Alexander Hamilton, representing aristocratic financial interests, was instrumental in establishing the First United States Bank in 1791. It was a privately owned bank with a monopolistic power to issue legal tender notes based on government bonds as collateral. The plan behind this was to increase government debt progressively, financed through the bank, and to create a huge federal bureaucracy. Thomas Jefferson opposed it because it placed too much power in private hands and operated government on a credit basis.
By 1793, Jefferson was so discouraged battling the banking elite that he resigned as Sec. of State. But in 1811, President Madison, who shared Jefferson’s view, refused to renew the charter of the bank - it was dissolved. The bankers not being deterred, from their goal, provided much of the impetus for pushing the U.S. into the war of 1812.

As a result of that war, the finances of the nation became chaotic. Pressure was put on Madison to approve a charter for the Second U.S. BANK which he reluctantly did in 1816. Once again, the bankers took control. Jefferson bitterly opposed the formation of this bank. He wrote to John Taylor in 1816 and said this: “I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. Already they have raise up a money aristocracy that has set the government in defiance. The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the government, to whom it properly belongs.”
Fortunately for the United States, Andrew Jackson was elected President in 1828 and 1832. Because those who controlled the Second U.S. Bank so ruthlessly attempted to drive local bankers and state chartered financial institutions out of business, Jackson vowed to destroy the bank. In effort to destroy Jackson’s bid for reelection, the bank called loans at will of Jackson’s supporters, but Jackson had the overwhelming support of the common people and won.

Under Jackson, the government not only liquidated its national debt but accumulated a surplus. The surplus was distributed among the states for public works. This was done without an income tax! Although the nation prospered, the international banking interests were able to contribute to financial problems which the state chartered banking houses were not able to correct. By 1860 these banking interests mounted great pressure on government once again to establish a central bank.
During Lincoln’s Administration, behind the scenes, the banking interests were helping to inflame the nation into conflict, as they did in the war of 1812. As the war progressed, Lincoln’s greatest battle was with the international bankers who hoped to establish control by forcing Lincoln to finance the war on credit. However, Lincoln outsmarted the banking establishment by issuing over 450 million dollars in United States Notes, a non-interest bearing debt obligation of the U.S. Government.

In 1862, the Bank of England issued its infamous paper known as the “Hazard Circular” to the seaboard financiers in the U.S. In it, they wrote: “…capital shall control labor by controlling wages. This can be done by controlling money. The great debt…made out of the war must be used as a means to control money…Bonds must be used as a banking basis…It will not do to allow the greenback to circulate as money…as we cannot control that. But we can control the bonds and through them the bank issues.” (Federal Reserve Notes in your pocket)

Lincoln’s reward for defiance of the financial establishment was his assassination. For the remainder of the century the United States was able to function without a central bank. The international banking interests, through their agents in our country, did control or own many banks, but their control was always localized. They had no hold on the monetary policy of government. However, they were able to exert pressure on the government elected officials, by creating monetary panics by transferring large amounts of money from one bank to another.

Thus, if a bank reserves were seriously depleted by the withdrawal of a large amount of money, it would be unable to pay off its numerous smaller creditors. By this device, the financial aristocrats were able to bring about banking failures and panics which they then used as an excuse advocating the need for a central banking authority. A central banking authority, they claimed, would bring an end to monetary panics and financial disruptions and restore stability.

It was not until 1913 that the financial elite were able to establish the control they sought. After the Supreme Court struck down the first income tax law, which was enacted as a legislative bill, as being unconstitutional, the financial establishment changed its tactics. It introduced the income tax as an amendment to the Constitution, which was approved in 1913. That same year, Congress passed the Federal Reserve Act, which gave the international banking establishment its long sought goal - the central bank.
There’s nothing in the Constitution to prevent Congress from contracting with a private corporation for the management of a popular currency. Yes, it is private. Its voting stockholders are kept in secret; they’re known to no one, not even the President of the United States.

The Federal Reserve System is not part of Government, and has never been audited by the General Accounting Office or any government agency. Of course, it seems to be an official department, with the President making appointments, but it’s completely autonomous. (Look in the government blue pages of the phone book – you won’t find it listed under Government)

Asked “Do you approve of the latest credit-tightening moves?” Treasury Secretary David M. Kennedy answered in U.S. News & World Report May 5, 1969: “It’s not my job to approve or disapprove. I add this response President Reagan gave during his re-election in 1984 when asked if he was going to fire the Federal Reserve Chairman, said (I quote him verbatim): “Well, you know they are autonomous, and that’s all I can say.” The President of the United States told the country on T.V. news the Federal Reserve is self-governed, answers to no one, and I want to believe most listening didn’t have a clue to the significance of what he meant.

Just the mere fact that our monetary system is run by international bankers should suffice in convincing people that something is wrong constitutionally. Your Constitution says one thing and criminals in Congress and White House operate outside the law. I have discovered no matter how much proof you may offer, many won’t believe nor care about it. We are led by the nose and criminals commit their crimes undisturbed. This is what becomes of people in a democracy.

The Congress operates in such a way that very few of the elected have time to read legislation introduced. You’ve seen paper work almost a foot high representing a piece of legislation. There is no way they’ll stop to read it – it’ll interfere their hustling money and attending cocktail parties.
It’s reported that other wording, unbeknown to others voting, is inserted just before legislation comes up for a vote. There are many in Congress (both parties) just as sly as a hustler on a street corner – no shame at all. Why not? Not many citizens seem to care.

My party (Democratic), upon taking control of the House promised the people better government, less pork-barrel, bi-partisan legislation …etc… and nothing changed. Millions are wasted on projects to reward both parties thus guaranteeing reelection in perpetuity.

I changed my voter registration to Republican. The Democratic Party has become too radical. I hope I can help clean the party of republicans which are “too” moderate. It needs a cleaning.

During the turmoil of the tax rebellion in the 70s and 80s  a lot of information was uncovered by many. The following article is an example of info we’d never seen before.

Lewis v. U.S., - 1982 – 680 –f. 2D 1239 – 9TH Cir. USCA

Examining the organization and function of the Federal Banks, and applying the relevant factors, we conclude that the Reserve Banks are not federal instrumentalities for purposes of the FTCA, but are independent, privately owned and locally controlled corporations. (The FTCA - Federal Tort Claims Act)

Each FRB is a separately owned corporation owned by commercial banks in its region. The stockholding commercial banks elect two thirds of each Bank’s nine member board of directors. The remaining three directors are appointed by the Federal Reserve Board. The Federal Reserve Board regulates the Reserve Banks, but direct supervision and control of each Bank is exercised by its board of directors (12 U.S.C. & 301.)

The directors enact by-laws regulating the manner of conducting general Bank business, (12 U.S.C. & 341) and appoint officers to implement and supervise daily Bank activities. These activities include collecting and clearing checks, making advances to private and commercial entities, holding reserves for member banks, discounting the notes of member banks, and buying and selling securities on the open market. See 12 U.S.C & 341 – 361.

Each Bank is statutorily empowered to conduct these activities without day to day direction from the federal government. Thus, for example, the interest rates on advances to member banks, individuals, partnerships, and corporations are set by each Reserve Bank and their decisions regarding the purchase and sale of securities are likewise independently made.

It is evident from the legislation history of the Federal Reserve Act that Congress did not intend to give the federal government direction over the daily operation of the Reserve Banks:

It is proposed that the Government shall retain sufficient power over the reserve banks to enable it to exercise a direct authority when necessary to do so, but that it shall in no way attempt to carry on through its own mechanism the routine operations and banking which require detailed knowledge of local and individual credit and which determine the funds of the community in any given instance.

In other words, the reserve-bank plan retains to the Government power over the exercise of the border banking functions, while it leaves to individuals and privately owned institutions the actual direction of routine. (H.R. Report No. 69, 63 Cong. 1st Session. 18-19 (1913)

The fact that the Federal Reserve Board regulates the Reserve Banks does not make them federal agencies under the Act. In United States vs. Orleans, 425 U.S. 807, 96 Supreme Ct. 1971, 48 L. Ed. 2d 390 (1976), the Supreme Court held that a community action agency was not a federal agency or instrumentality for purposes of the Act, even though the agency was organized under the federal regulations and heavily funded by the federal government.

Because the agency’s day-to-day operation was not supervised by the federal government, but by local officials, the Court refused to extend federal tort liability for the negligence of the agency’s employees.

Similarly, the Federal Reserve Banks, though heavily regulated, are locally controlled by their member banks. Unlike typical federal agencies, each bank is empowered to hire and fire employees at will. Bank employees do not participate in the Civil Service Retirement System.

They are covered by worker’s compensation insurance, purchased by the Bank, rather than the Federal Employees Compensation Act. Employees traveling on Bank business is not subject to federal travel regulations and do not receive government employee discounts on lodging and services.” (end of article)

This ruling never appeared in the media nor is spoken about in schools. Through the years I’ve asked bank personnel if they knew the Fed was privately owned and they look at me like burnt toast. At least two bank VPs were puzzled. My point being, how deep ignorance of the monetary system we suffer from. The fact remains - the International Bankers own the Federal Reserve. One of the owners is predominant in the news lately. Most all appointees as Secretary Treasurers and Fed Chairmen come from that organization. Who is it? Goldman Sachs of New York. How’s that for the Fox “guarding the hen house.’” Second article follows.

FEDERAL RESERVE PRIVATELY OWNED

The Federal Reserve banks are privately owned and locally controlled, separate corporations. Who says so? In Lewis v U.S., - 1982 – 680 – F. 2D 1239 – 9th Cir. USCA the Ninth Circuit Court said so. Thus, after years of senators and members of the House of Representatives denying (lying) the FRB banks were privately owned, the Ninth Circuit Court has finally, officially, given the lie to the scam imposed on people of this nation over 70 years ago.

The court’s decision has vast implications. Now that the banker’s hoax has been legally exposed, what impact will it have on paper issued as Federal Reserve Notes? As private bankers, it would appear they have no more right to issue and circulate their paper than does the local counterfeiter. In fact, if one could choose, between the two, the local counterfeiter would be the one chosen, because he charges no interest on his paper.

The Federal Reserve counterfeiter not only distributes worthless paper, but collects interest by loaning it into circulation. The court decision has been known for three months, but the kept media has been as quiet as a mouse. Neither the printed nor electronic media has found it noteworthy, even though the ramifications will be mind boggling if the court decision stands. (Obviously nothing came about – we’re still economic slaves.)

Key members of the two Houses of Congress were advised of the court findings, but the public has not heard even a peep from the guardians of the public welfare. In fact, no one will admit to knowing anything about it. But they do know, and the question is, “What are they going to do about it?” (Nothing!)

There are so many things that come to mind when one realizes the Federal Reserve banks have been operating un-Constitutionally for all these years, that it staggers the imagination. What about homes the Fed Reserve member banks have foreclosed? What about the interest the United States (us) has been paying on foreign loans negotiated by these same private bankers? Is this not a gift of the people’s funds? What about the interest the Federal Reserve Banks now collect on the national debt…would that not be declared illegal under the Circuit Court decision?

“There you have it. The high-binding, swindling Federal Reserve Banks are just what we have said for years they were private corporations, which have bankrupted the nation. We now owe a bigger debt than the total net worth of the country. We pay this privileged and pampered class of counterfeiters almost 20 cents (1980s) of every tax dollar collected. As Thomas Edison said, “It’s foolish to say we can issue a bond that is good, but not a dollar bill.” The time has come to return to a Constitutional money system that puts into circulation a debt-free dollar. Debt-free money would save the Social Security System and put the 14 million unemployed workers back to work.” (end of article)

It’s amazing how the criminals in our society have kept this hidden from the general public. Yet every politician who serves in Congress is well aware of it. The powers have done irreparable harm to the minds of our people. As long as the bankers are in control of our monetary system we shall always have economic problems. I tell people that communism was invented by the International bankers and they think I’m crazy. The bankers did this for money and control. The following are three planks of the communist manifesto used to administer the monetary system in our country.

2nd Plank - A graduated income tax…the more you make the more they take.

4th plank - Government comes after you if you don’t pay. The IRS is used as their gestapo. It is the lifeblood of socialism. Now you should understand President Pinocchio’s “spread the wealth” comment.

5th plank - A centralized bank. What you learned today is all you need to know.

WE HAVE A CRIMINAL GOVERNMENT ON OUR HANDS!

Many early statesmen warned about the dangers of a privately controlled money system. There is only one politician in Congress today who has spent most of his career fighting the Federal Reserve. That courageous citizen is Rep. Ron Paul from Texas. The media has always made him out to be a fool. If you were from the “elite” wouldn’t you use the controlled press to do your dirty propaganda? Even today, information such as this is no big deal to many Americans. Either way, I like to share. For those of you who had never heard of this, now you won’t go around scratching your head wondering what is going on in our country - now you know…I love you, America.

The following is an editorial article which appeared in the Justice Times in 1988

In the 1984 presidential election, only 53 percent of eligible Americans voted, and given projections for the 1988 election (and the lack of substance in what most view as the only choices), the turnout will be lower yet. Turnout this year is expected to be the lowest in 40 years.

The statistics clearly show that we now have government of half the people, by half the people, and for half the people, something the Founding Fathers would have cringed at. What’s worse is that the future for self-government looks even more bleak; less than half of America’s youth even register to vote, with only 17 percent going to the polls. Add to that the fact that voting is the lowest level of participation – which caucuses, precincts, and litigating having the most impact on government – and it becomes clear that the United States is quickly is becoming a nation of political ignoramuses.

This voter turnout in a nation that is supposed to be the world’s example for self-government says many things about the current state of the people and their political process. First, it says that many Americans believe voting does little good because candidates are hand-picked and are elected by cleverly-built coalitions of power. “All I have is a choice between the lesser of two evils,” they say. “My vote means nothing.” Second, low participation suggests that Americans are content with what they have. The great majority are steadily employed (95 percent as of this writing), have weekends off, at least adequate housing and furniture, education for their children, a diet that most in the world would envy, at least one car, a stereo and a color television set. In short, they are fat and happy; so why vote?

I believe we grew complacent because of trust we had for government. Sure we had “it made,” with material things, we earned it didn’t we? Remember how the communists made us feel guilty because we had “too much?”  Who would have thought we were being socialized/communized when we were constantly being told that communism was dead; that we were the greatest; the freest. And all that time our learning institutions, radical organizations, and the controlled press were undermining our Republic. But the most damaging was the subversion of the three branches of government. We finally discovered, perhaps too late, that we had criminals running our government, but never in such a large scale. They have been running our government outside the Constitution for too many years. There is no accountability and they’ve been doing what they please. Thank God for the likes of the Tea Party movement. People appear to be awaking from the American Dream that was really an American Nightmare. Dreams and nightmares are for people who are asleep – Good Morning! America.

Both groups are grossly mistaken and are neglecting their duty at a time when freedom is dwindling and the only way to get it back is by getting involved. The latter group, fat and happy, don’t realize that the price for freedom, and its accompanying prosperity, is eternal vigilance. They fail to see that their prosperous circumstances are subject to change and will change as the current trend toward socialism continues. Nevertheless, it isn’t likely that this group will get off their backsides and get involved in governing America.

The former group, the critical one, deserves more attention. They are the ones that have more desire, the knowledge and the capability to preserve America’s heritage of liberty; but they have become disaffected. They are so disgusted with “the system,” they have given up on the Constitutional formula for self-government established by the Founders. “It has come under the control of the political elite,” they say, “and bypasses the productive people who make up America.” They are right on the first count but wrong on the second one. The system is controlled by a political elite, but only because the common people have removed themselves from it by refusing to participate. They have effectively turned government over to the political elite who now rule, and they have done so because they have forgotten the counsel of their forebears.

Politicians, in my opinion, are not the  elite.  The elite are the International Bankers that own the Federal Reserve and control both parties in Congress.  The November, 2010  election is the defining moment. We MUST throw the criminals out. Most of them are in the Democratic Party in Congress. President Pinocchio, the politician bankers have waited for is a president bent on destroying the middle class and reducing us to a third-world country status to complete the bankers’ long sought agenda. He will be a one-term servant unless something drastic happens that’ll cause him and the criminals in Congress to subvert whatever we have left of a Constitution.

Thomas Jefferson believed a free society depended on rule by the common man. “Jefferson’s life and philosophy were governed by a single overwhelming passion: a constant desire to establish a political economic structure in which the people – the producers of goods and services – would exercise control over the government and, as a result, retain for their own benefit almost all the wealth they created,” according to Dr. Martin Larson in his Jefferson: Magnificent Populist.

Unfortunately, this wasn’t meant to be. The criminals in Congress AND the White House gave our monetary system away to the bankers in 1913. It was unconstitutional then and it still is today. No Act (Federal Reserve Act) can change any thing in your Constitution without our permission. This is why our Founding Fathers wrote the Fifth Article to the Constitution - the amendment process. The only way the Constitution can be amended. Don’t believe the communists that it’s a “living Constitution” as if to say it can be changed as we go along, that the amendment process takes too long. The communists have done a masterful job in bull shitting the people. The following are still laws no matter what any black-robed thug tells you:

Art. 1 Sec. 8 clause 5 U.S. Constitution – “…to coin money and regulate the value thereof…etc” And just as an added safe-guard they included the following:

Art. 1 Sec 10 clause 1 U.S. Constitution – “…no State shall make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in payment of Debts…”

The problem today is that the disaffected refuse to fulfill Jefferson’s dream; they refuse to endure the pains that come with political participation. They rather expect everyone in government to mind their manners and obey the Constitution without any pressure from the electorate, which is a pipe dream. They refuse to live in the real world; the world in which the nature of man is to seek power, gain, and glory for himself; the world in which the Constitution was drafted.

The Constitution was designed to prevent such men from ruling and to preserve the freedom of the individual – but it can do so only if political participation among the common people (tea party) remains high. And voting is the least form of that participation. If the common man really wanted to govern himself, he would be involved in the candidate-selection process in his precinct, county or state. He would be nipping at the heels of those who get elected. He would be informed on the legislation pending in his state legislature as well as in the Congress and would be giving his input. He would be paying attention to cases in the courts that are critical to freedom and even involved in some cases himself. In short, he would be wielding the power given him in the Constitution, and hopefully, he would be joining others in doing so.

These are the things the political elite are doing, and it is the precise reason why they are in power and the common man – the non-participant – is left out in the cold. True patriots in the United States of America should be deeply involved in the political process, and the least of that involvement is to vote on Nov. 8. How fast those who report the news are quick to associate the mentally-ill that commit horrible crimes with right-wing organizations. The most recent being the tragedy caused by the  person who flew the plane into the IRS building. Look at what the Tea Party movement is enduring. Look at the ongoing attacks on Sarah Palin. The constant attacks on conservative radio. There is no end to the onslaught. This is how the communists operate. Maybe we should look for retired communists; they know how to fight, unlike cowards in the GOP.

Imagine an Uncle Sam Lobby made up of all the groups taking notice of the crimes being committed in Congress and the White House; all groups under one tent but still maintaining autonomy. Imagine the power those numbers could bring to make the criminals in Congress tremble, and honest. Why should we allow radical and communist groups to make all the noise? I refuse to believe that Americans have become so apathetic and not willing to fight – our country needs your help.

Whenever government begins to overstep the bounds of authority placed upon it by the people, especially by the Bill of Rights, the spirit of freedom inherent in us will be aroused. Now is the moment - grab it, Americans…I love you, America.

This article demonstrates how socialism affects our society, especially the loss of pride and common sense by those that teach. Also, many businesses are forced to send employees to take educational remedial courses because of the lack of verbal skills. Isn’t this a shame? Even though this article was written in the ‘80s and things may have gotten better in the quality of books - one thing is still true today – many young people in the corporate world are sent somewhere to better their communication skills.

Billions of taxpayer monies are spent for schools and we still get people who have difficulties understanding a simple thing as basic communication skills. It’s reported that 25% of our people are illiterate. This is intentional folks. This is done for obvious reasons. Scroll through this web site and you’ll conclude that the phrase “Americans are dumb-down” is quite true.

Personally, my writing skills leave much to desired but my excuse is that I was a high-school drop-out. I often thank my lucky stars that I did quit otherwise I’d be worse off.

University of Denver Physics Professor Matio Iona, who has received top awards from the American Association of Physics Teachers, spends much of his time these days’ watch-dogging error-filled school textbooks. These idiots, rails the professor, who grabs his hair at the slight of erroneous textbook material and offensive examples, how absurd can they be? Each error the Professor finds is a source of his passion and frustration.

For 15 years Iona has sent countless letters to editors, written endless columns and presented papers ad infinitum on persistent mistakes in science textbooks for grade school, high school, and college courses. Such mistakes include text, captions, and pictures, which the professor describes as nonsense.

One particular physics textbook erroneously portrayed the laws of force and distance, the laws of air movement and buoyancy in addition to 28 other misleading explanations. Books for grade school, he said, “are not written by knowledgeable authors but by editorial staffs. They’re biology teachers, if they have anything to do with science. But the editorial staffs are mostly English teachers.

“I am absolutely flabbergasted that they can’t do any better than they do. It’s a mystery that the college professors who use these books don’t complain.”

It’s not that the current editions of school textbooks have suddenly become a storehouse of errors, but these same errors are repeated through several editions of the books despite critique and complaints. Again, parents of public school children are faced with the question of quality in education.

Mistakes, misleading information, and nonsense in textbooks can only lead to a generation of misinformed Americans. Can this great nation afford another generation of misinformed individuals? … end of article

The following article is yet another example of workings by communists in our society who were slowly conditioning people to accept big brother. This story took place in the ‘80s but more were starting to occur after JFK was assassinated. Shortly thereafter, the communists began the take-over of our institutions. Why is our country in such turmoil? Socialism bankrupts the morals of people. OUR White House has become a moral sewer.

We are in danger of losing our country. The communists in control are blatantly giving us the middle finger. They are demonstrating what “abuse of power” is all about. There is no semblance of honest and legal governance – Our Congress is being run by criminals. You better throw out the communist Democrats in Congress in Nov. otherwise President Pinocchio is going to do a lot of damage especially when he gets the opportunity to appoint communists to the Supreme Court. Whatever damage he causes we can repeal but impeaching Supreme Court Justices is highly improbable.

PASTOR, WIFE JAILED FOR SCHOOLING CHILDREN AT HOME

Pastor T.M. Taylor and his wife were jailed in Mt. Pleasant, Iowa because they were teaching their kids without certificates from the Communist state! Ministers who protested on the court house lawn were harassed and dispersed by sheriff’s bullnecked badgetoters.

We wonder if these goons were wearing their hammer and sickle badges and swastika arm bands. North Dakota is presently rated as the worst state for those wishing to educate their kids at home. Amerika is already here, friends – and the Soviets didn’t do it! The bright side of this is that evidence indicates that the home school movement is growing rapidly across the nation as parents seek alternatives to the Public Fool Systems…end of article.

College and the modern American

Our modern universities are filled with cowards. Prior to Vietnam, young people made life choices based upon their future ability to provide for a family. Those who were able and willing to choose college did so in the pursuit of scholastic credentials that would support productive jobs such as engineering, science and even real education. Most high school grads still did not attend college, instead filling the job positions that were the backbone of the financial productivity of our country.

Vietnam changed all that with the creation of the “2S” school deferment. Suddenly, every college in the country was filled with boys trying to avoid the draft. Since the motive was the draft avoidance rather than future productivity, our students were chasing degrees in political science and other non-productive areas. Within a few short years the mindset of America was that everyone had to go to college and, indeed, everyone deserved to go to college, even if it meant that someone else paid for them to go. (spread the wealth)

The “2S” deferment created the imbecilic children that fell in love with drugs, took to the streets by the thousands to protest what they knew nothing about and turned our colleges into nothing more than useless baby sitters spitting out grads who learn nothing about the responsibility to pursue productive futures that will, in turn, create the opportunity for future generations. These losers, having no tangible education, became our college professors, having never led productive lives, are a menagerie of “fox in charge of the hen house” lunatics who know nothing of reality outside of the glorified welfare that their income represents and are a “protected species” in their anti-American indoctrination of their students.

I was one of these losers and I am truly fortunate to have had to quit college and get a job to survive. The army, a tour of Vietnam, marriage and children… I became a man. Unfortunately, most were able, with daddy’s money, to continue on in college and remain children to this day. And I don’t even want to start with the women. They did not have the draft to face and still embraced the childish mindlessness that our colleges spew. (Patrick Weir – Chatsworth, California)

It was during this time of upheaval in our colleges that the communists influence was felt. I well remember students waving Mao’s (China) little red book during demonstrations. In the book you’ll find political correctness that is so prevalent in our society. It is thought control (communistic) and is helping to destroy our country from within, so much for our First Amendment. Except for a few decent Democrats in Congress most all others are progressives now but I still refer to them as communists. Anyone in elected positions that doesn’t honor our Constitution is an enemy of our country. That holds true for some Republicans.

10th Plank Communist Manifesto – Government controlled Education

Most all unions in the public sector (government) are controlled by the communists. The NEA is dominated by radicals. I venture to say many within don’t understand the agenda, just concern about their job. Recall, through the years you’ve read or heard stories of teachers unions fighting vouchers – home schooling – charter schools…etc. They want to maintain control of the young minds.

The SEIU (Service Employees International Unions.-  2.2 million members) is headed by a communist by the name of Stern. He is the one person who has the most visits to chat with President Pinocchio at the White House. His Union contributed millions to the presidential run by Pinocchio. What is Stern’s goal? To unionized everybody in the medical industry. He uses his goons to disrupt peaceful demonstrations by people exercising their 1st Amendment right of peaceful assembly.

Why do we allow this to happen – I mean – letting these bastards get away with this type of tyranny against the American people? The thugs menacing our people at voting venues during the last presidential election were allowed to walk away because of U.S. Attorney General Holder. Some Republicans asked for an investigation but were shut down by the Committee Chairman in charge – a Democrat, of course.

What we need is an Uncle Sam’s Lobby. We need an organization that will standup to these bastards when they show at conservative functions and gatherings, or polling places. We need a chapter in every major city of this country ready to fight at a moments notice. And yet, I’m sorry to say, nothing good ever happens when people like me suggest things which we consider sound. I still have hope, though. This is why I always close by…I love you, America…and…

Cal Thomas, a famous columnist, is the contributor of this article to the Justice Times. It was written in 1988. Just as today, liberals, who now call themselves progressives, were undermining core values taught at home by parents. We were ignorant of the fact that socialists and communists were busy at work poisoning the minds of our young while parents were busy making ends meet. We were led to believe that communism was dead. It was alive and well in academia. Many years ago a courageous U.S. senator warned us about the infiltration of hundreds of communists in government but they destroyed him through by government and media.

It continues today. Teachers’ unions are dominated by liberals, progressives, Marxists, and yes, throw in some communists. As a matter-of-fact, years ago I read there were over 10,000 Socialist professors in public education. Small wonder people are ignorant of civic responsibility and the sacrifices early Americans endured to pave the way for our “Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.”

Many bureaucrats in the public school systems actually believe that parents aren’t capable of raising their children. Some bureaucrats actually believe government has jurisdiction over children. Through the years they have brow-beaten parents so much that many people have given up. Kids have been taught to call 911 and report any abuse – real or not. Teenagers can get abortions without parent notification. Kids are expelled from school for raising religious issues. One was admonished for drawing a sketch of Jesus Christ on the cross. Children are taught how to use a condom. They are told same sex- marriage is ok. Now, there are laws that may get you jailed for speaking out against homosexuals. This is the “Hate Crime” law passed by communists in the Congress you elected…it’s a cultural war that you are losing.

The state of Virginia is joining more than 30 other states in implementing a mandatory sex education curriculum under the disingenuous title of “Family Life Education.” According to a number of teachers who attended seminars this fall, some of the material presented was so offensive that it violates local obscenity laws.

One teacher who attended a meeting at an Arlington high school (and who asked that her name not be used for fear of retribution) said she had been led to believe that the seminars were about how to deal with students with AIDS. Instead, during a three-hour workshop – that was mandatory for full and part-time teachers, secretaries, bus drivers and student life guards at school swimming pools – she was confronted with models of male sex organs and a demonstration on how to use a condom.

“There was a general assumption at this seminar that all humans are sexually active, much like animals are, and that everybody is doing it,” said the teacher. “I was uncomfortable with the way it was handled and don’t see how it applied to us as teachers.”

A former teacher in Northern Virginia public schools thinks she knows the intent of such workshops. Jackie Hanneberg of Falls Church attended a statewide teacher training session in Norfolk. She told me it was “a mini-course in sexual attitude readjustment and a desensitizing process designed to get you to accept and tolerate anything and leave you with no values to teach your students.”

Mrs. Henneberg described a “role-playing” session during which the teachers were asked to imagine that they were on vacation in Hawaii “without your partner” (they never say spouse). “Think about with whom you would like to spend the evening.” She quoted the leader as saying.

Pieces of paper representing hotel room keys were passed out, and the teachers were asked to give them to other teachers “you’d like to spend the night with.” A few pieces of paper had “HIV” written on them.” That was supposed to demonstrate how easy it is to spread AIDS. Mrs. Henneberg was offended by the presumptions contained in the role-playing.

A second exercise involved 17 volunteers, each of whom had a piece of paper on which a different sexual practice was described. The volunteers were to line up in order of the least safe to the “safest” sexual practice. Several sources who attended these workshops say that a major emphasis was on “how to put down opposition” from parents and groups who would oppose the sex education course. There was role-playing designed to show teachers how to calm irate parents. It was suggested they be told that “abstinence is being taught.”

To parents who protest that sex education ought to be the primary concern of home and church, teachers were instructed to say, “If you had a child on a trampoline, you wouldn’t want just one spotter.” Mrs. Henneberg said this equates the schools and county agencies with the parents and the church, which she believes is wrong.

One leader was asked to define a family. The response: “Adult people who choose to live together in an intimate way.” “Does that mean a boy and girl living together as a family”? “Yes,” said the leader.

Jackie Henneberg told me, “I want to give my children values. They (the school workshop leaders) consider that ‘opposition’ and want to put that down.” She is considering a private school for her children. And she is not alone. A Lou Harris Poll reveals that 51 percent of the parents with school age children would put them in private schools if money were no object. But more and more people are making the sacrifice in spite of this so-called “Family Life Education.” …end of article

HOME SCHOOLERS SEEK ASYLUM  IN U.S.

Berlin: A January decision by a U.S. court to grant political asylum to a German couple punished for homeschooling their children has encouraged other Germans engaged in a losing battle against their government for a decade to take the same action and move their families to the United States.

“We have been definitely been in touch with other families. There are other Germans who are exploring coming to the United States to apply for political asylum,” says Mike Donnelly, an attorney for the Home School Legal Defense Association, which filed the claim on behalf of Uwe Romeike, the German father of five who requested asylum. Mr. Donnelly says his organization is willing to represent them.

In January, Judge Lawrence Berman of Tennessee ruled that Mr. Romeike was being persecuted by Germany for teaching his children at home a practice forbidden by Germany’s Constitution and can lead to fines or imprisonment there. Children can be removed by German social services if parents insist on homeschooling…think CPS; fines and or imprisonment – or both – with the possibility of losing your kids.

“Homeschoolers are a movement of sorts,” says Peter Spiro, an expert on international immigration law at Temple University Law School in Philadelphia. “The immigration judge looking at this claim said there is a coherence to this group…and that denying the rights of this group [to home school] is persecution.” …end of shortened article

There is more to the article but the important point is the persecution suffered by many at the hands of tyranny.  I have several articles on this web of home-schooling in our country reporting the absolute tyranny by the communists that run the teachers’ unions; the overbearing rules and regulations by the criminal government (U.S. Department of Education) Most all politicians seeking the presidency will promise reducing government – especially the Department of Education. President Pinocchio occupying OUR White House is the most lying of them all.

Constitutionally, the federal government has no jurisdiction over our education. And yet, they’ve taken control by executing the 10th Plank of the communist manifesto and increasing government by creating the Department of Education – an agency we don’t need. We have it because it keeps in line with FDR policies of centralizing everything in our country into the hands of the criminals in Washington D.C

Once again the Supreme Court will address issues concerning the 2nd Amendment. The communists in our country, as like in others, are always seeking to disarm the people of their means of self-defense. If successful, freedoms are lost – it never fails.

The important thing to remember is that no one, not even the Supreme Court may change what’s written in your Constitution without your permission. The Supreme Court has done so in the past because you have been brainwashed into believing that it can. If you would take a little time and read the Constitution you’ll discover many laws still in there that aren’t adhered to any longer. Why are they still there? Because they can’t be taken out without you exercising the amendment process – Article V. of your Constitution. As long as those laws remain, THAT IS STILL THE LAW!

Don’t allow the criminals in the three branches of government to get away with usurping the Constitution. Too many citizens have sacrificed, not only by military service but also by hard, honest work and obedience to our laws to maintain a sense of civility. Why shouldn’t we DEMAND the same from the criminals?

The elections of Nov. will be a great opportunity to alter the communistic path we’ve been placed on. The communists in our country are hard at work demonizing any opposition to the controlled two-party system. The “Tea-Party” movement is under attack. It is being infiltrated not only by radicals but also by some liberal Republicans.

I believe any thought to form a third-party will be a disaster, a sure guarantee of some Chaoscrats remaining in office by splitting the votes three ways. The way things stand now the grass-root movements are easy prey for the elite. They will not allow anything to disrupt their control of the two-party system and will use the networks and leading newspapers to stifle opposition. They are the ones that had Obama elected. He fits their mold perfectly – they invented communism.

We’ve reached a fork-in-the-road. One leads to tyranny the other to salvation and continuation of principles which made the country we love so much. The U.S. Constitution is the map that will guide you through this pending important decision -  make a right turn…I love you, America.

The following article is a reprint from the America’s Promise Newsletter that appeared in the Justice Times in 1987.  Not mentioned in the article is my contention that government controlled education is similar to the 10th plank of the communist manifesto: GOVERNMENT CONTROL OF EDUCATION.

Public education is designed not necessarily to educate, but to indoctrinate. This is accomplished by cunningly applying the principles of distraction and repetition. The psychological principles of distraction, subliminal perception and repetition are well known and successfully used by the mind-conditioners in the media, record industry, education and advertising (social engineering. The communist in our society has perfected this)

Distraction as a tool used by the hypnotist usually represents a flashing or swinging bright object used in conjunction with a monotonous, rhythmic voice giving repetitious  suggestions. In a distracted dream-like state, the subject, or victim, receives suggestions of information directly into his subconscious mind, bypassing the conscious mind, where the analysis, acceptance or rejection of information takes place.

Steven Jacobson, in his enlightening book, Mind Control in the United States, does a thought provoking expose on the subject. If you are concerned about the war the mind manipulators are waging against you and your children, we urge you to order a copy of this well documented book from America’s Promise. On page 17, quoting John Stuart Mills, we read:

“A general state education is a mere contrivance for molding people to be exactly like one another; (collectivism) and as the mold in which it casts them is that which pleases the predominant power in the government, . . . it establishes a despotism over the mind, leading by natural tendency to one over the body. Education of the young is used to condition them to what comes later, thus eliminating the difference between propaganda and teaching. Propaganda cannot work effectively without education. The mind is conditioned with vast amounts of information posing as ‘facts’ and ‘knowledge’ dispensed for ulterior motives.”

COLLECTIVISM: The political principle of centralized social and economic control, especially of all means of production.

It is for such reason that increasing numbers of families are switching to home schooling for their children. Our Home School Packet is available for interested parents. On page 2 the author makes this statement:  “. . . the media has created a state of inner turmoil in citizens through portrayal of violence and chaos and irrational behavior. This inner state is reflected in the chaotic world outside. According to the 1982 Nielson Report on television, the typical high school graduate has witnessed about 150,000 violent acts on television, including an estimated 25,000 deaths. Perhaps we should count the number of hours each week we spend feeding on the swill that pours forth into our living room from the television set. Many have felt the urge to discard their sets, but have lamely rationalized: “I depend on TV for the news.”

The Constitution does not guarantee a fundamental right to education.

In their wisdom, our forefathers understood the implication that could arise if the federal government was in charge of education. This is why they didn’t declare  an education a “right.” This also holds true with health, owning a home, and many “other rights” the communists have bull-shitted people into believing they deserve. Small wonder, then, why elected representatives in the U. S. Congress commit so many Constitutional violations – they have dumbed-down our people who don’t understand when crimes are being committed.

Since House Speaker Pelosi has been in that position it has cost us almost $2,000,000 in traveling expenses (including food and liquor) jetting around with family and friends. Some Republicans aren’t squeaky clean either. In recent months many politicians have been nailed for not paying taxes but are not indicted. Representative Rangel from New York recently was allowed to get away with tax evasion charges

There’s no end to it ,folks. The criminals in Congress through the years have destroyed a “nation of law and order.” Our future is bleak. The spending going on, I feel is intentional to destroy us from within. Why else would all this spending be taking place when we are broke? Why else would President Pinocchio ignore the wishes of over 50 percent of our people who are screaming to shit-can the health bill and start all over again? Why is this idiot appointing so many anti-Constitution, anti-America people in positions of power without senate approval, which is unconstitutional? He finds your Constitution repugnant.  You must now understand the kind of indoctrination many go through in government controlled schools when “professors” like Obama poison the minds of students.

The media is in conflict. They protect this guy to no end. Things are worsening because of his devious administering by wrecking the economy further, by taking over companies in the private sector – just outright interfering with the markets. And many in the media are writing about how smart he is. He’s a bull-shitter from the streets of Chicago!

The second part to this is the encroachment of government in all avenues of our lives. This is in keeping with growing government – socialism – the agenda of the International Bankers to get governments to grow and grow. Hence, the trillions and trillions of tax money squandered in unauthorized constitutional spending by those in Congress through the years. We have a criminal government on our hands.

Perhaps, just maybe, this will be an election year in which many criminals in Congress are retired. For many, many years people have voiced outrage at the criminals – how many times have you heard – “throw them all out.” But it never happens. A greater percentage are reelected  in our country than in Russia. Here, in our country it’s partly to do with people of the parties who run State politics. They are the ones that do all the dirty work in getting the criminals elected. Perhaps pressure should be directed at them instead of wasting letters and time calling the criminal’s office.

In closing, knowing education is not in the Constitution and is not a right, and knowing that anything not in the Constitution is reserved for the people and States under the 9th and 10th Amendments, we should kick the criminally run government out of our education system in our states and administer quality education that future Americans deserve. Imagine, teaching our young the meaning of our profound documents, especially the Bill of Rights. No American should walk the streets of our country ignorant of what freedom means. No American should fear government. Anytime a bureaucrat denies you your rights; insults you, disrespects you, you’ll have the tools necessary to confront these sorry examples of citizens. “Often spent time running from the back of the shack all the way around to see how fast I could circle and see myself leaving. That’s when my friend Einstein Garcia got the idea for E=mc2. Actually, this started out as a Mexican recipe I shared - Enchiladas=machaca/chimichanga/2 times spices ( red powder – dash of cumin) He cooked and liked it so much, swallowed without chewing, ate it with such speed, which developed a lot of gas. After a few farts, this led to the greatest accidental discovery of a formula to explain a great mystery of mankind. His stomach became upset and while sitting on the commode and shooing flies, the energy it took led to a mathematical formula and the rest is history.  “A small fart for the barrio and a giant fart for mankind.” Imagine what a Mexican recipe did for mankind? In my previous writings I reported the rich invented communism. They are able to make lots of money by getting governments to become socialistic/communistic, because of never-ending spending to support government’s voracious appetite for borrowing and the control of the masses. It is no secret that International Bankers lend money to both sides at war.

The overall agenda of the bankers is a one world government with the United Nations being the seat of power. The Security Council – the most important entity of the United Nations - has always and will always be headed by a communist, a deal arranged between Churchill, Roosevelt and Stalin at the onset of the United Nations. At the same time, the traitors on our side gave away half of Europe to communism (bankers agenda)

Earlier I had listed the ten planks of the Communist Manifesto to inform people of the differences between those and our Bill of Rights in our Constitutional Republic. Our monetary system is being administered under the second and fifth plank of the Manifesto. For those of you that didn’t see just type in the words “Ten Planks of the Communist Manifesto” in any search engine. Read the other eight planks and discover how close the similarity with the 10 planks of the Manifesto criminals in Congress have altered our way of life. So many citizens have been sacrificed for our Bill of Rights and the criminals in Congress couldn’t care less.

All this had to be done to destroy the United States from within and to reduce it to a third-world status. It won’t be long before our liabilities reach a hundred trillion dollars. You better start preparing for hard times. Even a drop-out of kindergarten can understand this.

The economic chaos we’re experiencing happened several times in history. The media and government make it sound as if nobody knew what was happening. It’s all bullshit, folks – we have criminals in government who are responsible and a few in Wall Street will also be blamed. There is a handful in Congress that should be sent to prison. But because the culprits are in charge of the committees that have jurisdiction no one will be indicted. And Republicans?? The Bush family (Dad and Son) have destroyed the Conservative Party. It may take years to recover, if at all. Don’t you find it strange how McCain has conducted his campaign as if HE wants to lose? Is it possible this hypocrite and compromiser is being used? He stands before the cameras with pen in hand and promises the people he’ll veto all pork and turns around and votes in favor of the bail out with 150 billion in pork. He is no hero in my eyes, but he has sure milked it.

Now I will share a theory of what’s happening with the current presidential race and why Obama could win the Presidency.

In the beginning of the primaries John McCain was dead in the water. Not even a miracle could save him. Suddenly the mouthpiece of the bankers “The New York Times” endorsed McCain. Shortly thereafter they turned against him. My thinking is that they wanted McCain to represent the GOP because he would be easier than others to defeat.

Now it was between Obama and Hillary. “They” decided on Obama and turned against Hillary with vicious attacks. Why? Because Obama espouses the communist ideas the bankers desire, to finish their agenda of destroying our country. Even Hillary’s liberalism would have been better. Obama’s now famous line about “spreading the wealth” should be a wakeup call for many but the masses are too ignorant. We have been communized (our monetary system) and don’t even know it.

Colin Powell endorsed Obama not because he’s more experienced (which he isn’t) but because he is Black. So, who’s the racist? This morning (Oct 21) in the Wall Street Journal former Federal Reserve Chairman Paul Volcker announced his endorsement of Obama. On the same page present Fed Chairman Bernanke also announced his endorsement of Obama. Folks, these are the lap dogs of the powers at be. Those two, along with most major newspapers; all major networks and their liberal employees; throw in most colleges in our country that indoctrinate our young to hate America; add over 50 million that will vote for Obama (win or lose) and it seems that we don’t have a chance to stop the total socialization of our country.

Should Obama win, and the House and Senate controlled by the Communist in Congress, especially if they get 60 votes in the Senate, you can kiss our country good-bye and welcome the “change” the misguided are waiting for. Remember, socialism comes before communism and a socialist state we have been for many years

YOU MUST VOTE AGAINST THOSE IN BOTH PARTIES THAT DISOBEY OUR CONSTITUTION – IT IS OUR ONLY SALVATION FROM COMMUNISM.

AMENDMENT 8 U.S. CONSTITUTION

“EXCESSIVE BAIL SHALL NOT BE REQUIRED, NOR EXCESSIVE FINES IMPOSED, NOR CRUEL AND UNUSUAL PUNISHMENT INFLICTED.”

So reads the amendment. Liberals in our society through the courts have changed the meaning in the minds of Americans by declaring capital punishment is “too cruel and unusual.” In the meantime, hundreds, if not thousands incarcerated are allowed to live the rest of their lives in comfort as a reward for heinous crimes committed. Think of the millions upon millions that have been spent supporting life that shouldn’t exist in a society of law abiding citizens. Because of DNA some have been found not guilty of the crime, which is fortunate. But the ones that are clearly guilty, as some terrorists, they should not be allowed to live on our dime. The following describes the horrible way humans were treated as criminals and why our forefathers designed a “new way” of addressing punishment. They didn’t rule out the death penalty - only what was referred to as “cruel and unusual.”

For most of recorded history, capital punishments were often deliberately painful. Severe historical penalties include the breaking wheel, boiling to death, flaying, disembowlment, crucification, impalement, crushing stoning, execution by burning, dismemberment, sawing, scaphism, or necklacing.

Impalement was a method of torture and execution whereby a person is pierced with a long stake. The penetration can be through the sides, from the rectum, or through the mouth. This method would lead through a slow and painful death. Often, the victim was hoisted into the air after partial impalement. Gravity and the victim’s own struggles would cause him to slide down the pole, especially if the pole were on a wagon carrying war prizes and prisoners. Death could take many days. Impalement was frequently practiced in Asia and Europe throughout the Middle Ages. Vlas 111 the Impaler, who learned the method of killing by impalement while staying in Constantinople as a prisoner, and Ivan the Terrible have passed into legend as major users of the method.

The breaking wheel was a torturous capital punishment device used in the Middle Ages and early modern times for public execution by cudgeling to death, especially in France and Germany. In France the condemned were placed on a cart-wheel with their limbs stretched out along the spokes over two sturdy wooden beams. The wheel was made to revolve slowly. Through the openings between the spokes, the executioner hit the victim with an iron hammer that could easily break the victim’s bones. This process was repeated several times per limb. Once his bones were broken, he was left on the wheels to die. It could take hours, even days, before shock and dehydration caused death. It is liberalism’s “feel good” attitude that has turned our country upside down. People held for vicious crimes are made the victims in some instances. Terrorists that behead our people are given Constitutional rights and free legal representation. Liberals in our society get judges of the same stripe to negate issues settled through the voting process. Animals that are deemed near extinction are favored over the lives and  livelihood of thousands. Hundreds of agriculture lands in California are denied water because of a small fish or mouse.

Meanwhile thousands are placed out of work because of it. It’s important for liberals to save their pets but take pride in snuffing out the right of a human being to be born by abortion. What bothers me, is that this rotten government subsidizes Planned Parenthood by millions of dollars each year with our tax money. Now Democrats in Congress want to include subsidizing abortion through the Health bill. These liberals, progressives, communists, socialists, Marxists…add all other isms that are anti-family and anti-Constitution, well describes the despicable Democrats in Congress. The issue of abortion should    have never been opined as being a “right” of a woman by the feds. This is still a State issue and the criminals in black robes should stay out and leave the people  in states to decide whether to abort or not. Bythe way, as it stands now, if I, as a father, want my baby to be born, what about my right to choose - under the 14th Amendment - “Equal protection under the law”? Many in our society have no clue as to how much our Constitution has been subverted. Criminals run our three branches of government.

Liberals have destroyed the values and principles which have guided our people through the years. Communism has perfected this through the media, academia and the entertainment industry. I remember taking my 6 year-old grandson to see the movie E.T. In a scene where several kids are at the breakfast table and the mother of the house is busy fixing them breakfast and she walks by the table . One boy reaches  out, grabs her by the butt. The audience, including many young kids broke out in laughter. Like today, the white male is shown as a buffoon in commercials. (social engineering) In the cinema women beat the shit out of males. And now women are on the verge of being able to serve aboard submarines. There are a lot of sexual assaults, pregnancies, abortions going on that the media is not reporting. All this is accomplished  because of liberals in our society. Liberal  has become a bad word in our society and people like Hillary have declared publicly that she is a progressive. It all means the same, these people are the ones twho are destroying our country to no end.

The U.S. spends more for war annually than all state governments combined spend for the health, education, welfare and safety of 308 million Americans. Joseph Henchman, director of state projects for the Tax Foundation of Washington D.C., says the states collected a total of $781 billion in taxes in 2008.

For a rough comparison, the total budget for what the Pentagon calls “defense” in fiscal year 2010 will be at least $880 billion and could possibly top $1 trillion. That’s more than all state governments collect. Henchman says all American local governments combined (cities, counties, etc) collect about $500 billion in taxes. Add that to the total state tax take and you get over $1.3 trillion. This means Uncle Sam’s Pentagon is sopping up nearly as much money as all state, county, city and other governmental units spend to run the country. If the Pentagon figure of $1 trillion is somewhat less than all other taxing authorities, keep in mind the FBI, the various intelligence agencies, the VA and the National Institutes of Health (biological warfare) are also spending on war-related activities.

A question that describes the above and answers itself is: In what area can the federal government operate where states and cities cannot tread? The answer is: foreign affairs - raising armies, fighting needless wars, conducting diplomacy etc. And so Uncle Sam keeps enlarging this area. His emphasis is not on diplomacy either. For every buck spent by the State Department, which gets some $50 billion a year, the Pentagon spends $20. As for the Peace Corps, its budget is a paltry $375 million - hardly enough to keep the Pentagon elephant in peanuts.

Nobel Prize economist Josepth Stiglitz and finance authority Linda Bilmes write in their “The Three Trillion Dollar War: True Cost of the Iraq Conflict,” defense spending has been growing as a percentage of discretionary funding (money that is not required to be spent on entitlements like Social Security), from 48 percent in 2000 to 51 percent today. That means that our defense needs are gobbling up a larger share of taxpayers’ money than ever before.”

And they add, “The Pentagon’s budget has increased by more than $600 billion, cumulatively, since we invaded Iraq.” With it’s 1,000 bases in the U.S. and another 800 bases globally, the U.S. truly has become a warfare state. Today, military-related products account to about one-fourth of total U.S. GDP. This includes 10,000 nuclear weapons. Indeed, the U.S. has lavished $5.5 trillion just on nukes over the past 70 years.

No other nation has anything remotely like this menacing global presence. The Pentagon strengthens its grip by running joint “training” exercises with the military of 110 other nations, including outright dictatorships that suppress internal unrest.

The U.S. spends more on weaponry than the next dozen nations combined and is by far the No. 1 world arms peddler. “The government employs some 6,500 people just to coordinate and administer its arms sales program in conjuction with senior officials at American embassies around the world, who spend most of their ‘diplomatic’ careers working as arms salemen,” writes Chalmers Johnson in Blowback: The Costs and Consequences of American Empire.

Johnson goes on to say the U.S. military establishment today is “close to being beyond civilian control” and that despite its ability to “deliver death and destruction to any target on Earth and expect little in the way of retaliation” it demands more and newer equipment “while the Pentagon now more or less sets its own agenda” and “monopolizes the formulation and conduct of American foreign policy.”

How long will it be before this tyrannical, anti-democratic colossus that is sucking up as much money for war as all states, counties and cities spend on peace - and which straddles the globe, boosts dictators and beats the war drums - turn on its own people?… end of article

How is it we allow 545 criminals in Congress; one in the White House, and nine black-robed thugs who make laws unconstitutionally, commit so many illegalities that are costing us trillions? Why must we worry about our own spending when these criminals spend without accountability?

Once again we must alter the course of history like others before: The conflict with the King in early America that gave us the Declaration of Independence. The War between the States that freed Black Americans. Civil Rights Legislation that leveled the playing field for all Americans. The concocted depressions through the years created by the International Bankers. The victorius effort in stopping Germany in the last declared war….and much more.

We have people in elected positions that don’t give a damn about you and the U.S. Constitution. This is why I periodically remind people that democracy is the worst form of government . It is mob rule. It is a system that is corrupted to no end. All elected officials in Congress should be thrown out of office. We’ve gotten ourselves out of many dangerous issues but this one - reckless spending - will put us in the poor house and quite possibly forever. We’ll join other socialist countries - just as the International Bankers have wanted  for so long. ALL CONGRESSES’, ALL PRESIDENTS, ALL SUPREME COURT JUSTICES’, ARE GUILTY OF THIS INJUSTICE. We are no longer a free society. We are economic slaves.

The Tea Party movement for Constitutional government could very well have been labled “Uncle Sam’s Party.” How about referring to it as the “peoples’ lobby”. The only thing exchanged would be the vote. No money for the thieves, no special favors, just the vote. The peoples’lobby would clean-up corrupted officials in all levels of government.

We are in a moment in history when we must pray for a modern-day miracle as the one granted by God for faith and courage displayed by our forefathers fighting the British to save our country. The moment is critical. We must reach to the ends of our souls and pray for strength and commitment needed to save America one more time from destruction from within.

The business of the International Bankers in the world is to enslave countries economically and reward themselves with profits beyond imagine. In the not too distant future the United States will be paying almost $1,000,000,000 in interest for the reckless spending criminals in Congress are doing – much of it unconstitutional. The last I read “they” (the bankers) lend to over 100 countries and collect billions upon billions from the sweat of the enslaved. It behooves the International Bankers to capture the administration of money in countries for this benefit. They corrupt thieves in politics which in turn expand the bureaucracies to spend more and more.

Our dormant Constitution specifically states what government’s role in our country is limited to. But because of the corrupted it is ignored and the expansion of government continues, no matter which of the two-parties is in control. The two-party system is beholden to the owners of the Federal Reserve. Once, when President Reagan was running for reelection, he was interviewed on TV and asked if he was going to fire the then Federal Reserve Chairman, he responded – “Well, you know they are autonomous, and that’s all I can say.” What an honest answer. Doesn’t that say it all?

What’s my point? The elected do the bidding of the bankers and keep increasing socialism - until? – we are getting close to becoming a banana republic. You think all this spending by politicians is like “drunken” sailors? The whole ship is drunk!

He did it again.

President Reagan did it again, and not surprisingly in an election year, as he prepares to vacate the White House. “The most conservative” president of the United States since Herbert Hoover, as many have said, Reagan has all but thumbed his nose at those who elected him twice on the premise that he would cut the size of government.

Isn’t this what presidential candidates use as a promise all the time when campaigning? We have in our midst a pathological liar (President Pinocchio) He is dangerous for our country – and it’s beginning to show. Also just as dangerous is the Congress. They are the ones who are driving this incompetent president’s unconstitutional policies. The radicals in Congress control the purse strings. They are the ones who wrote the health bill. They are the ones who wrote the stimulus bill – the incompetent president who is billed as brilliant and shrewd is nothing but a silver-tongue street thug from the streets of Chicago. And to think ex-Governor Palin is attacked constantly - “too inexperienced” “not enough savvy” “she wouldn’t make a good president”- My response is - compared to this president? What else can we expect from the mean-spirited, vicious mental midgets, in the controlled information industry.

The most recent of Reagan’s turnabout was the elevation of the Veterans Administration last month to the level of a full-blown cabinet department, again increasing the size of the bureaucracy after he, time and again, promised to shrink it. Obviously a ploy to garner the veteran vote for VP George Bush (“one-world” person like his son) in the recent election, the signing of legislation to establish the new department took place on the fifth anniversary of the liberation of Grenada.

The president’s script for the legislation’s signing ceremony contained a few plugs for Bush, including a statement that Bush supervised the invasion of the outer Caribbean island. “We were concerned, as well, about the lives and safety of a thousand Americans there, most of them medical students,” Reagan told reporters. “And so with the initials planning conducted under the supervision of VP Bush, we responded quickly to the developing crisis. Within hours, our forces were moving toward the island.” What a script!

Finding anyone in Washington – or anywhere else, for that matter – who could produce evidence that George Bush was the brains behind the Grenada invasion has been impossible, and few reporters believe such evidence exists, even in the covert files of the CIA. ( KGB of the International Bankers)

The new Veterans Department will officially begin operation in March 15 and will then, no doubt, begin to expand its $30 billion budget and payroll of 245,000 employees to compete with the other bureaucracies in the ongoing race to see which can grow the fastest and consume the most tax dollars in a single year. The Department of Veterans Affairs will already be the second largest bureaucracy (Department of Defense is numero uno) in the federal government.

The legislation is an appropriate monument to the failure of the Reagan Revolution, in that the core of that revolution was “getting government off our backs and out of our pockets,” as the president had said many times. But rather than firing bureaucrats and cutting budgets, Reagan has been responsible for the hiring of 45,700 new bureaucrats, and that doesn’t include the now near-million-employee postal service or the overgrown Defense Department. Inclusion of these two puts the number of those on the federal payroll at more than 3 million – 200,000 more than when Reagan took office in 1981. We need another Reagan like we need a hole in the head…end of article.

The bureaucracies get bigger. We know it has grown quite a bit and budgets are out of control. We know that the IRS and Post office, and all other departments operate in the red every year.. We know the fraud that goes on and on in the medical field. There is no money in the Social Security Fund. The bastards have spent it all. We know foreign aid enriches those in power in other countries. We know the military-industrial complex manipulates criminals in Congress to war-monger to keep the arm merchants happy. We know lobbyists who represent industries contribute close to $4,000,000,000 in bribes each year. It is criminal and I don’t care what the subverted Supreme Court says. The Congress wastes billions upon billions every year because there is no accountability. States, who have the power under the 9th and 10th Amendment to stop the feds are either ignorant of the Constitution or are cowards. They have relinquished those rights but the amendments are still there. If the elected in State government had any courage they could stop the criminals in Congress. Otherwise, they carry out the wishes of the International Bankers to spend to keep us in economic bondage forever.

As far as disrespecting the present occupier of OUR WHITE HOUSE why should we, when he and many before, don’t respect the office? Having oral-sex in the White House? Using “dirty tricks? ala Nixon? Loading our White House with communists? Bush Jr. posing as a “conservative” and doing the opposite – which created conditions for the Chaoscrats to retake the two branches of government. I respect the office of the presidency but when demagogues occupy it, I have no respect for that kind of despicable servants.

As long as the International Bankers control our medium of exchange, (federal reserve notes) unconstitutionally against what is mandated by your Constitution, we’ll have the same over and over again – financial crisis. But this time, trillions in debt is creating an economic disaster we may never recover from. We are in for deep trouble and yet the communists in our country are painting a rosy picture which is misleading. That’s what happens when the elite control the media. Nothing but obfuscation! I discovered the word while looking up obituary. Are you impressed? I am, but can’t pronounce it very well.

Several years ago, I read that citizens in the future were going to be paying close to 80 percent in taxes. The reckless spending, intentional by Congress, is designed to cause havoc in our society which will alter our way of life forever. The Chaoscrats and some hypocrite Republicans in Congress are leading us to more socialism and communism.

Taxes. There are literally hundreds of taxes imposed and newer ones are coming. Look at all the taxes on your utility bills. Hidden taxes are included in products we purchase on top of the purchasing price. About 80 percent of the cost of gas goes to the federal and State governments. Can you imagine what kind of life our kids will have in the future? The best thing for you to do now is to get out of debt. Educate the young to understand the problem and the importance of being frugal which teaches them to save money and not to load up in credit card spending. When we experience another great depression it’s best to be prepared.

We have an opportunity, more than ever, to rid ourselves of the criminals in Congress. We may not succeed 100 percent but we must take the power away from the radicals in Congress who are destroying our country and their own Democratic Party. I want to believe there are many honest, decent citizens in that party – they deserve better representatives. Should the GOP regain power I am sure the more-informed citizenry will keep their feet to the fire. I’ll be damned if we’ll allow Republicans like the Bushes’ and Nixon’s to ever bullshit us again. Chaoscrats in Congress are a lost cause.

The American people are beginning to revive the same kind of spirit experienced by former generations, who understood and cared about the Declaration of Independence, which gave us the God-given principles – unalienable rights – “Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.” These rights, which made our country the envy of the world, nurtured freedom to last as long as the spirit lives in the heart of Americans. The Declaration of Independence is the seed that sprouted Liberty and Freedom and the Bill of Rights in your Constitution is your protector of your God given rights against tyranny. In essence, the Constitution is your birth certificate. Fight for your Constitution and God given rights Americans – don’t allow public figures to trample on you. I love you, America.
