“It’s time to stop worrying about the deficit – and start panicking about the debt,” the Washington Post editorial began. “The fiscal situation was serious before the recession. It is now dire.” The editorial continued…
“In the space of a single fiscal year, 2009, the debt soared from 41 percent of the gross domestic product to 53 percent. This sum, which does not include what the government has borrowed from its own trust funds, is on track to rise to a crushing 85 percent of the economy by 2018.” What are the risk of an exploding U.S. public debt? The Chinese, Japanese and Arabs still buying that debt will begin to suspect they are holding onto paper on which the United States will default, or will cheapen by inflating its currency – as the Germans did in 1923 to avoid paying war reparations. Federal Reserve Notes ARE the reason for inflation. All the 24/7 printing going on will have a big price to pay soon; goods and services will continue to escalate very rapidly.
When they do, they will stop buying U.S. debt and start dumping. The Fed will then have to raise interest rates to attract borrowers, throwing the economy into a tailspin. Is Congress even aware of what is happening? Congress doesn’t care what we think
Harry Reid (criminal) is talking about doubling Medicare rolls to include folks 55 to 64 (has been taken out – I believe). Facing a second straight $1.4 trillion deficit, Congress is moving to raise the debt ceiling by another $1.8 trillion. And the lead story in the Post on Dec. 14 began:
“The Senate cleared for President’s Obama signature on [Dec. 13] a $447 billion omnibus spending bill that contains thousands of earmarks and double-digit increases for several Cabinet agencies.” Ten percent hikes for federal agencies? What is going on? Democrats (Chaoscrats) say the money is needed to make up for the neglect of the George W. Bush years. But the Bush years were the fattest years for federal social spending since the Great Society…more proof Bush was NOT a conservative – just another politician beholden to the elite.
Sen. Dick Durbin says the spending is necessary “to keep cops on the streets […] so that families feel secure. […]Money spent to help our first responders, firefighters and policemen is a critical investment.” But aren’t cops and firemen a state and local responsibility? “It is a business as usual spending money like a drunken sailor,” said Sen. John McCain. “And the bar is still open.”
But when sailors get drunk and spend crazily, they are on shore leave and spending their own money. When they get back aboard ship, they sober up and shape up, and do the vital work they enlisted to do. These congressmen never stop bingeing. They are edicts. They are alcoholics. And they are spending our money. According to Taxpayers for Common Sense, there are 5,200 earmarks in that one Senate Bill, which averages out to 12 pork projects for every House member – and 52 for every senator. What is going on in Washington?…Pat, Pat, Pat, you know what’s going on. There is no accountability and quite frankly – they don’t give a damn what people think.
Democrats are following the Rahm Rule of White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emmanuel (Chicago thug). “Don’t allow a crisis to go to waste. […] There are opportunities to do big things.”…like communizing America.
The Party of Government is exploiting the economic crisis to grow the government. And from the standpoint of self-interest, this makes sense. Most government employees are Democratic voters, as are most beneficiaries of government programs.
Wait until criminals in Congress pass amnesty, many millions of poor Mexican citizens won’t have to be cared for by their government. Why should their government spend money when you have hard working Americans do the job? The agenda of bankers is to place all countries in North America under one economic system and eventually erase the border line.
Paranoia? Some think. Oh yeah! Who ever thought marriage between same-sex would be accepted. Sharing a foxhole with a woman? Communists in our White House. A president that has become a security risk because of incompetency. Separation of powers ignored. Judges overturn the voting public. Criminals running the U.S. Congress. Most State rights gone. Monetary system operated by a private corporation contrary to constitutional law. Terrorists that murder our people are given rights. Unions have become part owner of the auto industry. Federal Reserve Chairman in response to a question by a committee senator “What happened to the money?” – His response – “I don’t know.” who’s paranoid?
Moreover, Democrats have to get the money out the door before the midterms, where the party is going to take a bath and lose power. How else to explain this lead story two weeks ago in USA Today:
“The number of federal workers earning six-figure salaries has exploded during the recession. […] “Federal employees making salaries of $100,000 or more jumped from 14 percent to 19 percent of civil servants during the recession’s first 18 months – and that is before overtime pay and bonuses are counted.” “Federal workers are enjoying an extraordinary boom time – in pay and hiring – during a recession that has cost 7.3 million jobs in the private sector.”
When the recession started, the Defense Department had 1,868 civilian employees earning $150,000. Defense now has 10,100. The Transportation Department had one person earning $170,000 when the recession began. Transportation now has 1,690 employees earning above $170,000. Recession in America means boom times in D.C. I read somewhere the IRS hired 6,000 more – the Gestapo is coming.
The financial crisis that almost sank the capitalist system was the work of Washington and Wall Street. The Fed created the bubble. The White House and Congress goaded banks into making all those subprime mortgages. Fannie and Freddie bought up the lousy paper and turned it into securities. Wall Street banks bought them up and put them on their books as Triple A assets. Federal regulations looked the other way.
Yet happy days are here again in Wall Street. And Washington never saw better times, with federal workers now earning, on average, $31,000 a year more than workers in the gutted private sector. Is this the government the Founding Fathers dreamed of – or is this the kind of arrogant government they took up arms against?…end of article
What Congress has done and doing, is buying votes to expand big government. This is why stopping amnesty must be. If not, millions more will be added to the voting rolls – legal or not. In case you didn’t know 80 cents of every dollar taken in by postal employees goes for benefits. The unions are making out big time with this administration. Can you see millions of hospital workers unionized?
Folks, we have crimes being conducted in Congress out in the open. Millions to buy votes by the Senate majority leader and others say its politics? And we’re hanging our hopes in the 2010 elections? What if a little happens and the criminals in Congress remain in power? I don’t think the GOP will win both the House and Senate, if so, we will still have GOP ass-kissers in place. If Obama is reelected expect more of the same – expanding more government and stripping more of our rights. Any person being elected from here on out should be put on notice that we will not tolerate business as usual. We should go to state party people that do all the work for the criminals in elections and demand that they pass the word that from here on out any candidate that conducts himself contrary to the Constitution will never be supported again.
Our Founding Fathers were wise when they set it up to where State Legislatures selected U.S. Senators. Their job was to protect the rights of the states’. Imagine Senators voting by the instructions of the state. Imagine not having to solicit funds during campaigns except in the state they represent – where they could be scrutinized. How could a state legislature be bribed? We could stop earmarks – corporate welfare – wasted foreign aid making heads of states billionaires – stopping Washington from getting involved with things under state’s jurisdiction – preventing judicial activism – our Constitution is the greatest thing that ever happened to a people. It is the envy of the world, too bad others think so and not millions in our country.
If ever good becomes a reality again in Congress my dream would be to repeal the 17th Amendment that allows direct election of U.S. Senators by the public. The forces behind the 17th Amendment understood that this would allow them to control the Senators.
Another thing worth mentioning was a committee that was set-up by citizens of early America representing all the states that met once a year in November to clean House of any wrong doing. Imagine, a Citizens Committee composed of two citizens from every state apart from government control, with impeachment power. No if and buts – no Supreme Court interference. No ACLU. No minority caucuses in Congress to stop you. Welcome to the wizard of Oz land. “Toto are you going to vote?”
The ex-governor of my state – Arizona – left the state in the red like most Chaoscrats do. Now she is an incompetent in charge of the nation’s security. Many are calling for her ouster – if she is allowed to stay that wouldn’t surprise me.
A conspiracy theory: The talk radio shows were busy with calls in regards to the latest terrorist incident. Mostly attacking Napolitano for her statement “the system worked well”. Several called stating they were put through the wringer at the same airport and they couldn’t believe how this guy got through. One guy called and set it was a set-up. He said there is no way this terrorist could have made it through with all the information they had on him. His father had reported him to the embassy. Even the CIA knew of him dating back to August. Suppose for a moment, it was a set-up. What would this rotten government be doing with a jet liner on the ground with hundreds of deaths? More freedoms taken away??? I don’t subscribe to this – just more to add to my article.
The International Bankers invented communism. To control and to make lot’s of money. Their agenda has always been to control the monetary system in a country and then they dictate things. It behooves them to socialize countries because of government spending. It started back in 1913 when the criminals in Congress passed the illegal Federal Reserve Act. As time went by, they created the condition for the Great Depression but the control media blamed Hoover. Next their patsy FDR gave us the “New Deal”- socialism. People were starving and didn’t understand what was happening. In their eyes FDR was the greatest but many of us know he was just a puppet like hundreds before and after. Since then we’ve had all these “new deals” by both parties which proves that it doesn’t matter which party rules – the two party system belongs to the elite. The bankers have been waiting for someone like Obama for a long time…it appears like he’s going to finish the job and reduce us to a third-world status country. I’ll still love you America. I’ll die with many pleasant memories of the greatest country the world has ever known.

Often I have heard the axiom “speak no evil of the dead,” but then I think the purveyors of some really foul history were the authors of that phrase. In all honesty, unlike his elder brother whom I admired, I detested Teddy Kennedy (non-swimmer). I well remember the Andropov affair, when Teddy wrote a letter to the then sitting Soviet General Secretary of the Communist Party Yuri Andropov in 1983 suggesting a partnership between the progressive Democrats (“Chaoscrats” communistic politicians that are always in chaos) and the Soviets to discredit then President Ronald Reagan.
That’s the type of man Teddy Kennedy really was. For weeks now I have been listening to all the mavens of the left (communists) pontificating about Teddy’s virtues, that I must say were far and few between. Does anyone remember his sexasauris (??? I wonder if it’s having sexual relations with the dinosaur Senator Byrd?) interlude? It would be great if just once we were treated to a eulogy of one of the “lions of the left” that came to even approach the truth.
Teddy was a shrewd politician, doling out of the people’s coffers an unending stream of political favors to his constituencies. Barely a resident of Massachusetts who requested Teddy’s help from the government was ever turned down, and why should they be; it didn’t cost the Kennedy clan a cent, and got him votes to boot! Teddy was a U.S. Senator for 47 years of his life – he made politics his profession, and the progressive socialist cause his vocation. Only two senators in American history served longer. What was the old saying? Once people in a democracy (worst form of government) realize that they can feed at the public trough by voting themselves benefits, or be the dispenser of them, the game’s over. Let’s take a look at Teddy with an honest eye.
Teddy was born with a proverbial golden spoon in his mouth, the fourth son of Joseph and Rose Kennedy. His father had made his fortune as a bootlegger. Teddy never once in his entire life worked a single day in any private sector employment. He owed his fame and fortune to his two intelligent brothers and his father’s rapidly developing Massachusetts political machine. Teddy had no knowledge of business, economics, or the real world but in later years became a very shrewd politician and media manipulator.
Teddy had a difficult time in life that was punctuated by one tragedy after another, some of his own making some not. As a teenager his older brother Joe died when his B24 exploded in England during World War 11. Joseph Kennedy Jr. was the heir apparent of the Kennedy clan and his loss weighed heavily on the father and the entire family. His mother Rose suffered from mental disorders and was institutionalized by his father when Teddy was in his mid-20s. Like his older brother John he was considered a serial womanizer in college and throughout his remaining life, but unlike his brothers he was thrown out of Harvard for cheating (Chaoscrat’s character flaw) , but was allowed back some years later to finish his undergraduate work. John, who was then a Senator having defeated Henry Cabot Lodge in a 1952 election, ran for the presidency in 1960 and won, opening a position for Teddy that he held until his death.
Tragedy struck with the assassination of JFK, (CIA) under what many still consider very strange circumstances, followed shortly by his other brother Robert’s assassination at the hands of another lunatic (Muslim) in 1968. His addiction to alcohol and womanizing kept Teddy out of the presidential politics even though he was now the family’s standard-bearer. Then in 1969 he really blew it when on one of his famous junkets to Martha’s Vineyard and Chappaquiddick, his sometime girlfriend Mary Jo Kopechne lost her life when Teddy drove off a bridge into shallow water and neglected to rescue her out of the car he was driving, leaving her to drown. Afterward it was reported that she lived for awhile while gasping for air before the car filled with water. I hope you’re burning in hell you bastard!
After a rest on the bridge abutment he walked back to the party house and one of his flunkies took him to a hotel. Nine hours later after conferring with family attorneys he reported the accident, the body having been found hours before.
With Daddy’s help he was only charged with leaving the scene of an accident, and sentenced to two months in jail, with the sentenced promptly suspended. With his pregnant wife and three children at his side he staunchly denied “immoral conduct and drunk driving” and was promptly re-elected by the sheeple in Massachusetts by a 62 percent margin. What can you expect from an electorate who returns Barney Frank to office year after year? Another Chaoscrat also responsible for his involvement in the financial disaster in the housing industry. Shame on you people that vote in his State.
Teddy then began his relentless drive to the left. His wife Joan had enough and filed for divorce in 1981. A few years later he was partying with his nephew William Kennedy Smith, who was then charged with the rape of Patricia Bowman that evening. The Kennedy machine then assailed Bowman’s character before the trial and the case evaporated. A huge backer of Bill Clinton, (another despicable Choascrat) Teddy supported Bill during the Lewinsky affair, during which Bill gave Teddy the Presidential Medal of Freedom and then the Congressional Gold Medal, well deserved for Kennedy’s defense of a stain on a dress and a cigar in places unmentioned.
Teddy had an extensive list of legislative accomplishments but not one of them is in tune with the Constitution or the Bill of Rights. His relentless support for abortion on demand and the homosexual lobby are examples of his legislative acumen. The perverts in the Catholic Church should have thrown him out.
Can anyone forget the persecution of Supreme Court nominee Samuel Alito, or Robert Bork, both of whom were spearheaded by Teddy. Who can forget the 1965 Immigration and Naturalization Act that has caused our present illegal immigration dilemma? Again, spearheaded by Teddy.
The current Health Legislation does have pro-illegal clauses to it. Kennedy is gone so now what? You people in Massachusetts – haven’t you got any morals left at all? Why are you allowing the elected officials in your state to further the illegal mess we are in? If the bill passes millions will be able to bring family into the country adding millions more to our welfare programs. Most of them are not-skilled people. How will an illegal working at minimum wage support a family. As it stands now, many illegals are on rent subsidies and food stamps. There are millions on food stamps (legal or illegal) that shouldn’t be on stamps. I don’t blame them. I blame the rotten system that has been shoved down our throat at the behest of the International Banker’s agenda – the socialist welfare state.
Then he came to support Barack Obama, another leftist Democrat, who is presently rapidly spending America into bankruptcy. (Congress controls the purse strings, there lies the problem) Remember Teddy at the podium yelling and cajoling us to demand change – well we got it, nickels, dimes and socialism.
Every senator has his legacy; what’s Teddy’s? Let me express this in real time. Teddy never saw a spending bill he didn’t like as after all he never had a job, never met a payroll as he has never worked, he had no idea what the average man goes through just to feed his family.
Kennedy voted for Freddie Mac, after 39 years its bankrupt. He voted for LBJ’s war on poverty (the so-called Great Society); it cost America 0ver two trillion dollars and has not changed the percentage of those below the poverty line by even one percent. He voted for Medicare; it’s broke. He voted for AMTRAK; its not only broke but continues to sap our funds. He voted for Jimmy Carter’s newly created Education Department that has since 1980 spent over $1.5 trillion, and has reduced student competency every year since its inception.
The NEA and the other union – AFT or AFT – donated close to $60,000,000 to politicians in the 07 and 08 cycle – more than all the big corporations put together. What politician is going to ask to repeal the Dept. of Education? Some have tried in the past but donations prevent that from happening. Education is not under the jurisdiction of government according to your Constitution. But nowadays who cares about the Constitution. Somehow or another we must convince the people that without law and order (the Constitution) we are bound to lose our freedom and liberties.
Kennedy voted for the U.S. Department of Energy to, in his words, “reduce our dependency on foreign oil.” At the time of it’s founding the U.S. imported 20 percent of its oil consumption; today we import 70 percent of our fossil fuels. Nuclear Power and off-shore drilling is the answer. Environmentalist (communists) can join Teddy in hell to give Satan a bad time about all the coal he’s burning.
He voted for the American With Disabilities Act, which has cost America trillions upon trillions of dollars. It would have been cheaper to give every disabled person a million dollars. He voted for Title One school programs that like all the others have produced no beneficial results. And lastly he voted for Cash for Clunkers which will shortly destroy the remainder of the American car industry.
What’s Ted Kennedy legacy you ask? It is the staggering debt that he and his ilk have burdened Americans with for the coming generations, debt that can never be repaid, only endless interests payments to the bankster/gangster regime in Washington. That is a hell of a legacy….end of article

The Investigative Reporters and Editors conference in Baltimore in mid-June featured hard-hitting reporter Seymour Hersh. In order to do effective news probes, he recommended interviewing former military and intelligence people instead of relying on documents obtained from Freedom of Information Act requests.
Another panelist disagreed, saying that FOIA is the best way to go. But this AFP writer interjected that the worst crimes are hidden in the open, in the very legislation under which we live – in the NAFTA accord that no one has read; in the Federal Reserve Act that no one has read; and in many other unread laws that are not secret.
Our federal legislators cannot read the endless legislation they mold to rule us. The public and press has never read the legislation. Almost none of today’s conventional newspapers bother to chronicle the voting records of legislators who write these bills.
When deceased legislators passed laws long ago that still cause evil to rise, our news “informers” can hardly hold back their collective yawn. Instead, they look elsewhere for lesser “scandals” that ultimately are rooted in bad legislation that no one seriously read and the press only mentioned in broad terms, if there was any mention at all. Often the passage of far-reaching legislation is reported after the fact, or the advance reports hit the newsstands either too late for the public to make a difference, or the reports are vague or incomplete. (I reported earlier that amnesty for illegals is in the Health legislation)
The biggest “scandals” are perfectly legal and are enshrined in institutions that we assume to be unquestionable and infallible, even if we agree they may be capable of short-duration scandals based on certain “corrupt” individuals. But the institution itself dare not be challenged. Going that extra step is too much for the plutocratic press in America. And that is why they fail. An increasing number of net-surfing Americans know as much as the press does. So the conventional press had better get some fresh news to the public that has real meaning, purpose and courage. If not, they will become the laughing stock of the nation.
The Internet has mercilessly leveled the playing field for a press that had grown accustomed to its virtual stranglehold over public opinion. This grasp has been loosened and alarmed Americans are actively digging elsewhere for their information, instead of passively watching TV news or perusing sterile newspapers. Meanwhile, the Federal Reserve System – the very essence of institutionalized corruption regardless od who is running it – stands to be audited for the first time since the Federal Reserve Act was passed on Dec. 23, 1913.
This proposed audit, HR 1207, should be the top story at a time when Americans want hard answers on the economy. A majority in the U.S. House are cosponsoring it. But the conventional press is nearly silent. (they’ll lose their tax-exempt status from advertising revenue if they buck the system. I read this somewhere many years ago. True or not – I don’t know.)
The NAFTA accord is an astonishing 230,000 words in length; the Federal Reserve Act is around 2,800 words; the U.S. Constitution, around 4,500. (Who’s read the stimulus and cap n trade bills?) But the NAFTA treaty and the Federal Reserve statute overturn the crucial trade and monetary provisions of the Constitution – two areas so huge in practical terms that they conquer our nation itself, directly affecting who will eat and who will starve, who will prosper and who will not. Thus, the Fed and NAFTA are criminal in and out of themselves, regardless who the president is, or which party has the upper hand. That is the real “scandal.”
Since the NAFTA treaty was portrayed as a statute, it was illegally passed 15 years ago without the two-thirds Senate approval required in the Constitution for all treaties; it toppled the Article 1 constitutional requirement that only Congress can regulate trade with foreign nations. The Federal Reserve Act, like NAFTA, is nowhere authorized by the Constitution to exist in the first place. Read the “Fed Act” and the NAFTA. Both are alien constitutions that replace our Constitutional order with an unelected plutocracy (rule by the rich)…end of article.
No Act or Statute can change anything in the Constitution if not in harmony with what your Constitution reads. The “…only Congress can coin money or regulate the value thereof…” law would take an amendment to change – not by the criminals in Congress but by the people and States via the 5th Article – the Amendment process.

The following are letters to the editor of the Washington Times. I subscribe to their weekly issue loaded with articles normally not seen in the controlled press. Periodically I will post a slew of letters from concerned citizens.
GOOD ENOUGH FOR YOU, BUT NOT FOR THEM
The present hubristic Congress (criminal) is beyond any redemption. Nancy Pelosi et al have passed a new health contrivance that a majority of Americans do not endorse nor desire. These execrable representatives have expediently rejected numerous amendments to include themselves, the Supreme Court and their families in the new health scheme proposal now going before the Senate; instead, they have made Congress specifically exempt from it.
We must understand that these congressional cretins (mental midgets) are too indispensable and superior to the common expendable public to acquiesce to such a working-class muddle of health care. The good news is that the current health proposal is well aligned with the Cuban health institutions. The Cuban system offers excellent health care, but understand that it is a two-tiered system. On the highest level, the ruling party members (like Congress) are accorded the optimum medical care available, while the lower level is relegated to hospitals where patients must even bring in their own light bulbs, sheets and a lot of hope.
For those of you pining for government health care, consider the Postal Service, Amtrak, Social Security, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, etc. with all the attendant insolvencies. And yet you crave to trust some faceless government bureaucrats, rather than your personal doctors with your health? Concede Congress some credit; they apparently know better and refuse to entrust their cherished well-being to such bureaucratic indifference…Tony Favero – Half Moon Bay, California

What is wrong with a government when a U.S. Senator, Mary Landrieu, Louisiana Democrat (Chaoscrat) brags about selling her vote for $300,000,000? What does this say about corruption in government? The prostitute that was servicing Eliot Spitzer charged $4,000 per visit. She would need to have 75,000 visits to reach that kind of money.
The arrogance of this government is overwhelming. They push legislation that no one wants. They pass the same legislation in the dead of the night, while no one is watching. The legislation is voluminous and full of pork (close to $4,000,000,000 so far) They know that people don’t want Obamacare and they are pushing it through any how. I, like the majority of Americans, felt extreme disappointment over the fact that the Nancy Pelosi Health Care bill was approved by the House’s Democrat Majority. The Pelosi health care bill is a travesty, and contravenes the will of the American majority. The message that “We the People” have received from our House of Representatives is that they have rejected our Will. It is clear, then, that the Socialists and Marxists in the majority Democratic Party answer only to a special interest group, or groups, intent on reducing our blessed America to a European type, Socialists nation; a nation governed by laws set up to supersede our Constitution.
Under such a government, our wealth, our military secrets and power will be “shared” with the world. In effect, we will no longer be the greatest and most powerful nation on Earth, rather, we will become a patsy to the rising military and economic power of the Chinese and Russians. We will become a declining socialist country controlled and ruled by an elitist oligarchy (a government by a few) of world power brokers.
We Americans elected the Obama administration and the Congress that is now so intent on establishing a socialist government in the United States. Understandably, we were duped into believing Barack Obama was a Centrist candidate, and not the Socialist his policies have revealed. Hopefully, we have learned something positive from the experience. Every billion dollars of foreign products we buy cost us 20,000 jobs that could be producing those products here at home. Many nations send their goods here and the government doesn’t collect taxes on them. When government becomes too restrictive and overburdens businesses with high taxes many operators will opt to close or move overseas. The destruction of our industrial base was planned by the elite. Extreme regulation and government’s meddling in the free market place created this. It takes time, but eventually “they” get their way with the traitors in Washington. Such treaties as NAFTA, GATT, CAFTRA …etc,. .and now “Climategate” – “Cap and Trade” all these are to destroy our sovereignty and to reduce us to a third-world status. Both parties are at fault and we are to blame for not being vigilant.
Al Gore, who has become the leading spokesperson for global-warming has two companies, one here and one in London that will benefit by the millions if cap and trade legislation is passed. He doesn’t allow anyone to debate him. He keeps the media away when he does speak. Just another despicable Chaoscrat.

Lately I have been in despair over our political situation in this country. Our two strongest political parties used to give us a clear choice between statism and self-government. Now there is little to choose between them. Neither party holds household. Democrats borrow money on a breathtakingly large scale and Republicans borrow money a little less so. And, as they confiscate more of our money now and forever, they take away possibilities for our personal pursuit of happiness and that of our children.
Yet there are still vestiges of difference between the Democrats and Republicans as evidenced by our current health care reform (unconstitutional) proposals. Now that Democrats control our national government, we are faced with massive coercion. Someone other than ourselves and our doctors will make our health care decisions. Everyone must do as they are told while paying added taxes and fines.
Conversely, while Republicans were in control of government, we were given the choice of using medical savings accounts and/or prescription drug plans. No coercion was involved. No “Do this or else.” This is an importance difference. Personal choice is the bedrock of freedom. If we surrender control of our bodies to bureaucrats, will we still be free?…Lois I. There are times when the U.S. Supreme Court has been asked to intervene in an issue concerning Congress, and the court will shy from it by declaring it’s a political thing. As of right now, there are States that are crying “Foul! It’s unconstitutional!” in reference to Health Legislation. There is no authority given to the federal government by our Constitution to regulate our health, plus threatening us with fines and jail time if we don’t sign up for their plan if it passes. Should the Supreme Court not declare it as such then we must demand from the states – ALL OF THEM – to tell the three branches to go to hell. We must not allow this rotten government to keep violating our Constitution. We are having all these problems because we have allowed the communists to spit on our Constitution – enough is enough!

This is an important ruling. “…states can regulate…” this is what the 9th and 10th Amendments mean. Use it to reject the Health bill of the communists in Congress.
If your State government has been quiet about this unconstitutional criminal act call your state representatives and demand they join the growing opposition. You must not allow the U.S. Supreme Court to ignore its constitutional duty.
If the communists win and legislation passes, we are constantly told entitlements can never be reversed. Did you know amnesty is in the legislation? Liberty is constantly under attack. Legislators, planners, and bureaucrats take away one freedom after another and feel very self-righteous about it. The right to hold onto to our money has been abridged by taxation; the right to deliver mail is monopolized by government; and the right to manage one’s own business is severely restrained.
The big shock, however, is in a new proposal to limit the life extending medical service provided to people over 80. Thomas Jefferson, where are you now? You thought the right to life was self-evident. The elderly comprise the fastest-growing segment of the U.S. population. Some think-tankers are horrified that old people will take over, if not all the power, at least most of the services, and health care costs will continue to escalate. Daniel Callahan, author of Setting Limits, thinks he has the perfect answer – let everyone over 80 die. (There are countries that abandon those 65 and over.)
In his book, Callahan mulls over the alternatives for dealing with the gray avalanche, and he concludes that fourscore is long enough to live; thereafter, medical care should be limited to those measures that provide only comfort to the patient. Medicare payments should be restricted to mere palliatives after age 80. Private medical insurance payments on the part of a patient should be forbidden, since that would be wasting money to extend life spans, and age affords the fairest, most appealing method of solving a large problem – the ultimate death of the elderly.
This man is serious! He’s also misguided. He assumes, incorrectly, that the government is the custodian of all old people. Most of us, however, are perfectly capable of caring for ourselves. Before we turn over the job of caring for the elderly to government, we should ask ourselves just how well government manages other things. The postal Service cannot fire the incompetent, close unneeded offices, or deliver mail on time. Amtrak is a study in wasteful, inefficient management. (Now we are in the car business)
When the government provides funds for health care, the costs rise. Patients request more; doctors charge more; lawyers sue more. Meanwhile, the public pays the tab. (Wait until this new administration introduces a socialist health plan – named after the ultra-liberal-non-swimmer Ted Kennedy. Chances look good that it will pass. The Republican Party has been wounded by Bush and the likes of McCain.
But the high cost of medical care for the elderly is not caused by our numbers; it’s caused by needlessly expensive medical bills. If we were to cut off life support for those over 80, the costs of medicine would still increase. The right to life is, in the words of Jefferson, endowed by our creator; it’s not an agreement by consensus among social scientists, planners, politicians and bureaucrats. Life and death are individual matters – a transaction between each individual and Almighty God.
This age of endless government intervention has blurred the meaning of the individual to the extent that the far out ethicists deny the very significance of individuality. As Callahan writes in Setting Limits: “Individualism should, in sum, give way to a community-based and affirmed notion of the value of the aged in society and, with that, an acceptance of limits to health care for the aged and medical research to benefit them.” By limits, he means pulling the plug at age 80.
If the social technocrats really wish to help society in this regard, the issue is what to do about those of us, young or old, who wish to die; who are worthless to themselves and society, mere vegetables kept alive by social conventions that prohibit the suffering person from exercising the right to die. To lump all old people together, however, is to waste some of the best years of some of the best talent. The young managers of other people’s lives cannot know the inner damage of this octogenarian death wish. We lose self-esteem when we think of ourselves as obsolete and “in the way,” The inner splendor of healthy, vital old age is a well-earned joy not to be treated as unimportant. To love and be loved in old age is a major benefit to humankind. Grand-parenting after 80 can be of vast benefit to the oncoming generation. Wisdom is a rare quality, one which is often characteristic of old age.
Callahan’s suggestion that old people teach the young to die gladly after 80 years is a “lemming” philosophy unlikely to be practiced by the old, or believed by the young. The will to live is the basic drive of virtually every living organism. No ethical consensus can repeal the élan (impetuous ardor) of nature.
Those who think and work in the field of social thought, public policy, human problems, and gerontology (aging problems) would do well to abandon the collectivist assumptions of an authoritarian society and rediscover the individual who fights a hard fight for life. We are individuals with the individual right to live or die. God is our judge, not the think-tankers.
Give us a fair field for our struggle to live, and we shall, with our amazing resourcefulness, come up with some successful solutions that will astound the social scientist. We, with a free hand, can more readily control costs. In most circumstances, we can help ourselves and each other in such a manner that the huge appropriations for health entitlements will be unnecessary. People past the age of 80 are still children of God, worthy of the same respect and consideration as those of any other group…end of article. It appears that communists in Congress and the White House will get their way with health legislation. Many in-the-know are saying there never has been such blatant unconstitutional behavior by a Congress. There is corruption; lies, bribes, criminal acts by traitors to the Constitution. Our “birth certificate” (U.S. Constitution) has been gutted. It’s been going on for a long time. When the Speaker of the House responded to a question about the Constitution she remarked – “Are you kidding!” in disbelief at being asked something about the Constitution. She also referred to tea party people as un-American – imagine, the Speaker of the House of the U.S. Congress. People in her district keep reelecting this terrible person. Are we doomed or what?
There is not one Democrat in the Senate that can’t be bought off. Millions was offered by the despicable Senator from Nevada for votes in favor of the health bill. Several states were given preferential treatment which is incensing other states – and rightfully so. As always, the communists will accuse the Republicans of using the same tactics but won’t identify what. Typical communist behavior knowing the ignorant will believe..
Being that Congress and the White House have proven beyond any doubt that law and order is non-existent in their governing, when do we take the gloves off? Do we have a tax revolt next April and no one files? Do we tell citizens not to buy government insurance? Demand your state to invoke the 9th and 10th Amendments and tell Washington to go to hell. Your Constitution doesn’t grant the federal government authority to regulate health. The same applies with education. Where is the third branch of government in all this – the U.S. Supreme Court? The other two branches are committing crimes big time. Something has to be done.
You MUST be vigilant and not be caught off guard. The communists may have an excuse to declare martial law if they feel there may be a move to upset their plan. A plan that has become obvious as to what they want to do. Already the word fascism is being thrown about. What else could it be when they are nationalizing much of the private sector? I say we are being communized and you tell me if I’m wrong as you read the following.
I keep using the word communist because as long as our monetary system is administered under the 2nd, 4th, 5th planks of the communist manifesto, invented by the super rich in 1848, what else could it mean? Throw in the 10th plank (government controlled education) to keep our people ignorant of the truth – who wants to prove me otherwise? The reason communism was invented was to control people and to make money. The International Bankers create conditions that lead to war and lend to both sides (military-industrial complex) If you dig deep enough you’ll discover they own or control many of the world corporations – many news organizations. I don’t know how true the following is but it’s worth mentioning. This scam (climate change) in Copenhagen should it happen, already has billions committed by this rotten government to “spread the wealth around.” We will be taxed a certain amount for everything that we purchase to raise money for that slush fund. The kicker is that bankers will control the money – not the United Nations. Think of it as global welfare to help third world countries. Along the way they want to destroy the industrialized countries because of the push to “green” everything.
This present legislation being acted on (Health-Energy-Amnesty) is going to increase higher deficits, and profits for bankers that will move us closer to bankruptcy. Will it happen? I don’t know – I’m not a good guesser. There is no way we’ll escape higher taxes, that’s for sure. We are being reduced to third-world status. Shame on us voters if we allow it.

This is a previous article posted last year. We have a criminal Congress that doesn’t give a damn about our Constitution. We have a White House that can’t be believed any longer. Should things worsen, that may create civil unrest I wouldn’t be surprised if “they” try something drastic if threatened to lose power. There are Executive Orders in place in case martial law is needed. Google those words to learn what they are.

Because the phrase implied powers is not too clear cut, the U.S Supreme Court has indicated numerous times that the scope of implied powers is limited to,
“…the least possible power adequate to the end proposed.” Anderson v Dunn (1821), 5 Led 242, at 248-49
So we have it in black and white: No emergency can serve as a power grab. Such a move would be illegal and would be a usurpation. Not that our politicians would shy away from illegalities, just don’t let them con you into believing their illegal acts are legal.
National emergencies cannot be made the source of government power, outside the Constitution, whether it be legislative, executive or judicial. The governing powers may not call into existence, a power not granted by the people, in the Constitution. It cannot use an emergency, real or contrived, to breathe life into a power which never existed.

As far as any emergency which would require martial law, we had better understand a little more about such circumstances since we may be faced with them by F.E.M.A., in the not too distant future. While military law applies to military personnel it also applies to civilians. It is important to understand that martial law cannot be declared, as long as the civil courts are open and operating.
“ Martial law cannot arise from a threatened invasion, the necessity must be actual and present, the invasion real, such as successfully closes the courts and deposes their civil administration.” Ex Parte Milligan, supra.
The suspension of the writ of habeas corpus also comes into play here. Since this right of suspension is placed in Art. 1 Sec. 9 of the Constitution, under Legislative powers, only the Congress may exercise this power.
Presidents may not suspend the writ of habeas corpus, unless authorized by Congress, and even then, only in cases of rebellion or invasion.
“The privilege of the writ of habeas corpus shall not be suspended unless, when in cases of rebellion or invasion, the public safety may require it.” Art. 1 Sec 9 U.S. Constitution.
Even if the Civil War constituted a form of rebellion (which is questionable), President Lincoln acted illegally when he suspended the writ of habeas corpus. This was an act of usurpation by the chief executive, because he had not been empowered by the Congress to do so.
This writer (Claire Kelley) believes that the U.S. Supreme Court in Sterling v Constantin, (1932) 77 Led 375 – 385 – which held that to declare martial did fall within the discretion of the President, “in the exercise of his authority to maintain peace.” – was an incorrect holding, as it appears to contravene Art. 1 Sec. 9 making it a legislative power.
However, whether or not military discretion under martial law has been overstepped in a particular case and exactly what are its allowable limits are judicial questions. Sterling, supra. The very declaring of martial law may also be questioned in the courts, when they become operative and this serves as a control on authority while martial law is in force.
“Executive action in declaring martial law will be voided and even enjoined where it constitutes an arbitrary interference with citizens’ basic rights.” Ex Parte Milligan, supra. Pg. 18
While the Milligan case is quite long, it is a famous and informative case on these matters. We would all do well to study it, in the light of the times in which we are living, because the Supreme Court discussed the parameters of martial law and it also involved a habeas corpus question.
If martial law ever does come to America or any part of it, let us understand the conditions under which it may be activated and the limits beyond which it may not go, so we don’t get fooled into giving up rights which martial law cannot effect, or deny…end of article by Claire Kelley.

I personally have no fear of people who are allowed to live unregulated by the state and live by their interpretation of Bible Law, as long as:
1. Every citizen agrees to live by Bible Law and, 2. Every citizen is taught that the violation of another’s life and property is unscriptural and will be punished for such violation by Biblical parameters of justice. This means drunks who cause accidents will pay the damages. If life is taken, murder or manslaughter is the charge, with appropriate punishment for the guilty…Render unto Caesar
Many people, in order to try to force Christians to bow to ungodly laws of government, quote “Surrender unto Caesar…” This is an attempt to quote the Scripture found in Matthew 22:21 where Jesus said: “Render therefore unto Caesar the things which are Caesar’s; unto God the things that are God’s.”
There are several things wrong with trying to quote this scripture as a hammer over the head of some supposedly recalcitrant Christian, who won’t bow at the feet of some bureaucrat. First of all, Caesar is dead. You cannot apply the government of Caesar to the government of the United States of America. Also, it must be remembered that Jesus Christ, according to Matthew 17:24-27, was accused of refusing to pay taxes to Caesar. I do not believe that is a false charge, as some people have assumed.
Caesar was a dictator, he was ungodly. But he did have absolute rule in his territory. He not only had absolute rule, he demanded worship as a sovereign, because obedience and acknowledgement of his licensing power was required before you could worship any other god. That is not the form of government God so graciously gave us in the United States of America. In America, there is no law over the people, except that of the Law of God.
The Constitution was drawn up by the people as a law over their elected officials and administrators. Our elected officials are not in authority over the people of the United States of America, nor are they rulers. They are administrators of justice, which can be defined by no other criteria than the Law of God. Therefore, to accuse a Christian brother or sister of disobeying God because they refuse to obey Caesar, is a hyperbole, a show of ignorance, a show of audacity and rebellion against God Himself.
I believe that Dr. R.J. Rushdoony has best analyzed the Scripture where Jesus is quoted as saying to the lawyers and scribes, “Render unto Caesar the things which are Caesar’s and unto God the things which are God’s.” when Dr. Rushdoony states:
“It would appear that Jesus was really saying, if God be your God, render to Him: if Caesar be your God, render to Caesar.” So it appears to me that the application would be more appropriately made today that if government be your god, then obey it. If God be your God, then obey him.
The people of the United States never did give the federal government the power to direct taxation. A tax on wages, or the so-called graduated income tax (2nd plank – communist manifesto), is a direct tax, and is therefore a violation of the U.S. Constitution.
However, we must point out here that in a later chapter we will deal with the specifics of who a free man individual is that is not required by law to pay a graduated income tax. There are many persons in the United States who are by law required to pay a graduated income tax, but the individual who is a free sovereign individual under the Constitution of the United States is not required to pay a graduated income tax on an exchange of his labor for other means of commodities, medium of exchange, etc.
In Russia and the United States, the government has been very successful in making Godly people appear to be law-breakers. They do this by charging them with a violation or some infraction of some bureaucratic mumbo-jumbo and then putting it in the newspapers and magazines, calling them lawbreakers, unpatriotic, anarchists, rebellious, etc. Immediately the community of people in Russia stand up and fight against the individual who is making the infraction. This same tactic is used in the United States of America.
Any time that a Christian tries to stand up for God’s Law, and obedience to God’s Holy Spirit, and tries to be Godly in his conduct, the government, and especially the IRS (lifeblood of socialism) is quick to print his name in the paper with some outrageous amount of supposed tax liability; and then they simply sit back while the Christian community, clergy, and self-righteous of the community attack this dear Christian and this dear Brother for trying to be good, God-fearing, constitutionally obedient, patriotic American.
In doing research and not believing everything I read, I ran into an article that stated the reason why the media is a patsy for government, especially the IRS, is because revenue from advertising is tax-exempt. Don’t play ball and you lose that exemption. If true, you’ve got to give this criminal system credit – they’ve got all bases covered.
This is the old tactic of peer pressure, and not many Christians and not many Americans have the tenacity or the fortitude to withstand this pressure. If they do withstand it, and continue to stand or speak out against corruption in government, the intensity of the peer pressure increases. And I might add that the clergy are the source of most of that increased intensity. I believe that some of the hottest places in Hell will be reserved for preachers who have spoken out against the righteousness of some Americans who have stood up against the tyranny of government.
Romans 13, 1 Peter 2, nor Render unto Caesar can be used correctly or effectively against a well informed Christian to persuade him to disobey his God and obey ungodly, tyrannical government. Another reason that the comment Render unto Caesar used by many pastors and Christians to beat other people over the head to make them bow to the wishes of bureaucrats and ungodly law is not acceptable from the point of view that they are trying to imply that Caesar has certain jurisdiction, and God has certain jurisdiction.
This is a typical humanistic dichotomy response. God is sovereign over all, including Caesar. Therefore, to say that Caesar has a certain realm of obedience, is totally false. Caesar must come in line with God. As our Patriot forefathers said, “Only one King: Jesus.” Remember, it was the unsaved Jews who said, “…no king but Caesar.”…end of article.

In a federal complaint totally ignored by the main-stream media for more than three months, retired Navy Lt. Cmdr. Walter F. Fitzpatrick 111 has formally charged Barrack Hussein Obama with the high crime of treason for his illegal ascension to the office of president without lawful qualifications to hold the office.
The federal complaint was filed on March 17, 2009 with U.S. Attorney James R. Dedrick in the Eastern District of Tennessee in Knoxville, after Obama failed to respond to the multiple suits challenging his natural birth status. Dedrick immediately reported Fitzpatrick to Washington as a threat to the president. People just don’t understand that we are not a nation of laws any longer. There are numerous suits pending. Can you imagine a Congress controlled by democrat criminals impeaching a Democrat Black President? It is a waste of time and money – just like me.
Fitzpatrick’s criminal complaint says, in part, “Your criminal ascension manifests a clear and present danger. You fundamentally changed our form of government. The Constitution no longer works. Confidently holding your silent agreement and admission, I identify you as a foreign born domestic enemy. My sworn duty, Mr. Obama, is to stand against what you stand for. You are not my president. You are not my commander-in-chief.
“You [Mr. Obama] have broken in and entered the White House by force of contrivance, concealment, conceit, dissembling and deceit. Posing as an imposter president and commander-in-chief, you have stripped civilian command and control over the military establishment. Known military criminal actors – command racketeers – are now free in the exercise of military government intent upon destruction of America’s constitutional government.”
Over 400,000 American citizens have signed a national petition demanding that Barack Obama keep his campaign promise to operate a “transparent” government, beginning with his own history. Instead, Obama has spent million in legal fees to block his true identity from becoming public. His entire past, from birth in Africa to adoption in Indonesia, to his travel on an Indonesian passport, his college records, including how such an “average” individual came to be friends with so many anti-American criminals during that period, remains a secret, guarded more carefully that actual matters of national security.
Barack entered college at Occidental in California in the fall of 1979 and remained at Occidental until the spring of 1981, but certainly would have entered Occidental under the name Barry Soetoro, the name used since his adoption in Indonesia.
Occidental has stated that “Neither Obama’s image nor name appear in any Occidental yearbooks or weekly student newspaper for the years he attended.” This means that there is no hard public evidence that proves that Barack Obama ever attended Occidental College. In her 1980 divorce, his mother identified him as Barry Soetoro, a legal citizen of Indonesia, who was still dependent on both parties for his continuing education. This is further proof of his fraudulent occupancy of the White House, because it connotes Indonesian citizenship, the country from which he also held a passport.
Internet writer J. B. Williams says, “The man had a blank resume, a laundry list of evil associates, a past more secret than your average CIA agent, nothing on his resume that screams ‘leader’ of anything, and after an uneventful year as a U.S senator, managed to become president of the United States.”
By leveling these charges, Fitzpatrick may have placed his own head on the chopping block, although this seems doubtful now. Even though retired, he is subject to recall and has pointed out on his website how at least two other Navy men in recent years were recalled to duty for the specific reason of bringing them to trial. One is languishing in Leavenworth Federal Prison.
Potentially, Fitzpatrick has opened himself up to recall, which then could be closely followed by a charge of mutiny, should he fail to obey an order from his alleged commander-in-chief. However, this is unlikely because the Obama records would have to be made public in order to convict him. All evidence seems to now reflect that such an eventually could only serve to convict Obama.
Fitzpatrick reports that two days after he filed charges, government agents showed up on his doorstep: “The two Secret Service agents (shades of Nazi Germany) escorted by two local police officers, arrived at eight minutes before 3 o’clock in the afternoon. They left about an hour later. I’m still here. It’s been two months. [With his inaction] Mr. Obama admits his treason.”…end of article

If President Pinocchio was a Republican, black or not, true or not his citizenship, the criminals in Congress would get rid of him. Why? Because we are not a nation of laws – we are a nation run by “chaoscrats” (Democrats) who have abandoned the rule of law – your Constitution. Back in the 30s the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that charges of treason can only be applied if war has been declared. Presently, war by Congress has not been declared. A resolution was passed (not a declaration) okaying the president’s military maneuvers in the middle-east but didn’t declare war. When war is declared, constitutionally, corporations may not do business with the enemy. That would be “… giving aid and comfort to the enemy…” U.S. Constitution Art. 3 Sec. 3 para 1. Some of us believe war isn’t declared because of greed. Our people die at war to keep arm merchants in business. This is why Korea and Vietnam, plus skirmishes in between were never declared wars – the military-industrial-complex we were warned about. And Congress delivers.

We don’t have representation any longer. The politicians, in both parties, have allowed the destruction of our Constitutional Republic and have turned us into a socialist/communist state. Just recently, a federal judge overturned legislation by Congress stripping ACORN of funding. ACORN has been found to be a criminal operation and a F&!#*% federal judge has more power than the Congress of the United States? – in a democracy it does, but not in a Constitutional Republic.
WE MUST THROW OUT THE COMMUNISTS IN THE CONGRESS AND WHITE HOUSE THAT REPRESENT COMMUNISM! How appropriate the title of Judge Napolitano’s book title. If you are a third party member vote for the GOP in 2010 and 2012. The leadership of third parties, including “Tea Parties”, bless their hearts, for dedication and commitment, but we are in a war against a philosophy that has left total destruction of many countries throughout history. Demand from your representatives to do something that is good for our country like obeying the Constitution. Our freedom and liberties are at stake.
Think what you could do with the thousands of third party votes. You could literally take over the GOP and change it from the ground up. You could then implement whatever platform you desire. It’s that simple. You have to take that first step – a giant one. I may not be a Reagan, a Plato, an Aristotle – I’m just a tamale maker with common sense.
When you make tamales it requires certain ingredients. You have to have corn meal, corn husk, patience with experience. You bring that together and walla! You have a formula for success. The same applies for freedom and liberty. You have to start with this recipe I’ve dedicated to honor Sarah Palin:

Many people, including some conservatives, have been very impressed with how brainy the president and his advisers are. But that is not quite as reassuring as it might seem. It was, after all, Franklin’s brilliant “brains trusts” advisers whose policies are now increasingly recognized as having prolonged the Great Depression of the 1930s, while claiming credit for ending it. The Great Depression ended only when the Second World War put an end to many New Deal policies.
FDR himself said that “Dr. New Deal” had been replaced by “Dr. Win-the-War.” But those today who are for big spending like to credit wartime big spending for bringing the Great Depression to an end. They never ask the question as to why previous depressions had always ended on their own, much faster than the one under FDR, and without government intervention or massive government spending.
Brainy folks were also present in Lyndon Johnson’s administration, especially in the Pentagon, where Secretary of Defense Robert McNamara’s brilliant “whiz kids” tried to micro-manage the Vietnam war, with disastrous results. There is usually only a limited amount of damage that can be done by dull or stupid people. For creating a truly monumental disaster, you need people with high IQs.
Such people have been told all their lives how brilliant they are, until finally they feel forced to admit it, with all due modesty. But they not only tend to over-estimate their own brilliance, more fundamentally they tend to over-estimate how important brilliance itself is when dealing with real world problems.
Many crucial things in life are learned from experience, rather than from clever thoughts or clever words. Indeed, a gift for the clever phrasing so much admired by the media can be a fatal talent, especially for someone chosen to lead a government. Make no mistake about it, Adolf Hitler was brilliant. His underlying beliefs may have been half-baked and his hatreds overwhelming, but he was a genius when it came to carrying out his plans politically, based on those beliefs and hatreds.
Starting from a position of Germany’s military weakness in the early 1930s, Hitler not only built up Germany’s war-making potential, he did so in ways that minimized the danger that his potential victims would match his military build-up with their own. He said whatever soothing words they wanted to hear that would spare them the cost of military deterrence and the pain of contemplating another war.
He played some of the most highly educated people of his time for fools – not only foreign political leaders but also members of the intelligentsia. The editor of The Times of London filtered out reports that his own foreign correspondents in Germany sent him about the evils and dangers of the Nazis. In the United States, W.E.B. Du Bois – with a Ph. D. from Harvard – said that dictatorship in Germany was “absolutely necessary to get the state in order.” In an age when facts seem to carry less weight than the visions of brilliant and charismatic leaders, it is more important than ever to look at the actual track records of those brilliant and charismatic leaders. After all, Hitler led Germany into military catastrophe and left much of the country in ruins.
Even in a country which suffered none of the wartime destruction that others suffered in the 20th century, Argentina began that century as one of the 10 richest nations in the world – ahead of France and Germany – and ended it as such an economic disaster that no one would even compare it to France or Germany.
Politically brilliant and charismatic leaders, promoting reckless government spending – of whom Juan Peron was the most prominent, but by no means alone – managed to create an economic disaster in a country with an abundance of natural resources and a country that was spared the stresses that wars inflicted on other nations in the 20th century.
Someone recently pointed out how much Barack Obama’s style and strategies resemble those of Latin American charismatic despots – the take over of industries by demagogues who never ran a business, the rousing rhetoric of resentment addressed to the masses and the personal cult of the leader promoted by the media. Thomas Sowell, an American citizen of African ancestry is a highly regarded writer in the world. I point out this fact because many don’t know of him. I normally pepper articles with commentary of my own between paragraphs but this time it would be disrespectful of his work. I’d much rather do my personal notes now.
Like all despots, tyrants, dictators, call them what you may, they all posses the gift of gab. That doesn’t make them brilliant. The problem is gullibility of people. History is littered with countries left in ruin because of this ignorance. It seems to me you could take a homeless person; enroll him in a toastmasters’ club and give him a script to read and he stands a good chance of winning, even the presidency. Today’s president proves me right. I don’t consider him brilliant. He’s just a great bull-shitter.
Most every promise he made to people during the campaign never materialized. There are so many lobbyists in and out of the White House it resembles a bee-hive. It’s bad enough that both parties operate outside the Constitution but a president has never been so flagrant – as if to say “I’m going to do it my way, I don’t care what the Constitution says.” More proof of bull-shitters? Look at all the bull-shitters in Congress. I look at the health debate going on and politicians will stand, IN YOUR BUILDING, look at the camera and lie without flinching one bit. Both leaders in Congress, Pelosi and Reid are criminals. They use OUR MONEY to bribe for votes. Committees run by Democrats are very protective of democrat wrong-doings. Books are written about this and become best sellers, but non-readers overwhelm readers by the millions….the ignorance continues
We have never had a White House and Congress as radical as the present. The bankers have always wanted politicians that would promote their agenda – communism. They got the controlled press to fool people into electing Obama because millions believed in ”change”, and ignorantly they voted him in.. The press never asked the candidate to explain to people what he meant. People thought it meant no more Bush and that was all they wanted. How disturbing.
We are now in imminent danger of economic ruin: supporting unnecessary projects not authorized by the Constitution. Maintaining hundreds of thousands of troops scattered throughout the world; billions of pork-spending; ongoing military conflicts; open borders – a threat to our sovereignty and security; spending out of control by criminals in Washington D.C.…it continues unabated. I asked once before. Where are the Governors in all this? What – we’re supposed to let it all happen and not lift a finger? You may not know this but States are going to get a huge bill to help pay for the rotten health bill that may be signed by President Pinocchio. The State will turn around and tax people to death and then people will begin to realize how “smart” this demagogue is. I wrote in earlier articles during the campaign that his type of “change” was “bull-shit.”
You think this road to economic destruction would’ve happened with ex- Governor Palin in the White House? The next time someone refers to Palin as not having enough experience to be considered for the GOP presidential nomination – you ask – compared to what’s in the White House now?” Someone should tell President Pinocchio and his thugs from the streets of Chicago that the White House IS NOT Chicago! The “toilet” is stuffed now but come 2012 “plumber Joe” will gladly stop by and “flush it down the toilet.”
Sarah Palin represents everything decent in America. This is why she is being threatened by the ignorant in society. This is why she is being attacked by the media because the “elite” and communists don’t want any “true conservatives” like Palin or a Ron Paul. These are the kind of Conservatives who will straightened out the criminals in the three branches of government.
While Ron Paul is attempting to have his bill to audit the Fed, for the first time ever, Palin is out selling her book that describes what decency, patriotism, compassion, understanding, and respect for flag and country is all about. She IS FAITH, FAMILY, and FREEDOM.
Democrat voters! A party I belonged to for 50 years is not the party of the likes of Truman – JFK. I left the day I realized the communist/socialists had taken over. Present democrat representatives can’t win without lying and cheating. All you have to do is listen to Pinocchio and the Congress – hear what they have to say and then pay attention to what they do.
What will it be, a vote for FAITH, FAMILY, and FREEDOM or a path to a banana republic by voting for hypocrites in your party?

The Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals has abruptly ended my federal captivity and released me from prison on bond pending appeal after spending 380 days behind bars. The basis for the bond pending appeal was on the merits of the case, the appeals court said.
If you think this action is unfair, odd, and improperly delayed, join the club. Read on, because the method the appeals court used and the wording in their order is very important and may give many clues. When I was tried in June 1985 and received five guilty and five not guilty, the district judge would only release me on bond pending appeal if I complied with three conditions:
1. I was to talk to no one but my attorney in regards to income taxes. 2. I was to file tax returns approved by the IRS for years 1978-1984 within ten days of his order, and 3. I was to also pay all of the tax when returns were filed. The judge, basically ruled that I would be a threat to the safety of the community unless I complied with his conditions. I chose to appeal his decision rather than to comply because I believed his conditions were unconstitutional. The judicial tyranny faced by people contesting illegal taxation was, and still is in many cases, worse than they treat terrorists that murder thousands of Americans. This happens because government has deviated from the rule of law. Your Constitution has safeguards against this – it’s called the Bill of Rights. When was the last time you read them? Imagine, a tyrant judge ordering you not to talk to anyone, except your attorney. This is democracy in action – the worst form of government.
I also requested an emergency stay of execution of the district court’s order pending the appeal court’s final determination. Within a day or two from the deadline for me to report to the Duluth Federal Prison Camp, I received the stay I requested pending the appeal court’s review of the bond conditions. Well, the Lord certainly answers prayer because during oral argument, on April 20, 1987, the appeals court reopened the bond issue by telling the U.S. attorney that they were concerned why I was in prison and mentioned to her that they would “just have to reconsider” their past decision on the bond issue. The rest of the oral argument went very well as my attorney, Aaron Speck, used his skills with precision accuracy.
The days and weeks rolled by and no action was taken by the appeals court. So on June 19, 1987, my attorney filed in the appeals court a motion requesting an expedited consideration of the bond issue. Hallelujah!!! On July 10, 1987 the appeals court ordered my release on bond without the conditions imposed by the district court (filing and paying)!!!
The following points, I think, are extremely important in regards to their order: 1. The appeals court did not cite any authority or mention the conditions of filing and paying. 2. Stamped on the top of the three-page order was “Not for publication”! 3. The court-emphasized the fact that I was only given “ten days to prepare and to file a number of tax returns and to pay all past due taxes without setting out…whether defendant had the immediate assets or means to make the payments due.” 4. The court stated “…We now conclude that there is at least one substantial and serious issue raised on this appeal.” The issues on appeal are based upon the Sixth Amendment violation of right to counsel and the jury nullification. 5. The appeals court added in parenthesis at the end of the order “(if a re-sentencing were to occur, perhaps the two conditions of filing returns and paying taxes within the defendant’s means and ability to do so, would be appropriate).” [Question: Why would they mention a resentencing if they were not going to reverse and remand the case?]
It is very important to note that you will not see this in the law books because they do not want it in there!!! [Can you imagine how many cases that emphasize our views and that are not published!] This, in itself, should light a fire under any patriot and should indeed heighten our awareness to the on-growing power and actions that the courts take.
Does this, indeed, border on judicial discretion or judicial tyranny by not making available certain cases to the public for their review? The answer to this question can only be properly answered by yourself…end of article
I read many years ago that students studying law are never given questions on the Constitution when taking the bar exam. How true it still is I don’t know.
FOURTH AMENDMENT: The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
FIFTH AMENDMENT: No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb, nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself; nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
SIXTH AMENDMENT: In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.

The jury possesses “…The undisputed power to acquit, even if it’s verdict is contrary to the law as given by the judge and contrary to evidence.” (1969 U.S. v. Moylan 417 F2d 1002)
No courtroom will instruct jurors of this fundamental jury principle. Many tax rebels were jailed for distributing this type of information. Slowly, but surely, through the years criminals (anti-constitution) have been watering down rights; millions have died for them. Not one word in the Constitution may be changed by government. It takes an amendment to do so. Any Act or Statute not in harmony with what your Constitution reads is null and void. Don’t allow anyone to bullshit you on this.

Our Founding Fathers gave us a Grand Jury as a defense against tyranny. It is there to protect us from criminals in and out of government. (false indictments) Unfortunately, this has also been subverted like the rest of our rights. Stories abound of Grand Juries manipulated by the courts. NO ONE SHOULD BE ALLOWED IN THE GRAND JURY ROOMS EXCEPT GRAND JURORS! If I were lucky enough to serve in that capacity I would demand any U.S. Attorney or lawyer to be barred from entering.
