In the early ‘60s the takeover of our institutions by radical groups in our society had begun, that is, in academia – TV news organizations – main stream media, and yes, the infiltration in Congress by socialists. The socialization of America exploded. The word socialism is being used more and more, as if it was something new. It’s been here a long time and now there are a few whispers of “communism.” None of the conservative radio talk show hosts will utter the word for fear of being labeled “right-wing nuts.” This is PC in action – thought control by the socialists/communists. It’s roots go back to the ‘60s.
One has to know that our monetary system has been in private hands since 1913. But what many don’t know is that the method of operating it is by duplication of the 2nd, 4th, and 5th plank of the Communist Manifesto created by the International Bankers to control the populations of countries and to make money. I want to believe that all governments have the equivalent of the IRS. It has to, to keep people in fear of government. The bankers have to have a way to collect the interest owed to them.
At the same time, the 16th Amendment passed (tax law on wages – which is a fraud) the collecting agency was created – how convenient. One complements the other. In order for this crime to work against people the three branches of government (checks and balances) had to be subverted. Slowly, ever so slowly, our Constitutional Republic started being transformed into a democracy – “the worst form of government.” (Aristotle) My simple definition of it is mob rule. Witness the breakdown of order and of constitutional law. Judicial Activism – crimes by Congress – appointment of “czars” – unaccountable to no one except President Pinocchio – undeclared wars…etc. This is not a Constitutional Republic mandated by OUR Constitution – it is an evil democracy. You’ve been brainwashed into accepting “democracy” as our constitutional system.
The three branches of government operate outside your Constitution. There is no accountability. Spending is and has been out of control – by both parties for many years. People wonder why the price for goods and services keep rising. They don’t understand the reason the paper called “money” (which it isn’t) is losing its value and it’s taking more of it to pay for things. Gas and oil companies pay more to produce, hence, the rise in gas prices…and people complain. BLAME THE CONGRESS! Countries are shying away from the paper because it is becoming worthless. Foreign governments want our government to stop spending because it effects their investment in the paper called Dollars. Deficit spending by Congress is the cause of inflation. So much so, other countries are talking about creating a global currency and if that happens, millions will get hurt. The criminals in Congress couldn’t care less – they prove it everyday.
If the Senate passes the energy legislation, the House just did – experts in the field say that energy costs will increase up to 90% in the future. Much of our industrial base – what’s left of it – will be outsourced. It’ll kill hundreds of thousands of jobs. Some are saying that it’ll cost a family of four close to $3500 per year in added utilities cost.
The reason why Democrats are rushing this legislation – like the stimulus bill – is because there are many things in it that people would be appalled. At the very last moment an amendment was added in the middle of the night – 300 pages – most didn’t get to read. It is loaded with rules and regulations detrimental to our pocketbooks. Pay attention to talk radio and you’ll learn the “devil is in the details.” One being the regulating of the greenhouse-gas emissions by polluters to comply with regulation standards. Folks, this will create hundreds of agencies to monitor businesses. When you study all this it means only one thing – government keeps getting bigger, spending more, and the bankers don’t have to laugh all the way to the bank – their there already – welcome to democracy in action. Thanks to the party of the rich – Congress.
The House vote passed by seven votes, eight Republicans voted with Democrats. 44 Democrats voted “no” with Republicans. GODDAMN YOU IN THE RNC, GET RID OF THOSE EIGHT BASTARDS! If it passes in the Senate it will be the greatest tax in the history of our country. You readers tell relatives in other States to call their U.S. Senators and voice their no votes on the health bill.
There is a right and a wrong here. Which party is wrong? How does one know which is the right vote? Why are so many for and against? We know it’ll cost billions upon billions to implement. Shouldn’t this be enough for a no vote? We know it’s going to affect our way of life. We know the way it’s being processed is a sham, and criminal against the people. Polls taken before the House vote indicated people were against it overwhelmingly. So, why are representatives of the people voting for it? What is the truth?
The truth appears to be the socialists and communists in government are dead set in converting our country into a total dependency on government. To me that means, eventually, communism. Many Democrats in Congress, not the party members back home, have become the enemy to our country. Include the 8 Republicans that voted for it.
The following article comes from Newswatch Magazine which may shed light as to why there is no accountability in the three branches of what was once our government. No doubt about it; we have an uncontrolled criminal government.

“The majority of the people of the United States have lived all of their lives under EMERGENCY RULE. For 40 (now 76) years, freedom and governmental procedures GUARANTEED by the Constitution have, in varying degrees, BEEN ABRIDGED BY LAWS BROUGHT INTO FORCE BY STATES OF NATIONAL EMERGENCY.”
Action taken by the United States Federal Government during times of great or manufactured crisis from the time of the Civil War to the present have shaped the permanent state of national emergency. Congressman James Beck had this to say about the War Powers Act (Emergency) that was issued during World War 1 (1917):
“I think of all the damnable heresies that have ever been suggested in connection with the Constitution, the DOCTRINE OF EMERGENCY is the worst. It means that when Congress declares an emergency there IS NO Constitution. This means its death…But the Constitution of the United States, as a RESTRAINING influence in keeping the federal government WITHIN the carefully prescribed channels of power, is moribund (dying), IF NOT DEAD. We are witnessing its death-agonies, for when this bill becomes law, if unhappily it becomes law, there is NO LONGER ANY WORKABLE CONSTITUTION TO KEEP THE CONGRESS WITHIN THE LIMITS OF ITS CONSTITUTIONAL POWERS.” (Congressman James Beck in the Congressional Record, 1933).
If all this is true, this is when criminals in Congress led by the flunky to the bankers, Roosevelt, began socializing our country in a big way. The bankers were responsible for the Depression. Socialism requires astronomical spending and Roosevelt was their man to get it going. But people have been conditioned to believe otherwise. This is exactly what President Pinocchio is duplicating today. But he is taking it a step further. What kind of “ism” is it when government begins taking over all aspects of our lives??? – take your pick. Nowhere in the Constitution does it empower government to suspend our Constitution totally. All these Acts and Executive Orders are done without in-put by the people. The politicians stopped representing us many years ago. This spells tyranny.

You have just read a statement made on the floor of the House in 1993. Representative Traficant said our original government has been DISSOLVED and exists in NAME ONLY! He also made it clear that the receivers to the U. S. While the World Bank is lobbying Congress for another $14 billion from U.S. taxpayers, the World Bank is becoming increasingly obsessed with bailing out bankrupt communists regimes.(Of the billions sent to Europe to bail out banks recently by AIG, it would be interesting to learn where these banks are. Who owns the World Bank? What a stupid question.)
Instead of being a force for economic development, the World Bank is becoming a tool to help governments maintain their control over their oppressed citizens. A top World Bank official recently publicly intervened to aid a tottering communist government. In November 1987, the Polish government held a referendum to attempt to rally public support for the government’s austerity program. The referendum would have implicitly endorsed continued communist control over the economy. (Communism was invented by the rich to control the masses)
Even though the World Bank’s charter strictly forbids its employees to meddle in the political affairs of member countries, Eugenio Lardi chief of the World Bank’s European Lending Division, in an interview with official Polish government news agents, enthusiastically endorsed the government’s reform program and urged Polish citizens to vote in favor of the government’s reforms – even though most private Polish economists scorned the government’s proposals as too little, too late.
If a World Bank spokesman publicly endorsed either Vice President George Bush or Massachusetts Gov. Michael Dukakis (both lap dogs to the bankers like most presidents) for the U.S. presidency, the uproar in the United States would be deafening. But apparently it is ok for the bank to urge citizens to support a communist regime, even though the regime is wrecking the citizen’s lives.
The International Finance Corp., the World Bank’s private sector affiliate, is anxious to bail out the Polish economy. A March 24, 1988, confidential memo to the chairman of IFC’s Investment Committee from Douglas Gustafson, its director of investment for Europe and the Middle East, on a proposed $18 million loan to a Polish fruit and vegetable cooperative, states:
“Given the continuing uncertainties about how and when the IMF (International Monetary Fund) may (give aid to Poland) …there is a real danger that the Polish authorities may become frustrated with the international financial institutions. IFC has the possibility to act as a bridge during this interim period, by providing a relatively small loan and demonstrating the good intent of the World Bank Group…IFC would achieve a great deal of goodwill by an early investment.”
In the aftermath of the investigation of the money markets and the workings of Wall Street isn’t it mind boggling the millions upon millions that individuals make in the industry? The criminals in Congress, responsible for allowing the corruption, sell their souls for a few thousand while the bigger criminals make off with millions. I wouldn’t hire the Senator Dodd’s and Representative Frank’s as clerks at a 7-11. These people have no shame..
The IFC is supposed to direct its aid to the private sector. According to Sir William Ryrie, the IRS’s CEO, “The main initiative and drive and the bulk of the capital required [for IRC investments] must come from the private sector.” Yet in 1985, the IFC invested $17 million in a Chinese government automobile plant where the only private-sector involvement was a less than 10 percent stake held by Peugeot Automobile.
Private foreign investments in China has nose-dived in recent years due to increased Chinese government restrictions on foreign investors. Yet, according to the director of IFC’s Asian/Pacific branch, Toerstein Stephansen, “Money is available and we can, each year, provide up to $100 million in investment to projects in China.” (My, how things have changed since then)
The largest recipient of IFC loans is Yugoslavia, with almost $400 million in IFC loans. The more aid IFC has given Yugoslavia, the smaller the private sector in Yugoslavia has become – thanks to the government of Yugoslavia. According to Radio Free Europe, the private sector in Yugoslavia has become almost extinct – falling from 27 percent of gross national product in 1962 to 5.3 in 1986.
A 1987 reform was hailed as a major break-through because it allowed Yugoslavia private manufacturers to hire more than 12 workers. A 1987 World Bank report observed, “Since 1980, although severe austerity measures have been introduced, the macroeconomic policies have not been reformed significantly.” Yet, even though the Yugoslavians have not reformed, the World Bank continues pouring money into the government’s bottomless pit.
Many economists in recipient countries have criticized the effect of the World Bank handouts. Martin Tardos, director of the Hungarian Academy of Science’s Institute of Economic, notes, “The World Bank money has made life easier for the Hungarian government and made it possible to avoid deep market-oriented change. The World Bank was not setting conditions for real changes, and they accepted the rhetoric for the reality.”
In Poland, private citizens have vast dollar reserves saved up in their mattresses, yet they don’t invest in Polish companies because they have no security for their investments, as Jan Vanous of Planecon Consultants in Washington observes. It is absurd to inject dollars into a country when the country’s own people have no faith in the economic system. The World Bank has failed in its effort to buy economic reform from communist regimes. Necessity is still the best incentive for sound economic reform.
Insofar as the World Bank reduces the pressure of necessity without securing real reform, the World Bank has betrayed both Western taxpayers and the oppressed citizens of Eastern Europe…end of article.
I may not understand all there is to know about money, but the trillions in profit the International Bankers make, I do. I also understand the suffering these bastards have caused humanity. I also know that my Constitution only allows Congress to coin money and regulate the value thereof. I know that in 1913 the criminals in Congress turned over that responsibility to a private corporation called the Federal Reserve which is owned by at least nine families and have something like 300 hundred stock holders scattered throughout the world.
I also know that the Constitution doesn’t give government the authority to send our money overseas. Our people have been lulled into believing that “we are a compassionate people” “that we must police the world and help others” “that we have so much and we need to help the poor” It is all bullshit. What the hell are we doing sending millions to fight aids in Africa? Why are we subsidizing abortion in other countries? Why is our tax money going to Hamas, the known terrorist organization, that has vowed to destroy Israel? Why are oil-rich countries getting our money in foreign aid? Why do we spend billions in Mexico to fight the drug war when many in government are on the payroll of the drug cartels’? There are so many problems with foreign aid but because “we are compassionate” that makes us “feel good” and we don’t give foreign aid much thought. FOREIGN AID IS A CON JOB BY CONGRESS AND THE MEDIA TO MAKE YOU “FEEL GOOD”BY HELPING OTHERS. CONGRESS DOES THE BIDDING OF THE INTERNATIONAL BANKERS – ALL THAT MONEY IS BORROWED AND THE BANKERS’ MAKE BILLIONS IN INTEREST. FOREIGN AID IS A SCAM!
Can you imagine how much we could do for our own if that money stayed here? We could have fixed our infrastructure many years ago. Think of the hundreds of billions we could spend on ourselves if we eliminated the Department of Education? It is not the Constitutional duty of government, it belongs to the States. The elimination of the Department of Energy, that doesn’t produce one ounce of energy? Why must we be captive to oil producing countries when we have enough oil around us to keep us going for hundreds of years? Why? Because of radical extremists that control many democrats in Congress? And why didn’t the Republicans do something when they were in power? ALL OF THEM, NOT ONLY BELONG TO THE BANKERS, BUT PROSTITUTE THEMSELVES TO SPECIAL INTERESTS GROUPS.
Many through the years have wanted to stop lobbying but the Court’s have ruled in favor of Congress. The subversion of the three branches of government, that’s why. Lobbying is flat-out corruption and people should put a stop to it. Not through the Court but through the Amendment process. The Court will rule that campaign financing comes under the First Amendment in the form of free speech. No, no, no, we’ll tell the Supreme Court to go to hell. Under your Constitution the Court doesn’t have the authority to stop an Amendment process.(I believe) Tell them to take care of parking tickets and we’ll take care of the Constitution.
Lobbying in Washington costs millions every year. How can we compete? When we complain about corruption we are told to throw the “bums out.” It’ll never happen. Look how long third parties have been around. The two-party system has it all locked up. If you are a Democrat with conservative leanings you won’t be supported by the party should you seek support. When a newcomer (both parties) goes to Washington he is read the riot act and from the very first day he does what he is told and how to vote – most of the time. How true this is I don’t know, I’m on my fifth beer.
Too bad the GOP violated the trust of the people. They behaved like Democrats. It is because of the non-conservatives in the GOP and not the “real conservatives” that allowed the Democrats to win control. Democrats in Congress always lie and cheat and had to have help from most all networks and the main-stream media to win. The attack on Republicans was relentless – especially against Bush. Because of the hypocrisy by many in the GOP the media blamed all of it to conservatism thus giving it a bad taste in the mouth of voters. And look what the radicals in the Democratic Party in Congress are doing to our country. President Pinocchio pulled one over millions of voters. Now they are finding out what a liar he is – his nose keeps growing and growing.
So, what is the point in all this? We are witnessing the destruction of the greatest country of the world because of bankers and politicians. It is the treasonous behavior by Congress of the United States that is responsible. President Pinocchio, or any president for that matter, cannot move without Congress approving budgets as an example. Same thing applies to wars – Congress funds them. I hope people make a change, the right one, in 2010.
If you want to stop this madness, join the GOP and throw out those hypocrites that give conservatism a bad name. I say the GOP because the democrats in congress are too far gone. Democrats have too many special interests and radical groups and can’t possibly satisfy all of them. That’s why Democrats have so many problems, especially President Pinocchio. Democrats in Congress will always be in chaos.

It’s hard to believe that communism was once regarded by serious people as a genuine hope for bettering the world. Today, it’s known everywhere for its failures. Even in the Soviet Union – maybe especially in the Soviet Union – the combination of political repression, bureaucratic sclerosis and economic stagnation is too disastrous to ignore.
Readers of articles posted in this website know that the U.S. monetary system has been administered under the 2nd, 4th, and 5th planks of the Communist Manifesto since 1913 when criminals in Congress violated their oath of office by passing the Federal Reserve Act. This gave the International Bankers control of our economic well being contrary to the Constitution’s law – …”only Congress can coin money and regulate the value thereof…” Readers of my web are also aware that no Act or Statute by ANYONE in the three branches of government can change, alter in any form, what’s written in the Constitution. This, constitutionally, may only be done by people exercising the Fifth Article of the U.S. Constitution – the Amendment process. The point being, the control of our money in private hands is the biggest crime ever committed against our people.
Any legislation passed by government contrary to what’s in the Constitution in the pretense that “they” can change the Constitution as we go along, is BULLSHIT! When you take time to peruse the Constitution you will find laws still there that don’t apply any longer – no one can take them out except us. THEY ARE STILL THERE – THAT IS THE LAW! It is up to us to update the Constitution – NOT GOVERNMENT!
The rich invented communism to control people and to make money. In control, the Fed has seen to it that government becomes socialistic because it takes great amounts of spending to support a system that takes from the producers and gives to the non-producers. Congress is a voracious spender. Put on top of that the bankers’ manipulation of foreign policy to incite wars between countries they lend money to.
Mikhail Gorbachev and Deng Xaoping are not relaxing control of their societies out of any mid-life conversion. They have merely concluded that ameliorating the defects of communism is the only way to preserve the custodians of communism.
But whatever its shortcomings and its crimes, the ideology of Marx (no, not Groucho) and Lenin (no, not from the Lennon sisters) retains one promise: The eradication of material poverty. The standard retorts to Western criticism are: What about the homeless? What about unemployment? What about hunger?
Communism claims that if it has failed in other respects, it has succeeded where capitalism fails, in protecting the weak from hardship. Political freedom is derided as a bourgeois luxury, of no value to those with an empty stomach. The wonder is that such claims have gone unchallenged for so long.
Capitalism is always under attack in our country by the ones that represent communism in our society. These are people in government, people in the media and academia. It is Congress, and not capitalism, that is responsible for our ills, especially the economic issues of today. Because of their corruption that gives rise to our economic destruction, complicity by the media for omitting government crimes and the truth, no wonder the uninformed in our society think capitalism is bad. Besides, capitalism has been monopolized by the powers at be that are behind many of the global corporations in the world. As many of us believe, Congress is responsible for the destruction of our industrial base. Businesses bailed out of the country because of all the stringent rules and regulations and high capital gain taxes. These are reasons that led to the destruction of America’s industrial base. The bankers’ agenda to reduce our country to a third-world status was given a boost – thanks to the criminals in Congress.
Now, Nick Eberstadt, a scholar affiliated with Harvard’s Center for Population Studies and the American Enterprise Institute, has done communism the ultimate indignity by measuring its promises against its record. “The Poverty of Communism,” a supremely illuminating book, shows that even on its own chosen turf, communism is a loser.
A few years ago after the breakup of the Soviet Union, I read where a poll had been taken in Russia which showed people wanted communism back. What dependency will do to people! And yet, though business is heavily controlled in China, people have gotten a taste of entrepreneurship. China has let the genie out of the bottle. This has a hidden agenda…as we shall see.
The rulers of the world decided many years ago to divide the world into three areas. (1) All of Europe under the Euro – it has happened. (2) All countries in our continent under one economic system; the reason treaties passed tying us and Latin countries together. Allowing open borders and un-enforced immigration laws through the years was intentional to condition the American people to accept the influx of millions – hence the declaration by the Supreme Court of the “rights” of undocumented people. Maybe not in my lifetime but it’ll happen – the borders will be erased. (3) All of Asia – witness all the corporations that have moved to China.
The goal? One world government – the life long dream started with the failed “League of Nations” promoted by another flunky of the bankers – Woodrow Wilson. And now the latest talk is a one-world currency. The International Bankers want total control.
Eberstadt’s evidence dramatizes the urgency of the task faced by Gorbachev. The Soviet Union is in the grip of a baffling health crisis, one unknown to the experience of other industrialized nations (not anymore) “Measured by the health of its people,” says Eberstadt, “the Soviet Union is no longer a developed nation.” It’s more like Malaysia with missiles.
Recently a congressional commission noted with alarm the United States’ infant mortality rate of 10 per 1000 births. The Soviet rate is as much as four times as high. Infant mortality is exceeded only by pre-infant mortality: (I wonder what the mortality rate is now with the practice of infanticide. They are still babies.) The average Russian woman undergoes at least six abortions during her child-bearing years. Americans may have pioneered the idiotic beer commercial, but we consume only half as much alcohol per person as Russians.
Despite having only one-tenth as many cars, the Soviet Union gamely keeps up with us in the number of traffic deaths. The total picture is even worse. Despite all the advances in medicine and nutrition, the Soviet Union has managed the stunning feat of shortening the life span of its people. Since 1965, the average Soviet’s man’s life expectancy has declined by four years, and women may have been affected as well.
This is harder than it sounds. Eberstadt notes that during World War 11, Japan’s life expectancy rose. In modern times, no country has done as badly as the Soviet Union – with the sole exception of Pot Pol’s Cambodia, which has an unfair advantage because it was actually trying to. Moscow, famous for its skill at killing vast numbers of people deliberately, is equally efficient at killing them by accident. The damage goes beyond its own borders. Life spans in Eastern Europe have declined over the last two decades, while they have risen in Western Europe. Infant mortality is 78 percent higher.
China has done better, at least since it began experimenting with capitalist incentives. In the first three decades of communism there, food consumption rose slowly, if you don’t mind overlooking the catastrophic famine Mao Tse-tung created in the late 1950s. Mr. Deng’s reforms raised food availability more in four years than the previous 30.
During the ‘60s when colleges were experiencing unrest because of the war in Viet-Nam the communists took advantage and started distributing Mao’s little Red Book. This book describes “political correctness” which is thought control. Small wonder then why many are afraid to speak out – especially the Anglo in our society. They are terrified. Say one thing against minorities (gays, lesbians, blacks, Mexicans, women in general – what’s next, animals?) and you are attacked by the communists. School children are being taught this in all levels of schooling. Citizens! Stand-up for your 1st Amendment right, don’t be cowards! Tell those that attempt to silence you to go to hell.
Eberstadt also refutes the boasts of Fidel Castro’s regime to have made great strides against illiteracy and disease. Forty years ago, nine societies in Latin America and the Caribbean had literacy rates similar to Cuba. Since then, only one has proven less competent at teaching its people to read.
It’s reported that 25% of our people are illiterate. Studies have been conducted about the qualities of the people in the teaching profession and many fail miserably. Government controlled schools – the tenth plank of the Communist Manifesto – is the reason why our country’s schools are so pathetic. Hence the saying “We learn the establishment way.” Thousands of dollars are spent by parents that send kids to college but come out hating and making fun of the greatest country in the world. The teaching profession is dominated by socialists and communists.
And here is another place where the riskiest thing you can do is to be born. Cuba’s progress against infant mortality has been one of the slowest in the region. But rather than solve the problem, Mr. Castro has apparently taken the easier route – trying to conceal it by falsifying official statistics (Like Pinocchio’s health plan) It can’t be much comfort to the left to discover that the greatest progress against infant mortality came in Gen. Pinochet’s Chile (a ruthless dictator of yesterday supported by our tax dollars)
Despite its proclaimed goals, communism hasn’t matched the achievements of the West in improving the lot of the working class and the poor. It has only confirmed the old joke: A communist is someone who has nothing and wants to share it with everyone.
Through the years criminals in Congress of both parties and the White House have propped up governments around the world regardless of human rights issues. Look at the billions being spent in foreign aid. Imagine the kickbacks there may be. How easy it would be to work out foreign aid with a country, of say, $1,000,000,000 and have millions deposited somewhere in the name of whomever. Far fetched? Like our monetary system under the planks of the Communist Manifesto? Just type in the words “Communist Manifesto” in Google – that’ll make you a believer.
Recently, a few black politicians representing the ‘black caucus” of the U.S. Congress visited Castro’s Cuba and returned with great reviews about a country that has murdered thousands and many more imprisoned. Many, but not all blacks in Congress hate what America stands for. And yet they live, unlike they could never, in other countries.

Arizona became the first State to integrate its public school system before the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling of “Brown vs. Board of Education” which integrated schools throughout the nation in 1954. Arizona didn’t wait we did it in 1953. We were also the only State in the country that approved Martin Luther King’s holiday via the ballot box. Put that in your pipe you bigots and communists.
I lived only three blocks from an all-black school, Carver High School. I thought, why not enroll there. Being the only non-black student at Carver for a while, it was a great and wonderful experience. I had met several black brothers at playgrounds of grammar schools as well as at Boys Clubs. I was no stranger. Getting along was a piece of cake.
Girls threw notes asking if I wanted to learn jitterbug dancing. I was elected president of the English class – accent and all. The ROTC made me a Sgt. It was a time of learning not only school stuff, but the importance and reward of my Christian upbringing, love and respect to others…”what goes around comes around.”

Last September Sen. Barack Obama (President Pinocchio) promised that under his health-care proposal “you’ll be able to get the same kind of coverage that members of Congress give themselves.” On Monday, President Obama repeated that promise in a speech to the AMA. It’s not true.
The President is barnstorming the nation, urging swift approval of legislation that is taking shape in Congress. (Why the rush?) This legislation – The Affordable Health Choices Act – that’s being drafted by (the non-swimmer) Sen. Kennedy’s staff and the Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee – will push Americans into stingy insurance plans with tight, HMO-style controls. It specifically exempts members of Congress (along with federal employees; the exemptions are in section 3116)…
…Members of Congress “enjoy the widest selection of health plans in the country,” according to the U.S. Office of Personnel Management. They “can choose from among consumer-driven and high deductible plans that offer catastrophic risk protection with higher deductibles, health-saving/reimbursable accounts and lower premiums, or fee-for-service (FFS) plans, and their preferred provider organizations (PPO), or health maintenance organizations (HMO).” These choices would be nice for all of us, but they’re not in the offing. Instead, if you don’t enroll in a ‘qualified” health plan and submit proof of enrollment to the federal government, you’ll be tracked down and fined (sections 3101 and 6055).
Thank God for talk radio and some newspapers, we are beginning to learn the devious details in this legislation. We weren’t given time to study the details in the Stimulus package, until after the fact. It is atrocious. It is a complete failure that will cause great suffrage and economic damage to our well-being. Who’s to blame? President Pinocchio and his mental midgets in the Congress, Socialists/Communists in the media, but unfortunately, much of the blame on us for allowing the criminals in Congress do whatever they want. No more excuses, we are more informed now than ever before. The “Tamales” are in our court – let’s keep’em coming! Exercise your 1st Amendment Right. Let them know who the boss is. Get on the phone! Show some gratitude to the greatest written word in history besides the Bible – your U.S. Constitution.

The president has promised that if you like your plan you can keep it. Mr. Kennedy’s bill says that, too. It’s double-talk, as the consequences of non-enrollment make clear. How big a fine will you face? The bill doesn’t specify or set a limit. It says the fine will be enough to “accomplish the goal of enhancing participation in qualifying coverage” (section 161)…end of excerpts from her column…
Should this legislation pass as is, there will still be millions left outside the loop. The 47 million uninsured people being bandied about by Pinocchio’s administration is false. His nose keeps getting longer. It’s been reported that millions are qualified for many different programs but just won’t apply. Many others can afford insurance but don’t bother to get insurance. Why should many young and healthy citizens apply for something not needed? The rest in that 47 million are illegal immigrants. 60% of uninsured people in San Francisco are in the country illegally. Don’t Democrats ever tire of lying?
There are around 1300 entities in the health insurance industry. President Pinocchio’s plan will eliminate many of those. How do you compete with a government that is about ready to take over 1/5th of the business? Just a few years ago it was 1/7th. The criminals in Congress – both parties – have been giving us socialized medicine one step at a time.
In order to pay for this legislation- besides taxing us to death – programs will be cut from Medicare which in turn will affect the elderly. Which leads me to ask WHERE IN THE HELL IS THE ORGANIZATION AARP? Aren’t they there to be the guardian of the elderly? And the answer? IT IS A SOCIALIST ORGANIZATION! Like other well-meaning organizations many people at the top in administrating are socialists and the membership are clueless to what’s going on. Ditto – for Union membership. Many of us have a false impression that our institutions are being run by people who care. When in reality they are the ones that carry out socialistic programs of the criminals in Washington D.C. The Socialists and Communists, in and out of government, have been at it for years, unbeknown to many. Our institutions are totally dominated by the Left.

Before we turn over the job of caring for the elderly to government, we should ask ourselves just how well government manages other things. The Postal Service cannot fire the incompetent, close unneeded offices, or deliver mail on time. (It’s on its way of losing billions this year, like always. It is time to privatized it)
Amtrak is a study in wasteful, inefficient management. When the government provides funds for health care, the costs rise. Patients request more; doctors charge more; lawyers sue more. Meanwhile, the public pays the tab. But the high cost of medical care for the elderly is not caused by our numbers; it’s caused by needlessly expensive medical bills. (rip-offs) If we were to cut off life for those over 80, the costs of medicine would still increase. (Other countries already pull the plug on many of their elderly. They are denied expensive medicine to keep them alive. Can’t happen here???
This age of end-less government intervention has blurred the meaning of the individual to the extent that the far-out ethicists deny the very significance of individuality. As Callahan (An author –“Setting Limits”) writes in his book – “Individualism should, in sum, give way to a community-based and affirmed notion of the value of the aged in society and, with that, an acceptance of limits to health care for the aged and medical research to benefit them.” By limits, he means pulling the plug at age 80.
To lump all old people together, however, is to waste some of the best years of some of the best talent…the will to live is the basic drive of virtually every living organism. No ethical consensus can repeal the élan (style) of nature.
Those who think and work in the field of social thought, public policy, human problems, and gerontology (The study of declining life) would do well to abandon the collectivist (communism) assumption of an authoritarian society and rediscover the individual who fights a hard fight for life. We are individuals with the individual right to live or die. (The words of Jefferson still ring true today – The right to life is “endowed by our creator.”) It’s not an agreement by consensus among social scientists, planners, politicians and bureaucrats. Life and death are individual matters – a transaction between each individual and Almighty God.
Give us a fair field for our struggle to live, and we shall, with amazing resourcefulness, come up with some successful solutions that will astound the social scientists. We, with a free hand, can more readily control the costs. In most circumstances, we can help each other in such a manner that the huge appropriations for health entitlements will be unnecessary. People past the age of 80 are still children of God, worthy of the same respect and consideration as those of any other group.
Remember, the more Congress spends the more money their masters – the International Bankers make. That’s all it is folks – one giant hustle by the hypocrites and thieves in Congress. The White House is the “office” that is suppose to manage things and see to it that our laws are obeyed and Congress is the “Board of Directors”- they control all government. Under our Constitution, no president can spend any money without approval from Congress – the “buck” stops with Congress, not the White House. Democrat and Republican voters, do something constructive for your country..
Listen up, elderly people, and younger ones with elderly folk, demand an explanation of the silence by the AARP. It is funded by millions of aged people and probably millions in subsidies from the criminals in Congress – who live like kings on our dime. Shouldn’t you voice concern? How would you like to be dying in pain and not given medication because it’s too expensive? Or the doctor telling relatives it’s time to pull the plug.
And where is the AMA on this? You’d think thousands of doctors would be demonstrating in front of the White House and the Congress. How come, radical organizations demonstrate by the hundreds of thousands when they want improvement to whatever cause they’re after and the media gives them all the ink they want? Why is it, lawyers are never touched by this kind of legislation – or any kind, for that matter? Lawyers have polluted the three branches of government and shouldn’t be drafting laws.

Much venom is directed toward the IRS at tax time, however, they are the least culpable for the tyranny and oppression which Americans currently suffer. The IRS does its share of lawbreaking, to be sure, but its nothing compared to what the Congress (criminal) does, aided and abetted by the federal judiciary (criminal), as the result of the income tax.

Liberal Bill Moyers interviewed Judge Bork via television, as a nominee for the Supreme Court, about his ordeal during the confirmation hearings. In an answer to a question, Bork said that Congress could not change the Constitution via any Act or Statute. The only way is through the Amendment process – Article V U.S. Constitution. Because of the brainwashing our people have been subjected to…i.e., academia, media and the entertainment industry, and by the communists in our society… people are under the impression that government may do so because it’s a “living constitution” as if to say it can be changed as we go along. Who said so – the communists? Only the Congress can coin money and regulate the value thereof…reads your Constitution.
The criminals in Congress passed the Federal Reserve Act (1913) transferring that power to the International Bankers contrary to what your Constitution says. This didn’t matter because none of the three branches of government obey your Constitution. Nevertheless, the Democrats in Congress (the senate) destroyed Bork at the hearings. Exactly how they also tried destroying Judge Thomas. It’ll be smooth sailing for Judge Sotomayor, a radical racist who doesn’t belong on any bench.
When federal judges support Acts of Congress not authorized by the Constitution, instead of striking them down, which is their duty, can they truly blame the people for believing there just might be, “…a design to reduce them under absolute despotism”? Like our forefathers, this generation can also point to, “…a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object, the establishment of an absolute tyranny.”
When the ‘king’s men’ sit on the benches of OUR courts and consistently uphold ‘laws’ which are in direct opposition to the will of the People as set fourth in the U.S. Constitution, then we are forced to conclude, that LAWFUL government having overstepped its rightful bounds, is once again being overthrown by power-hungry anarchists called politicians and their judicial lackies and that we have come full-circle from the tyrannies of 1775 to the tyrannies of 1985.
The grafting, grasping thieves who dare to call themselves our “Congress” have even robbed God through withholding tax, which takes the FIRST of the fruits of our labor, which God says, belongs to Him. (Malachi 3:8-12). We are told in Malachi, that a nation that does this is cursed and then Americans wonder why this country is having financial troubles.
The usurpers (both parties) in our Congress have effectively banded together, to rob us of our blood and treasure in worthless wars, calculated to bulge the pockets of the international bankers and to destroy the flower of American manhood.
The elected representatives send our young all over the world to die for the global corporations that are owned by the elite in the world. Military personnel are being sacrificed for GREED. I keep repeating this in my comments because there are many new readers.
Beyond that, they have stolen the minds of our children through FORCED education in government ‘brain laundries’ called public schools. (10th plank communist manifesto) They conspire to rob us of our savings through inflation (deficit spending) and high interest, debt and usury, to rob us of the fruits of our labor through misapplication of the income tax laws, to rob us of an honest money system through the Fed’s phony, fiat ‘money’, to rob us of our right to FREELY associate through FORCED integration, to rob us of our privacy through the 1040 Form, to rob us of our liberty to travel, by controlling it drivers’ licenses, gas taxes, and a myriad of other baseless regulations and to rob us of our God-given right to self-defense through gun control laws. Congress has taken everything that wasn’t nailed down and a lot of what was! But lastly, they have robbed us of our country. It isn’t ours anymore, as long as Americans have to live cringing in fear of ‘their’ government. THEY are the servants living as serfs on the land of their lords. The false sense of security, shaped by President Reagan is tissue thin, so don’t be fooled by it. Make no mistake, the Congress and the courts are on a collision course with the People. (Perhaps what’s happening today will awaken many and hopefully stop the criminals.)
Our last hope of preserving our liberties was in the courts, but Truth lies buried there now and Justice lies slain in her own halls, by the very judges assigned to protect her. Her blood stains every federal courtroom, when constitutional issues are sidestepped or subjugated to statute law (illegal unless in harmony with your Constitution) and, when those who object are hustled off to prison. It is amazing the resistance that governments have, to the lessons of history, especially the one that shows how ‘persecution’ always strengthens a movement. (Hopefully – the Tea Party Movement) The IRS can go on with their persecution by prosecution, but it won’t make a dent in the growing tax resistance movement, because it is an idea whose time has come, and nothing less than ABOLISHMENT of the income tax will change it.

There are hundreds, if not thousands of groups and organizations that cry out for a “right change.” Like asking for the impeachment of President Pinocchio, ” throw out the bums”, letter writing by the hundreds of thousands, calls for a constitutional convention, anti-government demonstrations – nothing happens. Witness the defeat of the Clinton’s health reform bill and the amnesty bill recently – both defeated. And, what happened? We’re on the verge of more socialized medicine and amnesty is around the corner. The communists never quit. Reports indicate that if this legislation passes in its current form it’ll cost us around $62,500 for each person covered. The predicted cost will reach or go beyond $2,000,000,000,000 within 10 years.
Third Parties are the answer. They must do some serious thinking and consider uniting with others for the purpose of joining the GOP and transforming it into a party millions are waiting for. Third Parties have many talented Americans but they will never gain power in our lifetime. The bankers would never allow that. Even if they won a seat ANYWHERE they would still have to contend with the criminals in office.
There is no time for hoping anymore. You must roll up your sleeves and consider my suggestion. We are being buried and it may be too late, to hope for a miracle. You are wasting time and money. An example: One courageous citizen spends thousands every week advertising (a full-page ad) in a weekly national newspaper. An article posted recently asked to impeach President Pinocchio. Folks, it is a waste of a lot of money. An impeachment will NEVER HAPPEN! President Pinocchio is committing many constitutional violations that could warrant impeachment but with a Democratic controlled Congress? It’ll never happen. Where is the third branch of government – the supposedly “ law of the land” expert on constitutional issues? I believe “checks and balances” died in 1913 when the bankers were given control of the monetary system – illegally, I may add.
If we luck out and Republicans win control of either the House or Senate, we still have the problem of many of them kissing ass across the isle. And furthermore, controlled by the powers at be. We must join the GOP and throw out those who parade around as conservatives. The GOP is organized and has the money. But it lacks the dedication, commitment, and the fighting spirit which third parties are capable of delivering. Our future is at stake and third parties have the answer, I believe.

I attended the Arizona Tea Party dressed as Uncle Sam. Out of thousands in attendance there was one other dressed the same. Many pictures were taken of people standing next to me. The children were excited meeting an “Uncle Sam” in person.
Afterward, as I walked back to the car (Sam-mobile) I received several honks from passing cars. I decided to spend a few minutes enjoying the beeping which gave me an idea. I would test it by visiting intersections and proceeded to carry signs which read: “CRIMINALS ARE RUNNING CONGRESS.” – “I’M BROKE – THANKS CONGRESS.” “I DIDN’T VOTE FOR SOCIALISM.” “WE ARE BEING DUPED BY GOVERNMENT.”
I do this periodically, especially when I read or hear what the criminals in the three branches of government are doing to our country. That raises my patriotic love for the land that I care for and do a Clark Kent ritual (Superman) but this time instead of a phone booth I use a vacant outhouse. The flies (socialists) abandoned me after several blocks.
The first outing I used the poster which read “ CRIMINALS ARE RUNNING CONGRESS.” That drew many beeps in the beginning. After a while beeps stopped. I found that strange because I was getting so many. About an hour later and maybe 400 hundred cars, three bikes, and a 23 year-old hippy-looking skateboarder had passed, a homeless person stopped by and asked why I had the sign up-side down. Within seconds, the beeps started all over again. The homeless person left with a couple of bucks.
My next outing at a different intersection I used the “I DIDN’T VOTE FOR SOCIALISM” poster. That one hit a nerve. Many would flip the finger and scream obscenities. Others would slow down and yell they voted for socialism (President Pinocchio voters) A passerby (college graduate) asked what was socialism. Another, an immigrant, praised me for being patriotic and speaking the truth. He was from Romania and said the American people were stupid for not recognizing that government had started socializing America many years ago. It is refreshing to see policemen waving approval from their cars. Overall, the beeps outweighed the negatives.
Many cars from California beep and flash signs of approval because they understand what socialism does to your wallet. California is on the verge of declaring bankruptcy. You know why? Because most States run by Democrats operate in the red. The ones that are run by Republican governors may also run in the red because some State Congresses’ are control by Democrats. Or still, some like “The Terminator” in California, capitulated to the communists-dominated California Congress. When this spineless hypocrite is run out of office we’ll hear “Hasta la vista – baby” for the last time.
And now the uninformed, misinformed, ignorant amongst us are being witnesses to what socialism is all about. Only now is the word “socialism” being bandied about. Truth is, socialism has been going on for many years. Remember, socialism is the step before communism. We’re getting closer and closer.
The American people must clean house in the Congress in next year’s elections. We can’t do anything about Pinocchio in the White House as his nose gets longer and longer, but we can stop him by electing moderate Democrats and conservative Republicans to the Senate and House. You voters in the Democratic Party should step up to the plate and get rid of those in your party who are destroying our country. Can’t you understand the game plan (by both parties) is to keep us fighting amongst ourselves while they enrich their pockets and further our country towards oblivion as a free society.
The malfeasance arising in faking his duties, President Pinocchio leads me to ask –he taught Constitution in college – didn’t he learn a thing or two? I wish someone would research ex-students and ask for information concerning his classroom indoctrination, if it happened.
A Freedom of Information Act was submitted to the White House to find out who is coming and going into the White House, and for what purpose, was denied by the FBI for security reasons. Do you believe that? People want to know the number of lobbyists coming and going. Pinocchio said he would deny lobbyists in the future during the campaign but afterward appointed many to important positions. Of what good is the FOIA? We must DEMAND that ALL elected officials obey the law. We MUST have accountability from your servants.
I predict Pinocchio will be a one-term President. By then birds will be perched on his nose. The question to ask is how much damage will he do? Will it be irreversible? If ever the GOP wins control we must not allow the “pussies” to be bi-partisan ever again. When Democrats control they literally spit on the faces of Republicans and tell them to shut up and sit down. And still, periodically you hear wimps like McCain refer to Democrats as my “esteem friend” on the other side of the isle. The only reason he did a good showing was because of Palin. I would vote for her in a second.
Any time the Communists in the media and in the Democratic leadership attack any potential Republican running for office, the agenda is always to attack with lies, lies, and more lies. Five minutes after being picked as a running mate to McCain the media unleashed its predicted onslaught against Palin. Most commentators in the networks will attack her for lack of experience, so they say – compared to what – a community organizer? The attacks continue. Even a late night show got into the act by despicably attacking Palin’s daughter in a sexual innuendo. The wackos and communists on the left know by experience that by throwing a lot of mud it will eventually resonate with the ignorant in our society.

The following letter I submitted to the local morning paper. My main purpose was to share with the readership the mean-spirited reaction of some, depending on what my posters read. Just as communists in our country have been attacking the Boys Scouts Organization and most religious entities (Christian entities) – academia, media, and the entertainment industries have polluted the minds of our people.
Why else would a driver of a car with family intact curse and wave the middle finger at a Mexican dressed as Uncle Sam? I don’t even have a mustache nor a guitar slung-over my shoulder on my way to a wedding reception. I considered calling the ACLU but they were too busy influencing liberal judges to overturn voter approved initiatives; a strategy that works because of thugs in black robes parading around as constitutional judges. They rule outside our constitution…only in a democracy (mob rule)

Cars beeping and drivers giving the thumbs-up sign outweigh obscenities yelled. What is sad is a car full of kids and the adult screaming the F-word while waving the middle finger. Another pulls up to the curb and screams “F #!*^#% Uncle Sam!” Uncle Sam has become subversive to some. What has Liberalism wroth?
But every beep, every thumbs-up of acceptance, inspires me more. It rekindles the weakened flame of liberty and breathes hope for our freedom. I love you, America.

Like this rotten government hiring thousands of new IRS agents to go after more money
to recoup what the criminals in government are wasting on socialistic programs. Remember, the whole scam by the bankers, carried out by the criminal Congress, is to spend – spend, and borrow from them. This year the interest on the debt may reach over a trillion – you like this kind of CHANGE? It doesn’t matter though. People will do nothing – they are too busy making ends meet while the bastards in Congress are enjoying a lifestyle of the rich – thanks to our sweat.
The list of names of good patriots who have, or are even now being persecuted for their service to freedom is becoming endless. Patriots are only provided the “appearance” of factual, independent juries, never literal, fair or impartial juries. Whenever anyone goes on the federal stage on one of the usual entrapment type tax charges (entrapment is the policy of the IRS, IRM 31(11)32) the so-called jury will be carefully pre-selected by a sophisticated screening process that will ensure the “jurors” will be biased, prejudiced and intimidated in favor of the bureaucrats.
The IRS cannot afford to lose any additional cases, therefore, the U.S. Attorney and the IRS will conspire to employ every possible means to pre-select a “jury” that will only convict. Any number of Patriots indicted for the usual “tax crimes” were selectively prosecuted, not because they were considered or even suspected of being guilty of any crime, including a so-called tax crime. Each of these brave Patriots was or will be prosecuted for only one purpose – PROPAGANDA.
Since tax trials are staged for only propaganda purposes, then successful propaganda trials become an absolute necessity. Losing propaganda trials is considered to be bad form and tend to provide only adverse publicity for the IRS, therefore guilty verdicts by whatever means becomes an expedient and necessary action by the U.S. Attorney and the IRS.
How do we know that trials are staged only for publicity and propaganda purposes? The “folks” over at the IRS adopted propaganda as the official policy of the agency July 24, 1979, via policy statement P-9-3, which states, “those cases most effective in enhancing voluntary compliance should be investigated.”
No mention of guilt, no reference to investigating the most flagrant offenders of the law, not a single word concerning the violation of many thousands of IRS rules. Propaganda, dear reader, is the official anti-American policy of your local IRS office.
It has become a matter of concern in the uttermost parts of the Federal and State bureaucracies that when the folks in the U.S. Department of Justice display the bad taste to lose one (or more) of these immensely important propaganda trials, the citizens tend to lose their fear. Voluntary compliance tends to suffer as a result and the IRS rule-by-fear weapon loses its effectiveness. Therefore, to avoid these serious publicity/propaganda trial loses, the “folks” over at the tax place conspired with the “folks” over at the justice place to purchase some jury insurance which will guarantee guilty verdicts. (Once you learn the truth about most things, it tends to make you unafraid – ignorance causes fear.)
When our Founding Fathers (ridiculed by the media and Hollywood for many years) provided for trial in our Constitution, they did so because they knew and understood so well the strength and importance of the jury system as a means of keeping the voracious bureaucrats in check. The IRS and the prosecutor also understand the ability of impartial juries to keep the greedy, bureaucrats in check, and therefore have taken drastic steps to neutralize the jury, and to subvert our Constitutional right to due process by a trial of 12 honorable individuals.
Most citizens, including those in the IRS have no clue to the rights we are inherently born with. They have never seen nor read the Constitution. We are paraded through the justice system, manipulated by a legal profession represented by officers of the court – lawyers! A lot of collusion goes on between judges, U.S. attorneys and lawyers. Lawyers should be barred from participating in the legislative branch. Why should they make law in the Congress and then defend it, for or against, in the courtroom? The socialist health legislation now being considered has a few Congress people who have around $11,000,000 invested in it. And some are drafting the Bill???
Health comment. The Democrats want to take over the Health System of our country by lying to the public. The 47 million uninsured people consist of the following: Several million live in households making around $75,000 per year. They can afford it but just don’t want it. Over 10 million are illegal aliens. And the rest have many ways of being taken care of. It is 1/5th of our economy to the tune of $2,500.000,000,000 and not one government department runs in the black? And they want control? The Democrats in Congress and the White House know exactly what they are doing. We are being transformed to a third-world status – the bankers’ agenda.
The following information is the official, prescribed manner in which the jury rigging policy of the U.S. Attorney and the IRS is placed into action:
Usually, well in advance of the trial date, the U.S. Attorney is instructed (IRS manuals (22)70, (22)71, (22)72.2 and (22)73 to file a written request to the IRS for massive volumes on “confidential” tax and other information maintained by the IRS concerning PROSPECTIVE JURORS. Prospective juror means every individual and person selected for possible jury duty, the entire jury pool, which consists of some 40 prospective jurors.
The IRS manuals (which are in the possession of this writer) also instruct the U.S. Attorney to submit the request for the confidential tax information to be directed to the IRS Center, and include the following information:
1. Name, address and social security number of the Defendant.
2. Title and docket number of the case.
3. Name and location of the court.
4. Names and complete addresses of the prospective jurors and
social security numbers, and
5. The date the jury will be empanelled.
That’s not all – the IRS Manuals further instructs the Internal Revenue Disclosure Officer to:
1. Give priority to jury rigging information requests, and
2. Organize a team and coordinate the file searches.
Coordinating the file searches is a rather large and time consuming event which requires a large organized team (spend, spend, spend) as the IRS maintain 128 separate and different systems of records concerning individuals. Each individual will leave information maintained in anywhere from 10 to 40 different systems of records, depending on your popularity with the IRS. Each and every one of the entire list of 128 systems must be carefully searched by the IRS team.
Certainly, one of the most controversial and important of the 128 systems, that is, the system that provides for the largest volume of personal and sensitive information concerning you, and the prospective jurors, is known as:
“Centralized Evaluation and Processing of Information Items, (CEPII’S) Criminal Investigation Division, Treasury/IRS 46.009.”
In spite of positive U.S. Law which specifically prohibits agencies from maintaining information concerning how you exercise your First Amendment Rights, this system contains reams of documents concerning every facet of your private and public life. (U.S. Law? Doesn’t apply to the IRS. They are practically immune from any government intervention and your Constitutional rights mean nothing. Some in the IRS have said so)
This one system (46.009) contains your health records (obtained from hospitals, psychiatrists, physicians, computers, insurance companies etc.,) (and any place where they have your social security number – in other words – big brother is watching and shares your personal stuff with many entities, even foreign governments) and other similar and related documents to name only a few.
All of the foregoing is located in just one, out of 128 different systems, the remaining 127 systems contain additional jury rigging information for the U.S. Attorney. The following information was published in the Federal Register on Thursday, March 12, 1981, concerning the disclosures of the monumental quantity of extremely personal and sensitive information from this massive system of records:
“ROUTINE DISCLOSURES MAY BE MADE TO THE EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW OR REGULATION (INCLUDING 26 USC 6103 and CFR 404.6103 WHERE APPLICABLE)”
Internal Revenue Manual (22)73 (prospective jurors) provides for the 6103 disclosures to the U.S. Attorney, who takes an oath of office to support the U.S. Constitution and to uphold the laws.
The 46.009 system, is of course, not the only system that feeds the un-holy appetite of the U.S. Attorney. Collectively, the 128 systems contain thousands and thousands of confidential and sensitive documents, each of which is carefully screened, sifted, analyzed, scrutinized, organized and placed into a detailed, personal report of each prospective juror. That’s your tax dollars at work.
The Defendant will never see any of these sensitive juror reports, the Defendant may receive a report that says the prospective juror is or is not undergoing audit, but that’s all. Nor will the Defendant know which prospective juror received an un-expected tax refund, or which juror’s mother is no longer experiencing a problem receiving social security checks and so on, but the U.S. Attorney knows, and with this avalanche of information they are in a position to structure and mold the jury into a selected assembly that will render only the verdict desired by the IRS and the U.S. Department of Justice, and do so in the name of “enhance voluntary compliance.” (Just think of the hundreds of thousands of citizens that have been denied justice through the years. This is democracy in action – the worst form of government – because of the subversion of the three branches. Let’s hear it for the bankers! What about the Defendant’s lawyer? He is kept in line by the thug in a black robe – after all, lawyers are officers of the court.)
There is not a single solitary word concerning the rights of the Defendant to a fair trial by an impartial jury of his peers, not even one. It is obviously not the intent or purpose of the U.S. Attorney to allow a fair trial, trials are only for propaganda, to enhance voluntary compliance, and that is the “official policy” of the agencies. Tax trials are more importantly for propaganda value – how much air time the networks give the story; how many pages in the newspaper, that is the issue to be decided. Guilt, innocence and a fair trial are all in the past, a remnant memory of past glories of a once great republic.
Everything concerning the official policy of tempering with and rigging the federal trial juries, applies to the Grand Jury. Members of the Grand Jury are manipulated and selected by the identical process employed to subvert the trial juries. (‘The Land of the Free and Home of the Brave”)
Patriots (tax rebels) will also face this same jury rigging problem from state courts, particularly since the IRS has asked the states to participate in additional tax prosecutions (IRS is overloaded) and the states are equally as guilty of subverting the juries as the feds, and do so with the assistance of, your friendly IRS agent. Every state in the union (except Nevada) has signed an “Agreement” with the IRS. It’s sort of a mutual assistance contract authorizing a host of questionable and often illegal activities including the rigging of juries. (Long live Democracy)
Most of the agreements run between 50 and 100 pages, are signed by governors, IRS commissars, Attorney Generals and so on. The IRS doesn’t assist the Attorney General of your state for nothing. In return for the jury rigging cooperation, the state must furnish every scrap of paper in it’s possession to the IRS, including: medical, financial, tax, judicial information, drivers license, birth certificates, marriage and all other licenses, sales tax reports, employee reports – everything.
In addition to receiving the prospective juror information, the prosecutor is also provided with the same detailed, confidential data concerning the Defendant, the Defendant’s attorney, the judge…the witnesses and the potential witnesses. Is it any wonder that the IRS disclosure officer is instructed to assemble a “Team” to search the 128 files?
In spite of all this there are some loyal and conscientious jurors who frequently resist the pressure tactics, threats and intimidation. They send a loud and clear message to the crooked prosecutors by sending the Tax Patriot home, and not to jail. (You will never read about cases won by citizens against the IRS. And there’s been many through the years. Federal Judges, in that type of ruling by the jurors, go ape-shit – because it happened IN THEIR COURTROOM! It is not YOUR courtroom, judge. It belongs to the public and you are merely a servant to run our courts and you guys should be ashamed of yourselves for prostituting our judicial system by dishonoring your oath of office.)
In spite of the conspiracies between the agencies, certain jurors are acting upon the facts, and laws as presented by the opposing factions, and shouting in unison…NOT GUILTY! God bless ‘em’.….end of article

It is quite clear to this writer, that the Iran-Contra hearings have been nothing but an exercise, by our pro-Communist Congress, to get the anti-Communist who have infiltrated the elitist, shadow-government of the liberal leftists.
The counter-revolutionaries (Col. Oliver North, and Poindexter) made an end-run around the revolutionaries (Congressmen) pro-Communist policy of aiding the Sandinistas, by weakening their opposition from the Contras (Good guys) One might even call it a policy of benign neglect. By sending too little, too late, the impression of help is created, while actually a policy of defeat is being cleverly carried out by the Congress.
No doubt our pro-Communist senators and representatives (how well Claire understood the communist mentality in the Congress) rely upon the fact that the U.S. Supreme Court has held that treason can take place only in a declared war, as set forth in the Espionage Act of 1917. Schenk v. U.S., (1919) 249 US 47.
Earlier articles describe why the criminals in Congress do not declare war as mandated by the Constitution. If they did, Global Corporations wouldn’t be able to conduct business on both sides at war. That would become treason. And our young die for the greed of the corporate world aided by the Congress of the United States.
Secondly, Claire continues…since the liberals managed to wipe out the subversive activities committees, the Congress may engage in all types of subversion, undetected, in blatant violation of our Constitution. (This happens because of the subversion of the three branches of government our Founding Fathers were concerned about. The U.S. Government (elected representatives) has no accountability)
The nature of war has changed and the time has come, to re-define it and to take a second look at exactly what constitutes treason. Treason does not need a war to function. Indeed, treason in peace time can bring on a shooting war. Should we therefore punish treason, only during a war, while letting those who caused it go unpunished? This writer thinks not. (Laws on sabotage, espionage and subversion are not enough)
Over the years, the Soviet Union has made repeated declarations of their intention to wage war upon us, by ravaging our system and destroying us as a nation. They are our declared enemy, by their own mouth. How then do our elected officials in the Congress call them friend, give them wheat to save them from internal revolution, arrange for their bank credits, to finance their subversive activities against the free world – including terrorism, which is a Soviet weapon – share with them, military technology and allow corporations to build their factories, where they can produce armaments to be used against us.
The Korean and all other “wars” have not been declared as such by the criminals in Congress as per the Constitution for the obvious reason – corporate world profits at the expense of our young. And don’t forget the communists in the media bombarding us with the following – “our kids dying to protect our freedoms.”
If this is not treason, by what name do you call it? Yet, it has been the policy of the Congress, ever since President Roosevelt (Socialist) recognized the Soviet Union, to save Communism for the world, by arranging for its financing, mostly by American taxpayers, and setting up bank credits to help it survived. (Remember, the powers that rule earth are the ones that invented communism – to make money and to control the masses. Witness the 35 to 50 billion dollars sent to Europe to bailout banks with the monies stolen from us, and the monies used to help banks in our country. WE HAVE A CRIMINAL GOVERNMENT ON OUR HANDS!)
Further, all members of our Congress who have signed any kind of world citizen or World government declaration or resolution have publicly announced by their act that they are willing to surrender the U.S. government and its sovereignty to another government, possibly in the interest of peace. Is this not treason?
As for the definition of war: There are many ways of waging a war. (Usurping the Constitution) This nation can be as effectively destroyed by economic war, psychological war, social war, or political war by infiltration and control of the political process, as by a military war. (The Socialists and Communists began taking over our institutions in the early ‘60s. Although I contend it started in 1913 when the criminals in Congress GAVE our monetary system to the International Bankers. THAT IS A FACT NO ONE CAN DISPUTE! Our monetary system is administered under the 2nd, 4th and 5th planks of the Communist Manifesto written in 1848. And how are people kept ignorant of this? The 10th plank is education controlled by Government – put that in your curriculum you ignorant people in the teaching profession.)
It is this writer’s belief, that where we have repeated public declarations of enmity, by a foreign nation, against the United States and any kind of war is waged, the definition of treason should be applied to those who aid and abet such an enemy.
We need to elect to Congress, representatives who will re-define treason and war by statute, who will re-instate a subversive activities committee and who are declared anti-Communists. (Recently, it was reported that the Administration has ordered the FBI to get involved with the interrogating of terrorists – they have to read them the Miranda Warning – their rights under the Constitution. This a function of the CIA. How despicable what was once our Congress has become. Claire must be turning in her grave.)
All Marxists, Socialists, Bolshevists, Communists and their sympathizers must be driven out of Congress, out of the courts, out of the White House and out of the bureaucracy – if we are to survive as a free nation.
Our people are so dumb-downed they have no clue as to what is happening. How else do you explain the high ratings of Obama? The answer? Main stream media – academia, and Hollywood. But mostly the print and electronic media. They are the biggest propagandist for the powers that have enslaved us economically. We are bombarded every day with literally tons of propaganda. The recent attack at the Holocaust Memorial is being blamed on “extremists” in our society. When I don my Uncle Sam costume and stand at intersections with signs, numerous times people have yelled “F#&*!# Uncle Sam!” – with kids in the cars. How sad. Uncle Sam is becoming subversive. This type of behavior is the result of lack of character, integrity, pride and respect brought on by socialism and communism.
All of the hypocritical, self-serving mouthings of our politicians (they are not ours anymore) – which we have been forced to endure throughout the Iran-Contra hearings – reveal their shallow understanding of the Constitution, their obvious desire to thwart its intent, their insufferable arrogance, and their frequent Communist sympathies.
Any Congress that would pass a law such as the Boland Amendment to allow our declared enemies to continue to establish their stated policy of encirclement in our backyard, to effect our surrender to world Communism, only re-enforces the belief that Congress is no longer to be trusted.
Since it appears that we have been dis-enfranchised by the electronic machines, and elections are stolen (ACORN) in order to put and keep pro-Communists in office, it would behoove Americans to restore poll-watching in their local precincts to make sure that their votes are no longer stolen by the subversives among us.

We must demand that poll watching be re-instated and don’t let reliance on electronic

Little do these subversives realize, that if it does come, they’ll be the first to go, because (1) they’ll no longer be needed and (2) they can’t be trusted. In this writer’s view, the Iran-Contra hearings might be explained as the revolutionaries (leftist liberals in Congress) game plan, being upset by the counter-revolutionaries (North and Poindexter)
But however you look at it, there is a war going on and treason is being committed and Americans had better begin to realize it.
(Poor Claire. Warning Americans over 22 years ago of the infiltration of socialists and communists into the three branches of government. And what happened to the guardian of our liberties and freedoms – The Press? What do we have to do with the First Amendment to curtail the treason being committed by those who work in the media that are America haters and use the First Amendment as a shield?)
Why is America behind the Soviet Union in her military defenses? Treason’s the reason.

Foster, National Chairman, Communist Party, U.S.A. Toward A Soviet America (1932) (Recently a GOP member in the U.S. House referred to appointees of the President as “czars.”
It is no coincidence that Americans are finding harder and harder to own their homes. What Foster didn’t seem to realize is that his dream of a proletariat state was only the cheese in the trap that caught him. Most informed people know by now, that Communism is a product of the rich, for the rich, with the middle-class and the proletariat both, returned to the condition of serfdom, to serve their rich masters. (Government is holding around 70 to 80 percent of home mortgages. Government is in the car business. Government is in the financial markets. Government regulates the Unions. Government controls public schools. Government will dictate salaries in the private sector and fire personnel. What more can one say in describing COMMUNISM!)
The Iran-Contra testimony of George Shultz (puppet of the powers) is very revealing. He said:
“I see the potential of big changes coming about in the future (Obama’s change?) …a different kind of relationship with the Soviet Union can be built if we go about it right…there are people all over the world that are working very hard…to change the structure of the world economy.
The people “all over the world” are the Council on Foreign Relations – Tri-Laterals – started by the Rockefellers – one of the owners of the Federal Reserve talk is going around to use another kind of currency to service the need of the powers at be.
Financial markets are now world-wide; there is no other way to think about them. He frankly admitted that there were people all over the world working very hard to bring about a one-world government, with American sovereignty surrendered to it, because there is no other way to these mental pigmies, so bereft of imagination, so terrified of liberty, with a mania to rule over their fellowmen.
Secretary Shultz further testified that he worked for both GOP and Democratic administrations from Eisenhower, Reagan, Kennedy, Johnson and Carter. That shows that it doesn’t matter who is President, the same hands pull the strings in both parties, which is why we have been disenfranchised. Voting today is merely a pacifier. Wise up, America. (Many listened, Claire, but not enough)
Neither the GOP or Demos offer any hope for our country, as things now stand. Move into those local caucuses and begin to take over the parties.
President Reagan was the President. History is beginning to label him one of the greatest. Maybe so, but nothing happened to break the chain of economic bondage. All he had to have done was sign an executive order to eliminate the Federal Reserve (it’s in the Federal Reserve Act) but he understood what Lincoln and Kennedy didn’t; both were eliminated for bucking the powers at be.

While the American welfare state has turned millions of able-bodied people into unproductive wards of the state, evidence is beginning to convince the social engineers (socialists and communists) themselves that socialism destroys the very people it purportedly seeks to help.
The “politics of compassion” has for years maintained the illusion that those without food and shelter will perish if government doesn’t step in and provide, that government allocation of resources in a collective society (socialism) is the only way to meet the needs of those “less fortunate.”
Advocates of parental government helped Americans forget long ago that hunger and cold are the natural impetuses that keep people from starving and dying from exposure to the same elements. And most still refuse to acknowledge the increasingly obvious truth that the rise of “public assistance” has removed that impetus, creating a permanent class of “hungry and homeless.”
The fact remains, however, that without the motivation created by hunger and exposure, much of mankind will opt for free food and shelter rather than work. That has happened in America. The welfare culture in the United States is so far removed from reality that most have reached the point of believing that consumption is in no way connected to production – that food, housing, health-care and education surely grows on trees – and that government is the source of all their needs.
But some advocates of the homeless are beginning to see the great error in providing for those who would rather not provide for themselves. “Shelters have not only failed to stem the growth of homelessness, their existence has served to perpetuate the homeless condition by keeping many in a transient state,” said Madeline Stoner, an enlightened professor of social work at the University of Southern California.
Speaking in Atlanta at the annual meeting of the Society for the Study of Social Problems, Stoner said social workers should phase out the shelter-oriented services and instead help people help themselves. (What a new concept!) Recruiting new businesses to increase employment opportunities would be a step in the right direction.
Another speaker at the meeting, Anita Beaty, director of the Task Force for the Homeless in Atlanta, said the help-the-homeless movement’s “three tiered plan was a major mistake,” but government welfare bureaucrats followed the plan nonetheless. (What else! Bureaucrats carry out the dictates of Congress; Congress carrys out the agenda of the bankers – to socialize our country and spend the trillions already spent and more to come. That’s all it is, folks – one big scam – thanks to your elected officials.)
The plan called for establishing “crisis services” in emergency shelters; helping the homeless put their lives back together; and providing low-income housing for those who are able to live independently. The plan didn’t work because the homeless have turned temporarily shelters into permanent homes, Stoner said. They are satisfied with the quality of life the government is able to provide them with taxpayers’ dollars, and they would probably work to maintain the same standard of living if no other alternative existed.
A friend had an extra home vacant and allowed a homeless handyman to live there temporarily, you know “to help a fellow man” and when it came time to rent it out, the homeless person wouldn’t leave. After cops, and an attorney, he finally got the asshole out but suffered much stress. Don’t feel sorry for most of these free loaders – that’s all they are. Some that stand at intersections begging say that they can make between $25 to $75 per day. And I’m mowing grass for $7.50 an hour?
The current results of years of their work would be no surprise to the homeless coalition if they simply look at human nature. Virtually all of the two to three million homeless in America would have homes if they had the impetus of hunger biting at their heels. But as more and more public shelters and handouts have been voted by Congress and State Legislatures (spend – spend – spend), the number of homeless have increased proportionately. Times are certainly changing, however.
As evidence becomes more irrefutable, advocates of the downtrodden will be forced to admit that hard work, self-reliance and the threat of starvation is the best motivation for people to take care of themselves. (If so, who’ll vote for Democrats?)
Stoner has seen the light already. At the SSSP meeting, she even went so far as to advocate strengthening of vagrancy and public nuisance laws, some things “friends” of the homeless have abhorred for years. Dear Ann Landers: This letter should provoke some wild responses from those who have, those who would like to, and those who wish they hadn’t. We are taught from childhood not to be snitches. People who inform are regarded as unsavory characters.
What is your advice to an individual who knows a serious tax cheat? The IRS would benefit greatly if it were steered in this chiseler’s direction. Fear of being exposed by the IRS as the person who pointed the finger is a big deterrent. How carefully guarded is the informant’s identity? Should people look the other way when it involved neighbors, friends, fellow employees, employers or family?
I can’t sleep nights keeping this information to myself. Will I get even less sleep if I become an informant? It gripes me that this person is so pleased with his ability to avoid paying taxes. I am also ashamed of myself because I am — A Gutless Wonder Somewhere in the Midwest

Dear Ann Landers: Your reader asked how carefully guarded is the informant’s identity, is the informant system working and should people not inform when the violation involves neighbors, friends, or fellow employees.
IRS employees dealing with this information do so in strict confidence with IRS written procedures requiring “maximum security.” All information of this kind is stored in special containers with restricted access. (Yea, and this Latino doesn’t like Mexican food)
While your reader expresses some concern about providing information because of childhood admonitions, I would question where those admonitions apply when talking about criminal statutes such as the IRS Code. Oliver Wendell Holmes Jr. once said, “Taxes are what we pay for a civilized society.” Holmes’ point was that we all bear a responsibility to each other under the law. It is reasonable then to assume that those who evade paying taxes shift a financial burden to the law-abiding citizens.
We protect the identity of informants. The informant program does work and we urge citizens to provide information that will help us track down tax cheats. (Roscoe L. Egger Jr. Commissioner of Internal Revenue)
IRS HEAD APPEALS TO THE BASER NATURE OF MAN
Snitches are often used in communist and other totalitarian countries, they were popular during the “Spanish Inquisition” as well as in “Nazi Germany.” But our forefathers in America sought to discourage such devious practices in this country by stating in Amendment Six of the U.S. Constitution, “that the accused shall enjoy the right…to be confronted with the witnesses against him.” Those words were intended to put an end to such inquisitorial practices as snitching to which they had been subjected.
If ever you get nailed by the photo-radar speed camera and you want to appeal it – ask the judge you want the machine brought into court to testify against you based upon the amendment above. Why not? It’s still in your Constitution. If he finds you in contempt of court –SUE HIM!…easier said than done, you say? You’re right. I wanted to make a point why and how “they” made us forget our rights through the years for not invoking them at opportune times.
The reason the IRS provides “maximum security” confidentially for its snitches is at least twofold. First, if the snitches were found out they would be liable for a lawsuit, which would discourage more snitching. Secondly, if more of these snitches were shown to be the low life they are, no jury would take their word over the word of the injured party and the IRS would be out of business even sooner than anticipated. But just how safe is this “maximum security” provided by the IRS?
By their own admission the federal bureaucracy (that which today is passes off on the American people as “honest government”) are blabber mouths. Check the “Privacy Act Notice” of any 1040 instruction booklet, which states in part that ‘we may give the information to the department of Justice and to other Federal agencies, as provided by law. We may also give it to the States, the District of Columbia, and U.S. Common Wealths or possessions to carry out their tax laws. And we may give it to foreign governments.
What insurance then do IRS snitches have that the IRS won’t at a later date turn over such testimony to anyone who may want it? Absolutely nothing recorded on a tape is safe from discovery, don’t take my word for it, ask Richard Nixon. So you snitches really ought to be selective as to whom you do your snitching.
By the way if “snitching” on one’s neighbor is so honorable, righteous, and in-standing with the “law,” why remain anonymous? Did Washington, Jefferson, Franklin , or any of our Founding Fathers hide under a cloak of secrecy in pursuit of their righteous work while establishing our once great nation? NO! They did not, and neither would any other honest person.
Jesus, The Truth, was later betrayed by a snitch who was supposed to be a friend and neighbor, for thirty pieces of silver. How much blood money do the modern day Judas’ receiver for their deeds? So called “Tax Protesters” in general have no qualms about paying honest taxes, rather they kick only against taxes unlawfully enacted and collected which would force them to tell on themselves, and turn their friends, neighbors, and even their families into snitches.
It would be simple for Congress to adopt a system of taxation that would not intimidate people to inform on themselves (See “State Rate Tax”) But that would spoil their real plans for America. Which is Total Government Control. (Don’t pay your taxes – you lose your property and do time – 4th plank of communist manifesto. This is why we have the IRS – to protect the interests of the International Bankers, the ones who invented communism. Just as our Founding Fathers created the Bill of Rights to protect us from tyranny, the bankers created the 10 planks – the opposite of the Bill of Rights – to control countries and make lots of money. It’s that simple.)
To such rubbish as the letter from Mr. Egger we offer a strong reply: “Cut the thieving hands off the IRS.”
The people of the USA have an inalienable right to privacy, not to be a witness against themselves, and to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects. (Fourth and Fifth Amendments) This is “one” of the reasons why Americans by the millions are dropping out of the Inquisitorial Robbery System. The truth is Mr. Egger and his snitches are the real tax cheats.

ARE YOU REALLY A TAXPAYER?
In a strictly legal sense according to the IRS code you are not a “taxpayer” unless you are a person who is required to file a return and pay taxes. That’s kind of an ‘egg or chicken first’ situation, but what about the term in the normal conversational sense?
Hidden in the price of everything you buy is the cost of the income tax imposed on the producing workers plus the income tax of the producing companies. The personal income taxes average 25% (1980s) and the company income tax adds about 12%, on average, to the cost of products. Social Security adds another 8% and sales taxes average 6% added on. This brings to 51% the approximate amount added by taxes to the cost of items you buy. (I read somewhere a loaf of bread has over a hundred taxes added, and if not, we’d only be paying pennies for the bread)
Now if you are voluntarily contributing from your ‘income” an income tax of 25% and S.S. tax of 8% on top of that 51% of what you spend, you are left with about 33% of what you make to spend on your needs and wants and other hidden taxes. (The words “voluntary income tax” are exactly that – YOU volunteer to pay the tax. There is much information on this in earlier articles, if you care to cruise my web site)
When you buy gasoline roughly 80% of the pump price is Federal, State, & Local taxes. The list of taxes which are paid by business and added into the prices of their products or services is nearly endless, but to list just a few there are the “Windfall Profits” tax on oil and gas; Federal Excise taxes on liquor, tobacco, tires, jewelry, firs, etc.; business licenses, and on and on.
Then there are other taxes you are stuck with such as your own phone and utility taxes, your property tax (don’t think that if you rent you are avoiding this one. It’s included in the rent you pay) Are you a taxpayer? (This article leaves out one very important way they confiscate some of our wealth – INFLATION! Caused by deficit spending)
WAR ON THE MIDDLE CLASS
This is a partial editorial. Keep in mind all the articles were written in the’ 80s – nothing seems to ever change:
If we sold the entire country, we could not pay the debts incurred by the Democrat Congress. They have mortgaged the nation to its full value – a debt that cannot be paid. (We are economic slaves to the bankers) They have brought the nation to the edge of bankruptcy. Sooner or later the government will have to either declare itself bankrupt, or more probably, wipe out the unpayable debts through massive inflation by flooding the country with printing press money. (Hold onto your wallets it’s begun. It used to be the Democrats but now the two-party system is all the same. Witness what they intentionally did to us under a GOP administration – spend – spend – spend.
Tragically, most of the squandering by the Democrat Congress is, and was, illegal unconstitutional, and prohibited by the Tenth Amendment of the Constitution. And, after taking a solemn oath to uphold and defend the Constitution, the Democrat Supreme Court in the last forty years has done nothing to stop the illegal and unconstitutional actions of the Democrat Congress. (The importance our Founding Fathers placed upon the separation of powers has gone by the wayside. Damn all of you State Governors for allowing this to happen – YOU GODDAMN COWARDS!)
Because of the illegal unconstitutional spending by the Democrat Congress, sanctioned by the Democrat Supreme Court, every cent earned by the average taxpayer during the months of January, Feb. March, April and half of May, every year, belongs to, and is taken by the politicians and bureaucrats, to buy votes and build their empires.
Most all governmental entities throughout the country are going to start taxing many services not taxed in the past. It’s a shame that this patriotic newspaper – The Justice Times – ceased to exist. It offered so much valuable information for those of us who seek the truth. There must be other sources which write similar articles. If so, please forward that info to me.
