THANKS, DAD!
As a six year old I ran away from home. It seemed like I had gone half way around the world but in reality it was just two-and-half blocks from home. I spent about nine hours hiding in a dumpster set in an alley.
My unauthorized burst of freedom began at 3 p.m. on Thursday afternoon. Mother warned us not to go swimming at the local city park. Playing the role of a deaf-mute I went anyway.
After a few hours and oblivious to time, upon getting out of the water and heading back to the diving board one of my sisters was at the fence warning I was going to get spanked and had better come home. Not having a leash around my neck (yet) that’s when I decided not to face the music. My sister didn’t wait which gave me a chance to run away.
My travels ended in an alley and I noticed a dumpster with the lid open. I jumped in and lowered the lid and sat down and thought of the Wolf Man and Frankenstein. Through the evening and nightfall I heard family members calling me and my dad whistling as he always did when coming home from work. We’d run to meet him because numerous times he would have a bag full of chili dogs. Second World War had started and many things were scarce but Dad would surprise us with the chili dogs.
After what seemed like a day gone by, the calling out my name and the whistling finally subsided. I got so hungry I climbed out and went home to face the music. The house was about two feet off the ground and it was easy to crawl underneath and wait. Suddenly I heard a door swing open and Grandma came out and stood in the yard, arms across her chest, a worry look on her face. I heard a loud rumble and Grandma was cutting a few. She must have had beans for dinner.
Nana! Nana! I called out. “Soy yo Francisco!” (ask your landscaper, Jose, to translate) She yelled at me to come out. Hungry and tired I surrendered. As I was being walked towards my parents’ bedroom I asked Grandma what was all that noise she was making outside and she said clouds rumbling, making drum music. I thought it sounded more like violins.
As we passed the living room – boarded by mice – my heart began to skip a beat or two. I expected the whipping of my life. One more room to trespass and I wanted to turn around and leave again but the aroma of beans lingering in the house aroused my hunger more.
As we entered my parents’ bedroom I gasped my last breath of freedom. Nana, holding onto my ear, led me to the side of the bed. Dad, quietly got out of bed, stood in front of me and put his arm around me – kissed my forehead and proceeded to stroke my filthy hair. He didn’t notice me watching him wipe his hand alongside his shorts.
He spoke and chastised me for worrying everyone. Mom began to cry and all I wanted to say was “Why did you stop looking for me!?”

I had expected the worse because I’d forgotten what a great, wonderful loving father I chose before being born. Having a terrific memory I remember going to a dance with my future Dad and went home with my mother. The tenderness and understanding my Dad demonstrated was a lesson I’ve never forgotten. Dad never spanked me; always made me kneel down. Not even when I let the chickens loose and it took him hours to recoup while I was doing my Tarzan thing at the public swimming pool.
Through the years and observing how parents treat children I’ve witnessed many instances of terrible abuse. I always thought of my loving Dad but didn’t understand the duties and responsibilities of grownups raising their own. Perhaps, first of all, not many people had or have fathers like mine. Secondly, there is no such thing as a guaranteed way of being taught how to be a good parent even though there are many instructional videos and books. I believe part of the answer is Dad’s philosophy – remember the old clichés – “What goes around comes around.” “Do onto others as you would have others do onto you.”
I raised one child and the lessons Dad taught me I applied to the only sibling in my life – a daughter named JoAnn. I, too, never applied physical punishment. I had a small rocking chair and whenever she got mischievous she was ordered to sit and not move until excused. She grew up to be the most loving, decent and respectful daughter any parent would be proud of. She is now a corporate officer for one of the biggest banks and a mother to an only grandchild of mine. And you know what? She has never laid a hand on him. My grandson appears to be well-adjusted and respectful of his elders. If Dad had taken the belt to me, I doubt if God would have blessed me with such a beautiful daughter and wonderful grandson.
Many years ago I read an essay in a book titled How To Win Friends And Influence People by Dale Carnegie. It was written in 1937 when I was a year old. There are many lessons to learn in the book having to do what the title implies. Many of you who are having family problems, relationships with others – especially the ones you love – I highly recommend that book which I promise will make you a better person. The following is an essay taken from the book. Cut it out and paste it on your bedroom door. Within a few days of practicing the principles you’ll learn, just like magic yourself-worth and self-respect will make you a better person. You know why? Because you are the only you in the world. There is no other like you. Be a good parent.
The title is “FATHER FORGETS” by Livingston Larned.
‘Listen, son: I am saying this as you lie asleep, one little paw crumpled under your cheek and the blond curls sticking to your damp forehead. I have stolen into your room alone. Just a few minutes ago, as I sat reading my paper in the library, a stifling wave of remorse swept over me. Guiltily I came to your bedside.
These are things I was thinking, son: I have been cross to you. I scolded you as you were dressing for school because you gave your face merely a dab with a towel. I took you to task for not cleaning your shoes. I called out angrily when you threw some of your things on the floor.
‘At breakfast I found fault, too. You spilled things. You gulped down your food. You put your elbows on the table. You spread butter too thick on your bread. And as you started off to play and I made for my train, you turned and waved a hand called, ‘Goodbye, Daddy!” and I frowned, and said in reply, “Hold your shoulders back!”
‘Then it began all over again in the late afternoon. As I came up the road I spied you, down on your knees, playing marbles. There were holes in your stockings. I humiliated you before your boyfriends by marching you ahead of me to the house. Stockings were expensive – and if you had to buy them you would be more careful! Imagine that, son, from a father!
‘Do you remember, later, when I was reading in the library, how you came in timidly, with a sort of hurt look in your eyes? When I glanced up over my paper, impatient at the interruption, you hesitated at the door. “What is it you want?” I snapped.
‘You said nothing, but ran across in one tempestuous plunge, and threw your arms around my neck and kissed me and your small arms tightened with an affection that God had set blooming in your heart and which even neglect could not wither. And then you were gone, pattering up the stairs.
‘Well, son, it was shortly afterwards that my paper slipped from my hands and a terrible sickening fear came over me. What has habit been doing to me? The habit of finding a fault, of reprimanding – this was my reward to you for being a boy. It was not that I did not love you; it was that I expected too much of youth. I was measuring you by the yardstick of my own years.
‘And there was so much that was good and fine and true in your character. The little heart of you was as big as the dawn itself over the wide hills. This was shown by your spontaneous impulse to rush in and kiss me good night. Nothing else matters tonight, son. I have come to your bedside in the darkness, and I have knelt there, ashamed!
‘It is a feeble atonement; I know you would not understand these things if I told them to you during your waking hours. But tomorrow I will be a real daddy! I will chum with you, and suffer when you suffer, and laugh when you laugh. I will bite my tongue when impatient words come. I will keep saying as if it were a ritual: ‘He is nothing but a boy – a little boy!”
‘I am afraid I have visualized you as a man. Yet as I see you now, son, crumpled and weary in your cot, I see that you are still a baby. Yesterday you were in your mother’s arms, your head on her shoulder. I have asked too much, too much.”

Observe how the media and academia has almost succeeded in erasing the word “communism” and “communist” from our vernacular. Now, the name that’s being used is “Progressives” still the same meaning – more control, bigger government – from the “womb to the tomb” mentality.
Look what Bush – “the compassionate conservative” – has done to our country. First off, he has set back the conservatives agenda for years. He’s for open borders. Cheap labor. In bed with the corporate world and Saudis. And to think these scoundrels (politicians) will cost us millions when they leave office. They don’t deserve a damn penny! Bush is not a conservative! He’s an elitist (including his Dad) they are one-world promoters.
The good Liberal died when our beloved JFK was eliminated. He was not squeaky clean either, but not bad compared to what we’ve had – “What is is” … “Read my lips – no new taxes” … “I’m not a crook” – “Mission Accomplished.” Later I learned the ship made up the sign without the president knowing. The leftist media milked it dry. Shortly after JFK’s assassination, enter the socialist communist type of liberals in the 1960s that have dominated my party for the last fifty or so years. Even some Republicans have turned to the left. Some in both parties are anti-Constitution, anti-military, – anti-anything that’s good for our country. (Democracy)
My fellow Democrats, you know why there is so much chaos in our party? We have too many radicals pulling our party apart. All of them want something and representatives attempt to please them all. It can’t be done! What a fiasco our party has made of the nominating process. Nevertheless, the two parties have become destructive and are a threat to our freedom and liberty.
Liberals in my party along with the media have convinced the American People that Republicans are anti-minority; hate the poor; want to take social security away from the elderly. It is leftist propaganda.)
The Republicans have done more for minorities than my party could ever dream of doing. The southern democrats were always an obstacle to civil rights up until the early sixties. Even Gore’s dad, also a Senator, voted against civil rights legislation. Anti-slavery people started the Republican Party. Throughout history the Republican Party favored anti-lynching laws but the Democrats would stop legislation.
If LBJ hadn’t gotten help from Republicans, civil rights legislation would not have happened at that time. Seek truth (like I did) by using the internet to check the voting results of those important civil right Acts. Do it.
Until the 1930s most black citizens voted Republican and most black politicians were Republicans. Some black people began joining the unions and were influenced by communists – that’s when blacks began voting for Democrats. Be careful how you interpret this – I didn’t say all black people were communist. There are still many black conservatives but are hated by the Democrats.
It was President Clinton who vetoed Republican welfare reform legislation twice, which put people to work, but has taken credit for it when finally passed. It is my Democratic party that has enslaved people to the welfare system that is detrimental to the family. It made many black/white fathers a non-entity.
For many, the welfare system stripped them of pride and dignity. It was done for the vote. No doubt the welfare food stamp program helps many poor but there are millions that should not be eligible for the program. My blood boils when at shopping the woman in front with two carts full pays with the card given to them. Then the man pulls out a $100 bill and pays for the liquor. No one complains at that moment because of political correctness – thought control – derived from communism. I don’t blame the people. The bottom line has always been the bankers’ agenda carried out by the criminals in Congress – spend – spend – to grow government and feed its voracious appetite to support many worthless programs with our hard-earned money.

Many people in our country have no idea what is meant by executive orders. These are orders for wannabe dictators ready to be signed by a president in case of emergencies. It could be a war; it could be an economic crisis; an emergency allowing the military to take over our country. Ask any American of Japanese descent what that means. Under no circumstance may our Constitution be suspended. Don’t let government bullshit you. Some of you may brush this off as paranoia – all you have to do is type in the following in any search engine. As earlier articles about Rome examined its downfall, history keeps repeating but we keep forgetting. And all our lives “they” kept telling us we were the most educated and informed people in the world. We ate it up. We were so smart – right? Our educational system, government, and main stream media were really making us illiterates and uninformed.
Just about everything Congress and the White House do that costs money is to enrich the international bankers. All our lives we’ve been told we are “compassionate people.” This is why it’s easy for gullible people to accept what government does with our monies in foreign aid and other giveaway programs because it makes us “feel good.” We can’t afford it any longer.
Our money is given to the world regardless what kind of governments are in control. We have 500,000 GI’S scattered throughout the world and government won’t control our own borders? We have trillions invested in armaments fighting people riding camels in the Middle East – our government cannot defeat.
The War on Poverty has cost almost $6,000,000,000,000.00 and rising. That doesn’t include the other “wars” of domestic spending and for the war. Now we have to bailout the financial market destroyed by this Congress.(socialism) Ultimately, the buck stops with them. Throw in the hidden budget of the CIA – the thugs that do the dirty work of the powers at be. There is not one federal government entity that operates in the black. Often times you read where this government forgives loans to countries worth billions. The name of the game is deficit spending and corruption. Folks, we are on the verge of dangerous chaos.
In anticipation of criticism my response always is, “I stand for honest government. We, the people, know best what is good for our country and family.” The socialist/welfare state creates a system that becomes unmanageable. It has become a cesspool in Washington and it’s time to take back control of some of our institutions. The three branches have failed us. I believe that our Constitution is one of the greatest documents devised by mankind. It has always been the envy of the world. That’s what I hope you’ve learned from the “THE CITIZENS MANIFESTO.” A Constitutional Republic is our guarantee to a free society.
People like me who condemn government by pointing out violations of law are labeled “radicals.” I must remind you of the words in the Declaration of Independence and not the words of the controlled press and academia.
We have a set of rules in our country that must be followed to maintain order. Those rules are found in our Constitution. Unfortunately, we have elected representatives who operate outside the Constitution. They don’t obey the rules or the law. Because of law breakers our country is decaying. I am like those in the past who offered warnings of crimes being committed by the three branches of government but land on deaf ears.
In the eyes of the ignorant, I’m an anarchist? With that type of mentality, small wonder our country is on the verge of becoming history. If anyone is an anarchist it is the Democrats and Republicans who have overthrown our Constitution that gave us a Constitutional Republic. You may disagree with my personal opinions but the laws I cite (especially tax laws) are not my doing – they came from judges who weren’t as liberal as now. Furthermore, how can anyone possibly ignore the truths spelled out in our Bill of Rights? As a freeman I place them after the Ten Commandments in importance and peace of mind. It is the 545 criminals who are slowly eradicating those rights and replacing them with the Communist Manifesto (bankers agenda)
Shake yourselves a little and pay back the debt you owe your Constitution for making it possible to live free in the greatest country the world has ever known. Live up to your responsibility as a citizen. Demand that elected officials (both parties) obey OUR laws. Sounds corny to some of you? So be it. How’s it feel, knowing you are economically enslaved and living under most of the ten planks of the Communist Manifesto?
Democracy in lieu of a Constitutional Republic has been shoved down our throats – all for the Bankers. I don’t expect any miracles of changing what is – but now you know a little more – you won’t be scratching your head wondering what the hell is wrong with government. Our country, absent criminals in Congress, is still the greatest..

I would sacrifice my life for my country to be able to rid ourselves of the Federal Reserve and the repeal of the 17th Amendment.
And finally, I try crossword puzzles and I’m working on one right now. I will not finish the last slot until IRS AGENT GARCIA comes looking for me. I will ask him to give me a seven letter word meaning U.S. CONSTITUTION. I’ll give him a clue – a hint – the first letter is F and it ends with M.

There have been many terrible moments in our history but nothing like we’re faced with today. STATES RIGHTS OF INTERPOSITION
“This right of interposition, thus solemnly asserted by the State of Virginia, be it called what it may – State right, veto, nullification, or by any other name – I conceive to be the fundamental principle of our system, resting on facts,…and I firmly believe that on its recognition depend the stability and safety of our political institutions…” John C. Calhoun July 26, 1831
What is interposition? It is the right of the States, reserved in the Tenth Amendment, to judge for themselves, of the violations of the Constitution by the federal government and that, in such an instance, the United States Supreme Court has no jurisdiction and is in fact, prohibited by the Tenth Amendment, from hearing such a dispute.
The basis of this principle lies in the fact, that the federal government is the child of the States and must therefore, do their bidding. The U.S. Supreme Court being part of the federal government has no authority to dictate to the States in any dispute between the State and the federal government concerning any federal usurpation of power. This authority is exclusively reserved to the States, in the Tenth Amendment.
What does this mean? It means that when the federal government erects ‘a multitude of new offices’ and sends hither ‘swarms of officers (bureaucrats) to harass our people and eat out their ‘substance’ the States have reserved to themselves the power to escort said ‘officers’ of the federal government who are attempting to enforce unconstitutional law, to the State line and to subject them to arrest and trial in said State, if they ever come back. If we had Governors and Legislatures that had the morality to so act, many of our problems would disappear.
It means that if the law of this land, which State officials have sworn to uphold, was actually upheld, all the States would have to do would be to assert their reserved power of interposition to protect the right of parents to exercise their common law, parental authority over their children’s education without interference from the federal government. That holds true for highway speed laws and everything else the federal government has taken upon itself to regulate that which are States Rights. The threat to withhold funds should States not comply? First of all, federal government has no Constitutional right to control our education. Secondly, it’s not their God-damn money!
It means that in such instances, the Governors and State Legislatures prevail and their word is final, not the Supreme Court of the United States.
The rights of the Sovereign States, secured in the Tenth Amendment and the true meaning of the Union of (or United) States have been successfully buried by the federal bureaucracy which has indulged itself for too long, in a drunken power binge. It’s time we dug up the Tenth Amendment, clean it off and use it because IT IS STILL THE LAW OF THE LAND!
James Madison set it down very clearly in what is known as Mr. Madison’s Report of 1799, wherein he said:
“The States, then, being the parties to the Constitutional compact, and in their sovereign capacity, it follows of necessity, that there can be no tribunal above their authority, to decide in the last resort, whether the compact made by them be violated; and consequently, that, as the parties to it, they must themselves decide, in the last resort, such questions as may be sufficient magnitude to require their interposition.”
However, Madison felt that the exercise of the States’ right to interposition should not be lightly used and be laid down certain guidelines, for its use. He felt that its exercise should pertain only to situations where there was usurpation of power by the federal government and that such usurpation should be willful, dangerous, deliberate and palpable breach of the Constitution by an exercise of powers clearly not granted to it. (HEW, OSHA, LEAA, HUD.etc ?) He believed that the object of interposition was solely that of arresting the progress of the evil usurpation, in order that the authorities, rights and liberties reserved to the states, or to the people, be maintained. Under these circumstances, its use was considered proper…Mr. Madison continued his report:
“However, true, it may be that the judicial department, is, in all questions submitted to it by the forms of the Constitution, to decide in the last resort, this resort must necessarily be deemed the last, in relation to the authorities of the other departments of the government; not in relation to the rights of the parties to the Constitutional compact, form which the judicial as well as the other departments, hold their delegated trusts.”
Madison outlined the principle that the federal judiciary may not encroach upon the reserved powers of the States. It is precisely because we have allowed this basic principle of our government to fall into disuse that, there have evolved the many problems we have with us today.
This veto power is present in our law, in five instances. We are all familiar with (1) the power of the President to veto an act of Congress.(2) Congress may veto the President by an override of his veto.(3) the U.S. Supreme Court may veto them both – only if legislation is not in harmony with the Constitution. (4) Veto power of the people, when they sit as jurors (Jury Nullification) They do not know that they have the clear cut right to refuse to convict any citizen for breaking an unjust law, as both the Moylan 1969, and Dougherty (1972) cases make clear, even though the federal judiciary refuses to allow jurors to be told of this right. And fifth, we have the right of the Sovereign States to veto any Act of Congress which is willful and dangerous usurpation of power – the right to interpose itself between the federal government and the citizens of the State “to prevent the progress of evil’, against said citizens.
The object of a Constitution is to restrain the government, not the people. We must insist upon that object being restored. Until it is, federal encroachment, usurpation, tyranny and oppression will continue. That’s what freedom of speech, assembly and petition are all about. (End of article by The National Educator 1975)
It seems that no matter how many ideas, suggestions, letters to the editor, books, recommendations and complaints to make things right in government, it all falls on deaf ears. The criminals in Congress ignore our pleas. They don’t care.
What about this latest crime – Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. Congress may sweep it under the rug with their phony committee hearings because some of the elected criminals could be implicated for relaxed oversights and possible violation of law. Already Pelosi is blaming Bush when most of us know Democrats were involved.
Appointed cronies managing the companies pocketed millions in salaries. Congressmen should have known this. Were they forced to look the other way because of contributions? How in the hell do you justify $90 million in salary for one person for 6 years? Now government is thinking of spending upwards of a trillion dollars to bail out the financial disaster left to us by greed. Pure insanity.
When Enron was being investigated, how quickly every day the media disclosed names of those involved. And this latest rip off? How many times has the media splashed names across their pages of those responsible? As reported earlier – Senators Dodd and Obama were the ones that reaped the most contributions. (learned this from radio)
McCain, Obama, Biden are the establishment. They are not going to make things right. As long as we have international bankers controlling the money, a do-nothing Congress, the leftist main stream media, and an “activist” federal judiciary things will remain the same.
When are we going to fight for what is right? Should we wait – hoping some mystical super hero comes to our rescue? Do we inundate the representatives’ offices with thousands of calls and letters only to get a standard reply for donations? Don’t you tire of complaining to others – for what?
I am not an expert in politics; as a matter of fact I am a school dropout. But I’ll tell you what. I’ve got common sense which seems many have forgotten. I offer some sensible solutions.
The 17th Amendment must be repealed. There are already forces at work that most have never heard of. Before the 17th passed, State Legislatures chose U.S. Senators. They were sent to Washington to protect State rights. History tells us that there were numerous problems; one of which some States didn’t have any senate representation because of in-fighting back home. Many lies were presented to the people to ensure passage of the 17th Amendment. The money lenders were behind this to centralize our institutions for the purpose of expanding government to begin socializing America. They knew that by allowing citizens to vote for Senators, the elected would be easier to control with bribes. The 17th Amendment destroyed the check and balances of the States. The powers at be had the green light to begin the socialization of our country.
Lobbying is out of control today. The corruption that exists is unbelievable. Now we have better communications and there are more of us that are better informed. Imagine, U.S Senators selected by the legislature, not having a need to intermingle with lobbyists. Why would they go around hustling money – they wouldn’t have to campaign. Just do their job representing State’s interest – that’s all. As reported, campaign contributions are nearing 2 billion per year. Also as reported, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce is the biggest contributor. Why? Illegal immigration – slave labor. Here is my second solution:
In the Articles of Confederation, amended and incorporated into the U.S. Constitution, was a clause that called for two citizen representatives of each State to meet once a year in November. The purpose – to impeach any violator of the law. We know that “they” are always protecting themselves. The ethics committee is a farce. So where do we turn? There is nothing available.
Congress would never allow a citizens committee to dictate, and the other criminals, the Supreme Court, would say no. I say go to hell to both of them. We don’t have to repeal anything – we do it with your most powerful weapon – the vote. With third-parties and many others I have confidence that we could round-up thousands and thousands of votes. That is power.
Once third-parties unite under one tent along with other voters, we shall pressure state leaders into endorsing only those seeking support for office with the understanding that they will not kowtow to Congressional leaders. As long as they honor their “oath of office” there will be no need to campaign. All votes by them will have to pass muster with our State Legislature. Should there be those in the legislature that frown upon this – we throw them out of office. Don’t shoot down my recommendation, folks. Like everything in life it takes that first step. Pretty soon other States will follow. You watch how quick lobbyists will be drinking coffee by themselves.
WE HAVE MORE POWER THAN THE 545 CRIMINALS THAT RUN OUR GOVERNMENT. WE HAVE MORE POWER THAN THE CORPORATE WORLD. WE HAVE MORE POWER THAN ALL THE INTERNATIONAL BANKERS. WE HAVE MORE POWER THAN ALL THE MEDIA. WE HAVE MORE POWER THAN HOLLYWOOD. WE ARE THE GOVERNMENT! ALL IT TAKES IS TO PUSH THE VOTING MACHINE BUTTON FOR THAT ONE INDIVIDUAL THAT STILL BELIEVES IN WHAT OUR FOUNDING FATHERS GAVE US. AND FOR THOSE WHO HAVE DIED PRESERVING OUR FREEDOMS AND LIBERTIES. REMEMBER THOSE IMPORTANT WORDS – “WE, THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES” – IT’S OUR GOVERNMENT.

SEC. 2. 1. The House of Representatives shall be composed of members chosen every second year by the people of the several States, and the electors in each State shall have the qualifications requisite for electors of the most numerous branch of the State Legislature.
2. No person shall be a Representative who shall not have attained to the age of twenty-five years, and been seven years a citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an inhabitant of the State in which he shall be chosen.
3. Representatives and direct taxes shall be apportioned among the several States which may be included within this Union, according to their respective numbers, which shall be determined by adding to the whole number of free persons, including those bound to service for a term of years and excluding Indians not taxed, three-fifths of all other persons…(The three-fifths of a person has been twisted by liberals to foment racial strife. It had to do with the census count to determine representation in Congress. there’s more.. go to internet …)
4. When vacancies happen in the representation from any State the Executive Authority thereof shall issue writs of election to fill such vacancies.
5. The House of Representatives shall choose their Speaker and other officers, and shall have the sole power of impeachment.
SEC. 3. 1. The Senate of the United States shall be composed of two Senators from each state, chosen by the Legislature thereof for six years; and each Senator shall have one vote.
2. This applies to vacancies and how the senators are straddled in their term to ensure continual representation.
3. No person shall be a Senator who shall not have attained to the age of thirty years, and been nine years a citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an inhabitant of that State for which he shall be chosen.
4. The Vice President of the United States shall be President of the Senate, but shall have no vote, unless they be equally divided.
5. The Senate shall choose their other officers, and also a President pro tempore, in the absence of the Vice President, or when he shall exercise the office of the President of the United States.
6. The Senate shall have the sole power to try all impeachments. When sitting for that purpose they shall be on oath or affirmation. When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside; and no person shall be convicted without the concurrence of two-thirds of the members present.
7. Judgment in cases of impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any office of honor, trust, or profit under the United States; but the party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to indictment, trial, judgment, and punishment, according to law.
SEC. 4 - 5 – 6 are mostly how Congress is organized
SEC. 7. 1. All bills for raising revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives; but the Senate may propose or concur with amendments, as on other bills.
2. Every bill which shall have passed the House of Representatives and the Senate shall, before it becomes a law, be presented to the President of the United States; if he approves, he shall sign it, but if not, he shall return it, with his objections, to that House in which it shall have originated, who shall enter the objections at large on their journal, and proceed to reconsider it. If after such reconsideration two-thirds of that House shall agree to pass the bill, it shall be sent together with the objections to the other House, by which it shall likewise be reconsidered, and if approved by two-thirds of that House, it shall become a law. But in all such cases the votes of both Houses shall be determined by yeas and nays, and the names of the persons voting for and against the bill shall be entered on the journal of each House respectively. If any bill shall not be returned by the President within ten days (Sundays excepted) after it shall have been presented to him, the same shall be a law, in like manner as if he had signed it, unless the Congress by their adjournment prevents its return, in which case it shall not be a law.
3. Every order, resolution, or vote to which the concurrence of the Senate and the House of Representatives may be necessary (except on a question of adjournment) shall be presented to the President of the United States; and before the same shall take effect, shall be approved by him, or being disapproved by him, shall be re-passed by two-thirds, of the Senate and House of Representatives, according to the rules and limitations prescribed in the case of a bill.
SEC. 8. The Congress shall have power:
1,To lay and collect taxes, duties, imposts and excises, to pay the debts and provide for the common defense and general welfare of the United States; but all duties, imposts and excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;
2. To borrow money on the credit of the United States;
3. To regulate commerce with foreign nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian tribes;
4. To establish a uniform rule of naturalization, and uniform laws on the subject of bankruptcies throughout the United States;
5. To coin money, regulate the value thereof, and of foreign coin, and fix the standards of weights and measures;
6. To provide for the punishment of counterfeiting the securities and current coin of the United States;
7. To establish post offices and post roads;
8. To promote the progress of science and useful arts, by securing, for limited times, to authors and inventors, the exclusive right to their respective writings and discoveries;
9. To constitute tribunals inferior to the Supreme Court;
10. To define and punish piracies and felonies committed on the high seas, and offenses against the law of nations;
11. To declare war, grant letters of marquee and reprisal, and make rules concerning capturers on land and water;
12. To raise and support armies, but no appropriation of money to that use shall be for a longer term than two years;
13. To provide and maintain a navy;
14. To make rules for the government and regulation of the land and naval forces;
15. To provide for calling forth the militia to execute the laws of the Union, suppress insurrections, and repel invasions;
16. To provide for organizing arming, and disciplining the militia, and for governing such part of them as may be employed in the service of the United States, reserving to the States respectively the appointment of the officers and the authority of training the militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress;
17. To exercise exclusive legislation in all cases whatsoever over such district (not exceeding ten miles square) as may by cession of particular States and the acceptance of Congress, become the seat of Government of the United States, and to exercise like authority over all places purchased by the consent of the Legislature of the State in which the same shall be, for the erection of forts, magazines, arsenals, dock-yards, and other needful buildings;
18. To make all laws which shall be necessary and proper for caring into execution the foregoing powers, and all other powers vested by this Constitution in the Government of the United States, or any department or officer thereof. (Nothing about education – speed limits – abortion…etc)
WHAT THE GOVERNMENT CAN’T DO
SEC. 9. 1. The migration or importation of such persons as any of the States now existing shall think proper to admit, shall not be prohibited by the Congress prior to the year one thousand eight hundred and eight, but a tax or duty may be imposed on such importation, not exceeding ten dollars for each person.
2. The privilege of the writ of habeas corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in cases of rebellion or invasion the public safety may require it.
3. No bill of attainder or ex post facto law shall be passed.
4. No capitation or other direct tax shall be laid, unless in proportion to the census or enumeration herein before directed to be taken. (they have made the 16th Amendment a direct tax illegally. The Constitution rules it an excise tax but government twists its meaning.
5. No tax or duty shall be laid on articles exported from any State.
6. No preference shall be given by any regulation of commerce or revenue to the ports of one State over those of another; nor shall vessels bound to, or from, one State be obliged to enter, clear, or pay duties in another.
7. No money shall be drawn from the Treasury but in consequence of appropriations may by law; any regular statement and account of the receipts and expenditures of all public money shall be published from time to time.
8. No title of nobility shall be granted by the United States; and no person holding any office of profit or trust under them, shall, without the consent of the Congress, accept of any present, any emolument, office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any king, prince, or foreign state.
WHAT STATES CAN NOT DO
SEC. 10. 1. No State shall enter into any treaty, alliance, or confederation; grant letters of marquee and reprisal; coin money, emit bills of credit; make any thing but gold and silver coin a tender in payment of debts; pass any bill of attainder, ex post facto law, or law impairing the obligation of contracts or grant any title of nobility.
2. No State shall, without the consent of Congress, lay any impost or duties on imports or exports except what may be absolutely necessary for executing its inspection laws; and the net produced of all duties and imposts, laid by any State on imports or exports, shall be for the use of the Treasury of the United States; and all such laws shall be subject to revision and control of the Congress.
3. No State shall, without the consent of Congress, lay any duty of tonnage, keep troops or ships of war in time of peace, enter into any agreement or compact with another State, or with a foreign power, or engage in war, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent danger as will not admit delay.
ARTICLE II
(Administrating the Laws)
SEC. 1. 1. The executive power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America. He shall hold his office during the term of four years, and, together with the Vice President, chosen for the same term, be elected as follows:
2. Each State shall appoint, in such manner as the legislature thereof may direct, a number of electors, equal to the whole number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress; but no Senator nor Representative or person holding an office of trust or profit under the United States shall be appointed an elector.

4. No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty-five years, and been fourteen years a resident within the United States.
5. (In case of the removal of the President from office)
6. The President shall, at stated times, receive for his services a compensation which shall neither be increased nor diminished during the period for which he shall have been elected, and he shall not receive within that period any other emolument from the United States, or any of them.
7. Before he enters on the execution of his office, he shall take the following oath or affirmation:
“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will, to the best of my ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States.”
SEC. 2. 1. The President shall be Commander-in-Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the militia of the several States, when called into the actual service of the United States he may require the opinion, in writing, of the principal officer in each of the executive departments, upon any subject relating to the duties of their respective offices; and he shall have power to grant reprieves, and pardons for offenses against the United States, except in cases of impeachment. (The pardon power should be repealed – have been sold in the past)
2. The President shall have power to fill up all vacancies that may happen during the recess of the Senate by granting commissions which shall expire of their next session.
3. He shall have power, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, to make treaties, provided two-thirds; of the Senators present concur; and he shall nominate and, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, shall appoint ambassadors, other public ministers and consuls, judges of the Supreme Court, and all other officers of the United States, whose appointments are not herein otherwise provided for, and which shall be established by law; but the Congress may by law vest the appointment of such inferior officers as they think proper in the President alone, in the courts of law, or in the heads of departments.
SEC. 3. He shall from time to time give to the Congress information of the State of the Union, and recommend to their consideration such measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient; he may, on extraordinary occasions, convene both Houses or either of them, and in case of disagreement between them with respect to the time of adjournment, he may adjourn them to such time as he shall think proper; he shall receive ambassadors and other public ministers; he shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed, and shall commission all the officers of the United States.
SECT. 4 The President, Vice President, and all civil officers of the United States shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.
ARTICLE III
(Supreme Court Responsibilities)
SEC. 1. The judicial power of the United States shall be vested in one Supreme Court, and in such inferior courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The judges, both of the Supreme and inferior courts, shall hold their offices during good behavior, and shall, at stated times, receive for their services a compensation which shall not be diminished during their continuance in office. (Tell the IRS to go to hell, judges!)
SEC. 2. 1. The judicial power shall extend to all cases, in law and equity, arising under this Constitution, the laws of the United States, and treaties make, or which shall be made, under their authority; – to all cases affecting ambassadors, other public ministers and counsels; – to all cases of admiralty and maritime jurisdiction; – to controversies to which the United States shall be a party; – to controversies between two or more states; – between a state and citizens of another state; – between citizens of different states; – between citizens of the same state, claiming lands under grants of different states, and between a state, or the citizens thereof, and foreign states, citizens, or subjects.
2. In all cases affecting ambassadors, other public ministers and counsels, and those in which a state shall be a party, the Supreme Court shall have original jurisdiction. In all the other cases before mentioned the Supreme Court shall have appellate jurisdiction, both as to law and fact, with such exceptions and under such regulations as the Congress shall make.
3. The trial of all crimes, except in cases of impeachment, shall be by jury, and such trial shall be held in the state where the said crimes shall have been committed; but when not committed within any state the trial shall be at such place or places as the Congress may by law have directed. SEC. 3 – 1. Treason against the United States shall consist only in levying war against them, or adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. (corporations and media) No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.
2. The Congress shall have power to declare the punishment of treason; but no attainder of treason shall work corruption of blood, or forfeiture except during the life of the person attainder.
ARTICLE IV
(Relations between States)
SEC. 1 Full faith and credit shall be given in each State to the public acts, records, and judicial proceedings of every other State. And the Congress may by general laws prescribe the manner in which such acts, records and proceedings shall be proved, and the effect thereof.
SEC. 2 – 1 The citizens of each State shall be entitled to all privileges and immunities of citizens in the several states. (also means drivers license/license plates – fishing and hunting licenses – have to be honored wherever you go. Remember what I said, no Act, Statute, passed by government may change what’s written in our Constitution. States that don’t honor our permits when we move are in violation of Constitutional law. The licenses should be honored until they expire. It’s just another way of ripping us off)
2. A person charged in any State with treason, felony, or other crime, who shall flee from justice and be found in another state, shall, on demand of the Executive Authority of the State from which he fled, be delivered up, to be removed to the State having jurisdiction of the crime.
3. No person held to service or labor in one State, under the laws thereof, escaping into another, shall, inconsequence of any law or regulation therein, be discharged from such service or labor, but shall be delivered up on claim of the party to whom such service or labor may be due.
SEC. 3 (This has to do with territories of States)
SECT. 4 The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a republican form of government, and shall protect each of them against invasion, and, on application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened), against domestic violence.
ARTICLE V
(The only way the Constitution can be changed.)
The Congress, whenever two-thirds of both Houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose amendments to this Constitution, or, on the application of the Legislatures of two-thirds of the several states, shall call a convention for proposing amendments, which, in either case, shall be valid to all intents and purposes, as part of this Constitution, when ratified by the Legislatures of three-fourths of the several states, or by conventions in three-fourths thereof, as the one or the other mode of ratification may be proposed by the Congress; provided that no amendment which may be made prior to the year one thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any manner affect the first and fourth clauses in the Ninth Section of the First Article; and that no state, without its consent, shall be deprived of its equal suffrage in the Senate.
ARTICLE VI
1. All debts contracted and engagements entered into before the adoption of this Constitution, shall be as valid against the United States under this Constitution, as under the Constitution
(THE SUPREMACY CLAUSE).
2. This Constitution and the laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the Constitution or laws of any state to the contrary not withstanding.
(THE BINDING OATH)
3.The Senators and Representatives before mentioned, and the members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial officers, both of the United States and of the several states, shall be bound by oath or affirmation to support this Constitution; but no religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office or public trust under the United States.
ARTICLE VII
The ratification of the convention of nine states shall be sufficient for the establishment of this Constitution between the states so ratifying the same.
Done in Convention by the unanimous Consent of the States present the Seventeenth Day of September in the Year of Our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty-seven, and of the Independence of the United States of America the Twelfth. How is that for conventional wisdom? Perhaps government might have turned out different if many of the warnings (quotations) by great Americans would’ve been read to our young in colleges. The rotten “democracy” shoved down our throats would never allow that.
Now you must understand how important it was for the bankers to get Washington to control academia in our country. They have made many people ignorant that are not capable of comprehending issues that are so important. The current financial market crisis as example.
How many do you think understand the gravity of what’s happening with our economy? It’s been reported that Congress – mostly Democrats – were responsible for allowing these privately owned companies (Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae) – to make borrowing easier for people looking for help to purchase homes when they didn’t have the means to maintain its upkeep. Congress had been warned numerous times. It was the Democrats who obstructed – to placate radical organizations.
It has also been reported that campaign donations from these two corrupted entities went to 384 elected criminals in Congress. U.S. Senator Dodd is the one that supposedly did the paper work spelling out how the breakup of the entities would occur. Guess who were the two highest recipients out of the 384? None other than Senator Dodd (1) and Senator Barack Obama (2) were the biggies. Obama has only been in the senate around three years and he’s that important? Something sinister is going on.
Remember the shark frenzy about Enron? Some went to jail. Where is the investigation of a failure that’ll cost us almost $6,000,000,000,000? Where are the Democrats now? For that matter where is the White House?- The Attorney General of the United States? Where are the Governors of the States? Where are all the cowardly Republicans? Who were the ones in charge? And why aren’t they being called before a committee in Congress? Is it perhaps these are cronies appointed by ????. One appointee collected around $90 million in six years. All this criminality was going on while those in Congress were collecting contributions from these two companies.
And what is coming out of the mouth of radical Obama – “the Republicans are responsible” and the leftist/socialists/communists main stream media goes right along spreading the lie. A great source of information is conservative talk radio. You will discover truth more than in the media. Look for these stations on your radio.
All isms, be they communism, socialism, Marxism, and any other isms left out – work against the meaning of the Constitution. Our problem is greed, power and ignorance. We allow criminal behavior to dominate our institutions, especially government, the end result being, the downfall of a once great country.
The people are so divided; pointing fingers at each other and believe just about everything being promised by politicians. The side that is most destructive are the mobs in the Democratic side. If you have a pro-Republican bumper sticker your car may be damaged. There is much evidence that the mobs commit more voter fraud. The despicable people that interview Republicans are mean-spirited and bias.
For once I would like to hear a Republican respond when asked “What makes you qualified to be the Vice-President?” “Ask Obama the same question and I’ll answer the next time I see you” – should be the Republican’s answer. Obama’s experience had been as a radical in the streets of Chicago. Senator Biden has been a senator while McCain was still a POW. You’d be surprised of the background of this hypocrite. In campaigning he try’s to leave the audience with the impression that his family was like the “lunch bucket” crowd. As a youngster he was eating steak and salad while I was eating stolen peanuts – including the shell – to fill my stomach. He is also a pathological liar.
The ones that go undisturbed are the ones that are truly the destructive force in our country – the 545 that run our three branches of government. If there is one thing I want you to remember it is the money issue. Your Constitution does not allow a private corporation to administer our money. Don’t forget – the important lesson – no Act by government can change the Constitution. It can only be done via the 5th Article – the Amendment process. The Federal Reserve Act is still unconstitutional. Remember, the agenda of the bankers was to socialize us and the proven way was to control the money.
We have allowed criminals to convert our Constitutional Republic into a cesspool – Democracy.
Without the Constitution we are what we are. Study it, understand it, and preserve it. It is your birth certificate. It is worth fighting for, for those that were sacrificed in the past and those dying every day on foreign soil. Don’t let them die in vain. Call State party leaders and demand that they tell those in politics to obey the law. Our party leaders should not back any individual that goes to Washington to kowtow to the criminals in Congress. As a matter of fact any representative that votes contrary to our Constitution should be recalled. Are you listening, party leaders? Pelosi and Reid should be replaced. They are hurting our Party.

All throughout, I have said that the reason we’re in this mess is because our Constitutional system has been destroyed. It is going to get worse. Because of incompetence and petty struggles between the two parties, they are allowing our economy to go kaput.
The alien philosophy shoved down our throats since the early 1960s has transformed us into people who lack good judgment – stupid in other words. We have been conditioned to believe that government is the wizard of oz. Our patriotic spirit needs a transfusion. Even organized religion was caught in the “counter-culture revolution.” Pedophiles went to seminaries by the hundreds in the 60s and are the ones in positions of power that have been protecting their own through the years – transferring from parish to parish. Sexual predators have always been in the church but not as widespread since the 60s.
For many years, tax rebels were fighting the criminal system but because of the criminal IRS and the shameful judges, many were ruined and jailed. The rebels had discovered that taxes on wages were and still are illegal. But the attitude towards the rebels was that of disdain – because “everyone has to pay their fair share.” Propaganda against the rebels was promoted by academia, media and the government to keep the rest of the people in line. Our Constitutional Republic was founded by ”Tax Rebels.”
And the reason many modern day tax rebels lost was because we don’t have many rights left. Some of us cling to the Constitution which may not exist any longer. We raise hell about rights in the Constitution and government goes by their own rules. And who is responsible? The 545 elected criminals – which includes the nine Supreme Court Justices because, as mentioned earlier, they are elected by a 51 vote in the Senate. The 545 are responsible for the destruction of our Republic.
The U.S. Supreme Court committed a constitutional blunder. Five judges that didn’t give a shit about the safety of our people ruled that imprisoned terrorists in Guantanamo have the same constitutional rights as U.S. Citizens. Mind you, others have been released and have been responsible for more killings. We must not allow the other two branches to let the court get away with this abomination to our Constitution. Our young are dying at war and the Court is aiding and abetting the enemy? This is treasonous, citizens! Are we F*&!#!* crazy! For the sake of our enlisted, get on the phone right now, call the state and federal elected representatives, and DEMAND enough is enough.
If you allow Democrats to win the presidency Obama will get to nominate possibly two or more liberal justices. It’s bad enough now but if that happens you may as well change our beloved flag, a symbol of freedom, to a red one, a symbol of oppression. It’s happened many times in history – we are not immune.
Another ruling recently having to do with the 2nd Amendment, four liberals on the Court sided in favor of keeping a gun control law repugnant to your Constitution. Luckily, they lost 5-4. Remember what I wrote earlier – no one may change what’s written in your Constitution without your permission- NOT EVEN THE SUPREME COURT. DEFEND THAT RIGHT!
How’s it possible that college educated judges and possessors of some intelligence could possibly hold that nine individuals have the final say so? You can search and search in the Constitution and you won’t find anything giving the Court that kind of authority. Just think, in a 5-4 ruling for whatever, one person decides yes or no on rulings that affect our country’s well-being. This is democracy in action – the worse form of government.
And you know what is so sad about this? People have no clue. We have a Democrat running for the presidency who has the worse record of all the thieves in the Senate. His thing is “change.” When people are asked what kind of change he’s talking about, many will answer “You know – change.” They have no clue. And the ones that understand know that he is promoting more government, more confiscation of wealth, more support for radical organizations. You mark my words, when he debates the other idiot, (incidentally the debates are sponsored by the global corporations and the two contestants have to follow a controlled script) on T.V., he’ll stutter and stammer without the teleprompter. Obama will be exposed for what he is – a Marxist – spewing words (bullshit) of hate – the rich against the poor – more government control; blame Republicans for everything – four more years of Bush…false promises… etc.
Listen carefully to his words. He’ll play with your emotions, scaring the elderly saying the Republicans wanting to destroy social security. When he talks about “universal health care” just about everyone in the audience screams as if this radical is the messiah. He won’t mention cost or discuss the almost trillion dollars in taxes he wants to raise. He says 47 million people are without insurance but won’t say that many of those millions are young people that don’t need insurance. Fellow citizens, we have the best health system in the world. Don’t believe the mob and media with their lies.
Obama also says he’ll bring the troops home. Hogwash! He’ll do what the powers at be order him to. (beware of the military industrial complex) In campaigning and debates, promises will be made without explanation of how to pay and the cost. Translation: Expanding the socialist/welfare state. And yet, if he wins, that’ll show how far gone we are to the left as a nation – and I might add – morally bankrupt. God have mercy if the Democrats win the White House. “United we stand, divided we fall.”
You must understand that the leftist media will protect him as much as they can but because of the internet and talk radio, it is going to be hard not to expose him for what he is – incapable and unworthy of our White House. The internet and talk radio will make the leftist media eventually a not so popular source for news. It’s already happening nationwide. They are losing readership by the thousands.
The people that got Obama off the ground politically were terrorists. Obama’s terrorist friend (William Ayers) served time in prison for bombing the Pentagon and attacking policemen, and his wife at one time was considered one of ten most dangerous woman in our country. You’ll never find this out watching cartoons on T.V. but will on talk radio. Obama is a radical and a threat to our security and sovereignty. He’s been out there most of the time bull-shitting people and has succeeded. The guy is a pathological liar – like some Democrats in Congress – unbelievable. How can so many voters in both parties be so gullible and trusting?
When friends of yesteryear would refer to me as radical, I knew then that no matter how much you try to spread truth many will not believe and think you’re a wacko. Perhaps my personal comments are too much for some.
It was Carter in 1979 that signed an order not to drill in ANWR. It includes 19 million acres and the area where Republicans want to drill is only 2000 acres. As mentioned earlier Clinton vetoed a drilling bill in 1995. That would have meant one million barrels a day for us today.
Democrats up until recently had obstructed energy legislation to keep blaming Republicans and the rich for the high cost of gasoline. Imagine, Democrats play with our well-being to gain political advantage. Back to the dumbest woman in the Congress (and there are a few) Pelosi. She recently gave praise and credited Iran with the on-going success of the military “surge” and not one word praising our sons and daughters in uniform. And she’s number one in the House? What a party – shame on us.

LET THE GAME BEGAN
Early Americans had a tough time playing the game of life ruled by dictates of the King and his men. The colonists were struggling in the new land and weren’t given much freedom, plus they were heavily taxed. They didn’t like the game being played by the King – it was too lop-sided so the people decided to change the rules. The King was fired and exiled with his men to the minor leagues in England forever. This was the war that won independence from England.
Citizens announced it to the world in the Declaration of Independence that henceforth, it would be a sovereign nation with “liberty and justice for all.” The name of the new rule book was the Articles of Confederation. After a few years, problems kept occurring but at least they didn’t have the King to contend with.
The colonists still weren’t satisfied. Something was missing. Absent was the “Bill of Rights” and “money laws.” They changed the rules as allowed in the Declaration of Independence. It reads in part “…that whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the RIGHT of the people to alter or abolish it…” And they did. They were a brave and patriotic people, unlike today.
The Articles of Confederation were replaced with the new rule book – the U.S. Constitution. Never before had the world seen such a profound document explaining the structure of government and full of inalienable rights described in the Bill of Rights inspired by the principles of the Declaration of Independence and the Preamble. Those rights built a fence around government to restrain it from interfering with freedom and liberties to be enjoyed by citizens. You won’t find the word “democracy” in the Constitution, left out intentionally by our forefathers for a good reason. Democracy is the worse form of government and they knew it.
Because of this new rule book, the playing field was leveled. Everyone born in the country could participate. Some in society had been excluded from the contract but after much turmoil, Americans found in their hearts the right thing to do and corrected the injustice.
Because of newfound liberties the game of baseball was invented. The people decided to name the game “The Game of Freedom” because it represented a new way of living – free and clear and be self-governed – unlike the rest of the world. Thanks to your Constitution.
But lo and behold, as time passed, people let their guard down again ignoring the rule book – the U.S. Constitution. Their team became dominated by greed and players violating rules. The rogue players (bankrolled by the money interests) were finally kicked out because of their greed, and formed their own team called the Anti-Constitution Team.
The International Bankers (Federal Reserve) bought the Anti-Constitution Team and by 1913 corrupted those entrusted to “obey and protect” the Constitution with bribes, and took control of the monetary system. The Constitution had been ignored by elected representatives. Abe and John, two early pitchers on the U.S. Constitution Team, through the years had beaten the Bankers ball team consistently but couldn’t be bribed and died under strange circumstances.
Players and fans became indifferent and lazy thus making it easier for bankers to tighten the grip. Some players on the U.S. Constitution Team were bought off by bankers thus weakening the team. Bankers dominated the game and called the shots that affected the wellbeing of the country. They controlled The Game of Freedom and money just like today.
Concerned citizens began recruiting patriotic players who showed interest in playing by the rule book and fielded a better U.S. Constitution Team. Rookie players identified themselves as conservatives, libertarians and independents. Many were immigrants but quickly adapted to The Game of Freedom by studying the rules of the game – The U.S. Constitution. To become team players they had to be citizens and learn the importance of voting. Faith had been restored and fans became involved again.
Later, inflation became a household word. It started when bankers flooded the market with paper called “funny money.”(Federal Reserve notes) Citizens were over-taxed to pay the interest for use of these notes that belonged to the bankers. Unbeknown to citizens there was another kind of note called “United States Note.” (non-interest bearing) This was the lawful money. But these notes are now out of circulation, thanks to the Anti-Constitution Team and its sponsors – the international bankers.
Bankers hate United States Notes. Some say the reason the two pitchers’ (Abe and John) lives were snuffed was because they authorized the printing of U.S. Notes, and that sealed their fate. Others suffered the same, but Abe and John were the most famous. People can’t imagine how ruthless those that sit on top of the world can be in pursuit of a World Series. They even started a one-world-league (United Nations) partially supported by the snack bar profits you left at the parks.
Back then two-bits could get you in the ball park. Hot dogs were only fifteen-cents. Beer was a lousy ten cents. But because Federal Reserve notes are inflationary, prices began creeping up. This was another way of stealing our wealth – inflation. Many didn’t understand the reason why and didn’t complain – it didn’t matter because the Bankers owned the stadium and snack bars.
A few Anti-Constitution Team players complained because players on the U.S. Constitution Team were paid in gold and silver coin. (lawful money) It took more Federal Reserve notes (I.O.U. paper) to buy the same things as the U.S. Constitution Team players were paying. The bankers became worried but because they controlled things, took gold and silver coin out of circulation and left us with illegal inflationary paper. No more complaints – ignorance triumphed.
The bankers could print all the paper they wanted and the peoples’ representatives and media were complicit. America, the richest at one time, became the world’s greatest debtor. The socialist/welfare state forced upon the middle class relies on government to spend and grow. This is the agenda of the bankers.
Thanks to the Anti-Constitution Team and voters who were oblivious and ignorant, the bankers had the best team money could buy (Congress).
The payroll of the Anti-Constitution Team was bloated. Why shouldn’t it be? The bankers controlled the printing press. Besides, the American tax-payer pays that debt. The bankers don’t care if the debt reaches a zillion dollars knowing it’ll never be paid. All they care about is the interest they collect yearly. Just think we pay with sweat for something they create with ink. And don’t forget, they got the criminals to make their profit tax free
Finally, the game of modern time. This game, with a win, once again the U.S. Constitution Team would get rid of the shackles of the International Bankers. They have done it twice before in history. It’s a beautiful day at the park; a clear blue sky, the American Flag waving in its splendor. Smell of popcorn in the air. A near-sighted pervert under the bleachers using a telescope. Helen Keller dusting home plate getting ready to umpire the game. A college graduate in a dust cropper flies by with a flag reading WHERE AM I? Dressed in silk, garish pantaloons, a gutsy gypsy stands in the middle of the bleachers, reading palms for food stamps. A beer vendor dressed in yellow being mistaken for a fire-hydrant by a dog.
It’s the bottom of the ninth inning; the game’s tied, the U.S. Constitution team is batting. The camera scans towards the first base bleachers focusing on the crowd of the visiting team. In the area are socialists, communists jumping the fence, Hollywood liberals selling porn. Planned Parenthood spanking kids, socialist college professors handing out flyers promoting the ten planks of the communist manifesto, Hugo Chavez selling Che Cuevara T-shirts while Fidel Castro is ushering, and college students waving the hammer and sickle banner. Larry King selling suspenders, a blind man with ulcers lifting a wallet, Sean Penn, dressed like a Muslim tying his used three-legged camel to the bleachers, liability lawyers with fingers crossed praying someone gets hit with a foul ball. Tasmanian devil is the mascot. It’s a reflection of some in our society that are morally bankrupt and think alike.
On the third base side are patriots – what else! The Boys and Girls Clubs of America, the International Red Cross with hundreds of nurses, Pedro and Jose working the snack bars, Pope in jeans wearing an LA Angels cap, Constitution loving fans saluting old glory, Rush Limbaugh, Excellence in Broadcasting (EIB) selling hot dogs and microphone stuck in his ear. A shivering Florence Nightingale nursing a bad cold, Alcoholic Anonymous drinking Coke and ex-governor of New York Spitzer, in repentance, dressed like a Rabbi handing out Playboy magazines. Bugs Bunny is the mascot.
As the camera scans the dugout of the Anti-Constitution Team – “Whoa…what the hell is the President and Vice-President doing in the dugout with the opposition?” and how in the hell did the Constitution Team get tricked into allowing Greenspan, the former Federal Reserve Chairman, to call bases? Greenspan has been unfair throughout the game. No one thinks of appealing. One win and we take back our government.
The batter has a full count with two outs and bases loaded. The crowd is going wild. A hot dog vendor is so nervous he’s munching on his third hot dog including the wrapper in 36 seconds.
One fan has two lit cigarettes. Bill Gates talking with Mexico’s President discussing open borders via a cell phone. A drunken chimpanzee forced upon us by PETA taking care of the scoreboard. Digits on the old-fashion scoreboard are upside down. A “jolly” Libertarian groundskeeper, oblivious to what’s happening, is watering his marijuana plant behind the scoreboard….what a country! The pitcher is getting ready to deliver the final pitch – the outcome will decide once and for all if Americans are mad enough to have the Constitution enforced again to be self-governed and not second-rate players and economic slaves, but free people.
Our Constitution team needs patriotic support. One win and we’ll send the International Bankers packing again – back to the minors in England to harass the English with Euros. Let’s get rid of them. It is our Game of Freedom to win.
We are the ones responsible for the rule book. The government is beholden to bankers and corporations and doesn’t give a damn about you and the U.S. Constitution. Don’t believe what liberals have conditioned you to believe, that your bat (vote) doesn’t count. Obama beat Clinton by seven bats in Guam. Don’t ever say “I’m just one bat” – ever again.
Don’t fall for the “You can’t out-hit city hall” routine. The important thing is to be in the lineup (registered voter) and you qualify to play in The Game of Freedom. Our forefathers set up the dugout – the jury system – to nullify any bad calls, especially when government tries to shove the ball (bad law) down our throats. We are the Sovereign. Bureaucrats are your servants! Demonstrate it! Throw anything you want at the opposing team.
The end result of that last pitch of The Game of Freedom will be entirely up to us – the people who vote. A win would return an honest monetary policy. Inflation would be a thing of the past. You wouldn’t pay almost $3.00 a pound for tomatoes and $1.00 for just one Bell Pepper. $5.00 for a gallon of gas? Don’t laugh, it’s coming plus more. I’m tired of paying $6.00 for an inflated hot dog. I’ll betcha’ elected representatives in Washington D.C. don’t worry about cost. They get almost $170,000 a year for a 3-day work week. And you may ride a bike to the ball park soon. How ironic. It wasn’t too long ago when Chinese were on bikes by the millions and now because of criminals in our government millions of Chinese are driving cars while we face the possibility of parking our cars for bikes.
Hoping we beat the Anti-Constitution Team, the Federal Reserve and IRS goes too. You’ll see the country become economically sound again. You’ll have more money to spend, thus creating more jobs, more attendance at the park. You’ll be able to buy two hot dogs instead of one. More revenue will be raised for our budgets the honest and lawful way. Judges will stop making laws. No more undeclared wars and deficit spending. We’ll buy Uncle Sam a new set of clothes.
Remember, to qualify for The Game of Freedom you must go through the box office (voting booth) to be a player. Use your vote as a broom to sweep for cleaner government. C’mon citizens, it’s the bottom of the ninth, Never mind party affiliation, both parties in Congress don’t care about us. Your country and Constitution are waiting for you to get that base hit to free us from economic bondage. Don’t allow the bankers and crooked politicians to cause irreparable destruction to our way of life. The pitch is on its way! Wake up from the American Nightmare (socialism) and take a big swing. I know we can win. I love you America.
He’s Just A Little Boy
He stands at the plate with his heart pounding fast. The bases are loaded, the die has been cast. Mom and Dad cannot help him, he stands all alone. A hit at this moment, would send the team home. The ball meets the plate, he swings and he misses. There’s a groan from the crowd, with some boos and some hisses. A thoughtless voice cries, strike out the bum. Tears fill his eyes, the game’s no longer fun. So open your heart and give him a break. For it’s moments like this, a man you can make. Please keep this in mind, when you hear someone forget, he is just a little boy, and not a man yet.

Tell those at party meetings you want representatives to stop unnecessary spending and to obey your Constitution. Tell them we want “the money of account” – gold and silver coin – brought back. It’s still your law. Gold and Silver Coin don’t have to be minted. U.S. Notes – non-interest bearing – would once again be in circulation backed by the metals giving people confidence knowing their monetary system would be on sound ground again. We don’t pay interest on coin money.
Even though it is our mint the international bankers dictate the operation of the presses. They lend to over 100 nations and collect over a trillion dollars per year in interest. It has to be the greatest scam ever perpetrated upon people. Of information presented, accept that we have criminals (both parties) running our three branches of Government. It is full of cancer that needs to be cut out. You and you alone are capable of doing it. You have the best tool available – your cherished vote – use it!

On October 31, 1998 President Clinton signed the “Iraq Liberation Act.” It called for “regime change” in Iraq. In other words, get rid of Saddam. But leave it to my party and the media to convince half of the country it is all Bush’s fault. Go to Google and type in the above Act. Don’t forget – most Democrats in the Senate were for the war. Doesn’t truth matter to my party?
It was candidate Al Gore in 2000 who tried stealing the election from Bush. He took it to Court. The U.S. Supreme Court twice reversed the liberal Florida State Supreme Court. Even some of the liberals on the U.S. Supreme Court ruled against Gore. (I can be convinced otherwise) The truth doesn’t matter – too many of you are full of hate clouding your mind and judgment. Gore has never allowed anyone to debate him about global warming. Don’t you think that’s odd? He appeared at ASU (alone, never shares the stage and paid $100 grand) and students wanted to ask questions after he finished but weren’t allowed to. You know why? He would be exposed for what he is – a liar. Global Warming? There is much evidence to the contrary but the media, academia and Hollywood use scare tactics to keep you ignorant of the truth.
Folks, part of the scheme is to pass world-wide laws that, believe it or not, one part will amount to a tax on the air we breathe. And one of your hero’s (Gore) is behind it. The guy would have made a great used-car salesman. Gore left government and was worth about two million. He is now involved with a company having to do with global warming and reported to be worth tens of millions. This guy is the leader of hysteria. Flies in jets. Rides around in SUVS. Uses enough energy in his mansions in one year to light up a small town for a year. And uses class warfare often – what hypocrisy!
Recently I learned of an association representing physicists, 50,000 strong worldwide that disputed global warming. You don’t learn this from the media – only from conservative talk radio programs.
From 1949 to 1986 there were only about 200 radio stations carrying talk shows other than music and soap operas. Not the type of talk shows of today though. One of the early pioneers of talk radio was Joe Pyne of Phoenix, Arizona in the early 50s, an ex-marine with a wooden leg. He was very controversial, a rarity in those days, and forced to carry a weapon because of threats against his life. If I’m not mistaken, all that time the “Fairness Doctrine” was in effect. It meant if someone had opposing views to a radio station’s topic, they had to be given equal time. Because radio wasn’t as controversial as today the Doctrine wasn’t enforced. President Reagan got rid of it in the middle 1980s. That started Rush Limbaugh in his career and talk radio exploded. There are over 2,000 radio talk shows now. Because talk shows expose the unconstitutionality of many wrong doings by the three branches of government, the Democratic leaders want to bring back the Fairness Doctrine to destroy talk radio to protect crimes by Congress. All the Democratic leaders in Congress have already said they will bring it back, especially if the radical Obama wins. A Republic president would veto it.
Should Democrats succeed you will see lawsuits demanding that TV networks, including the liberal press, and any entity that promotes anti-traditional values…anything contrary to our way of life…will be given equal time; all this because my party doesn’t want the American people to get the truth. Talk radio and the internet is why the main stream media is beginning to lose its subscribers because of its left-leaning bias… it’ll be interesting.
Whether Bush should be impeached or not, I don’t think it’ll happen. Although, Lawyer Bugliosi who prosecuted Manson, is on record as saying he’ll indict Bush shortly after stepping down as President. I think Bush’s stand on immigration reform is for open borders and amnesty – what the international bankers and business want. His ignoring of pleas of pardoning the two Latino border agents serving time in prison and families losing their homes is a great injustice. He referred to the minutemen as “vigilantes” for helping border guards. George W. – GO TO HELL! and take all the phony liberal Republicans with you – including McCain – the compromiser.
We have scoundrels and slimy politicians running OUR government. They are corrupted and are incompetent to run our affairs. Both parties are ruining our way of life. The States should take back responsibility (9th and 10th Amendments); we should start with education. Eliminate the Dept. of Education and the Dept. of Energy for starters. This would save billions. Oh, I forgot – we are a democracy and the mob couldn’t care less of our concerns.
Speaker of the House Pelosi shut down government without addressing the energy issue. Citizens are driving less; vacationing less; eating less; earning less, and she was out there during recess promoting her book. Many in Congress of both parties are ready to vote on some kind of energy legislation and the “acting dictator” is finally giving in. Fellow Democrats how can you not see something wrong with this tyrannical ruler? Again, this happens often in a “democracy.” She is another that plays class warfare often. Yet, she lives in one of the richest districts in Northern California and supported by the rich. She is one of the richest in Congress. She has to be replaced.
The other shoe is about ready to drop – the commercial real estate market. Once it happens, coupled with the takeover of Freddie and Fannie, the money printing press will not stop running. And the assholes campaigning along with the main stream media are addressing lipstick, pigs and community organizers. The Governors of the States should speak with one voice and demand Congress quit playing juvenile games that is endangering the economic future of our families. In the meantime watch the prices of goods and services go out of sight. Clearly, Congress doesn’t give a shit about us. I fear for my country.
The same people that promoted (forcing banks to lend money) mortgage loans to unqualified customers are the same that are in charge of committees telling us they are going to fix it. The hearings being conducted will protect themselves from any blame. It is accepted by many to hear these same people blame Bush and Republicans. These Democrats responsible were warned numerous times but were protective of those appointed by Democrats to head Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae – while they donated campaign funds and pocketed millions (one of them – 90 million in six years).
To be fair, many Republicans also played the game but it was my party that should be blamed the most. I keep telling you, we have criminals running our government and we have nowhere to turn. Try voting some of these out. It is very difficult. Can you imagine the damage these people will do should Obama win? They will control the Congress and White House. If that happens, fight for your last remaining freedoms and hold onto your pocketbooks.

ANY DAY NOW YOU WILL BE CALLED FOR JURY DUTY!!
Here are some facts you must know, but the judge won’t tell you;
First: Your personal service as an honest juror – true to your own conscience – is essential to a free country.
Second: As a free and sovereign citizen/juror, you are superior in rank and status to anybody in the court room, including the judge in his/her black robe.
Third: In this capacity you are totally independent of the court, not subject to direction nor dictation of any kind (except for decorum, such as being in the court room on time and listening to the evidence).
What this means is that the judge is prohibited by the Constitution from dictating or instructing you in any way, least of all as to how to apply the law. As a Sovereign Citizen, you have the inherent power and actually the obligation to overrule (nullify) any written law that you find objectionable. Few judges will inform you that this is a natural right of citizenship. They will, instead, deceive you – even attempt to coerce you – into swearing you will take the law “as I dictate to you.” But every judge knows you, as a Sovereign Citizen/juror, possess the right inherently – not as a legal grant – and that it is recognized and guaranteed by the Constitution of the USA and all 50 states.
U.S Supreme Court has many times acknowledged this, starting back in 1794 (I was in grammar school) when our first Chief Justice, John Jay, wrote: “It is presumed that juries are the best judges of fact; it is…presumed that the courts are the best judges of the law. But still both objects are within your (the juror’s) decision. You have a right to take it upon yourselves to judge both law as well as fact in controversy.” Georgia v. Brailsford. 3 Dall 1.
The jury’s power to nullify was no new discovery even then. It has been known to exist virtually forever, and the pages of history shine with examples of jurors ensuring the people’s rights and liberties by overturning bad law, although written in the law books.
Yet it is current as the Twentieth Century.

Some in society (especially lawyers) argue that type of thinking is old fashion. Don’t believe them. The corrupt system is responsible for indoctrinating people falsely. As a matter of fact lawyers in the Senate and the House should be barred from voting on legislation that benefits the legal industry because of conflict of interest. Why should they be making laws that benefit them in this rotten system?(Democracy)
A PATRIOT FROM THE PAST
I had a dream the other night, I didn’t understand; a figure walking through the mist, with flintlock in his hand. His clothes were torn and dirty, as he stood there by my bed. He took off his three-cornered hat, and speaking low, said:
“We fought a revolution to secure our liberty. We wrote the Constitution as a shield from tyranny. For future generations, this legacy we gave: to make this, the land of the free and the home of the brave!
“The freedom we secured for you, we hoped you’d always keep; but tyrants labored endlessly while your parents slept. Your freedom gone, your courage lost, you’re no more than a slave. Can this be the land of the free and the home of the brave?
“You must buy permits to travel, and permits to own a gun, permits to start a business, or to build a place for one. On land that you believe you own, you pay a yearly rent. Although you have no voice in choosing how the money is spent.
“Your children must attend a school that doesn’t educate. Your Christian values can’t be taught, according to the State. You read about the current news, in a regulated press. You pay a tax you do not owe, to please the I.R.S.

MORE CHICANERY
All goods and services are increasing in costs because of oil prices. Government is to blame – not the oil industry! Because environmentalist extremists threaten politicians, we can’t drill for oil of which we are being told there is enough in the ground to supply our needs for many years. I’ve read where we import almost 70% of oil from Mexico and Canada – so what are we fighting for in Iraq? (Beware of the Military Industrial Complex – Ike warned us about)
Greed is why our troops are being sacrificed and your elected officials are to blame. It has been reported that there are over 100 billion barrels of oil available in the immediate area of the U.S., Mexico, and Canada. But we can’t drill because of radical organizations that have democrat politicians in their pocket. Other countries (China for one) are beginning to drill around our continent – and we can’t? Damn the Congress!
The oil industry keeps our cars going and is directly and indirectly responsible for hundreds of thousands of employed people, and The Department of Energy which costs us billions upon billions every year doesn’t produce one ounce of gasoline. State and federal government take anywhere from 40 to 60 cents in taxes per gallon – Arizona close to 40 cents. The oil industry returns close to a trillion dollars in tax revenue per year to the system. They sell oil all over the world and profits are high – so what? It’s a business! I’ve read where 80% of the oil industry is owned by the public. So, where’s the outcry against the public?
The candidates running for the presidency are playing class warfare by blaming the rich. Recently, Hillary and Obama voted against a pro-drilling bill and McCain didn’t vote. Oil is used to make most products. Do you realize that we also pay for that oil? Ouch! Bill Clinton (first hippy president) vetoed a bill (1995) that would have allowed us to drill for oil which we would be using by now. (He was too busy enjoying the “nectar of the gods” in OUR WHITE HOUSE)
My party, since taking over, had done nothing to address the issue. But lately because of public pressure, Speaker of the House Pelosi gave in. Never mind what Bush did – what are the Democrats going to do? They’ve been in control since January 20th 2006 and done what? The rise of oil cost is causing thousands to be laid off – Airlines are going broke – because of extreme environmentalists? Tell them to go to hell. Demand that our party in Congress allow drilling; and democratic leaders in Congress? Playing the anti-rich card – what else! Wake-up voters – poor people don’t create jobs; rich people do.
THIRD PARTIES
There are many smart, patriotic, hard working, dedicated and honest people representing third parties. Unfortunately, since I have been paying attention to politics rarely have I seen a third party candidate win a seat to the U.S. Congress. I believe there is two in the Senate that claim to be Independents. (both liberals) There may be some in the House.
Third party members come and go…for what? Nothing ever changes. The Democrats and Republicans have total control making it almost impossible for third parties to win. Just think how many years third parties have been around. And the results? As long as we have an unconstitutional system (subverted three branches) third parties may never win. Even if it happened the two parties would still control. The corruption in the three branches of government in Washington D.C. is the employment security of career politicians. I offer a possible solution.
Third parties should consider uniting under one umbrella for the purpose of mounting an attack against the Democratic/Republican Parties. With a platform appealing to the masses I believe leveling the political playing field would happen quicker. The public is ready for “true change” not the kind you get at the grocery store Obama is promising. Your third party beliefs would not be compromised; nor principles, purposes or goals. The other option is for all third party personnel to join one of the two controlling parties and change it from the ground up. You could make it happen. Your dedication and hard work proves it.
Either of the two options is viable to level the political playing field. No more criminal dominant parties. The way things are going there is not much time before the criminals bury us for good. Meanwhile, third party members and other citizens should invite family, friends, and neighbors to go to district meetings of the unconstitutional parties to demand – loudly – that you want your Constitution obeyed. This is the only guaranteed way to correct the political process. Believe me, if things remain the same we’ll all die without seeing improvements.
Remember Perod, the millions that he spent against Clinton and the first Bush and got, I believe, 19 per cent of the vote? What third party has that kind of money? I will hold my nose when I vote for McCain but I dread Obama winning. It’s been reported since he’s been in the Senate he has asked for close to a billion in earmarks. Can you imagine what he’ll do if he wins with Democrats controlling Congress. Third party members – don’t let it happen. Convince other voters not to vote for Obama. Just this last Wednesday U.S. Representative Ron Paul was on the Glenn Beck show and recommended that third parties unite. He’s also right.
Another approach is to have a citizens committee, made up of one or two people from every State. They would meet once a year in November for the purpose of impeaching any elected official, for unethical, unconstitutional behavior. (Art. 2 Sec. 4 U.S. Constitution) This remedy was in the Articles of Confederation. FYI this also includes all Civil Officers.
It becomes clear how we were democratized step-by-step after the Federal Reserve was created. Prior to the 17th amendment State Legislatures selected two individuals to represent the states in Washington D.C. The House Reps were elected to represent the people but the Senators were there to protect State’s rights. The powers at be were behind the introduction of the 17th Amendment for the following reason.
Once they had the 17th passed they knew that eventually they could centralize all our institutions under the control of the federal government. Now that the States had given up their representation in Washington the federal government would begin to grow and grow until the behemoth it has become. It couldn’t have been done without criminal politicians that subverted the three branches of government. Roosevelt played a big role in getting it done. Remember, the bigger the government the more profit for the bankers. Wouldn’t it be great to repeal the 17th Amendment?
If State legislatures again selected U.S. Senators to protect states rights, they would vote as ordered. No more voting for legislation contrary to the Constitution. Instead of relying on their staff, Senators would be required to read legislation introduced and report to the State Legislature before casting a vote. No more campaign contributions. Politicians wouldn’t spend their time hustling money. No more overseas trips to study the behavior habits of animals screwing upside down on a tree branch. Lobbyists would be in the coffee shop alone drinking coffee and leave without tipping Juan, cleaning tables.
Most citizens have no concept of the corruption in Congress. Many congressional people have millions invested in corporations doing business in Iraq and Iran. It seems Congress does not want to end the war because of investments. Those of you who are curious can find a list in the internet of who has what invested and where. How beautiful things would be if people in Congress cared about our laws and not of money and power. The criminals in Congress must be the envy of all the criminals in the world. Willie Sutton (a famous thief of the past) would have been at home as a politician in Congress.
Our founding fathers wanted common people to be representatives in government and not the career criminal politicians. Other groups – be it police/ firemen – unions – socialist organizations, etc., get what they want most of the time – why can’t we unite under one umbrella for the purpose of getting rid of those who are a danger to our well-being? You Democrats and Republicans reading this should stop supporting the criminals in Congress.
I’m disappointed with my party but will remain a Democrat. I still have hopes that one day it will return to the promises of our beloved JFK. “We shall pay any price, bear any burden…to ensure the survival and the success of liberty. This much we pledge, and more.” Also, “The rights of man come not from the generosity of the state, but from the hand of God.”(JFK’S Inaugural address) He wouldn’t be welcome in the Democratic Party today.
Don’t believe those in our party in Washington who are forever spewing hate. Imagine, one calls our GIs murderers (Rep. Murtha) – another calls them Nazis (Sen. Durbin) Fellow democrats, how could you possibly condone that in our party? Socialism strips you of dignity.
I want to believe there are many registered Democrats who feel the same as me. Tell party leaders enough of this alien philosophy they promote – it’s detrimental to the future of our country. Those of you who attend party meetings voice your outrage at those in our party who preach hate and offer nothing of substance. It hurts the party. It is a practice used by communists and socialist throughout history. Even the Clintons used the race card against our own in the campaign but remain stars in our party.
What is our party proposing to solve problems? Do they talk about nuclear power? No! Drilling for oil? No! Do they talk about limited spending? No! Do they talk about eliminating earmarks? No! How about something meaningful; demanding the Congress obey the laws, refrain from using class warfare and the race card and quit lying so much to the American people. It seems my party can’t win elections without lying. They know that by throwing mud often the sheep will start believing. These are communist tactics. How well liars in my party have learned.
But you know what, it doesn’t matter who controls. Nothing changes. Bush turned out to be an elitist and not a Conservative. Elected Republicans are nerds and hypocrites. The Democrats in control have done nothing – and won’t – except keep perpetuating socialism and raising taxes. Even if the jerk McCain should win he thinks the Democrats will work with him, which they won’t. They are driven by hate.
If McCain wins, he has already said he’ll be bipartisan (a nice guy) Demos will eat him, spit him out and get whatever they want – because they control Congress. Should Obama win the White House and Democrats control Congress, conservative people like me can kiss America goodbye forever because my party is full of radicals. It will move more towards the left. And finally, I will accept we are after all, a full blown “Democracy” and not the Republic guaranteed to us by your Constitution. How sad.
