The Investigative Reporters and Editors conference in Baltimore in mid-June featured hard-hitting reporter Seymour Hersh. In order to do effective news probes, he recommended interviewing former military and intelligence people instead of relying on documents obtained from Freedom of Information Act requests.

Another panelist disagreed, saying that the FOIA is the best way to go. But this AFP (American Free Press) writer interjected that the worst crimes are hidden in the open, in the very legislation under which we live – in the NAFTA (North America Free Trade Agreement) accord that no one has read; in the Federal Reserve Act that no one has read; and in many other unread laws (Pending Health Legislation) that are not secret.

Our federal legislators (criminals) cannot read the endless legislation they mold to rule us. (admitted recently by Democrat U.S. Representative Conyers) The public and press have never read the legislation. Almost none of today’s conventional newspapers bother to chronicle the voting records of legislators who write these bills. (The American Free Press does – periodically)

When deceased legislators passed laws long ago that still cause evil to arise, our news “informers” can hardly hold back their collective yawn. Instead, they look elsewhere for lesser “scandals” that ultimately are rooted in bad legislation that no one seriously read and the press only mentioned in broad terms, if there was any mention at all. Often the passage of far-reaching legislation is reported after the fact, or the advance reports hit the newsstands too late for the public to make a difference, or the reports are vague or incomplete.

Thank our lucky stars for the Internet and Talk Radio. How easy criminals in Congress would pass any legislation without us knowing what was in it. Especially the latest legislation. As far as Representative Joe Wilson yelling “you lie!” at Obama during his address in Congress – lets not forget he is the president of the country – not only of Congress. When he addressed the issue of not subsidizing illegals in our country under the plan – HE WAS LYING! If a president blatantly lies to the American people why shouldn’t someone take him to task? What are they? – Gods! Besides, the Democrats in Congress are most guilty of interrupting a president speaking. If Democrat criminals in Congress dream I’ll bet they even lie in their dreams. And to think millions of American “don’t get it.” If the election were held tomorrow ignorant citizens would still vote for President Pinocchio. God Help us.

The biggest “scandals” are perfectly legal and are enshrined in institutions that we assume to be unquestionable and infallible, even if we agree they may be capable of short-duration scandals based on certain “corrupt” individuals. But the institution itself dare not be challenged. Going that extra step is too much for the plutocratic press (lap-dogs of the wealthy) in America. And that is why they fail. An increasing number of net-surfing Americans know as much as the press does. So the conventional press had better get some fresh news to the public that has real meaning, purpose and courage. If not, they will become the laughing stock of the nation.

Although I agree, we must ever be vigilant to what the criminals – mostly the Democrats in Congress – are doing about over-regulating the air-waves. There is a move afoot to restrict the rights of talk radio. They want to stifle “free speech.” There is also Legislation introduced to bailout some newspapers. Democrats in Congress are morally bankrupt. DON’T LET THEM STIFLE FREE SPEECH AND TO BAILOUT THE DESTRUCTIVE ELITE NEWSPAPERS!

The Internet has mercilessly leveled the playing field for a press that had grown accustomed to its virtual stranglehold over public opinion. This grasp has been loosened and alarmed Americans are actively digging elsewhere for their information, instead of passively watching TV news or perusing sterile newspapers. Meanwhile, the Federal Reserve System – the very essence of institutionalized corruption (and economic enslavement) regardless of who is running it – stands to be audited for the first time since the Federal Reserve Act was passed on Dec. 23, 1913.

This proposed audit, HR 1207, should be the top story at a time when Americans want hard answers on the economy. A majority in the U.S. House are cosponsoring it. But the conventional press is nearly silent.

As of June 25, 2009 243 members of the House have signed on to a bill introduced by Representative Ron Paul. This Representative is truly a great American. All his political life he has been dreaming about this, and finally, maybe, his dream will come true. He is an example of mistreatment by the lap-dogs in the press. He’s attempted to receive the nomination for the presidency several times but the media demonizes him and the networks make him appear to be a buffoon.

He is usually the most qualified of all candidates – but it doesn’t apply politically, anymore in this rotten democracy. And that’s how socialism affects a country. Socialists countries are buried deep in history’s cemeterial real estate. There are still around 190 Democrats and 7 Republicans that haven’t signed on. This issue of the AFP has all the names of non-signers. At the end I will give you the phone number and address of AFP should you want a copy of this issue or to subscribe. You won’t find the list of names in the controlled press.

The NAFTA accord is an astonishing 230,000 words in length; the Federal Reserve Act is around 2,800 words; the U.S. Constitution, 4,500. But the NAFTA treaty and the Federal Reserve statute overturn the crucial trade and monetary provisions of the Constitution – two areas so huge in practical terms that they conquer our nation itself, directly affecting who will eat and who will starve, who will prosper and who will not. Thus, the Fed and NAFTA are criminal in and of themselves, regardless of who the president is, or which party has the upper hand. That is the real “scandal.” (It’s nice when others refer to the government as “criminals” other than me.)

Since the NAFTA treaty was portrayed as a statute, it was illegally passed 15 years ago (Over 75% of the people and all unions in our country were against it – but Clinton signed onto it anyway. As the writer of this article says – it doesn’t matter who the president is – they are all criminals.) without the two-thirds Senate approval required in the Constitution for all treaties; it toppled the Article 1 constitutional requirement that only Congress can regulate trade with foreign nations.

The Federal Reserve Act, like NAFTA, is nowhere authorized by the Constitution to exist in the first place. Read the “Fed Act” and the NAFTA. Both are alien constitutions that replace our Constitutional order with an unelected plutocracy – rule by the rich…end of article

The one thing Mr. Anderson fails to mention is that no Act or Statute may alter or change any thing in the Constitution. This can only be done by YOU through the amendment process – Article 5 of the Constitution. Every piece of legislation passed by Congress through the years that is not in harmony with what YOUR Constitution reads is unconstitutional. This is why, when you read the Constitution, you’ll still find laws that supposedly don’t apply anymore. You are the only ones that can remove them. Just because “they” say so – well I say “Go to hell – you bastards! This is my country! This is my government! And the Constitution is a contract between the States and the Federal Government. The servants we elect to administer our laws are in violation of the law and until the American people demand accountability we will become something abhorrent to future Americans. Your Constitution has all the answers. Demand accountability. Call your Party Leaders in your State – tell them to pass the word to elected reps that we don’t want a criminal government – we want them to obey the law.

Congress passed the War Supplemental Appropriations Bill. In an affront to all those who thought they voted for a peace candidate, the current president will be sending another $106 billion we don’t have to continue the bloodshed in Afghanistan and Iraq, without a hint of a plan to bring our troops home.

To repeat previous statements – it doesn’t matter who is the president, they do the bidding of the Military Industrial Complex (ruled by the powers at be) who President Eisenhower warned us about upon leaving office. Of course, he may have said this while in office – but he didn’t want to be shot as others have been.

Many of my colleagues who voted with me as I opposed every war supplemental request under the previous administration seem to have changed their tune. I maintain that a vote to fund the war is a vote in favor of the war. Congress exercises its constitutional prerogatives through the power of the purse, and as long as Congress continues to enable these dangerous interventions abroad, there is no end in sight, that is until we face total economic collapse.

From their spending habits, an economic collapse seems to be the goal of Congress and this administration. Washington spends with impunity domestically, bailing out and nationalizing everything they can get their hands on, (communism) and the foreign aid and the IMF (International Monetary Fund) funding in this bill can rightly be called an international bailout.

As Americans struggle through the worst economic downturn since the Great Depression, this emergency Supplemental Appropriations Bill sends $660 million to Gaza, $555 million to Israel, $310 million to Egypt, $300 million to Jordan, and $420 million to Mexico. Some $889 million will be sent to the United Nations for so-called “peacekeeping” missions. Almost $1 billion will be sent overseas to address the global financial crisis outside our borders. Nearly $8 billion will be spent to address a “potential pandemic flu” which could result in mandatory vaccinations for no discernable reason other than to enrich the pharmaceutical companies that make the vaccine.

Perhaps most outrageous is the $108 billion loan guarantee to the International Monetary Fund. These new loan guarantees will allow that destructive organization to continue spending taxpayer money to prop up corrupt leaders and promote harmful economic policies overseas. (Just think of the billions of tax monies that is given away every year to communist countries by the people that invented communism – the bankers.

Not only does sending American taxpayer money to the IMF hurt citizens here, evidence shows that it even hurts those it pretends to help. Along with IMF loans come IMF-required policy changes, called Structual Adjustment Programs, which amount to forced Keynesianism. This is the very fantasy-infused economic model that has brought our own country to its knees, and IMF loans act as the Trojan horse to inflict it on others. Perhaps most troubling is the fact that leaders in recipient nations tend to become more concerned with the wishes of international elites than the wishes and needs of their own people. Argentina and Kenya are just two examples of countries that followed IMF mandates right off a cliff.

The IMF frequently recommends currency devaluation to poorer nations, which has wiped out the already impoverished over and over. There is also a long list of brutal dictators the IMF happily supported and propped up with loans that left their oppressed populace in staggering amounts of debt with no economic progress to show for it.

We are buying nothing but evil and global oppression by sending your tax dollars to the IMF. Not to mention there is no constitutional authority to do so.

Our continued presence in Iraq and Afghanistan (poppy fields – big money) does not make us safer at home, but in fact undermines our national security. I vehemently opposed this supplemental appropriations bill and was dismayed to see it passed so easily…end of article

Capitalism is the engine that’s made us a great country. And now it’s being made a scapegoat by the communists in government, media and networks. Who will the GOP select this time to run against an incompetent president? Already the media is throwing names around – and I don’t like any of them. The worst would be Gingrich. This smooth-talking SOB is an elite – one-world person. Can you imagine the communists in the media reviving the story about Gingrich chipping around while the wife is dying of cancer? Enough of this insider bullshit. Notice how Palin is still being attacked by the lap-dogs of the rich. I would love to see Representative Paul as the nominee and Sarah Palin as a VP.. or vice-versa. Why not? There is also a Duncan Hunter from California. These people are super Americans – NO MORE INSIDERS!

Third Parties could make this happen but some hate Representative Paul because he remains in the Republican Party. Common sense tells him third parties will never go anywhere in the near future. He decides to stay because he believes the GOP can recover. They have the organization and money. What it needs are people like the ones that are spinning their wheels in third parties – they would make the GOP a winner.

I may be wrong but the only third party candidates I’ve seen lately in presidential debates on TV are Perot and Nader. Third parties have no money and name recognition – nationally. Our country is being destroyed and third parties don’t understand there is no time to waste. We are going to get amnesty and that’ll mean millions more to vote for Democrats. The voting corruption will allow this. The Democratic Party will rule politics for years to come…and to think united Third Parties could prevent this by throwing their support to the GOP. THIRD PARTIES! YOU HOLD THE KEY – VOTE REPUBLICAN!

There are many considerations in the selection of a judge, but nowhere are those considerations more important, than in the selection of a justice for the Supreme Court on the United States. As of this writing, the country is faced with such a selection and this writer would like to comment generally, on some aspects of judicial qualifications, of where the general public may not be aware.

As a rule of thumb, persecutors and career public servants make poor judges, as far as We, the People, are concerned, because they come to the bench with a pro-government bias. This makes winning cases where civil rights are involved, very difficult; and in criminal cases, almost impossible even in the most blatant cases of wrongful convictions and basic injustices.

The mind-set is simply against reversing criminal convictions for any reason and against the protecting of our constitutional rights in civil cases, except in very rare exceptions. In the case of Mr. Bork, the President’s proposed nominee for the Supreme Court, we have a man who has spent the better part of his career teaching, not practicing law. The opposition to the Bork nomination is largely based upon his alleged conservative views.

What the American people don’t understand is that conservative judges tend to be hanging judges, with little regard for the rights of the people – particularly in criminal cases. Conservative judges have one solution to crime: and that’s to build more jails. If they had their way, we’d have an automatic runway from the courtroom, to the jail.

Those of us interested in protecting the Constitution and the rights of We, the People, had best look to the liberal judges, for that protection. For example, the conservative Burger Court has been instrumental, in eating away, at the bulwark of our liberty, the jury trial. Former Chief Justice Burger has a thing about jury trials: he doesn’t believe in them, by his own admission.

The safeguards of the jury trial were,

“…embedded in our Constitution to secure the inviolateness and sanctity against the passing demands of expedience or convenience.” (Reid v. Covert, (1957) 354 US 1)

However, flying in the face off sound and long established law, the conservative Burger Court has decided that convenience and expediency demand that the jury trial now be severely curtailed. The conservative Burger Court has concluded that both state and federal courts can use juries of six. Williams v. Florida, (1976) 399 US 78)

The court has also sustained convictions in criminal cases by 11 to 1 and 10 to 2, where there were juries of 12. (Apodaca v. Oregon (1972) 406 US 404)

The Burger Court has held, that a state could try a person for robbery (not a capital offense) and that conviction by 9 to 3 was constitutional. (Johnson v. Louisiana (1972) 406 US 356).

Little by little, inch by inch, the Supreme Court is abolishing the jury trial. (illegally) The frequently stated excuses are that trials by jury are inconvenient, expensive for the government and that expedience demands their curtailment.

Article 111, Section 2, cl. 3 of the U.S. Constitution, specifically states that:

“The trial of all crimes, except in cases of impeachment, Shall be by jury…” (The jury meant was the common law jury of 12, informed of their right of nullification)

Remember, no one can alter or change in any way what’s written in your Constitution without the amendment process – the 5^th Article of your Constitution.

Under the Fourteenth Amendment, this should apply, even to all traffic trials, which have now been removed from the jury in most states. It is mostly conservative judges, who have done this. Therefore, do not be so quick to applaud President Reagan’s

opportunity to appoint another one. A conservative court bodes ill for constitutional rights. There is no one so cold and lacking in compassion, as a conservative judge.

All arguments as to justice or mercy fall on deaf ears and they do not know the words leniency or moderation. They lump all criminal defendants into one camp: guilty. Such judges do not admit that the system is not perfect and can make an occasional mistake. Tyranny and dictatorship (as present) do indeed lie, far more with conservative courts, than with liberal ones. (I think Claire’s views would be different nowadays)

A liberal judge takes a broad look at any challenge to the bureaucracy, but a conservative adds years to a sentence, for even trying to, to challenge it.

As for the Bork nomination, not only is he a true conservative with a pro-government agenda mindset, but he is also the Solicitor-General this writer argued against and prevailed over in the U.S. Supreme Court in her 1973 audit case, in the matter of a Stay, pending her appeal resisting IRS audit. This writer wouldn’t sign her name to the pitiful brief in opposition to her case. It showed no sign of the brilliance presently attributed to him and she seriously doubts that he is of sufficient constitutional caliber to sit on our high court, for any reason.

Keep in mind, Claire wrote this in the ‘80s. Since then liberal judges were and are undermining constitutional rights. Some examples: Eminent Domain (the taking of private property for the benefit of raising revenue for cities.) Striking down initiatives passed by the voting public. Forcing taxation on cities for schools (they have no legal right to do this) Weakening immigration law. The communists and socialist get all this done by liberals in the judiciary. It has become known as “judicial activism.” Our culture has been destroyed without input by the voting public. This is how communism works and it’s being done today right in front of our eyes.

No, I think Claire would alter her opinion about conservative judges. It was non-swimmer Kennedy that started vicious attacks of nominated Republicans for ANY position needing Senate approval. He literally destroyed the brilliant judge Bork and even attacked his family. I’m glad this rotten politician is no longer with us – good riddance – you shameless human being.

Thomas Jefferson had many things of import, to say about the judiciary, which he highly, and rightfully, distrusted, because of its lack of accountability under the Constitution. He wrote that,

“The judiciary of the United States is the subtle corps of sappers and miners, constantly working underground, to undermine the foundations of our confederated fabric. They are construing our Constitution from a coordination of a general and special government, to a general and supreme one alone.. This will lay all things at their feet.”…Writings of Thomas Jefferson, supra at P. 295

Jefferson’s fear of judicial usurpation of legislative power has come home to roost in the fact that Supreme Court decisions are now referred to as the law of this land, when they are in fact only the law of the case. The law of the land is made by Congress and by Congress alone, under its legislative power as set forth in Article 1, Sec. 8 of the Constitution.

The subversion of three branches of government ( checks and balances) and control of the monetary system were two issues that worried our Founding Fathers the most. ALL our problems can be laid at the foot of the three branches of government for subverting our Constitution. Both Democratic and Republican parties are responsible. They have become criminals doing the bidding of the elite. Where do we turn to? The White House? The present Attorney General of the United States? What a shame.

Any other interpretation of judicial power under the Constitution would be a violation of the principle of separations of powers, which is the basis of our republican form of government.

For this reason alone, we should be very careful, who sits on the bench of our highest court. We must have men and women who are not self-serving, who are friends of liberty, who have the humility to seek Devine Wisdom in their decision-making and who have a healthy respect for tempering justice with mercy, in criminal cases.

Only in a “democracy” would an ex-president of the ACLU (Ginsburg) and the recently appointed “racist” Sotomayor, could be installed as Supreme Court Justices.

This writer does not advocate a soft attitude toward hard-core career criminals, but she does advocate due process, which is essentially fairness. I also believe that the system is not perfect and that mistakes are sometimes made, particularly in criminal cases and that prison policies can sometimes be very cruel, even to the guilty. (I don’t see any thing cruel about releasing murderers from prison on the average of only seven years. Thanks to liberalism and NOT conservatives)

The right to redress such grievances is a basic part of our liberty and no judge should sit on our Supreme Court, who has a mind-set against the principles of due process and the right to redress grievances, so as to adversely effect reversals of unfair criminal convictions or inhumane prison conditions. These are the qualifications of a Supreme Court justice in this writer’s opinion.

If a candidate is lacking in these qualities, it matters not what his academic record was, or what his legal successes have been. Will the candidate judge righteous judgment in all cases that come before him? Does he even know what righteous judgment is? These matters are equally as important as his academic or professional record. If the record leaves qualities in doubt, or shows an absence of them, then that person is not fit to serve the American people.

Judge Sotomayor was overturned 6 times by the Supreme Court in her rulings. The latest one happened just before being approved to the Court – had to do with an affirmative action case brought on by a fireman who had been denied advancement. She sided with the incompetent that scored lower in tests.

Obama will have another opportunity to appoint more radicals to the court especially if he is reelected. Judge Ginsburg has cancer and very sick. If a nominee is appointed that doesn’t possess the qualities Claire writes about and adjudicates contrary to what your Constitution mandates that person should be impeached, along with others. If ever the GOP wins control again, the coward Republicans wouldn’t have the balls to try. We need third party people in the GOP – they are fighters! Any thing communists and socialists do third parties can do better.

How about a little humor? The following is an excerpt from a book I wrote titled “Barrio Boulevard of Broken Dreams” It is a bio based upon my experiences, trials and tribulations, growing up on the wrong side of the tracks where dreams were free,

My friend, Mabel and I were hungry and spotted a Chinese Buffet and quickly pulled in for lunch. As we entered I noticed an Anglo girl as cashier probably her second job to pay the baby-sitter. As we sat down I noticed Jose and Manuelito cleaning tables. Three Orientals were attending customers. One middle-eastern looking-figure who had been cleared for security purpose was replenishing the buffet table. Mabel and I sat down to eat and in the booth behind us were a few black-brothers feasting on ribs.

Suddenly five construction trucks loaded with Mexican workers pulled onto the parking lot. As I watched them enter (about 50) and mingle back and forth getting their food my interest was aroused by the diversity of people.

At that moment two of the Orientals stood next to our booth and began what sounded like an argument. Not knowing Chinese and regretting not learning in my two trips to Hong Kong as a sailor (too busy learning China’s geography by feeling Ching’s body) I interrupted them with a strong sounding voice…”Hey speak Spanish – you’re in America!”

The terror, troubles and oppressive taxes of a tyrannical government were well known to the men who spent a whole summer drafting the U.S. Constitution. They had many other things to do. Wives and children at home needed them. Their farms and shops were neglected. But they stuck to their job of shaping a government for free men. They were determined to protect their children and their children’s children from the fangs of future tyrants.

However, even with all the care and work, many people were not entirely satisfied with the new Constitution. The people knew that just giving the vote to all citizens was not enough to safeguard their liberties, for many would fail to vote. Some would not be adequately informed. Others would err in choosing reliable men for office. (How things remain the same)

The people knew the checks and balances of the three branches of government – Executive, Legislative and Judicial – would not be enough to insure the freedoms they wanted either. There would always be the possibility of collusion, of fear, and the pride of power so typical of dictatorial minds (President Pinocchio)

The main body of the Constitution said, “The trial of all crimes, except in cases of impeachment, shall be by jury,” but this was not felt enough. So before the Constitution was ratified by the various states, three more Articles about jury trials were written into the Bill of Rights…to let the people, not the courts, be the ones to enforce the laws.

The three Articles make randomly selected bodies of the common run of citizens more powerful than the President, the Congress or the courts. The Americans of that day were not about to take a back seat to any government. They wanted to be protected from it. Tragically, today the average American is only vaguely aware of his magnificent birthright, and is not cognizant of his real strength when called to serve on a jury.

It is more than two generations since the authority and efficacy of the jury and grand jury systems were taught in the government schools. Thousands today believe the jury system is only to convict, not to protect against the possible tyranny of an unjust government and unjust laws. They fail to understand that as jurors it is their right – in fact their duty – to consider the law as well as the acts of the persons involved.

Judges read “the law” to jurors and insist it must be followed to the letter, even though it may only be a “rule” concocted by some unelected bureaucrat in some obscure agency. The lazy Congress passes many bills that give departments of the government the right to make such “rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this act.”(Democracy in action)

It is important, of course, that jurors know “the law,” but it is patently unconstitutional, that it should be considered. Jurors are not to be made rubber stamps. There is much controversy about jurors who sometimes take matters into their own hands and disregard bad laws, or rulings made by various federal agencies as if they did not exists, but the jury system was made to protect the people against them…end of article.

Communism has never died, as reported by the media. It has always been working to undermine countries. It is done very quietly while the information industry hides the truth. It is also done by government controlling education which is the 10^th plank of the communist manifesto. Hence the saying “we learn the establishment way.”

We contribute around $8 billion to the United Nations every year and when I see those attending its sessions I see mostly representatives from socialists and communists countries. About the only nation that votes with us consistently is Israel. Most all others hate the United States, and yet when they suffer nature’s disasters how quick they have their hands out. Rulers there become instant millionaires – thanks to your money..

When the United Nations was formed the Security Council (where the power is) was set-up to where it would always have a communist in charge – I don’t think it has ever wavered.

The land upon where it sits was donated by one of the owners of the Federal Reserve – the Rockefellers; the rich invented communism to control and make lots of money. It’s a shame we can’t kick the UN out of our country – move it to Cuba where it belongs or any other country run by tyrants. But as John Bolton ex-ambassador to the U.N. said, it’s best where it is to keep a better eye on it.

College and the modern American

Our modern universities are filled with cowards. Prior to Vietnam, young people made life choices based upon their future ability to provide for a family. Those who were able and willing to choose college did so in the pursuit of scholastic credentials that would support productive jobs such as engineering, science and even real education. Most high school grads still did not attend college, instead filling the job positions that were the backbone of the financial productivity of our country.

Vietnam changed all that with the creation of “2S” school deferment. Suddenly, every college in the country was filled with boys trying to avoid the draft. Since the motive was draft avoidance rather than future productivity, our students were chasing degrees in political science and other equally non-productive areas. Within a few short years the mindset of America was that everyone had to go to college and, indeed, everyone deserved to go to college, even if it meant that someone else paid for them.

The “2S” deferment created the imbecilic children that fell in love with drugs, took to the streets by the thousands to protest what they knew nothing about and turned our colleges into nothing more than useless baby sitters spitting out grads who learn nothing about the responsibility to pursue productive futures that will, in turn, create the opportunity for future generations. These losers, having no tangible education, became our college professors, having never led productive lives, are a menagerie of “fox in charge of the henhouse” lunatics who know nothing of reality outside of the glorified welfare that their income represents and are a “protected species” in their anti-American indoctrination of their students.

I was one of these losers and I am truly fortunate to have had to quit college and get a job to survive. The army, a tour of Vietnam, marriage and children…I became a man. Unfortunately, most were able, with daddy’s money, to continue in college and remain children to this day. And I don’t even want to start with the women. I read several years ago that there were over 10,000 Socialist professors (and throw in a bunch of communists) in our colleges. David Horowitz is an expert on the infiltration of these anti-American teachers at our colleges and is a published writer, activists, and former communist, raised by communist parents, but decided to be a whistleblower and has been exposing this vermin in our schools for many years. Google his name and you’ll learn a lot about the indoctrination our young go through.

In an earlier article posted I wrote about a GOP Representative that toured over 200 high schools and the first thing he would ask was “How many of you think America is a good country?” He said he could count the raised hands at times with one hand. Folks, these are our future and I don’t have to tell you who they’ll most likely vote for.

“The right to declare a law unconstitutional arises because an act of Congress, relied upon by one or the other of such parties in determining their rights is in conflict, with the fundamental law. The exercise of this, the most important and delicate duty of this court, is not given to it with revisory power over the action of the Congress, but because the rights of litigants in justiciable controversies require the court to choose between the fundamental law and a law purporting to be enacted with constitutional authority, but in fact beyond the power delegated to the legislative branch of the government.”(Muskrat v. U.S. (1911) 219 US 346 – 361)

Much of what passes for law today is the result of usurpation, wherein the Congress has gone beyond the power delegated to them, by We, the People. However, usurpation cannot be dealt with, unless they are brought before the proper body. In this regard, it is well to remember that the judiciary claims no jurisdiction over political questions, such as the passage of a constitutional amendment.

A cop out true, but it’s their loophole and they’re certainly going to use it. It is this writer’s opinion, that litigation of the Sixteenth Amendment question, (it is an excise tax – it’s not supposed to be a direct tax – the American people have been led to believe it’s ok to tax your right to work) is a dead end and that the matter should be more properly set before the U.S. Congress, demanding an investigation by their respective committees.

Simply stated, don’t put all your eggs in one basket. It is most unwise, to set aside all other arguments against the income tax and to shelve all other legal action and depend only upon the argument that the Sixteenth Amendment was not legally ratified. (true) Such a strategy must be very comforting to the taxing authorities. Don’t get me wrong. The lack of ratification argument should be pursued, but it should be only one arena of the war against the Marxist income tax (invented by international bankers) We should continue to pursue the others, as well. Any successful war is the result of good strategy. You can have all the law in the world and be absolutely correct in it, what good is it? Strategy is ninety percent of the battle.

A case in point is the capture of Fort Ticonderoga by Ethan Allen (You mean he’s still making furniture?) and his Green Mountain boys. Originally, Fort Ticonderoga was called Fort Carillion and was held by the French. The fort was situated on the La Chute River – connecting Lake George with Lake Champlain, about 100 miles from Albany, New York.

In 1758, Ft. Carillion was reduced to about 400 men. The British mounted another attack with 11,000 men and took over the fort, renaming it, Ticonderoga. During the Revolutionary War, General Washington needed this fort because of its strategic position and he gave Ethan Allen orders to take it. Now, Ethan Allen and his Green Mountain boys, were short on guns, ammunition and men – but they had a good strategy.

Early on the morning of May 10, 1775, Allen with about six men, attacked the Fort, with four hundred British soldiers inside. They picked the right time – when it was darkest, just before dawn. Ethan Allen and his six men ran round and round the Fort, firing as they went. Thinking they were surrounded, the four hundred British soldiers surrendered. Allen claimed the Fort, “in the name of the Great Jehovah and the Continental Congress (Please notice: he put the almighty Elohim, first.) ( For the atheists – this is God, in the Hebrew text of the old testament.)

The same principle applies to fighting usurpation and pretended law. Freedom fighters (tax rebels) need to get their act together. We can’t have an army with all generals and foot soldiers (Third Parties?) Legal targets need to be carefully selected, strategy intelligently worked out and contingency plans formulated.

A few targets of primary importance are:

1. Withholding tax

2. Tax Court

3. Right to declaratory judgments in tax matters.

4. Right to injunctive relief in tax matters;

These are strong forts. They need to be captured

The withholding tax cannot be lawfully applicable to average working persons, because the effect of the W-4 is to deprive them of their property without due process of law. Also, when the signing of a W-4 Form is made a condition of employment, this has a chilling effect upon the right to work, which is part of our liberty, secured in the Fifth Amendment. It is an inalienable right attested to, by Buthchers’ Union Co. v Crescent City Co. (1884) 111 US 746 and Allgeyer v Louisiana (1897) 165 US 578

The U.S. Supreme Court has said that inalienable rights are not taxable. Murdock v Penna. (1943) 319 US 105

“The exaction of a tax as a condition to the exercise of the great liberties guaranteed…is…obnoxious…” Murdock, supra at p. 127

If indeed the withholding tax is, in truth, a salary or wage tax it is obviously unconstitutional. (true) If it is an income tax, then it is an excise, laid upon a taxable event, which tax is measured by income.

The Supreme Court has declared income to mean profit and gain set apart from earning a living – a fundamental constitutional right. A right, especially the one to work is NOT TAXABLE! When you look up the word income in a dictionary the meaning is intentionally misrepresented. It includes tips, wages. This is not “profit and gain.”

In the service industries why should a barber pay taxes to cut my hair or the beautician fixing women’s hair?…the license! I know many that do this without a license and get to keep ALL their earnings for their labor. Thank God, for the underground economy.

Remember, the rich invented this socialist/communist system to make a lot of money and to control people. This is what the income tax is all about – the 2nd plank of the communist manifesto. The bigger government becomes the more money it spends; the more in interest the bankers make. But now, they even want to tax the air we breathe – cap and trade bill. Don’t these asshole Democrats ever stop???)

What then is a taxable event? Working for a living? That can’t be, because that’s an inalienable right, which is clearly not taxable. Surely you can see that the withholding tax is one of the mainstays of the tax system and its shaky foundation should surely be legally challenged. Another worthy target is the Tax Court. It shifts the burden of proof to the citizen by forcing him to file as plaintiff, or face seizure of his property. (Fourth Plank of Communist Manifesto)

There is also a statutory presumption, that the commissioner of the IRS is correct, no matter what he claims. But the U.S. Supreme Court has held that a California law… “which places the burdens of proof and persuasion on the taxpayer is a violation of due process,…” First Unitarian Church v County of Los Angeles (1958) 357 US 545

The above quoted holding was based upon the leading case, Speiser v Randall (1958) 357 US 513. Placing the burden of proof on a taxpayer is a no-no

Then there is injunctive relief, which is denied taxpayers, (26 USC 7421). Not only is this law a denial of a person’s right to redress their grievances (First Amendment), but it also violates due process, i.e., fairness and equal protection of the law, (Fifth Amendment) denying to a certain class of litigants, the same remedies extended to other litigants.

The statutory prohibition against declaratory judgments (28 USC 2201) with respect to taxes is clearly unconstitutional. Taxpayers have rights and they have a constitutional right to have the court declare them, the same as they would for any other litigant. It also violates the First and Fifth Amendments as above, for the same reasons.

All the above listed targets should be attacked in the U.S. District Court – not the Tax Court.

As for strategy, if even one hundred people who have standing, were to invest a mere five hundred dollars in a class action suit, they’d have a fifty thousand dollar kitty, with which to fight. (Pro se’s are not allowed to handle class action lawsuits) (More work for lawyers – how well the judicial system protects its own. That’s why many of us have said lawyers should be barred from participating in the drafting of laws)

There are fifty states (57 according to Obama) If people could get one, good, class action lawsuit going in each state, think what it would do for this country. It is this writer’s belief, that class action lawsuits are a primary weapon in the war against tyranny and usurpation. With the right targets, the right grounds, the right place, the right time and the right lawyer (shark), success would be assured., if all of this was coupled with prayer and fasting, (especially to find the right lawyers)

Speaking of targets, just as many others in years past, people like me who exercise their First Amendment to inform others become targets of government. Don’t think for one minute your telephone conversations, your mail, your complaints against government cannot be scrutinized – it may be. If you raise hell like many, you are targeted. Meet the new boss; he’s just like the old boss!

The financial calamity that besets us in the early years of the 21^st century is not anything new, and neither is free trade. The same globalists have sold this rope-a-dope economic system several times in the past, just with a slightly different twist and while making a very nice profit.

Free trade was all the buzz in the 1890’s, when the Treasury shipped $84 million in gold to Europe to meet its obligations due to a trade deficit. By 1896 American gold holdings were below $45 million, less than was needed to meet upcoming obligations. By February, 1896 the Treasury was down to $9 million with an immediate debt of $12 million it was unable to meet.

President Grover Cleveland and the Treasury were desperate to meet the obligation, for if they defaulted the United States would officially be bankrupt. To those ends, a meeting was held with J.P. Morgan, the richest man in America at that time, to determine what the possible solution to this problem might be. It was a historic meeting, for it was the precursor to federal debt financing through the bankers that today causes one-third of our collected taxes to go for interest payments to the bankers for governmental deficit spending.

J.P. Morgan established a stock syndicate that immediately raised $65 million in gold and also floated a bond issue (OP- other people’s money) that produced another $35 million in gold. The Republic was “saved” and the bankers had set their claws into the taxpayers, who would for the foreseeable future, be paying the bankers interest payments,

By 1910 the bankers, having learned their lessons well from their mentor Rothschild, had a meeting at Jekyll Island, Georgia to set up their banker monopoly to once and for all place the United States into the same straightjacket that European nations were already fitted for. The meeting went well; the most difficult issue was what to name their new child. They decided on the Federal Reserve System (FRS), a deception given when in reality it was a private corporation with no reserves.

The Jekyll Island meeting saw Paul Warburg, (Big Daddy Warbucks), who had championed the soon-to-be enacted law, and who was the agent of the Rothschild Khazarian banking enterprise in Frankfurt, Paris, London, Naples, and Vienna, win the day with an agreement to pressure Congress to codify the new private central bank.

The Wilson administration had another Rothschild agent in the guise of Colonel Mandel House, who acted as Wilson’s alter ego. House shepherded the act through Congress (Congress and the White House were controlled by Democrats) On February 3^rd, 1913 the 16^th Amendment was passed and became the law of the land.

It’s been proven that the 16^th was not ratified legally. Furthermore, the amendment is an indirect tax and not supposed to be a direct tax on your labor. The way it’s worded is to confuse American citizens. Earlier articles explain this.

Congress had abdicated its fiduciary responsibility to the Constitution and the people, and turned it over to a private corporation. Then on Dec. 23, 1913 the Federal Reserve Act was instituted and signed into law by Wilson, who said, “This law is passed to aid business.” What he should have said is this law is passed to aid the bankers to stick their greasy hands into your pockets.

No Act or Statute may change anything in the Constitution (that’s not in harmony with what the Constitution reads) without the people’s permission – via the 5^th Article – the amendment process – the Federal Reserve Act is still illegal. Prior to this, bankers were the ones creating bank panics to convince the American people that they could do a better job of administering the money system than government. The vote taken just before Christmas was done when many representatives had gone home for the holidays. The Three Branches of government were as devious, criminal, and corrupted then just as they are today. ‘…only Congress can coin money and regulate the value thereof…” reads your Constitution – the ACT has no Constitutional authority.

House and his banker buddies were hardly satisfied with the enactment of the laws that they had written and submitted. (unbelievable!) They wanted more. Frankly, they wanted to ensure a Senate that would be incapable of impeaching their system, and which would be federally controlled at the expense of the individual states. The 17^th Amendment was initiated and passed on April 8, 1913 and signed into law by Wilson at once.

This amendment removed state power from federal action, politicizing the Senate, empowered large banks to buy Senators, and totally eliminated the possibility of impeachment of Senators, Presidents, and judges, (I’m assuming by the States) as we have come to learn. The Republic was now a democracy. (worst form of government – mob rule)

Lincoln first instituted the IRS in 1862 to finance his war of Northern Aggression, but it was soon to be struck down by the Supreme Court as unconstitutional. That’s why the bankers had to institute the 16^th Amendment and subsequent laws. After all the bankers had to be convinced that the government would be able to repay their loans and the only way that was possible was to place the entire American electorate on the hook for perpetual debt.

Of course, the IRS was needed to collect the interest we would pay the bankers for the money borrowed by the criminals in Congress. But Lincoln turned out differently. Instead of borrowing like the bankers planned, he authorized the printing of U.S. Notes which were non-interest bearing – which bankers hate. Lincoln’s fate was sealed. JFK suffered the same.

In 1933 Franklin Roosevelt removed the right of individual citizens to exchange their fiat paper currency (Federal Reserve Notes) for gold. And then Tricky Dick Nixon took America off the gold standard altogether in 1971, at which time the gold depository at Fort Knox held about $800 billion in gold bullion.

Stories abound of how FDR was in cahoots with the bankers. First off, THEY were responsible for the depression but the media blamed others. Citizens, sheep like today, took their gold coins in because “their” president had told them the government needed the gold. It’s been reported bankers made off with $80,000,000,000 in gold. Not all citizens were naïve. Many kept their gold and when things worsened they were the ones that made out pretty good – they had gold to invest.

The value of the dollar has been sinking ever since 1913 and when Allen Greenspan, another Khazar, came to head the board of governors of the FRS in 1987, he managed to reduce the value of the dollar by 87 percent during his 18 year run as the Imperial Empire’s Bankers in Chief.

I often wonder if there isn’t some kind of an arrangement between the IRS and the high-ups in government. Why is it that some of these high-ups don’t pay taxes until exposed? The present Fed Chairman hadn’t paid taxes until exposed. Representative Charles Rangel from New York has a slew of tax problems but because he is a powerful committee chairman he may get away with it.

But wait, the value of the dollar in fixed purchasing power fell 98 percent from 1913 to 2009. In other words, what a citizen could purchase for 2 cents in 1913, today cost one dollar. Then along came Helicopter Ben Shalom Bernanke, another Khazarian banker, who managed to inflate the dollar by an additional $4 trillion in just three years, and under Obama (The One), another $2 trillion in just his first 40 days in office.

As citizens, you know what our problem is? Many of us don’t know a damn thing about finances, other than our pay and bills we have to pay. What the hell do we know about money markets? Wall Street? The stock market? What the hell do we know how the Fed operates? Most I talk to don’t understand what inflation is, let alone how it’s created. At 73 it’s too late for me to learn everything – I’ll just wait for my SS and buy six-packs until the next check arrives.

The ongoing, absolute torrent of paper money out of Washington and the Fed makes a mockery of the gold reserves that the government claims of 261 million ounces, if that is even a realistic estimate. (Some conspiracy theorists don’t believe there’s any in there. I’ll leave that one alone) Based on today’s gold valuation that would not even cover one-quarter of the issued paper that has been spent by The One’s administration in the first six months of 2009.

I hope that all of you really understand this issue because inflation, or perhaps hyperinflation, will be the next crisis coming down the pike. As you read this, China, which has been financing Washington’s binge spending spree, has begun converting American paper (Treasury notes and the like) into hard assets – copper, palladium, platinum, silver, nickel, tin etc., and at the same time has begun expanding its mineral holdings in Africa and Latin America. The writing is on the wall. Pay heed – this is change you can count on!…end of article

Several months ago in a featured interview with economist Richard Hoskins, the well-known author told us something that’s not new, but that is more significant than most of us realize. Hoskins who can talk for hours about his hometown of Lynchburg, Virginia and tell stories about things that happened more than a hundred years ago – and as if he was there.

Hoskins has that sense of history that too many Americans have lost – or never had. Hoskins and others who read and study much will tell us that starting back with our first writings – the Bible – (don’t cover your eyes) we all have the chance to learn from the lessons of history. What has happened in the past will repeat itself because we don’t learn from the lessons of history. Many governments before the great experience here in America recognized that God (don’t cringe) had given his people certain freedoms and the governments in many cases – initially at least – did not temper with those rights.

But those governments, as ours, has done has lulled us into a false sense of security and dependence. Governments start out providing only for us what we can’t provide for ourselves, but almost always end up providing us with things that not only do we need, but that we shouldn’t have.

It wasn’t more than several generations ago that a person could go where he wanted to with no pocket ID card. He simply got on his horse, or hitched up his horses to his wagon and took off – knowing that there were no checks points and that no one would stop him and ask him for his permit to travel or for proof of ownership or proof of insurance, or where he was going or why.

I had a personal experience. An officer stops me for a traffic violation (turned on a “No Left Turn” sign) and the first thing he asked “Where are you going?” I said, “It’s none of your business.” He asked, “Where do you work?” Again I said, “It’s none of your business.”(5^th Amendment right) “Let me see your driver’s license.” I complied.(It’s the law) Point being, the mentality of today’s bureaucrats of encroaching on our rights. I was fined $25 dollars and when I decided to appeal – they wanted $100 to appeal. Paid the $25 and told them to go to hell.

Traveling in our country is a constitutional right, and not a “privilege” like most have been led to believe. When a government gives you a privilege it can take it away. When you obtain a license (fishing, hunting, driving, car plates) that license, by constitutional law, is to be recognized by the State you’re moving into until the expiration date. But because most don’t know this, government just keeps nipping away at our rights. This happens because those in our society that wanted to socialize our country (the International Bankers’ agenda carried out by the three branches of government) were able to do this by keeping us ignorant of our rights through academia controlled by government (10^th plank of communist manifesto)  and by the press.

He could visually carry any weapon he thought he needed to defend himself or to provide for his own welfare. And when he needed to hunt for food, he took that weapon and found food without any consideration for getting a hunting permit that the government would use to determine just which American citizens had guns and ammo in their homes and could possibly be considered a threat to government just because he was armed.

Recently, at a tea party gathering in Phoenix a guy showed up with a rifle (2^nd Amendment right) and it became national news. Once in a blue moon, you’ll see someone in public, other than a police officer, with a gun strapped at his waist-line and the reaction of people become scared at the sight of the gun. Some comments like “that guy is crazy!” may be heard. The communists in our society have done a good job.

He could find himself a wife and have his preacher marry them and have all the children they wanted, and without registering any of them with the government. And he didn’t have to be concerned that if one child misbehaved and was whipped that the government – attempting to act as god came out and tried to reclaim its child for abuse by its foster parents. And he knew that his relationship with his wife and children was ruled by God, not the government.

A few years ago listening to talk radio, a bureaucrat from Washington made the comment that government owns our children. The host couldn’t believe what he heard and had the bureaucrat repeat it. You know, I believe that government does indeed own our children. Look at all the laws that are in play. CPS being the biggest. All a youngster has to do is call 911 and accuse you of something and you may possibly lose that child and be charged with whatever violation they want. Pay attention to the marriage vows being recited by people of the cloth when it’s stated “and now by the power vested in me by the state I now pronounce you man and wife.”

What power??? Whenever government issues a license for whatever that is a “privilege.” Anything deriving from that license comes under the jurisdiction of government. When you sign any IRS form – especially a 1040, you waive your constitutional rights. This is why government (Judiciary) allows the IRS to stump on your rights – illegally, I might add. They have to protect the system that belongs to the International Bankers and not the “We the People.” Paranoid? Prove me wrong.

It wasn’t long ago that a man could build his home where he wanted, as he wanted, and as long as he was on his own property could do as he chose. And he didn’t have to have a permit to put an outhouse (that’s where I practiced my English reading funny books – thanks Superman, Little Lulu and Sluggo, Batman and Captain Marvel Jr.) out back of his house nor did he need a building permit to repair his chimney or to build a barn for his wagon and animals or food storage.

He could speak out about his government without being put in jail simply because he didn’t agree with the government policies. He could earn a living any way he chose without first getting a license (privilege) from the government to work, and without agreeing to give the government the largest portion of what he earned – none in fact.

“Political correctness” – “Hate Crime Laws.” Now the Congress is passing new rules members will have to abide by, by making certain words a no-no while in session. Folks, this is thought control…we are being communized. And as far as withholding part of your earnings, it’s also communistic – second plank of the communist manifesto. Paranoid? Prove me wrong.

He and his wife could – as had their fathers before them – educate their children as they saw fit without even being required to give them a course in human relations and government obedience, rather than being required to send his children to a government school for forced indoctrination (‘We learn the establishment way.”) in humanistic relations and the value of learning to live for others and the government’s welfare.

He could start or just visit a church that was a place of worshiping God, not accumulating funds and resources to do man’s work and he didn’t need a license from government to start that church nor was he required to donate a portion of the Lord’s tithe to the government. (This is what happens when a church files for a tax-exempt status. They have joined the club of the beast)

He could put his gold or paper money (U.S. Notes – not Federal Reserve Notes) in a local bank with every expectation that it was safe. He knew that he could get his money back and he knew that the banker wasn’t submitting regular reports to the big brother government about how that money was spent.

In comments made on talk radio it is reported that the IRS is employing thousands of new bureaucrats to ready for the monumental problem of keeping people in line. The Cap n Trade Bill – if ever – will create hundreds of agencies to monitor and regulate. There is in the Health Bill provisions to penalize people for not enlisting in the program. The IRS will direct banks to access your account to collect. This will take an army of many, overall, on our dime, of course.

However slowly…ever so slowly…at first, but with increasing speed in these years, one right here and another right there have been stolen from us by government. Far too many aspects of our lives in which we are supposed to be directed by our Creator, the government has stepped in an attempt to take His Place – and maybe we’ve allowed it. This month’s question that each American citizen must answer for himself: Are we following God’s laws when we allow – by not doing whatever is necessary to stop it – the government to displace God in ruling over our day to day lives?…end of article

I learned a long time ago that no matter how incredible it sounds to some, the government does monitor people like me. They know exactly everything I post. I tell people who are savvy in the computer world but they say I’m paranoid – that it can’t happen. There are many ways to stop you. Foremost is through the IRS. Many politicians have been gotten rid of this way. During the Clinton years accusations of the administration using IRS information to keep people intimidated abounded – true or false – I don’t know. I do know that Clinton’s supposedly great times economically the media raved about, were false. The books were cooked, folks.

It seems everything government is involved with, regardless what party is in, always without fail turns out costly and wasteful to our country. Medicare loses over $60,000,000,000 per year just in fraud alone. The Post Office will lose $8,000,000,000 if not more this year. I’ve read that at least 80 cents of every dollar taken in goes to benefits for the employees. One of the employees called a radio show and said for every 4 workers at the Post Office, one supervisor is in charge. These supervisors make between $85,000 up to $120,000 per year plus an automatic 8% pay raise every year. IT IS TIME TO PRIVATIZE THE POSTAL SERVICE!

Information like this and much more we learn through talk radio and the internet. This is why the Democrats want to stop it. It’s our only source of credible information other than books authored by Conservatives and others. IT IS TIME FOR TERM LIMITS!

Remember the campaign rhetoric by President Pinocchio about the war mongering by the Bush and Cheney Administration? Now that the shoe is on the other foot troops are being increased. Eisenhower warned us about the Military-Industrial complex. This move by a Democrat proves that he is being manipulated by the power elite. By the way, what is so strategic about that part of the world (Afghanistan) that our women and men are dying for? Could it be for the POPPY FIELDS? It is an industry worth billions annually. Many governments are involved in the drug industry.

Am I to sweat criminals in our government that may come after people like me because we shine the light on the truth? Even if I didn’t come from the ghettos, which hardens many, I would still seek the truth and print it regardless of threats. The truth shall always survive – something absent in the three branches of government and much of the media.

It has been said that no human being has ever utilized more than 15% of their innate, God given capabilities. If this is true then deep down inside each one of us is the potential of great things. Think of Thomas Edison – 15%? Think of our Founding Fathers how they rose to the occasion, time after time against overwhelming odds, in hammering out our independence.

It seems that just when everything looks totally hopeless, we human beings, those of us who want to, reach back and find that something extra, something we didn’t even know we had – deep down inside us – a voice. Perhaps it’s saying, “You can do it. You can do it.” I am convinced that life is not predetermined – that we can make it whatever we want to be.

If we want a free America bad enough we can have it. If we want honest public officials bad enough, we can have them, too. Nothing is ever hopeless. The one human being I have very little time for is the one who says, “What can we do about it?” – in a very hopeless tone of voice, or, “I’m sure glad somebody is doing something” as if they weren’t that very somebody whom they are referring to – if they but realized it.

Each one of us is “SOMEBODY”. It is not up to just a select few to save America. Some people say “Where are the John Paul Joneses and the Patrick Hendry’s and the Samuel Adam’s and the George Washington’s, etc, etc, of our day? I say, they are here! The same attributes that made those men and many more too numerous to mention, in our history, still exist today, in the hearts of men and women. The longing to be free is an eternal flame that shall never be extinguished. It’s up to each one of us to make LIFE what we want it to be. The potential is there, deep inside of us. The longings will become a reality, but we must make it happen. The dreams, the hopes, the aspirations must be built on a solid foundation.

Remember the parable of the talents in our Bible? God expects each one of his children to develop everyone of their God given capabilities – not with the spirit of, “Look at me and see what I’ve done,” but perhaps with an attitude of amazement and wonder, because sometimes we do things, or develop talents that we don’t even know we had the capability of. All the while unseen forces are urging us forward. It’s almost like the still small voice that Elijah experienced in the mountains when he was hiding from the wicked Jezebel. It seems to say “I’m here to help, but I must use your hands and feet and your lips and your mind. Together we can accomplish the impossible.”

Elijah was alone – or thought he was – but the Spirit of the Lord whispered, “There are still 7000 in Israel that has not bowed the knee to Baal.” (deities among the ancient Semitic peoples, typifying the productive forces of nature and worshiped with much sensuality. 2. – A false god) The population of Israel at that time was approximately 3,000,000 souls. Using simple arithmetic and comparing it to our day that means there are close to 5,000,000 Americans who have not bowed the knee to Baal. There are 5,000,000 Americans and maybe more who still love liberty, who still love justice, who still love truth and honor, and decency, and uprightness, and righteousness, and are willing to sacrifice everything, if need be, including the shedding of their life giving blood, to preserve and defend these principles.

What does it matter if our oath-breaking public officials incarcerate a few of us unjustly? The Blood of the Martyr is the seed of the Church. They merely intensify the problem they are facing. God made America to be free, and free America shall remain, but not without effort. Reach back and find that extra something deep inside and determine in your heart to do your part, whatever that part may be. If you don’t do it, it will never be done, because there are some things that only you can do.

Each one of us has the ability to influence those around us, for good or evil. How much influencing do we do each day? What kind?

If we could somehow miraculously look into the future and see what will transpire, say in the next five years, each one of us would be amazed at the things and events that will take place. If you doubt this, just look back five years. Life is what we make it, and with our Heavenly Father’s help, we will make America a fit place for our children’s children and their children’s children, to live in.

The great writer Thomas Paine, who served in Washington’s Army in the American Revolution, relates the story of a Tory (A member of the Conservative Party in Great Britain or in Canada) , with his hand on a young girl’s head, obviously his daughter, making the statement, “Give me peace in my day” Paine says. And I agree, he might have said, “If trouble must come, let it come in my day, that my child may have peace.” Someone once said, “There are only three kinds of people in the world.”

1. The ones who make things happen.
2. The ones who watch what is happening.
3. The ones that say “What happened?

Make it happen and LIFE will be sweet and exciting come what may!

In an earlier article readers should remember an American citizen by the name of Gordon Kahl. He stood for what was right. He died for wanting to protect and preserve the laws we’re born with (not given). He was a first-class Constitutionalists but was murdered by the U.S. Government. NO AMERICAN CITIZEN SHOULD DIE FOR COMPLAINING ABOUT THE ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES OF THE IRS OR ANY OTHER DAMN BUREAUCRACY! Also, think of Waco. Close to 100 people including children were shot and burned to death under the Clinton Administration. If we had honorable people in Washington, especially a law-abiding U.S. Attorney General, I would demand he/she go after Janet Reno who when confronted with the atrocity stated “The buck stops with me.” I would put her in prison and throw the key away. I would make that the legacy of Bill Clinton and strip him of all the perks afforded an ex-president. All the rotten Democrats and Republicans that have committed crimes in the past and got away because of corruption, should be treated the same – none should receive any pensions – nor buildings or schools named after them.

I’m sick and tired of these bastards laughing at us. How dare the Democrats label our citizens “Nazis.” How dare the mainstream-media hide behind the First Amendment fomenting racial strife and perpetuating lies emanating from Congress and the White House. That goes for the Network News sociopaths, too. How dare the present administration conduct itself in a dictatorial manner by upsetting the market place. How dare the administration fire people in the private sector and dictate salaries. How dare Representatives in Congress not read legislation before voting. I want to know how much these communists “Czars” are being paid. Small wonder I refer to the three branches of government as criminals – they operate outside our beloved Constitution – the one Gordon Kahl died defending.

The reason why the Health Legislation won’t take effect until 2013 is because if it took effect within a few months from now people would be furious with what’s in it and that would kill Obama’s chance of reelection in 2012. It’s always dirty politics on both sides isn’t it? The public be damned.

The GOP needs to win at least 40 seats in the House of Representatives to control. To win control of the Senate by the GOP would take a miracle. The House is key. It controls the purse strings. A GOP House could stop President Pinocchio. Or at least slow down the road to communism.

If Third Party people put aside their vote just once, and vote for conservative republicans, I believe the GOP would be guaranteed a House victory. Undecided Independents – VOTE REPUBLICAN! If not, Democrats will hold on to some seats because of the three-way vote, thus saving democrats that don’t deserve to sit in OUR HOUSE! – and still control committees.

I’ll get some flack for this. Third parties have been at it for too long and nothing, I repeat, nothing will upset the two-party system in Washington that is controlled by the bankers, especially with the power of the elite media, Networks and the tyranny of the Federal Courts dominated by liberals.

I’ve said this before – there are many hard working, dedicated, committed, and great Americans in Third Parties who I believe could take the Republican Party to new heights. They could revamp it by getting rid of the old dinosaurs like the McCains and Hatch’s…and all other Republicans that shouldn’t be there kissing ass all the time.

A win in the House and a renewed, firm commitment from GOP Representatives, the life-long dream of returning to a constitutional government is not impossible – highly improbable, but in due time it can be done. Take it from me: “You can take the kid out of the barrio but you can’t take the barrio out of the kid.” Give a man tamales and he’ll want more – teach a man to make tamales and he’ll feed himself.”…I am a conservative… I’m ready to fight! Border Czar: Alan Bersin-  former failed superintendent of San Diego.   Ultra Liberal friend of Hilary Clinton.   Served as Border Czar under Janet Reno – to keep borders open to illegals.

California Water Czar: David J. Hayes Sr. Fellow of radical environmentalist group, “Progress Policy”.  No training or experience in water management.

You see folks, all our lives we’ve been brainwashed by the controlled media into believing that communism was dead. And it didn’t start with the tearing down of the wall by the leader of the Soviet Union. The undermining of our country has been going on for a long time.

Many in our country have tried warning, such as the John Birch Society – the Spotlight Magazine – the Justice Times (where I get a lot of my material) – even as far back as Senator Joe McCarthy who was destroyed by some in government and especially the media. They’ve done such a good job of brainwashing that millions in our country don’t understand what happened this past election and are now beginning to understand. Thanks to talk radio, the Internet and cable news. Obama was the best thing to happen – now people are beginning to understand what the Constitution is all about and the dangers of socialism and communism – tks President Pinocchio.

Observe the condemnation of all the patriotic groups by the controlled press and the leadership of the Democratic Party in Congress. Every day in the controlled network news you hear commentators perpetuate the lies of President Pinocchio. Just hearing Pelosi, Reid, Durbin, Frank and many other Democrats lie before cameras is something to behold. There are many democrats in the party back home that don’t like what’s happened to the party. I finally got out after years of waiting for it to come to its senses, but didn’t realize how much damage the communists were inflicting – I finally did.

Representative Wilson who yelled “ You Lie!.” at Obama during the address to Congress and the nation is even being chastised by the coward republicans like McCain and several others. How many times was President Bush booed at while addressing Congress – MANY! Senator McCain – You are a damn coward! Since when is the truth to be stifled? Why should nothing be said when lies are spoken in front of millions? Respect for a president that constantly lies?? Go to hell all you that practice political correctness.

The Health Bill says no support for illegal aliens as if to say that settles it. But some are saying there is no enforcement mechanism in the bill. Even if there was what about the laws in the Constitution “…only Congress can coin money…” “ …only Congress can declare war…” “… no State shall make any thing but gold and silver coin a tender in payment of debt.” There are enforcement rules but who enforces these? The Supreme Court? What is so supreme about it? The truth is States have the power constitutionally to correct the above things but are ignorant and cowardly. WE HAVE BANKER LAP DOGS RUNNING OUR CONGRESS AND COMMUNISTS HAVE moved into OUR WHITE HOUSE. One of them just resigned and to think he was going to dispense billions in aid to radical organizations. Keep an eye as to who replaces him – and by the way, why must we allow this criminal Congress to subsidize ACORN to the tune of billions? Or doesn’t it matter anymore?

July 6, 2009: Nearly 400 graduating seniors at Pace High School in Santa Rosa County, Fla. Stood up in protest against the ACLU (Communist front) and recited the Lord’s Prayer during their graduation ceremony on Saturday. Many painted crosses on their graduation caps to make a statement of faith. This event follows a lawsuit the ACLU filed against the Santa Rosa County School District, claiming some of the teachers and administration endorsed religion. Liberty Counsel, a law firm represents Pace High School Principal Frank Lay and schoolteacher Michelle Winkler.

The protest was preceded by a lawsuit filed six months ago by the ACLU. The school district entered into a consent decree, which essentially bans all Santa Rosa County School District employees from engaging in prayer or religious activities. The ACLU alleges that during a dinner event held at Pace High School, Lay asked the athletic director to bless the meal.

The ACLU also alleges that Michelle Winkler’s husband, who is not a school board employee, offered prayer at an awards ceremony. Leading up to the graduation ceremony, the ACLU demanded the school stop students from offering prayers or saying anything religious. The ACLU then charged Lay and Mrs. Winkler with contempt of court.

The students were furious with the ACLU for hijacking their free speech rights and decided to take a stand at graduation. As soon as Lay asked everyone to be seated at the ceremony, the graduating class remained standing and recited the Lord’s Prayer. The ACLU has not taken any legal action yet.

The student or students that organized this demonstration of exercising their First Amendment right should have been given a parade in town. This is a lesson for others to learn; a lesson from young people. Grownups in positions to make a difference should heed this and stand up to the communist organization. Are you listening City Councils’? You cowards! Parent Teacher Associations’? Stand up and be counted!

The issue I got the above from is of July ,6 2009 – issue 27. Also in this issue is an article reporting a pending bill that Republican Ron Paul introduced (H.R. 1207)which is asking for an audit of the Federal Reserve which has never been done.. He has been after this all his political life and it appears that finally it may happen. He already has 243 members signed up. In the article those who haven’t signed are listed. Call your U.S. Representative and ask if he/she supports H.R. 1207 – and if not, ask why? Folks, the Federal Reserve is the private corporation owned by people who have enslaved us economically forever. Pick up the phone and call now. Tell your family members – your friends – it is that important.

Article 1 Sec. 8 clause 5 – United States Constitution:

The Congress shall have power:

“To coin money, regulate the value thereof, and of foreign coin, and fix the standards of weights and measures.”

Article 1. Sec. 10:

“…No State shall make any thing but gold and silver coin a tender in payment of debts…”

The two biggest worries of our Founding Fathers were these two laws plus the subversion of the three branches of government. They feared, and rightfully so, the greed and corruption of future generations. They knew what the money people were capable of – they had battles from the very beginning of our country. In the presidential elections that gave us President Wilson – Teddy Roosevelt was a third party candidate. He garnered over 20% of the vote thus giving the election to a DEMOCRAT. Soon after, we got the Federal Reserve Act and by 1917 our young were sent to war to die. Bear in mind that the above laws are still in your Constitution – they have never been repealed. All these years since then, the controlled press, academia and government itself (all three branches) have subverted the meaning. This is what the International Bankers wanted and our Founding Fathers were right.

One important fact: No one can change the Constitution without your permission via Article 5 the amendment process. Secondly, No Act – No Statute – may change ANYTHING in if it’s not in harmony with your Constitution. Example” The Civil Rights Act was legal because States were denying minorities constitutional rights. The Federal Reserve Act was illegal, unconstitutional, because it is not in harmony with the above two laws.

What does all this have to do with religion? It is immoral what they did then and it is still immoral what the three branches of government are still doing to our liberty and freedom. I’m tired of being an economic slave. I love you, America!
