Next year’s census will determine the apportionment of House members and Electoral College votes for each state. To accomplish these vital constitutional purposes, the enumeration should count only citizens and persons who are legal, permanent residents. But it won’t.
The liberals in the judicial system have intentionally ruled that the 14th Amendment includes ALL people in our country regardless of citizenship status. They are carrying out the plan by those that rule to eventually erase the borders. By ruling as such, our people are becoming accustomed to the assimilation, legal or illegal. Our identity is being compromised, thanks to the unconstitutional workings of the three branches of government. Our Founding Fathers never intended this.
Instead, the U.S. Census Bureau is set to count all persons physically present in this country – including large who are here illegally. (There are many households that include more than one family – think many numbers) The result will unconstitutionally increase the number of representatives in some states and deprive some other states of their rightful political representation. (This is why the criminals in Congress and the White House will shove amnesty down our throats) Citizens of “loser” states should be outraged. Yet few are even aware of what’s going on. In 1790, the first Census Act provided that the enumeration of that year would count “inhabitants” and “distinguish” various subgroups by age, sex, status as free persons, etc. Inhabitant was a term with a well-defined meaning that encompassed, as the Oxford English Dictionary expressed it, one who “is a bona fide member of a State, subject to all the requisitions of its laws, and entitled to all the privileges which they confer.”
Thus early census questionnaires generally asked a question that got at the issue of citizenship or permanent resident status, e.g., “what state or foreign country were you born in?” or whether an individual who said he was foreign-born was naturalized. Over the years, however, Congress and the Census Bureau have added inquiries that have little or nothing to do with census’s constitutional purpose.
By 1980 there were two census forms. The shorter form went to every person physically present in the country and was used to establish congressional apportionment. It had no question pertaining to an individual’s citizenship or legal status as a resident. The longer form gathered various kinds of socioeconomic information including citizenship status, but it went only to a sample of U.S. house-holds. That pattern was repeated for the 1990 and 2000 census.
Up until 1994 the Democrats controlled Congress. The liberals (communists) were gradually changing our system, as they do in many other ways – cunningly – and people weren’t aware it was being done. The same thing has been going on in our schools for many years – the indoctrination to socialism and the hell with your constitution.
The 2010 census will use only the short form. The long form has been replaced by the Census Bureau’s ongoing American Community Survey. Dr. Elizabeth Grieco, chief of the Census Bureau’s Immigration Statistics Staff, told us in a recent interview that the 2010 census short form does not ask about citizenship because “Congress has not asked us to do that.” (Want more proof how criminals work in Congress?)
Because the census (since at least 1980) has not distinguished citizens and permanent, legal residents from individuals here illegally, the basis for apportionment of House seats has been skewed. According to the Census Bureau’s latest American Community Survey data (2007), states with a significant net gain in population by inclusion of non-citizens include Arizona, California, Florida, Illinois, Nevada, New Jersey, New York and Texas. (There are tiny net gains for Hawaii and Massachusetts.)
This makes a real difference. Here’s why: According to the latest American Community Survey, California has 5,622,422 non-citizens (billions in cost) in its population of 36,264,467. Based on our round-number projection of a decade-end population in that state of 37,000,000 (including 5,750,000 non-citizens), California would have 57 members in the newly reapportioned U.S. House of Representatives.
However, with non-citizens not included for purposes of reapportionment, California would have 48 House seats (based on an estimated 308 million total population in 2010 with 283 million citizens, or 650,000 citizens per House seat). Using a similar projection, Texas would have 38 House members with non-citizens included. With only citizens counted, it would be entitled to 34 members.
Of course, other states lose out when non-citizens are counted for reapportionment. According to projections of the 2010 Census by Election Data Services, states certain to lose one seat in the 2010 reapportionment are Iowa, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Ohio and Pennsylvania; states likely (though not certain) to lose a seat are Illinois, Minnesota, Missouri, and Ohio could lose a second seat. But under a proper census enumeration that excluded illegal residents, some of the states projected to lose a representative – including our own state of Louisiana – would not do so.
The census has drifted far from its constitutional roots, and the 2010 enumeration will result in a malapportionment of Congress.
In the 1964 case of Wesberry v. Sanders, the Supreme Court said, “The House of Representatives, the [Constitutional] Convention agreed, was to represent the people as individuals and on a basis of complete equality for each voter.” It ruled that Georgia had violated the equal-vote principle because House districts within the states did not contain roughly the same number of voting citizens. Justice Hugo Black wrote in his majority opinion that “one man’s vote in a congressional election is to be worth as much as another’s.” The same principle is being violated now on a national basis because of our faulty census.
The Census Bureau can of course collect whatever data Congress authorizes. But Congress must not permit the bureau to unconstitutionally redefine who are “We the People of the United States….end of article

You must not let the Democrats get away with this. This is why President Pinocchio wanted the White House to take over the Census. These people (Democrats) will cheat, steal and commit all kinds of fraud to maintain power. If amnesty happens and millions of non-citizens are counted, the democrats will dominate politics for many years to come. Most articles written from the past always seem to hold true. Many warning people of the changes our country was experiencing. A lot have to do with the criminality conduct of those in Washington – frankly, who don’t give a damn about Americans. They are beholden to everyone else but us. Imagine what our economic condition would be, like absent “special interests” groups and lobbyists. Imagine our people benefiting from the trillions that are being wasted on failed policies – to placate the leeches. It is our fault.
The reason the Democratic Party is always in chaos is there are too many “mobs” that want something. President Pinocchio is waffling in deciding whether to send more troops to the Middle East. A faction in his party is against the war and screaming against it. In the mean time our troops are being denied help. And some take this as him being smart and shrewd – nonsense – this guy is incompetent and creating disaster overall.
What could be so important about Afghanistan? Certainly not used camels. Do you still believe the great lie that we want to spread democracy the world over? We are so compassionate? It is all a con game, folks. The name of the game is to spend, spend, and the bankers reap billions in interests. And the bastards in the media keep telling the ignorant that we are fighting for our rights and liberty – just as they do in all conflicts. I’m beginning to believe that the reason we are there is because of poppy fields. That drug has become almost a trillion dollar business and many are making lots of money. Satellites in outer space can detect a dime from miles away. The same thing can be done with poppy fields – why aren’t they eradicated? MONEY!…at the expense of our young.

It’s not that the experts are wrong so often that bothers me; it’s the fact that we listen to them. Take that hole in the ozone layer, and the global warming that experts have been worrying us about. Somebody forgot to tell it to Old Man Winter, who delivered one of the coldest winters in history. But come spring, these environmentalist doomsayers (radicals) will be prancing the halls of Congress whining about global warming. (Buying the criminals in Congress) By the way, two decades ago they were predicting global freezing.
Al Gore won the Noble award for his involvement; he’s making millions, and yet, doesn’t allow people to debate him. He gave a talk at ASU, students wanted to ask questions but were denied. How do you rebuttal lies if not given an opportunity? The same award to Pinocchio has lost respect for the committee.
We’ve had other experts, Charles H. Duell, the 1899 director of the U.S. Patent Office, urged shutting down the agency because, “Everything that can be invented has been invented.” In 1895 , the distinguished Lord Kelvin, president of the Royal Society, told us, “Heavier-than-air flying machines are impossible.” Then, in 1923, Dr. Robert Milliken, Noble Prize winner in physics, told us, “There is no likelihood man can ever tap the power of the atom.” (I know one truism – Congress will never balance the budget)
These experts were dead wrong but no big problem. Lockheed, Boeing and Einstein went about their business and did what the experts said was impossible. Had today’s Congress been around then, they might have acted on the “expert” advice and passed laws to close the Patent Office, outlaw aircraft factories, and ban research in subatomic physics.
Carolyn Lockhead recently wrote “A Risky Walk on the Safe Side” in Insight Magazine showing how experts have gotten Congress to make life less safe and more costly for us. The 1970 Poison Prevention Packaging Act was written to prevent accidental poisoning of children. By 1970, accidental poisoning was already in deep decline, 2.52 children per million in 1950 to 1.32 per million in 1970. By the 1980s, poisoning from safety-capped aspirin bottles began to rise. Believing capped bottles were child-proof, adults became less cautious in their storage.
In 1973, congressional nannies urged garment manufacturers to use flame retardants in children’s sleepwear. The industry complied, using Tris, the best retardant available. Tris was later identified as a cancer-causing agent and the Tris-treated sleepwear had to be pulled off the market at a cost of at least $50 million to manufacturers. (It’s been reported that the FDA hasn’t inspected thousands and thousands of products in the market place.)
Congress is also interested in toy safety. Listening to Ralph Nader’s experts, Congress wants to take this toy and that toy off the market. Each year, consumers buy 1.7 billion toys, which result in 142,000 toy-related in juries; only 2600 require hospitalization. Most toy-related injuries are cuts, bruises and scratches. What the Naderites don’t tell us is that most toy-related injuries occur when children fall off, over, or onto toys. Most of those injuries are toy-related not toy-caused.
Listening to toy experts, I wouldn’t be surprised to see Congress commission studies to see whether manufacturers can make toys that kids can’t stumble over, or make harmless baseball bats and kiddie vehicles that won’t run into something. If Congress decides to go that silly route, I’d like to see them mandate “danceless” Lego parts – you know what I mean if you’ve ever tread barefoot on one of your kid’s Lego parts imbedded in the rug.
The problem with experts is: We take them seriously. We listened to the false Alar scare, cyclamate, and formaldehyde foam insulation scare, among others. (I’ve seen one report stating that by substituting another substance for asbestos the space shuttle may have been part of the reason for the disaster. Their duping us has cost billions of dollars, loss of time, and inconvenience. On top of that, when the experts have been proven wrong, the news media does a poor job of publicizing it. (Only when Republicans are involved)
I say stop listening to safety experts and prioritize our concerns. The fact of business is you and I are at much greater risk of being murdered, robbed, raped or burglarized. To protect us against these risks is the real job of governments; a job, needless to say, in which politicians have been grossly derelict…end of article.
Yes, like un-enforced immigration law that I believe had much to do with 9-11. And possibilities of other attacks could still happen because of open borders. It almost seems that this rotten government wants these things to occur – why else would it be so lax?
Most Democrats in Congress sense their careers are in jeopardy because of the support of President Pinocchio. You watch how dirty the elections will become next year. They will sling more mud than ever before. No telling how much voter fraud will be committed and the all-out support by the controlled press. This is why “they” are so desperate to legislate as much socialism they can just in case they suffer a great defeat.
As a matter of fact, I would like to see all incumbents, including Republicans, thrown out of office and give others an opportunity instead of the McCain’s and Pelosi’s. I’m so tired of the same faces day after day. A solution could be a clean sweep but State Party leaders would never go along. It seems almost impossible to change the status quo. I keep saying that the answer to our problems is in the Constitution – but who is to believe? 90% of our people have never read nor seen the Constitution – what a job the communists have done to our people. They’ve been at it for so long that many citizens don’t recognize socialism, communism, fascism, and all-other “isms” contrary to the principles laid out in our Declaration of Independence and the Preamble to the Constitution.
For new readers, the monetary system in our country is run by International Bankers. It is a crime of great consequence. It is the same system as mandated by the communist manifesto, a system invented by the rich to control and make money.

Someone got a hold of the first 10 pages of Obama’s college thesis. It read that Pinocchio claimed that the founding fathers screwed-up because they could have done a better job for us economically in setting up the system. This idiot is a graduate from Harvard – a law professor yet – and doesn’t know what’s in the Constitution? Harvard is the bastion of communism and socialism. Countries from all over the world send their young to this college to be indoctrinated to the way of communism and socialism. The students end up being leaders with heavy on economics – like this idiot that we have in the White House.
Throw in the 10th plank of the manifesto – government controlled education – is the reason why we are so ignorant of how government should work. Many cannot name their representatives; even the Vice-President, let alone the political process. The following laws are the true monetary system in our country. They have never been repealed – only you can do it via the amendment process. If Obama knew the Constitution he would have learned the following:
Congress shall:
Article 1 Section 8 Clause 5 – “To coin money, regulate the value thereof, and of foreign coin, and fix the standards of weights and measures…”
And for added protection the fathers gave us the following:
Article 1 Section 10 Clause 1 – No State shall enter into any treaty, alliance, or confederation; grant letters of marquee and reprisal; coin money; emit bills of credit; make any thing but gold and silver coin a tender in payment of debts…etc”
According to your Constitution there are two legal ways to tax you:
1. By apportionment – the States get a bill from government based upon population and the State in turn assess the citizens.
2. When at war. This tax is to pay for the war. It was implemented during World War Two but never taken off. We were too ignorant to understand but the media was also to blame – the controlled press.
Put that in your ever-increasing lying nose, Pinocchio. Not only did our founding fathers
give us economic freedom they also saw to it that government couldn’t tax your labor. This is what made our country, the greatest – once. I say once because what else is it when we are almost $100, 000, 000, 000,000 in the hole and are indebted to many countries? We are in economic bondage to the International Bankers.

The GOP is NOT Conservatism; it is a group representing many. Conservatism is an idea that made this country great but abandon by hypocrites in the GOP Party.
AMNESTY
Amnesty is back, and with a vengeance. This was the dominant theme I heard during the annual talk-radio gabfest in Washington sponsored by the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR), the country’s leading anti-amnesty organization.
“As we gather here in the nation’s capital, another illegal alien amnesty bill has been introduced in the Senate,” FAIR President Dan Stein said. It is no surprise that, after passing health care “reform,” President Obama plans to move on to his next big domestic initiative: granting citizenship to more than 1.2 million illegal immigrants For decades, Beltway and business elites have championed a policy of open borders and unlimited Third World immigration. Amnesty is simply its logical culmination: the triumph of political and corporate interests over patriotism. U.S. Chamber of Commerce is pro-amnesty – cheap labor.
America has endured a massive invasion of millions of illegal immigrants. The southern border is a bleeding sore. Hospitals are overwhelmed, forced to provide free medical care to illegals. School systems must absorb the unnecessary costs of educating the illegal immigrants’ children. Welfare rolls are swelling with illegal immigrants taking advantage of public assistance. (wouldn’t you?) Nearly one-third of the federal prison population is composed of illegal immigrants. Mexican cartels import drugs, crime and human trafficking. Washington has lost control of the nation’s borders – and with it, our national sovereignty.
The owners of the Federal Reserve, many years ago, got criminals in Congress to socialize our system, which means trillions in spending, and also saw to it that the borders remain open in the “most powerful” country in the world that can’t secure it’s borders – intentionally, I may add. This is in line with many treaties signed by countries in this continent to eventually place the continent under one economic system and destroy our sovereignty at the same time. The bankers want it all – they are not satisfied with the trillions in interest collected from the world – they want to own the world. They are never satisfied. Next, they’ll want the moon – if they haven’t laid claim already.
Moreover, the waves of illegal immigration represent an onslaught on America’s historic and cultural core. The great myth of our time, promoted by both the multicultural left (communism) and the neoconservative right, (moderates – not true conservatives) is that the United States is a creedal nation. They argue that the country was founded upon abstract ideas embodied in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution and that it is united by its commitment to universal principles such as democracy and equality. This is a historical fraud.
The Founding Fathers were neither democrats nor believers in egalitarianism (equality of all people) George Washington and Thomas Jefferson were slaveholders. John Adams, Alexander Hamilton and James Madison deeply distrusted democracy. “Democracy […] wastes, exhausts, and murders itself,” Adams wrote. “There is never a democracy that did not commit suicide.” (“Democracy is the worst form of government” – Aristotle.)
In other words, the Founding Fathers were not only republicans, they were nationalists who believed they had established a distinct and unique nation based on a common language, faith, heritage and culture. America is an outgrowth of Christianity and English civilization. Its roots are European. The previous waves of immigrants who came to its shores not only deliberately assimilated, but embraced a common national identity: They became Americans.
This is not the case with the army of illegal immigrants. The combination of uncontrolled immigration with multiculturalism is a recipe for balkanization – the fracturing of America along racial and ethnic lines. Already, many Hispanic radicals, including some in the advocacy group La Raza (“the race”), are calling for annexation of the Southwest back into Mexico. They think amnesty will accelerate the process of reacquiring former Mexican territories. For them, demography is destiny.
You must understand that many schools are misguiding students which are promoting this nonsense. And it is growing at a rapid pace. One of the founders of La Raza has a prestigious position at Arizona State University. I predict there will be racial strife, again, in the near future. This time it’ll be a combination of black and Latinos. “Social engineering” by communists in our country is responsible for many people hating “whites” in our country – after all that’s been done for minorities – how’s that for gratitude.
Communists, with their “political correctness” are destroying our society. People like that work for the administration, are an example. Imagine, the Czar in charge of Communications in the White House, claim’s Mao as one of her favorite philosophers – a tyrant that murdered almost 70 million people. Conservative talk-radio people come close to calling it communism but haven’t the nerve – yet. One of them referred to Obama – not as black-skinned – but as “red-skin.”
Large chunks of California, Texas, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico and Florida have become Spanish-speaking enclaves. They are part in the United States in name only. Immigrants are no longer required to learn English. The fastest-growing TV and radio stations are those broadcasting in Spanish. Everywhere one goes – ATM’s, restaurants, state motor vehicle departments – Spanish is prevalent. Many urban schools in Los Angeles, Chicago and New York teach bilingualism. ( some schools, Spanish is the first language)
We are no longer one people who share the same language, culture, history, customs, heroes, literature and traditions. The bonds of national union are slowly being torn apart. Mr. Obama already has shown he is the most leftist president in U.S. history (to me that means a communist). Not only have his statist policies and massive budget deficits crippled the private sector, he is erecting a corporatist state – the amalgamation of big business, big government and big labor – that represents a clear break from capitalist individualism.
Success in his drive for government-run health care would transform America into a European-style social democracy. This would permanently shift the political landscape to the left, fostering a culture of dependency and entitlement. (An International Bankers dream – more borrowing.)
Mr. Obama is an internationalist socialist. His ultimate goal is to erect a liberal ruling class: to forge a Democratic majority coalition – one that would dominate for decades. Amnesty would put millions of illegal immigrants into the voting booths (voter fraud) – and into the welcoming arms of Democrats. Amnesty also would sound the death knell of traditional America. It would signify a cultural revolution (without a shot being fired), the establishment of a de facto bilingual, bi-national Tower of Babel. It would be Mr. Obama’s most radical – and destructive – achievement…end of article

It’s been disclosed that ACORN (Obama’s old stomping grounds) was responsible for 40,000 votes (many illegal) in the race in Minnesota between Al Franken and the Republican. The Democrat won by about 300 to 400 votes. Just think how many elections through the years Democrats have won because of ACORN. Should amnesty be approved you will see more of this – ACORN is not the only one. The Democratic Party has become Communistic, that’s why I left it.
If the hypocrites in the GOP hadn’t acted like democrats when they were in power we wouldn’t have President Pinocchio. Furthermore, it is the criminals in Congress that are responsible – AND NOT PRESIDENTS! Congress is the one that controls the purse. I won’t accept that one man can do all this damage to our country. The Constitution forbids this. I contend that what these communists are doing can be undone. All I hear is how hard it is to reverse legislation. BULLSHIT! It is OUR GOVERNMENT AND OUR COUNTRY! WE CAN DO IT!
Where, in the Constitution, are presidents given power to do as they please? If this criminality continues I predict Obama may be a one term president. I say may be, because he is drunk with power and what little I understand how communists act – he will do ANYTHING to maintain power – even create a situation to declare martial law. Go ahead and snicker. If he’s dumped, without a crisis, I predict Hillary will be the next president – unless, of course, Third Parties unite and lend support to the GOP in the 2012 race. If Obama wins in 2012 – us, and third parties can forget dreaming – forever.
Get on the phone and make people understand how important it is to get rid of the criminals (including some Republicans) in Congress. It won’t be long before Obama gets to appoint two more to the Supreme Court. We must stop the democrats – third-party votes will weaken the GOP candidate and ensure some democrats to remain in office. Put country before politics third party members – this is an opportunity to demonstrate “profiles in courage.”

I subscribe to newspapers ordinarily not seen by many. They have articles which the controlled press would never run. Many of my articles come from The Justice Times that was very popular when the tax rebels were raising hell in the 60’s and 70’s. The socialists and communists in our society are shutting up the American people with political correctness – “thought control.”
The communists have taken over and most of us are allowing them to stomp on us without fighting. Where are the Americans I grew up with? Are we so far gone we haven’t the will to fight any longer? We have the most corrupted Congress in history and the worst media in memory. So much so, that many newspapers are going broke and now the criminals in Congress are considering bailing some out. Are we F&%^#(! Crazy? And our young are dying overseas for these bastards! DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! Tell the ignorant to throw out the Democrats next year. We have a cultural war we MUST win.

In order to achieve one-world governance, existing systems all over the globe had to be dismantled and eliminated. In order to achieve such a tremendous undertaking, money (specifically wages) had to be strategically controlled. Hence, the wildly successful America had to eliminate its jobs.
Next, the one-world think tankers told us that love of country and specifically patriotism led to “ethnic” battles, conflicts, and domestic terrorism. They also told us that the political expression of and belief in individual freedom was the religious concept of chronically stupid and terrorist-leaning radicals. Keeping in mind that America always accepted immigrants from every country – immigrants and their religious beliefs – the wealthy think tankers decided to incorporate illegal immigration in order that America could be more “multicultural” and at the same time elevate “racism” to new definition and levels.
This is why this rotten government (politicians) is on its way to eventually erasing the borders. Hence, immigration laws relaxed. Our Sheriff, Joe Arpaio, the only law enforcement elected officer in our country enforcing our immigration laws, is being attacked by the communist in our country. THEY ARE THE RADICALS AND RACISTS IN OUR SOCIETY! I’m talking about Janet Napolitano, in this case – (Homeland Security, Arizona ex-governor) and the likes of Al Sharpton – the “anti-white racist” that corporations cower while he hustles them for money like Jesse Jackson. You Goddam cowards in the corporate world! Tell these street thugs to go to hel1!…she continues..
Multi-million illegal immigrants + multi-million jobs eliminated + multi-million nationals losing jobs and homes = a new and improved recipe for racism. Why, you ask? The reasons are obvious: 1) People are blamers by nature; 2) “race cards” have always been political manipulators and weapons for all kinds of people and agendas; and 3) all people are more comfortable around life-kinds, which is exactly why the world is divided up into like-kind regions.
It is called human nature. In the natural world, it is called biology. However, in the world of social engineering (communism) on a global scale, (United Nations) it is called the collection of private property, individual freedom, privately owned guns, personal opinions, and middle class wages. It is called the assured collecting of global wealth and natural resources from the world’s people. It is called socially engineered theft on a highly professional scale.
The wealthy think tankers and the powers behind them claim they stand for fairness and equity for the rabble work forces of the world. However, the world remains embroiled in non-stop wars, (military industrial complex) genocides (United Nations looks the other way) death by unusual disease and unnecessary hunger, (one billion are hungry in the world, it’s been reported) and growing poverty – except for the world’s top and constant one or two percent.
I want to guess that some of the one or two percent have become rich because of wars, and foreign aid criminals in Congress dole out to countries – OUR MONEY! It IS governments that are responsible for all the misery in the world. What I worry most, is that we may end up like the others because we are allowing the destruction of our country to happen, as if to say “What can I do about it – I’m just one vote?” Get on the phone and throw the Democrats out. The Demo leaders in Congress have become the cancer in our country. It is more than just “us” against “them”, (Demos vs. Republicans – GOP vs. Demos) it is for the survival of our country.
Add to hundreds of millions of acres of land controlled, every individual burg’s watershed systems, state, local, and Federal parks, all the “governed” wetlands, not to mention 90% of the American West and 95% of the State of Alaska and the “international territories” of the Great Lakes “region,” and the now infamous Southwestern International Border “region” where America’s first Third World guerilla war between international drug cartels is currently taking place as the Creative Destruction mechanism for assisting the United Nations to eliminate the Second Amendment.
Somewhere, many years ago, I read the original 13 colonies didn’t cede any land to government. They were very protective and distrustful. I don’t know when, but afterward, any region seeking statehood had to comply with requirements, such as giving up land to the government and also ratifying amendments like the 16th. According to your Constitution, Art I Sec. 8, Clause 17 and 18, and the 14th Amendment, the federal government has NO JURISDICTION on state land, only on land ceded to the feds.
Isn’t it amazing to watch America become a Third World loser nation by Creative Destruction design? Who would have thought it, and it took a bunch of Ivy Leaguers to come up with this extraordinary plan to enrich themselves through financial service to their billionaire masters. You go, boys and girls!
Creative Destruction is actually an excellent oxymoron – certainly one of the top ten best of all time – but it is still and only the Hegelian Dialectic. For me, it is sad to think of those who could have stood for and funded truth. How sad that they ran with the pack to protect themselves instead of championing truth and actual freedom for the world’s people. How sad that we are crushed over and over again by the mind and heart-numbing sign of greed. As we walk ourselves straight into another dark period of human history, freedom will disappear from our consciousness (it started several decades ago) as we experience the Creative Destruction of the potential for global human freedom. Once the best government that the world ever produced is forgotten, and the last generation of Constitution-understanding people is gone, (90% of our people have never seen or read the Constitution) Socialism/Fascism/Communism, or as the wealthy think tankers like to call it – Communitarianism – will once again try to repress the world’s masses by reducing them to useful (translation: lowly paid) laborers for the sole advantage of the world’s one per cent. This we call democracy.
Creative Destructive has produced world democracy. And this is why America now hires and operates a homeland paramilitary consisting of international forces – a new system which holds practice drills in our cities and rural areas in case of, what? Ask the wealthy think tankers. My guess is the much advertised pandemic, which will make triple billionaires of even more pharmaceutical corporations while ensuring the democracy of massive global depopulation goals. (Maybe this is the reason the 1% careless about the millions that die every year around the world – especially where blacks live. Where are you, Jackson and Sharpton – you hustling assholes!) At any rate, I’m sure the paramilitary connection is thoroughly mapped out as that reality continues to internationalize its growing forces.
Couple this article with current military plans to assist FEMA with new and forthcoming quarantine laws, and the plot sickens. Just realize that something is afoot in this new nation of ours, and all is seemingly planned. There should be nothing as frightening to you as 1) a seemingly planned pandemic, 2) a new homeland paramilitary for American civilians, 3) forcing vaccines into your bodies, and 4) plans to force-quarantine (translation: imprison) American people for being sick with designer virus. Tort reform would save us billions. There are those in the Senate that want tort reform but the Senate leader Reid from Nevada won’t allow legislation through. It would save the people up to $54 billion. Senator Reid says it’s no big deal. Senator McCain was on radio and asked about this and said it’s more like $200 billion we could save. This is corruption by trial lawyers and the criminals in Congress. We should pass a law barring lawyers from the legislative process.
Being that criminals control Congress and White House where do we turn for justice? The U.S. Attorney General? The President? Who in the Congress? NO ONE! Why don’t the Governors of our country raise hell! The Governor’s Association should put out an ultimatum and demand this Congress obey our Constitution and stop the criminal behavior. And if not? If the nations of the world are to be merged under a single government, the people must first be merged. That is exactly what the integration and civil rights mentality is all about. And it can’t be achieved without first overthrowing the U.S. Constitution as drafted and ratified by the American Founders. Once the Constitution is out of the way, merging America with other nations of the world will be no problem at all. This goal of Lenin’s is being slowly and consistently helped along by a large number of elected officials in the U.S.
The “sister city” program, for example, is but one of thousands of mini-schemes to condition American to the idea of being merged. But by far, the most insidious scheme of all is forced integration, which violates the liberty of all Americans by denying them free choice of their friends, neighbors and associates. It violates the inalienable rights to freedom of contract, two of the very rights government was created to protect.
There are three basic areas in which to merge Americans if Lenin’s plan is to succeed. They are housing, education and the workplace. In housing integration, the recent antics of U.S. District Judge Leonard Sand (liberal and a tyrant) in the Yonkers affair is a case in point. Judge Sand came up with a judicially-generated plan (a violation of the separation of powers itself) to desegregate housing in Yonkers, N. Y., and submitted it to the Yonkers City Council for approval.
One of the more outrageous parts of Judge Sand’s integration plan for Yonkers is an order to build low-cost housing – not in an already established area of low-cost housing (as if that would add legitimacy to his order) but in a more expensive neighborhood across town, the undoubted effect of which would be a sharp decline in property values there.
When the council failed to approve the plan, Judge Sand went wild. First, he suggested that Gov. Mario Cuomo remove the duly elected council members from office, which the governor had no legal right to do. Judge Sand found the city and the uncooperative council members “in contempt,” not for violating a court order, but because they didn’t vote the way he wanted them to.
He then proceeded to fine the city $100 a day and doubled it for each succeeding day the council was in contempt. In addition, he fined the council members themselves $500 a day! He also threatened them with jail time if they didn’t change their votes. The whole incident, a perfect example of judicial tyranny (criminal), is based on a blatant usurpation of power. But worse yet, it is usurpation in order to implement the communist program of integration in America by the virtual overthrow of constitutional government through a convoluted judicial application of constitutional principles.
In the communistic effort to establish a single, international committee under a common government, the “agent provocateur” plays an important role. This is the person who does the provoking by whipping up excitement with inflammatory slogans and acts. Could it be that forced integration is the tool to plant the seeds of a race war in America that communists have dreamed of for so long?
The Communist’s Manuel on Organization, chapter three, says “the most important points where the Communist Party must work…against capitalism are the following:
6. “The Negro organizations (churches, fraternal, cultural). The Communist Party, through well-functioning factions in these institutions of the Negro people, leads the fight for the special interests of Negroes.”
The Manuel on Organization and other communist literature confirm that the integration movement was communist led. It is still dominated by communist influence today. The question is why should the federal judiciary promote Communist Party policy and punish Americans who disagree with it?
It’s time for “integration” to be exposed for what it really is: A communist attempt to foment racial class conflict in America, with the state and federal judiciaries acting as agent provocateurs. And no judge has such power under the Constitution…end of article
I concur that no sitting judge should disobey his oath of office. But poor Claire, as much as I idolized her, failed to recognize how much our Constitutional government had been 86ed. There hasn’t been “separation of powers” for many years now. Secondly, although a staunch anti-communist my question is – how else could constitutional rights be honored if not for all the social upheaval we went through? I favored civil rights legislation at the time but resented the racial strife caused by the communist and the burning of our cities.
We will always have an ignorant element in society which is easily manipulated and disrespectful of private property. But I resent government allowing the destruction of our cities. During the rioting in the ‘60s in Los Angeles, the best scene I witnessed was an American citizen protecting his business with an AK-47. Most buildings around were burning – except his. In civil destructive unrest, government WILL NOT PROTECT YOU! That’s why our Founding Fathers gave us the 2nd Amendment. The present administration has people that will attempt to weaken your second amendment more.
Most articles I’ve posted from the Justice Times, along with many other, were writing about the inroads communism was gaining. All along, the main-stream media was demonizing the freedom loving entities. Remember the “Counter-Cultural Revolution?” It was really communism infiltrating our society – especially in the media, academia and government itself. Our Founding Fathers gave us a Constitutional Republic, clearly stated in your Constitution, and not a Democracy.
And now, we have what I consider full-blown communism in the Congress and White House. Many in communications are coming close to using the word communism but very few do. When people question my beliefs I simply tell them that our monetary system, which I believe is the most important in any country, is being administered under the 2nd, 4th, and 5th plank of the Communist Manifesto. You prove me wrong.
How can ”things” be getting better as being reported by the controlled press when in reality more jobs are disappearing and the deficit keeps growing and growing. The health and energy legislation if passed will add trillions which means EVERYTHING will be more expensive. The health bill, supposedly will double the current cost per family of four from $13,000 to $26,000 in the near future. Both bills will increase government tremendously. Rules and regulations will create havoc for us all. All this, and more, because of democracy (mob rule) the worst form of government. Example? Look at all the chaos Democrats in Congress experience everyday. There are too many factions tugging at them for help (payback for contributions) that it is almost impossible to deliver to all. The one that always get what they want are the trial lawyers. We have sought tort reform for many years but who addresses this in Congress? Many who are lawyers. The most serious, at the moment, is the attempt to placate the anti-war people by being indecisive about what to do while our men and women in uniform are being sacrificed for lack of help. In the meantime, President Pinocchio and his Czars are eating filet mignon on your dime.
To the new readers – The rich, who own the Federal Reserve and invented communism for control and to make lots of money, invariably will corrupt those elected by the people to socialize our system. It happened many years ago. When that happened government began to grow and grow and it takes a lot of borrowing from the bankers to sustain its growth. Your Constitution was 86ed and what we have now is a system (Congress n White House – not just this administration, but also many before) that is out of controlled beholden to the bankers and not the American people.
In the meantime, the two parties belong to the bankers but through the media and especially academia we are made to believe that the two are for us. We fight amongst ourselves – Republicans against Democrats – Democrats against Republicans and for what? The destruction of our country just keeps going and going. Spending goes through the roof, and the bankers don’t have to laugh all the way to the bank – they are there already.
Now you know why third parties don’t stand a chance – the bankers would never allow it. You ask thousands to name a third party and most of them have no clue. You ask the same and many can’t even name their representatives. Periodically, students are tested in our country’s history, especially having to do with government, and they always fail. The communist in our country have been at it since JFK was eliminated – the last “good liberal” in my life.
And even though the three branches of government have become criminal we still have the vote. Believe it, or not, all third parties voting GOP in 2010 could be our salvation. But they won’t listen to this plea from a little Mexican school dropout of many years ago from the barrio in Phoenix, Arizona.
We can recapture the will we’ve lost; we can win back control of government; we can do it – just as my quotation in the beginning implies “…any thing liberalism does Conservatism can do better.” Shake yourselves Americans – don’t throw in the towel – fight! GOVERNMENT ISN’T ALWAYS THE PROBLEM
It’s fashionable to complain that government can’t do anything right ‘whether it’s regulating banks, bolstering the economy, or overseeing healthcare,” said Michael Hiltzik. But this October we’ll celebrate the 40th anniversary of the creation of a brilliant technological breakthrough spawned by one of those much-maligned Washington bureaucrats.
Robert W. Taylor, a Defense Department employee, wanted the computer research projects he was supervising around the country “to talk with one another.” He envisioned these various research teams communicating instantly across a linked network – what we would later come to call the internet. Taylor tried to interest IBM in his fledgling network, but the computer giant wanted nothing with computers it hadn’t made. AT&T, which controlled the telephone network, was equally weary. Fortunately, Taylor blazed ahead, proving “the importance of a government role in fields like basic research, which profit-seeking enterprises tend to shun” because they require long-term investment and carry high risk. As Taylor has observed, “The idea that private industry can always do something better than the government is false and sad and divisive.” (Michael Hiltzik – Los Angeles Times)
RHETORICAL TAX EVASION
President Obama’s effort to deny that his mandate to buy insurance is a tax has taken another thumping, this time from fellow Democrats in the Senate Finance Committee. Chairman Max Baucus’s bill includes the so-called individual mandate, along with what he calls a $1,900 “excise tax” if you don’t buy health insurance. (It had been as much as $3800 but Democrats reduced the amount last week to minimize the political sticker shock.) And, lo, it turns out that if you don’t pay that tax, the IRS could punish you with a $25,000 fine or up to a year in jail, or both.
Under questioning last week, Tom Barthold, the chief of staff of the Joint Committee on Taxation, admitted that the individual mandate would become part of the Internal Revenue Code and that failing to comply “could be criminal, yes, if it were considered an attempt to defraud.” Mr. Barthold noted in a follow-up letter that the willful failure to file would be a simple misdemeanor, punishable by the $25,000 fine or jail time under Section 7203.
So failure to pay the mandate would be enforced like tax evasion, but Mr. Obama still claims it isn’t a tax. “You just can’t make up that language and decide that that’s called a tax increase,” Mr. Obama insisted last week to ABC interviewer George Stephanopoulos. Accusing critics of dishonesty is becoming this President’s default argument, but is Mr. Barthold also part of the plot?
In the 1994 health-care debate, the Congressional Budget Office called the individual mandate “an unprecedented form of federal action.” This is because “The government has never required people to buy and good or service as a condition of lawful residence in the United States.”
This coercion will be even more onerous today because everyone will be forced to buy insurance that the new taxes and regulations of ObamaCare will make far more expensive. Too bad Mr. Obama’s rhetorical tax evasion can’t be punished by the IRS.

OBAMA’S BANANA REPUBPLIC?
America is not a country led by bone-headed personalities who lust for personal power and adoration. We leave that type of personal worship to banana republics such as Cuba and Venezuela. Those cultures have always been based on the worship of one man who has all the power. They hang their picture everywhere and the people are taught that they are completely subject to the whims of the strong-man dictator.
Some Americans seem to want to turn their freedoms over to President Obama and his thugs from the streets. His czars are given budgets ranging in the billions of dollars to create an Obama-friendly and dependent culture. They answer only to the emperor. Mr. Obama is pushing a velvet coup upon America, hoping we won’t wake up in time to save our freedoms. If he gets national government-run health care, we will lose freedom in every aspect of our lives. He has borrowed trillions from our future generations to buy power for himself and his party and to change America forever into a socialist-style country.
Our descendants will never know what they lost because collectivists cultures always have to adjust history to justify their oppression. STOP SUPPORTING CORPORATE TREASON
Rueters reported that General Motors is shelling out $293,000,000 (taxpayer money?) to invest in three auto manufacturing facilities in the People’s Republic of China, and one of the moves will be a “Greenfield” project. Being just a bumpkin from the Rust Belt, I need some enlightenment. Is this why taxpayers bailed out G.M.?
How many U.S. autoworkers, steelworkers, rubber workers and the multitude of miscellaneous suppliers will benefit from this? The answer is obvious. To some of us in the Heartland, this illustrates tow problems that plague our nation.
1. There is a lack of corporate patriotism/loyalty/gratitude.
2. We, as people, have no survival instincts.
Can we not see that millions of these autos are in fact destined for our shores with the resulting loss of American jobs and the further eroding of the industrial base that saved us and the world in the past? (Bob Kolodzinski – Valparaiso, Indiana)
DESTROY FROM WITHIN
Remember the hippies and protesters of the 1960s and 1970s? They protested about everything but especially government, environmental issues and auto makers. They usually did no “protesting” until TV cameras arrived. One reporter asked a protester to explain their goal. The protester replied, “To bring the government down.” The reporter then asked, “Then what will you do?” The protester shrugged and paused a few seconds and said, “Grovel on the rubble, I guess.”
In time it was evident that their protests were not furthering their goals so they decided that they would join the establishment, get a college education and work the system to promote their desires. Now we have them in positions of influence, peddling their wares. They are teachers and college professors, they are in government and other places of influence. These letters came from the Editorial page of the Washington times Sept 14, 2009. I have many other unseen articles from years past I have yet to post. Sometimes I weary of all the negativism out there about this rotten system and the criminals in the three branches of government who operate outside our law – the United States Constitution. Periodically I’ll post letters to editors from other sources to give you an idea what others are saying about present issues. I’m sure many of you have never seen the ones posted above.
In response to the last letter above I want to believe the greater percentage of students were demonstrating, rightfully so, because of the rotten system that allows criminals in Congress and the White House to enrich the powers at be with the lives of our young by creating conflicts (war) and prolonging them like in Korea and Vietnam for the greed of the corporate world. This gives “Capitalism” the bad image in the present. There is nothing wrong with it – it’s just that it’s been monopolized by the elite through the traitors in Congress and White House.
I’ve maintained, the communists began infiltrating demonstrations and worked it the communist way by poisoning the minds of students which led to institutions of learning. They took over academia and began the socialist indoctrination of our people. The NEA and the Teacher’s Union are dominated by communists and socialists. I remind you of the 10th plank of the communist manifesto – government controlled education. We’ve been communized and don’t even know it. And now we have an administration that appears to be finishing the job – God help us.
Every day I hear people refer to what Obama is doing as “spreading the wealth” and not addressing it for what it really is – the second plank of the communist manifesto – the progressive graduated income tax – “ the more you make the more they take.” We have a criminal government and I believe the next election will decide our future. Either we stop the political madness or we succumb to economic bondage forever. It is the bottom of the 9th inning and one run will win the game of freedom – GET A BASE HIT, AMERICA!
Our local Sheriff who is nationally known for enforcing immigration law is being attacked by the communist system. Now they are changing the law read to stop him from jailing illegal people. You cannot ask a person if they are legal or not. Now he must wait until they commit a crime. I believe the same thing applies to most police agencies in our country – it has been – for a long time.
You know why? The people that rule the world decided many years ago to bring the North American Continent under one economic system. Hence, the treaties that have been signed (by the criminals in Congress) between Canada and Mexico among others.
This is also the reason why the courts have relaxed immigration laws. They use the 14th Amendment as an excuse. THE 14TH AMENDMENT ISN’T FOR PEOPLE IN OUR COUNTRY ILLEGALLY! – I DON’T CARE WHAT THE SUPREME COURT SAYS!
“All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.” (14th Amendment sec. 1 U.S. Constitution)
The liberals in the court have intentionally misinterpreted this amendment. Do you really believe our founding fathers were stupid? The liberals have done this to carry out the plan of the elite to integrate our country.
The game plan is to condition American citizens to accept this change. Not in my lifetime, but for sure in the future, the borders will be erased. This is also the reason why bilingualism has been shoved down our throats. There are school districts in our country that teach Spanish as the primary language to learn and English second.
And to end this article – those who try to shut others down by calling them racists should be addressed as “ANTI-WHITE RACISTS!” Say it loud and clear – Only Communists, Blacks and Mexicans can? What are you afraid of???

The American Civil Liberties Union, (ACLU – a communist organization) TV producer Norman Lear, and other humanists who think the Constitution forbids any association of government and God would have had a real problem with George Washington. Washington presided over the group which wrote our Constitution and he was our first president under that Constitution. So it is instructive, in light of today’s controversies, to look at Washington’s first Thanksgiving Proclamation which he issued Oct. 3, 1789, at the request of a joint committee of the Senate and the House.
“Whereas, it is the duty of all nations to acknowledge the providence of Almighty God, to obey His will, to be grateful for His benefits and humbly to implore His protection and favor, and whereas both Houses of Congress have, by their joint committee, requested me, ‘to recommend to the people of the United States a day of public thanksgiving and prayer, to be observed by acknowledging with grateful hearts the many and signal favors of Almighty God, especially by offering them an opportunity peaceably to establish a form of government for their safety and happiness’…”
Now, let’s pause and note something. Washington quotes in the above paragraph the exact wording of the joint resolution of the Congress. This Congress not only contained some of the men who drafted the Constitution but it was the very Congress which wrote the first amendment and the others we call the Bill of Rights. In fact, they had just done so a week earlier.
FYI the Koran is being taught in some of our public schools. Why isn’t the Bill of Rights taught in our schools? Why, when the media as well as politicians, refer to the administration’s “spreading the wealth around” isn’t called what it is – the 2nd plank of the communist manifesto?(The progressive graduated income tax – the more you make the more they take.) People reading this should begin calling it what it is. We are being communized. We must make the uninformed public aware. The NEA, ACLU, and the controlled press can go where they belong – Hell! Throw in the IRS – they are the lifeblood of socialism.
They refer in their resolution specifically to God and they specifically request a day of thanksgiving and prayer. How could men who drafted that and also drafted the first amendment have intended that the first amendment prohibit public prayer in a public school? The answer is that of course they did not. That cockeyed interpretation of the first amendment was applied nearly 200 years later by some politicians in black robes (liberals) sitting on the Supreme Court. (Justice Ginsburg is ill and may soon be gone. President Pinocchio will appoint another “Sotomayor” or worst.)
Washington continued: “Now, therefore, I do recommend and assign Thursday, the twenty-sixth day of November next to be devoted by the people of these States to the service of that great and glorious Being who is the beneficent author of all the good that was, that is, or that will be; that we may then all unite in rendering unto Him our service and humble thanks for His kind care and protection of the people of this country previous to their becoming a nation, for the signal and manifold mercies and the favorable interpositions of His providence in the course and conclusion of the late war, for the great degree of tranquility, union and plenty which we have since enjoyed; for the civil and religious liberty with which we are blessed, and the means we have to acquiring and diffusing useful knowledge; and in general, for all the great and various favors which He has been pleased to confer upon us.”
Let’s note here that Washington gives God all of the credit – for our winning the Revolutionary War, for the Constitution, and for the new government. Here is the man who led our armies, presided over the Constitution, and more than any other man is responsible for the shape and direction our country took, yet he takes not one iota of credit for any of it.
Here’s the last paragraph: “And also that we may then unite in most humbly offering our prayers and supplications to the Great Lord and Ruler of Nations, and beseech Him to pardon our national and other transgressions, to enable us all, wheter in public or private stations , to perform our duties properly and punctually, to render our National Government a blessing to all the people by constantly being a government of wise, just and constitutional laws, discreetly and faithfully executed and obeyed; to promote the knowledge and practice of true religion and virtue, and the increase of science among us; and, generally, to grant unto all mankind such a degree of temporal prosperity as He alone knows to be best.”
We are, Washington said, to beseech God to enable us to promote the knowledge and practice of true religion and virtue. If you want to know what the Constitution means, listen to the people who wrote it….end of article
For several years now the Supreme Court has been conservative in many instances. Mostly on 5-4 decisions. With the “racists”Sotomayor on the Court and another appointment by Pinocchio will swing Court decisions in favor of socialism and communism. The Court is getting close to voting our second amendment out of existence. Remember – NO ONE CAN CHANGE THE CONSTITUTION – NOT EVEN THE SUPREME COURT. ONLY, WE THE PEOPLE CAN. OUR PEOPLE HAVE ALLOWED IT IN THE PAST BECAUSE OF IGNORANCE.
The best thing to happen was the election of Pinocchio. Because of his leftist views and policies people are beginning to understand the difference between a Constitutional Republic and this rotten Democracy that’s been shoved down our throats because of the 10th plank of the communist manifesto – government control of education.
President Pinocchio’s foreign policy is becoming a danger to our security.
