of one American and give it to another.

This tamale vendor begs to differ with Mr. Williams. The government has no legal right to take your property and give it to another. Physical might yes but no legal right. The Congress has no taxing power over us accept that which is specified in your Constitution. Only if it’s equally apportioned throughout the State and In case of war – period!

The unanticipated problem with this agenda is that as Congress uses its might to take what belongs to one American to give to another – what President Obama calls “spreading the wealth around” – more and more Americans will want to participate in the looting. It will ultimately produce something none of us wants: absolute control over our lives. The path we’re embarked upon, in the name of good, is a familiar one.

The unspeakable horrors of Nazism, Stalinism and Maoism did not begin in the ‘30s and ‘40s with the men usually associated with those names. Those horrors were simply the end result of a long evolution of ideas leading to consolidation of power in central government in the name of “social justice.”

The “long evolution of ideas” is simply the invention of the international bankers who invented communism to control people and to make money. Why do you think Russia was given almost all of Europe after the war? Why do you think the United Nations was created? (one-world govt.) Why do you think The United Nations is dominated by communist nations? Why do you think the U.S. government has propped up communism for so many years – with our tax money? Why do you think we have so many wars after World War Two that ended in failure with other than “democracies?” “Social Justice” is communist bullshit – it doesn’t exist in your Constitution. . . article continues

In Germany, it led to the Enabling Act of 1933: Law to Remedy the Distress of the People and the Nation. (Patriot Act – Anyone?) After all, who could be against a remedy to relieve distress? Decent but misguided Germans, who would have cringed at the thought of what Nazi Germany would become, succumbed to Hitler’s charisma.

Today’s America, enticed, perhaps enchanted, by charismatic speeches, (“Hope and Change”) are ceding so much power to Washington, and like yesteryear’s Germans, are building the Trojan horse for a future tyrant. . .end of article

I think the Trojan horse is already in the corral – the White House. The international bankers have always wanted someone in the White House as radical as President Pinocchio. What you are witnessing in Congress lowering the boom on the Federal Reserve is just a show, folks. Remember the old saying “He who owns the gold makes the rules.” There is only one way to stop the banker’s agenda and that is to stop President Pinocchio by winning at least the House in November.(stop the spending) It would be nice to win the Senate also because Obama may get another chance to appoint another justice to the Supreme Court after Kagan (looks like a shoo in) if that happens the communists will control the important swing vote – 5-4 decisions. Bye-Bye 1st and 2nd Amendments. Don’t let it happen! Those with relatives outside Arizona call and warn them. Have them call their U.S. Senators to protest the radical appointments.

Sadly, polls show that if the presidential election were held today Pinocchio would be reelected. Half of the population doesn’t understand the imminent danger America is in. All the anti-American “isms” in the last 50 years have done a lot of damage to the minds of the American people. People have forgotten that Uncle Sam is an uncle and not their daddy. How do you wean them away from so many “entitlements?” 50 million on food stamps? Look at the problems Greece is having. Many other countries will be facing the same. Wait until some of our States start bellying-up. And to think that the international bankers have the whole world in debt – you have to give them credit. We are a nation of fools. . . a generation of stupidity. I love you, America.

Supreme Court Trivia:

Samuel Chase was the only Supreme Court justice to be impeached. The politically motivated charges failed in the Senate, however, in 1805.

George Washington appointed the most Supreme Court justices (11). Only FDR came close, with 9 appointments.

Chief Justice Salmon P. Chase was the only justice to appear on U.S. currency. He was on the $10,000 bill, which is no longer printed.

When I lived in Las Vegas, the Horseshoe Casino downtown had a $1,000,000 on display on a frame shaped like a horseshoe – all $10,000 bills. You could have your picture taken standing alongside.
