The following article is a reprint from the America’s Promise Newsletter that appeared in the Justice Times in 1987. Not mentioned in the article is my contention that government controlled education is similar to the 10th plank of the communist manifesto: GOVERNMENT CONTROL OF EDUCATION.
Public education is designed not necessarily to educate, but to indoctrinate. This is accomplished by cunningly applying the principles of distraction and repetition. The psychological principles of distraction, subliminal perception and repetition are well known and successfully used by the mind-conditioners in the media, record industry, education and advertising (social engineering. The communist in our society has perfected this)
Distraction as a tool used by the hypnotist usually represents a flashing or swinging bright object used in conjunction with a monotonous, rhythmic voice giving repetitious suggestions. In a distracted dream-like state, the subject, or victim, receives suggestions of information directly into his subconscious mind, bypassing the conscious mind, where the analysis, acceptance or rejection of information takes place.
Steven Jacobson, in his enlightening book, Mind Control in the United States, does a thought provoking expose on the subject. If you are concerned about the war the mind manipulators are waging against you and your children, we urge you to order a copy of this well documented book from America’s Promise. On page 17, quoting John Stuart Mills, we read:
“A general state education is a mere contrivance for molding people to be exactly like one another; (collectivism) and as the mold in which it casts them is that which pleases the predominant power in the government, . . . it establishes a despotism over the mind, leading by natural tendency to one over the body. Education of the young is used to condition them to what comes later, thus eliminating the difference between propaganda and teaching. Propaganda cannot work effectively without education. The mind is conditioned with vast amounts of information posing as ‘facts’ and ‘knowledge’ dispensed for ulterior motives.”

It is for such reason that increasing numbers of families are switching to home schooling for their children. Our Home School Packet is available for interested parents. On page 2 the author makes this statement: “. . . the media has created a state of inner turmoil in citizens through portrayal of violence and chaos and irrational behavior. This inner state is reflected in the chaotic world outside. According to the 1982 Nielson Report on television, the typical high school graduate has witnessed about 150,000 violent acts on television, including an estimated 25,000 deaths. Perhaps we should count the number of hours each week we spend feeding on the swill that pours forth into our living room from the television set. Many have felt the urge to discard their sets, but have lamely rationalized: “I depend on TV for the news.”

In their wisdom, our forefathers understood the implication that could arise if the federal government was in charge of education. This is why they didn’t declare an education a “right.” This also holds true with health, owning a home, and many “other rights” the communists have bull-shitted people into believing they deserve. Small wonder, then, why elected representatives in the U. S. Congress commit so many Constitutional violations – they have dumbed-down our people who don’t understand when crimes are being committed.
Since House Speaker Pelosi has been in that position it has cost us almost $2,000,000 in traveling expenses (including food and liquor) jetting around with family and friends. Some Republicans aren’t squeaky clean either. In recent months many politicians have been nailed for not paying taxes but are not indicted. Representative Rangel from New York recently was allowed to get away with tax evasion charges
There’s no end to it ,folks. The criminals in Congress through the years have destroyed a “nation of law and order.” Our future is bleak. The spending going on, I feel is intentional to destroy us from within. Why else would all this spending be taking place when we are broke? Why else would President Pinocchio ignore the wishes of over 50 percent of our people who are screaming to shit-can the health bill and start all over again? Why is this idiot appointing so many anti-Constitution, anti-America people in positions of power without senate approval, which is unconstitutional? He finds your Constitution repugnant. You must now understand the kind of indoctrination many go through in government controlled schools when “professors” like Obama poison the minds of students.
The media is in conflict. They protect this guy to no end. Things are worsening because of his devious administering by wrecking the economy further, by taking over companies in the private sector – just outright interfering with the markets. And many in the media are writing about how smart he is. He’s a bull-shitter from the streets of Chicago!
The second part to this is the encroachment of government in all avenues of our lives. This is in keeping with growing government – socialism – the agenda of the International Bankers to get governments to grow and grow. Hence, the trillions and trillions of tax money squandered in unauthorized constitutional spending by those in Congress through the years. We have a criminal government on our hands.
Perhaps, just maybe, this will be an election year in which many criminals in Congress are retired. For many, many years people have voiced outrage at the criminals – how many times have you heard – “throw them all out.” But it never happens. A greater percentage are reelected in our country than in Russia. Here, in our country it’s partly to do with people of the parties who run State politics. They are the ones that do all the dirty work in getting the criminals elected. Perhaps pressure should be directed at them instead of wasting letters and time calling the criminal’s office.
In closing, knowing education is not in the Constitution and is not a right, and knowing that anything not in the Constitution is reserved for the people and States under the 9th and 10th Amendments, we should kick the criminally run government out of our education system in our states and administer quality education that future Americans deserve. Imagine, teaching our young the meaning of our profound documents, especially the Bill of Rights. No American should walk the streets of our country ignorant of what freedom means. No American should fear government. Anytime a bureaucrat denies you your rights; insults you, disrespects you, you’ll have the tools necessary to confront these sorry examples of citizens. After a few farts, this led to the greatest accidental discovery of a formula to explain a great mystery of mankind. In my previous writings I reported the rich invented communism. They are able to make lots of money by getting governments to become socialistic/communistic, because of never-ending spending to support government’s voracious appetite for borrowing and the control of the masses. It is no secret that International Bankers lend money to both sides at war.
The overall agenda of the bankers is a one world government with the United Nations being the seat of power. The Security Council – the most important entity of the United Nations – has always and will always be headed by a communist, a deal arranged between Churchill, Roosevelt and Stalin at the onset of the United Nations. At the same time, the traitors on our side gave away half of Europe to communism (bankers agenda)
Earlier I had listed the ten planks of the Communist Manifesto to inform people of the differences between those and our Bill of Rights in our Constitutional Republic. Our monetary system is being administered under the second and fifth plank of the Manifesto. For those of you that didn’t see just type in the words “Ten Planks of the Communist Manifesto” in any search engine. Read the other eight planks and discover how close the similarity with the 10 planks of the Manifesto criminals in Congress have altered our way of life. So many citizens have been sacrificed for our Bill of Rights and the criminals in Congress couldn’t care less.
All this had to be done to destroy the United States from within and to reduce it to a third-world status. It won’t be long before our liabilities reach a hundred trillion dollars. You better start preparing for hard times. Even a drop-out of kindergarten can understand this.
The economic chaos we’re experiencing happened several times in history. The media and government make it sound as if nobody knew what was happening. It’s all bullshit, folks – we have criminals in government who are responsible and a few in Wall Street will also be blamed. There is a handful in Congress that should be sent to prison. But because the culprits are in charge of the committees that have jurisdiction no one will be indicted. And Republicans?? The Bush family (Dad and Son) have destroyed the Conservative Party. It may take years to recover, if at all. Don’t you find it strange how McCain has conducted his campaign as if HE wants to lose? Is it possible this hypocrite and compromiser is being used? He stands before the cameras with pen in hand and promises the people he’ll veto all pork and turns around and votes in favor of the bail out with 150 billion in pork. He is no hero in my eyes, but he has sure milked it.
Now I will share a theory of what’s happening with the current presidential race and why Obama could win the Presidency.
In the beginning of the primaries John McCain was dead in the water. Not even a miracle could save him. Suddenly the mouthpiece of the bankers “The New York Times” endorsed McCain. Shortly thereafter they turned against him. My thinking is that they wanted McCain to represent the GOP because he would be easier than others to defeat.
Now it was between Obama and Hillary. “They” decided on Obama and turned against Hillary with vicious attacks. Why? Because Obama espouses the communist ideas the bankers desire, to finish their agenda of destroying our country. Even Hillary’s liberalism would have been better. Obama’s now famous line about “spreading the wealth” should be a wakeup call for many but the masses are too ignorant. We have been communized (our monetary system) and don’t even know it.
Colin Powell endorsed Obama not because he’s more experienced (which he isn’t) but because he is Black. So, who’s the racist? This morning (Oct 21) in the Wall Street Journal former Federal Reserve Chairman Paul Volcker announced his endorsement of Obama. On the same page present Fed Chairman Bernanke also announced his endorsement of Obama. Folks, these are the lap dogs of the powers at be. Those two, along with most major newspapers; all major networks and their liberal employees; throw in most colleges in our country that indoctrinate our young to hate America; add over 50 million that will vote for Obama (win or lose) and it seems that we don’t have a chance to stop the total socialization of our country.
Should Obama win, and the House and Senate controlled by the Communist in Congress, especially if they get 60 votes in the Senate, you can kiss our country good-bye and welcome the “change” the misguided are waiting for. Remember, socialism comes before communism and a socialist state we have been for many years

AMENDMENT 8 U.S. CONSTITUTION
“EXCESSIVE BAIL SHALL NOT BE REQUIRED, NOR EXCESSIVE FINES IMPOSED, NOR CRUEL AND UNUSUAL PUNISHMENT INFLICTED.”
So reads the amendment. Liberals in our society through the courts have changed the meaning in the minds of Americans by declaring capital punishment is “too cruel and unusual.” In the meantime, hundreds, if not thousands incarcerated are allowed to live the rest of their lives in comfort as a reward for heinous crimes committed. Think of the millions upon millions that have been spent supporting life that shouldn’t exist in a society of law abiding citizens. Because of DNA some have been found not guilty of the crime, which is fortunate. But the ones that are clearly guilty, as some terrorists, they should not be allowed to live on our dime. The following describes the horrible way humans were treated as criminals and why our forefathers designed a “new way” of addressing punishment. They didn’t rule out the death penalty – only what was referred to as “cruel and unusual.”
For most of recorded history, capital punishments were often deliberately painful. Severe historical penalties include the breaking wheel, boiling to death, flaying, disembowlment, crucification, impalement, crushing stoning, execution by burning, dismemberment, sawing, scaphism, or necklacing.
Impalement was a method of torture and execution whereby a person is pierced with a long stake. The penetration can be through the sides, from the rectum, or through the mouth. This method would lead through a slow and painful death. Often, the victim was hoisted into the air after partial impalement. Gravity and the victim’s own struggles would cause him to slide down the pole, especially if the pole were on a wagon carrying war prizes and prisoners. Death could take many days. Impalement was frequently practiced in Asia and Europe throughout the Middle Ages. Vlas 111 the Impaler, who learned the method of killing by impalement while staying in Constantinople as a prisoner, and Ivan the Terrible have passed into legend as major users of the method.
The breaking wheel was a torturous capital punishment device used in the Middle Ages and early modern times for public execution by cudgeling to death, especially in France and Germany. In France the condemned were placed on a cart-wheel with their limbs stretched out along the spokes over two sturdy wooden beams. The wheel was made to revolve slowly. Through the openings between the spokes, the executioner hit the victim with an iron hammer that could easily break the victim’s bones. This process was repeated several times per limb. Once his bones were broken, he was left on the wheels to die. It could take hours, even days, before shock and dehydration caused death. The punishment was abolished in Germany as late as 1827…end of this article…I don’t remember where I got this article from.
It is liberalism’s “feel good” attitude that has turned our country upside down. People held for vicious crimes are made the victims in some instances. Terrorists that behead our people are given Constitutional rights and free legal representation. Liberals in our society get judges of the same stripe to negate issues settled through the voting process. Animals that are deemed near extinction are favored over the lives and livelihood of thousands. Hundreds of agriculture lands in California are denied water because of a small fish or mouse.
Meanwhile thousands are placed out of work because of it. It’s important for liberals to save their pets but take pride in snuffing out the right of a human being to be born by abortion. What bothers me, is that this rotten government subsidizes Planned Parenthood by millions of dollars each year with our tax money. Now Democrats in Congress want to include subsidizing abortion through the Health bill. These liberals, progressives, communists, socialists, Marxists…add all other isms that are anti-family and anti-Constitution, well describes the despicable Democrats in Congress. The issue of abortion should have never been opined as being a “right” of a woman by the feds. This is still a State issue and the criminals in black robes should stay out and leave the people in states to decide whether to abort or not. Bythe way, as it stands now, if I, as a father, want my baby to be born, what about my right to choose – under the 14th Amendment – “Equal protection under the law”? Many in our society have no clue as to how much our Constitution has been subverted. Criminals run our three branches of government.
Liberals have destroyed the values and principles which have guided our people through the years. Communism has perfected this through the media, academia and the entertainment industry. I remember taking my 6 year-old grandson to see the movie E.T. In a scene where several kids are at the breakfast table and the mother of the house is busy fixing them breakfast and she walks by the table . One boy reaches out, grabs her by the butt. The audience, including many young kids broke out in laughter. Like today, the white male is shown as a buffoon in commercials. (social engineering) In the cinema women beat the shit out of males. And now women are on the verge of being able to serve aboard submarines. There are a lot of sexual assaults, pregnancies, abortions going on that the media is not reporting. All this is accomplished because of liberals in our society. Liberal has become a bad word in our society and people like Hillary have declared publicly that she is a progressive. It all means the same, these people are the ones twho are destroying our country to no end.
Roe v. Wade, 1972:
”The Constitutionally implied right to privacy protects a woman’s choice in matters of abortion.”
Norma McCorvey sought an abortion in Texas, but was denied under state law. The Court struck down that law, on grounds that it unconstitutionally restricted the woman’s right to choose. The opinion set forth guidelines for state abortion regulations; states could restrict a woman’s right to choose only in the later stages of the pregnancy. Later modified but not over-ruled, the decision stands as one of the Court’s most controversial. (Oak Hill publishing Company)
Abortion is plain infanticide, a crime against nature. Unless life is threatened, the human specie should be allowed to continue, and if need be put up for adoption instead of aborting.

The U.S. spends more for war annually than all state governments combined spend for the health, education, welfare and safety of 308 million Americans. Joseph Henchman, director of state projects for the Tax Foundation of Washington D.C., says the states collected a total of $781 billion in taxes in 2008.
For a rough comparison, the total budget for what the Pentagon calls “defense” in fiscal year 2010 will be at least $880 billion and could possibly top $1 trillion. That’s more than all state governments collect. Henchman says all American local governments combined (cities, counties, etc) collect about $500 billion in taxes. Add that to the total state tax take and you get over $1.3 trillion. This means Uncle Sam’s Pentagon is sopping up nearly as much money as all state, county, city and other governmental units spend to run the country. If the Pentagon figure of $1 trillion is somewhat less than all other taxing authorities, keep in mind the FBI, the various intelligence agencies, the VA and the National Institutes of Health (biological warfare) are also spending on war-related activities.
A question that describes the above and answers itself is: In what area can the federal government operate where states and cities cannot tread? The answer is: foreign affairs – raising armies, fighting needless wars, conducting diplomacy etc. And so Uncle Sam keeps enlarging this area. His emphasis is not on diplomacy either. For every buck spent by the State Department, which gets some $50 billion a year, the Pentagon spends $20. As for the Peace Corps, its budget is a paltry $375 million – hardly enough to keep the Pentagon elephant in peanuts.
Nobel Prize economist Josepth Stiglitz and finance authority Linda Bilmes write in their “The Three Trillion Dollar War: True Cost of the Iraq Conflict,” defense spending has been growing as a percentage of discretionary funding (money that is not required to be spent on entitlements like Social Security), from 48 percent in 2000 to 51 percent today. That means that our defense needs are gobbling up a larger share of taxpayers’ money than ever before.”
And they add, “The Pentagon’s budget has increased by more than $600 billion, cumulatively, since we invaded Iraq.” With it’s 1,000 bases in the U.S. and another 800 bases globally, the U.S. truly has become a warfare state. Today, military-related products account to about one-fourth of total U.S. GDP. This includes 10,000 nuclear weapons. Indeed, the U.S. has lavished $5.5 trillion just on nukes over the past 70 years.
No other nation has anything remotely like this menacing global presence. The Pentagon strengthens its grip by running joint “training” exercises with the military of 110 other nations, including outright dictatorships that suppress internal unrest.
The U.S. spends more on weaponry than the next dozen nations combined and is by far the No. 1 world arms peddler. “The government employs some 6,500 people just to coordinate and administer its arms sales program in conjuction with senior officials at American embassies around the world, who spend most of their ‘diplomatic’ careers working as arms salemen,” writes Chalmers Johnson in Blowback: The Costs and Consequences of American Empire.
Johnson goes on to say the U.S. military establishment today is “close to being beyond civilian control” and that despite its ability to “deliver death and destruction to any target on Earth and expect little in the way of retaliation” it demands more and newer equipment “while the Pentagon now more or less sets its own agenda” and “monopolizes the formulation and conduct of American foreign policy.”
How long will it be before this tyrannical, anti-democratic colossus that is sucking up as much money for war as all states, counties and cities spend on peace – and which straddles the globe, boosts dictators and beats the war drums – turn on its own people?… end of article

How is it we allow 545 criminals in Congress; one in the White House, and nine black-robed thugs who make laws unconstitutionally, commit so many illegalities that are costing us trillions? Why must we worry about our own spending when these criminals spend without accountability?
Once again we must alter the course of history like others before: The conflict with the King in early America that gave us the Declaration of Independence. The War between the States that freed Black Americans. Civil Rights Legislation that leveled the playing field for all Americans. The concocted depressions through the years created by the International Bankers. The victorius effort in stopping Germany in the last declared war….and much more.
We have people in elected positions that don’t give a damn about you and the U.S. Constitution. This is why I periodically remind people that democracy is the worst form of government . It is mob rule. It is a system that is corrupted to no end. All elected officials in Congress should be thrown out of office. We’ve gotten ourselves out of many dangerous issues but this one – reckless spending – will put us in the poor house and quite possibly forever. We’ll join other socialist countries – just as the International Bankers have wanted for so long. ALL CONGRESSES’, ALL PRESIDENTS, ALL SUPREME COURT JUSTICES’, ARE GUILTY OF THIS INJUSTICE. We are no longer a free society. We are economic slaves.
The Tea Party movement for Constitutional government could very well have been labled “Uncle Sam’s Party.” How about referring to it as the “peoples’ lobby”. The only thing exchanged would be the vote. No money for the thieves, no special favors, just the vote. The peoples’lobby would clean-up corrupted officials in all levels of government.
We are in a moment in history when we must pray for a modern-day miracle as the one granted by God for faith and courage displayed by our forefathers fighting the British to save our country. The moment is critical. We must reach to the ends of our souls and pray for strength and commitment needed to save America one more time from destruction from within.

The business of the International Bankers in the world is to enslave countries economically and reward themselves with profits beyond imagine. In the not too distant future the United States will be paying almost $1,000,000,000 in interest for the reckless spending criminals in Congress are doing – much of it unconstitutional. The last I read “they” (the bankers) lend to over 100 countries and collect billions upon billions from the sweat of the enslaved. It behooves the International Bankers to capture the administration of money in countries for this benefit. They corrupt thieves in politics which in turn expand the bureaucracies to spend more and more.
Our dormant Constitution specifically states what government’s role in our country is limited to. But because of the corrupted it is ignored and the expansion of government continues, no matter which of the two-parties is in control. The two-party system is beholden to the owners of the Federal Reserve. Once, when President Reagan was running for reelection, he was interviewed on TV and asked if he was going to fire the then Federal Reserve Chairman, he responded – “Well, you know they are autonomous, and that’s all I can say.” What an honest answer. Doesn’t that say it all?
What’s my point? The elected do the bidding of the bankers and keep increasing socialism – until? – we are getting close to becoming a banana republic. You think all this spending by politicians is like “drunken” sailors? The whole ship is drunk!

He did it again.
President Reagan did it again, and not surprisingly in an election year, as he prepares to vacate the White House. “The most conservative” president of the United States since Herbert Hoover, as many have said, Reagan has all but thumbed his nose at those who elected him twice on the premise that he would cut the size of government.
Isn’t this what presidential candidates use as a promise all the time when campaigning? We have in our midst a pathological liar (President Pinocchio) He is dangerous for our country – and it’s beginning to show. Also just as dangerous is the Congress. They are the ones who are driving this incompetent president’s unconstitutional policies. The radicals in Congress control the purse strings. They are the ones who wrote the health bill. They are the ones who wrote the stimulus bill – the incompetent president who is billed as brilliant and shrewd is nothing but a silver-tongue street thug from the streets of Chicago. And to think ex-Governor Palin is attacked constantly – “too inexperienced” “not enough savvy” “she wouldn’t make a good president”- My response is – compared to this president? What else can we expect from the mean-spirited, vicious mental midgets, in the controlled information industry.
The most recent of Reagan’s turnabout was the elevation of the Veterans Administration last month to the level of a full-blown cabinet department, again increasing the size of the bureaucracy after he, time and again, promised to shrink it. Obviously a ploy to garner the veteran vote for VP George Bush (“one-world” person like his son) in the recent election, the signing of legislation to establish the new department took place on the fifth anniversary of the liberation of Grenada.
The president’s script for the legislation’s signing ceremony contained a few plugs for Bush, including a statement that Bush supervised the invasion of the outer Caribbean island. “We were concerned, as well, about the lives and safety of a thousand Americans there, most of them medical students,” Reagan told reporters. “And so with the initials planning conducted under the supervision of VP Bush, we responded quickly to the developing crisis. Within hours, our forces were moving toward the island.” What a script!
Finding anyone in Washington – or anywhere else, for that matter – who could produce evidence that George Bush was the brains behind the Grenada invasion has been impossible, and few reporters believe such evidence exists, even in the covert files of the CIA. ( KGB of the International Bankers)
The new Veterans Department will officially begin operation in March 15 and will then, no doubt, begin to expand its $30 billion budget and payroll of 245,000 employees to compete with the other bureaucracies in the ongoing race to see which can grow the fastest and consume the most tax dollars in a single year. The Department of Veterans Affairs will already be the second largest bureaucracy (Department of Defense is numero uno) in the federal government.
The legislation is an appropriate monument to the failure of the Reagan Revolution, in that the core of that revolution was “getting government off our backs and out of our pockets,” as the president had said many times. But rather than firing bureaucrats and cutting budgets, Reagan has been responsible for the hiring of 45,700 new bureaucrats, and that doesn’t include the now near-million-employee postal service or the overgrown Defense Department. Inclusion of these two puts the number of those on the federal payroll at more than 3 million – 200,000 more than when Reagan took office in 1981. We need another Reagan like we need a hole in the head…end of article.

The bureaucracies get bigger. We know it has grown quite a bit and budgets are out of control. We know that the IRS and Post office, and all other departments operate in the red every year.. We know the fraud that goes on and on in the medical field. There is no money in the Social Security Fund. The bastards have spent it all. We know foreign aid enriches those in power in other countries. We know the military-industrial complex manipulates criminals in Congress to war-monger to keep the arm merchants happy. We know lobbyists who represent industries contribute close to $4,000,000,000 in bribes each year. It is criminal and I don’t care what the subverted Supreme Court says. The Congress wastes billions upon billions every year because there is no accountability. States, who have the power under the 9th and 10th Amendment to stop the feds are either ignorant of the Constitution or are cowards. They have relinquished those rights but the amendments are still there. If the elected in State government had any courage they could stop the criminals in Congress. Otherwise, they carry out the wishes of the International Bankers to spend to keep us in economic bondage forever.
As far as disrespecting the present occupier of OUR WHITE HOUSE why should we, when he and many before, don’t respect the office? Having oral-sex in the White House? Using “dirty tricks? ala Nixon? Loading our White House with communists? Bush Jr. posing as a “conservative” and doing the opposite – which created conditions for the Chaoscrats to retake the two branches of government. I respect the office of the presidency but when demagogues occupy it, I have no respect for that kind of despicable servants.
As long as the International Bankers control our medium of exchange, (federal reserve notes) unconstitutionally against what is mandated by your Constitution, we’ll have the same over and over again – financial crisis. But this time, trillions in debt is creating an economic disaster we may never recover from. We are in for deep trouble and yet the communists in our country are painting a rosy picture which is misleading. That’s what happens when the elite control the media. Nothing but obfuscation! I discovered the word while looking up obituary. Are you impressed? I am, but can’t pronounce it very well.
Several years ago, I read that citizens in the future were going to be paying close to 80 percent in taxes. The reckless spending, intentional by Congress, is designed to cause havoc in our society which will alter our way of life forever. The Chaoscrats and some hypocrite Republicans in Congress are leading us to more socialism and communism.
Taxes. There are literally hundreds of taxes imposed and newer ones are coming. Look at all the taxes on your utility bills. Hidden taxes are included in products we purchase on top of the purchasing price. About 80 percent of the cost of gas goes to the federal and State governments. Can you imagine what kind of life our kids will have in the future? The best thing for you to do now is to get out of debt. Educate the young to understand the problem and the importance of being frugal which teaches them to save money and not to load up in credit card spending. When we experience another great depression it’s best to be prepared.
We have an opportunity, more than ever, to rid ourselves of the criminals in Congress. We may not succeed 100 percent but we must take the power away from the radicals in Congress who are destroying our country and their own Democratic Party. I want to believe there are many honest, decent citizens in that party – they deserve better representatives. Should the GOP regain power I am sure the more-informed citizenry will keep their feet to the fire. I’ll be damned if we’ll allow Republicans like the Bushes’ and Nixon’s to ever bullshit us again. Chaoscrats in Congress are a lost cause.
The American people are beginning to revive the same kind of spirit experienced by former generations, who understood and cared about the Declaration of Independence, which gave us the God-given principles – unalienable rights – “Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.” These rights, which made our country the envy of the world, nurtured freedom to last as long as the spirit lives in the heart of Americans. The Declaration of Independence is the seed that sprouted Liberty and Freedom and the Bill of Rights in your Constitution is your protector of your God given rights against tyranny. In essence, the Constitution is your birth certificate. Fight for your Constitution and God given rights Americans – don’t allow public figures to trample on you. I love you, America.

Amnesty is back, and with a vengeance. This was the dominant theme I heard during the annual talk-radio gabfest in Washington sponsored by the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR), the country’s leading anti-amnesty organization. “As we gather here in the nation’s capital, another illegal alien amnesty bill has been introduced in the Senate,” FAIR President Dan Stein said.
It is no surprise that, after passing health care “reform” (not yet) President Obama plans to move on to his next big domestic initiative: granting citizenship to more than 12 million illegal immigrants. For decades, Beltway and business elite (including U.S. Chamber of Commerce) have championed a policy of open borders and unlimited Third World immigration. Amnesty is simply its logical culmination: the triumph of political and corporate interests over patriotism.
America has endured a massive invasion of millions of illegal immigrants. The southern border is a bleeding sore. Hospitals are overwhelmed, forced to provide medical care to illegals. School systems must absorb the unnecessary costs of educating the illegal immigrants’ children. Welfare rolls are swelling with illegal immigrants taking advantage of public assistance. (Wouldn’t you, if you came from a country that starves people) Nearly one third of the federal prison population is composed of illegal aliens. (No rent, free clothing, great food, TV, libraries, legal assistance, drugs readily available…etc.) Mexican cartels import drugs, crime and human trafficking. Washington has lost control of the nation’s borders – and with it, our national sovereignty.
The hidden agenda of the elite is to eventually erase the borders. This is part of a plan that’s been around for years to eventually place all countries in North America under a system like the one in Europe. Either the dollar will remain as currency or a new one will be instituted similar to the Euro. The courts who have been subverted like the other branches most always side with illegal immigration to promote the plan. The courts’ use of the 14th Amendment is to bullshit people that everyone in our country has equal rights – throw in terrorists who behead our people. Nothing could be further from the truth. It is done to condition the American people to accept the assimilation, hence the unenforced immigration laws in our system to carryout the wishes of the elite. When the time comes, and the plan is completed, many citizens will think nothing of it because of the conditioning process all their lives. THE U.S. GOVERNMENT HAS NO JURISDICTION OVER PEOPLE WHO ARE CITIZENS OF OTHER COUNTRIES WHO ARE HERE ILLEGALLY. The U.S. Supreme Court can eat all the tacos and tamales they want but that won’t change what your Constitution reads:
14th Amendment: Sec. 1. – All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
The 14th Amendment had its origin as a result of the problem created by anti-black forces against Black Americans. This law settled that. Since then the courts have used it for other things to promote bigger government and to control all citizens under a democracy, which is the worse form of government. Do you believe our Founding Fathers meant to include illegals in our country when they used the word “person” instead of citizen? If they could have foreseen radical forces in the future violating our Constitution so blatantly, they wouldn’t have used the word “person” but citizen.
Article continues…Moreover, the waves of illegal immigration represent an onslaught on America’s historic and cultural core. The great myth of our time, promoted by both the multicultural left (communists) and the neoconservatives right (conservative sellouts), is that the United States is a creedal nation. They argue that the country was founded upon abstract ideas embodied in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution and that it is united by its commitment to universal principles such as democracy and equality. This is a historical fraud. The Founding Fathers were neither democrats, nor believers in egalitarianism. (Equality of all people – for those who are school dropouts – like me)
George Washington and Thomas Jefferson were slave holders. John Adams, Alexander Hamilton (in bed with the bankers) and James Madison distrusted democracy. “Democracy […] wastes, exhausts, and murders itself,” Adams wrote. “There is never a democracy that did not commit suicide.”
DEMOCRACY: A government of the masses. Authority derived through mass meeting of any form of “direct” expression. Results in mobocracy. Attitude towards laws is that the will of the majority shall regulate, whether it is based upon deliberation or governed by passion, prejudice or impulse, without restraint or regard to consequences. Results in demagoguism, license, agitation, discontent, anarchy. (1928 Army training manual)
Mobocracy: Political control by a mob. Demagoguism: A person, esp. an orator or political leader, who gains power and popularity by arousing the emotions, passions, and prejudices of the people (President Pinocchio) – now one can understand why the Democrats in Congress are always in chaos. There are hundreds of groups, if not thousands, vying for favors. Even within their own ranks they can’t agree – witness the problems they have with the health bill…I coined my own word to describe the Democratic Party – “Chaoscratic Party.” The GOP only worries about the rich.

It is equally evident that none of them ought to posses, directly or indirectly, an over-ruling influence over the others in the administration of their responsive powers.” Federalist Paper 48 – again, by Madison.
Our three branches of government have been subverted. It happened years ago. What we have in place in a demagogue as president, a Congress of criminals, and a Supreme Court in violation of its duties and responsibility for not keeping the other two branches in check. Is our beloved Constitution gone?? What we have is a Democracy – the worse form of government. Today the attitude of the three branches – the rest of you go to hell.
In other words, the Founding Fathers were not only Republicans; they were nationalists who believed they had established a distinct and unique nation based on a common language, faith, heritage and culture. America is an outgrowth of Christianity and English civilization. Its roots are European. The previous waves of immigrants who came to its shores not only deliberately assimilated, but embraced a common national identity: They became Americans. This not the case with the army of illegal immigrants. The combination of uncontrolled immigration with multiculturalism is a recipe for balkanization – the fracturing of America along racial and ethnic lines.
The communists in our country are hard at work brainwashing immigrant, convincing them it is their right to be here and that eventually Mexico will recapture the States along the border. Futbol in Mexico is their soccer game. Whenever Futbol games are staged at the Los Angeles Coliseum attendees boo and jeer when our anthem is played. They have been taught to hate our country which has done so much to feed their stomachs and able to send money to families back home to keep them from starving – and we get booed? Why not, this is what happens when government violates our laws as part of the plan to promote the acceptance of assimilation. Quite, frankly, I blame the federal government for 9-11. If they had enforced our immigration laws the people responsible might not have been able to operate as they did.
Already, many Hispanic radicals, including some in the advocacy group La Raza (“the race”), are calling for the annexation of the Southwest back into Mexico. They think amnesty will accelerate the process of reacquiring former Mexican territories. For them, demography is destiny…President Pinocchio has appointed La Raza representatives to positions in the ever growing list of radicals in YOUR WHITE HOUSE!
Large chunks of California, Texas, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico and Florida have become Spanish-speaking enclaves. They are part of the United States in name only. Immigrants are no longer required to learn English. The fastest growing TV and radio stations are those broadcasting in Spanish. Everywhere one goes – ATM s, restaurants, state motor vehicle departments – Spanish is prevalent. Many urban schools in Los Angeles, Chicago and New York teach bilingualism. We are no longer one people who share the same language, culture, history, customs, heroes, literature and traditions. The bonds of national union are slowly being torn apart…adios – America
Mr. Obama already has shown he is the most leftist president in U.S. history. Not only has his statist policies and massive budget deficits crippled the private sector, he is erecting a corporatist state – the amalgamation of big business, big government and big labor – that represents a clear break from capitalist individualism. Success in his drive for government-run health care would transform America in to a European-style democracy. This would permanently shift the political landscape to the left, fostering a culture of dependency and entitlement..
Mr. Obama is an internationalist socialist. His ultimate goal is to erect a liberal ruling class; to forge a Democratic majority coalition – one that would dominate for decades. Amnesty would put millions of illegal immigrants into the voting booths – and into the welcoming arms of Democrats.
Another aspect of amnesty you are not being told about is that once millions are allowed to stay, shortly thereafter they will be able to bring relatives to join them. All this unskilled immigration will be the ones working for minimum wages – not enough to support families – result? Food stamps and other subsidies – ditto for schools and hospitals. When amnesty legislation comes up again, there is talk that the radicals in Congress (Chaoscrats) will shove it down the throats of the American people. Start complaining to your representatives now - put a stop to it! YOU MUST NOT LET THE COMMUNIST WIN!!!
Amnesty also would sound the death knell of traditional America. It would signify a cultural revolution, (without a shot being fired) the establishment of a de facto bilingual, bi-national Tower of Babel. It would be Mr. Obama’s most radical – and destructive – achievement…end of article…don’t let it happen!
I haven’t had many opinion letters printed by the media but at least they may have thought this one was a little interesting.
Dealing with Immigrants
Possible solutions to alleviate immigration problems: Enforce immigration law – Impeach any civil officer not complying (Art. 2 Sec 4. U.S. Constitution) Deport all undocumented persons except the following: Pardon married or single parents who own property – grant them green-card status. Pardon students with proof of enrollment. Same thing applies to those with diplomas from any accredited learning institution. Grant green-card status to those with legitimate business licenses.
States to submit quotas to federal government for workforce: agriculture, construction, service industries…etc. Citizens first, Green-card holders second. Those with permission to work (quotas) last. Expedite the waiting period of people seeking legal entry and for people who will fill quotas. Quota workers may not give birth while in this country – they have to return home until it’s over. State taxes apply but federal taxes are returned at the end of harvesting – no social security conflict.
Consolidate all those incarcerated undocumented nationwide in one State in the Southwest. Federal government pays one State for the upkeep and maintenance. It would save millions. Demand reimbursement from the Mexican government for the expense. Mexico uses oil to pay. Amend federal law to allow Border States to patrol own borders.

I’m a chili dreamer – it won’t happen. Many others have offered ideas but you know none would be implemented. This wouldn’t work because of the plan of the elite. Second, this rotten government would never deport 12 to 20 million illegals. There are millions here that wouldn’t qualify under the conditions I’ve outlined – these would be the ones more apt to be deported – let them get in line back home for quotas.
These ideas, plus many more and the patrolling of our borders, instead of our soldiers patrolling the world in other countries to protect the interests of global corporations, I believe the problem of illegal immigration could drastically be curtailed. It’s our government and country folks – don’t you agree?

The following was written in 1987 by Lloyd Bauer, a guest writer for the Justice Times. This is a reprint from a newsletter of a group he represented in Memphis, Tenn. It’s rather lengthy, so I’ve condensed it.
It is an historical fact that every patriot (tax rebel) silver bullet (constitutional argument) heretofore presented has been rejected by the courts. Petitions for redress of grievance (First Amendment) to other branches have been ignored.
Is it not true that the problem is that we have a corrupt government? If the government is corrupt, does it stand to reason that they will become uncorrupt when presented with the magic argument, if tax rebels can find it? Isn’t the problem that they lust for our money? Is the problem not Sin? Do we also not sin if we put our hopes on false silver bullet gods?
In the sixties, the courts rejected the money issue argument that states “I earned no lawful money that can lawfully be taxed.” See U.S. v. Wangrud, 533 F2d 1111. Was the money issue argument flawed? Absolutely not. Wangrud was right on point…this had to do with federal reserve notes as against constitutional gold and silver coin.
Then in the seventies, patriots filed Fifth Amendment tax returns claiming that information put on a tax return was testimonial in nature, and that they could not be compelled to testify as a witness against themselves. They even had a string of cases to support it. See. Sullivan v. U.S. 15 F2d 809. Those who filed Fifth Amendment returns used high-sounding language like the Fifth Amendment was intended to be used as a shield, not a sword…you wave your rights when you sign the tax form
Next came the substantive tax arguments. “Wages are not income.” Argument rejected. See U.S. v. Grumka. 728. Was the argument flawed? Hardly. Wages definitely are not income regardless of what the courts say.
“The income tax is an indirect excise levied only upon privileged activity.” Argument rejected. See U.S. v. Francisco, 614 F2d 617. Ruled “silly, specious, frivolous and without merit.” Flawed argument? Not a chance. Flawed government – paid judges who will do anything to keep the Babylonian system (excessive luxury) intact. They want your money.
The Sixteenth Amendment was not properly ratified, and the income tax is therefore void. Argument rejected by the Ninth Circuit Court of appeals this year in the United States v. Stahl. Was this a wooden bullet instead of a silver one? Nope. In fact this is such a good issue and was put together so well by Bill Benson, Red Beckman and Larry Becraft that the best the judges have been able to do was to say, “This is a political issue upon which we cannot rule.” The reason they cannot rule is because they can find no legal authorities, even phony ones, upon which to base a legal opinion in the face of this exhaustive and impeccable research.
This research done by these concerned citizens took close to three years. They visited every State in the Union and discovered fraud and absence of the president’s signature – NEVER HAPPENED! Second, imagine the court not wanting to hear constitutional questions – what happened to the separation of powers? Isn’t the Supreme Court suppose (I’m having trouble with this word – is it suppose or supposed? I use it in the present tense) to intercede whenever the other two branches violate our Constitution? They claim that it’s a “political issue.” This is a classic example of subversion of the three branches. This is further proof why all three branches operate our government outside the confines of our Constitution – to protect the International Bankers that own and operate our monetary system. There is no accountability. We are economic slaves.
We have criminals running our government and destroying our country right before our eyes and we have to wait until Nov. to stop it? How great it would be to have a citizens’ committee outside government with impeachment power. You citizens should worry as to what this criminal government will do before then. I think they are intentionally wanting to destroy us economically which may lead to civil unrest and dangerous chaos (democracy) which may result in martial law. There are Executive Orders in place awaiting a president’s signature to call out the militia – if need be. Can’t happen? Presidents are shot – aren’t they? That is how the communist mind works. Surely, we don’t have Boy Scouts running things, or maybe we should. These people are grown-ups. They can’t be that stupid. President Pinocchio lies and lies and the radicals in Congress support this pathological liar whose nose grows every day. What else am I suppose to think?
The Stahl is on its way to the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court will reject the Sixteenth Amendment argument. The argument is 100 percent correct, but the Supreme Court will reject it. They must protect the revenue. To believe otherwise is to believe in fairy tales. No, we don’t lack the right argument. Every argument we have presented has been right including this one. Should we give up hope since they won’t listen to us? Not a chance. There’s plenty we can do. It is completely true that if a patriot gets his status straight, he will not be subject to either civil seizure or criminal attack.
To this extent, the guru was correct. (guru was like a tutor selling printed material tax rebels could use against the IRS and courts to prove their argument) If he quits his corporate job and finds work he can do for cash, gets out of the banks, tears up his credit cards and disowns his property by putting it in a trust, or quit – claiming it to his wife, he could walk into the IRS headquarters with an army of reporters and cameramen in tow, ask for the head goon, and say, “I don’t file. I ain’t gonna file. What are you dummies going to do about it?” And they could do nothing.
But not because the IRS recognizes the legal correctness of his freeman status; only because they could find no evidence with which to instigate either a civil or criminal attack. No paper trail, no evidence. No evidence, no attack. No property to seize, no seizure. Now, notice that in this scenario, cancelling your Social Security number using the patriot guru’s magic pack is completely optional. If you want to write a letter to the Social Security gods, go ahead and have a ball. If you want to be one of the thousands who are deluging them with mail, have at it.
Perhaps if enough people keep clubbing them with the truth, they will get the hint. But if you do, recognize that you are doing it to “bind down their consciences,” and not because you think they will recognize your new status. But if you don’t want to waste the paper, postage and time, don’t bother with the formality of cancelling your number because you are not going to give them a quarter anyhow. You’re out. You’re a freeman. You truly have your status straight – no fairy tales.
There is no one they can hold a club to extort withholding from your pay. You’re holding all the cards. I believe patriots cling to these legal theories because they don’t want to face up to the reality that the only way to get out of the Babylonian system is to get out. They want to cling to the notion that they can keep working for corporations while patiently waiting for someone to come up with a magic letter or lawsuit that will get the IRS out of their paycheck. You’ve got a long wait. Notice that the patriot guru who sold you the $100 pack enjoys precisely the status I have just described.
I believe another thing that causes patriots to chase silver bullets is that they would rather read law books than spend time doing the tough work of Christian patriot re-construction. Instead of spending time chasing silver bullets and fairy tales in the law libraries, spend time and thought where the rubber meets the road; recruiting and education. Learn to present the basic issues to others. Learn the skills of recruiting, then get into the recruiting habit.
In the beginning when awakening to the corrupt system, you do exactly that, run around town like a Patrick Henry warning others of what you’ve learn. Very quickly, you get dissolution because of apathy and disbelief by people – accusing you of being a “radical” and a “right-wing wacko” for not wanting to pay taxes on your sweat. They think you’re crazy. You show them court decisions favoring tax rebels; Supreme Court opinions declaring the 16th Amendment is an excise tax and not a direct tax on your wages and they still won’t believe you. You’re convinced the socialists/communists in our society have done a good job brainwashing our people.
Then while you are helping to educate, continue to study. But avoid searching for the latest theory, advertised as shark repellent, that will turn Big Brother on his ear. Instead, study the Bible. Become completely convinced that the problem is sin, that we as a nation are under judgment, and that the answer is Jesus Christ. Then you will become truly convinced that the only way our land can be healed is if we collectively repent. Then in addition to the law, teach repentance to your student.
This repentance will reflect back on the people in government with a light of righteous indignation so strong that no letters of withdrawal to Social Security will be necessary. Only by this scenario of widespread recruiting, education and repentance do I see God removing his wrath from our nation.
Point a finger of righteous indignation at government, and show your neighbor why he should do the same. But point to Calvary as the solution, not to Greeks bearing gifts, and gurus bearing silver bullets…end of article.
People (gurus) in the freedom fight of yesterday served well. It takes time and research putting together materials informing you of your rights and educating you in the way government has corrupted our country. I paid $100 for a Manual that explained everything. It was a relief not having to scratch my head any longer wondering what was happening to my country. Furthermore, it had the Constitution I’d never seen nor read. The only thing I remember learning in school was Washington cutting down a cherry tree. Less work for my distant cousin, Jose the landscaper.
Even though the Tax rebel fight for at least two decades never got rid of the IRS nor the privately owned Federal Reserve, they still affected attitudes in the Congress that effected change in some tax laws. But as far as getting government to stop taxing our wages, even though the Constitution declares otherwise and confirmed by the Bill of Rights, it won’t happen. The only way is to work within the system and get rid of criminals in the three branches of government who disobey our Constitution and work towards reviving our long forgotten Constitution thousands have died protecting. You have that opportunity this coming Nov. ALL INCUMBENTS SHOULD BE THROWN OUT OF OFFICE. They are all criminals working an unconstitutional government that is destroying our country.
IF we ever get out of this economic quagmire without our lives being disrupted (martial law) by the economic bondage these criminals in the three branches have settled us with, have to go. The law reads that only Congress can control our monetary system and not outsiders like the International Bankers. The Constitution also says that we are to be taxed to pay for war WHEN IT IS DECLARED and when it’s equally apportioned by the States to help pay the debt. Just think how much hell the states’ would raise if they got a bill for hundreds of billions because of unconstitutional spending. This is why our Founding Fathers wanted States’ to choose U.S. Senators instead of the ignorant. They were there to protect the rights of States’. It is important to give others a chance at governing. The team in place in the White House is equivalent to the 1919 Chicago White Sox baseball team that tainted baseball. Ex-governor of my State of Arizona, Napolitano, head of the Homeland Security Department, is being touted as a possible Supreme Court appointee. She was a lousy Governor. She is a lousy department head, and compares military personnel to terrorists. If Obama selects her all military organizations should oppose her. Obama will select someone as radical as he is. We’ve got to raise enough stink. Call your local American Legions – Veterans organizations, police unions, and any law-abiding organizations. Who ever he picks will be a radical but I don’t think Napolitano is fit for the job – her short tenure as Secretary of Homeland Security is an indication.

Common law advocate George Gordon has acheived a major victory of sorts when recently the U.S. Supreme Court agreed to hear his case involving the question of voluntary drivers license.In a recent interview, Gordon admitted that it was a major victory of sorts, because most people would never believe that it was a “major constitutional question” and could be brought before the nation’s top court. However, Gordon said he was only in the U.S. Supreme Court “hanging on by my fingernails.”
Gordon said the case has been docketed to be heard by the court, but he said another case has been developed, and is working its way through the Missouri courts, where he now lives, that will overcome a weakness he sees in the current case being heard. For the six years that Gordon has been teaching Common Law, it’s been his advocacy that a freeman is not required to obtain a drivers license or to register his vehicle and obtain a license plate, because traveling is a right that we’ve all enjoyed since the days of English Common Law.
Gordon says that persons in licensed trades have subjected themselves to the licensing provisions, but that when a person corrects his “status” and is no longer under contract with the government, traveling is a right. It becomes a privilege, Gordon said. When a person or business voluntary enters into a contract with their government or obtain some other type of license that subjects the person or business to government regulation.
Gordon said that it took him three years to get the current case before the Supreme Court, but the weakness that could hurt the case, he said, is that the State of Idaho is claiming authority to require licensing based on competency testing of all drivers for the public safety. The current case before the court originated from a traffic ticket in Idaho, where Gordon lived until he moved to Missouri in early 1985. He said that the case has “tentatively” been set for hearing after he had oral arguments before the Idaho Supreme Court, but that court refused to reverse the lower court conviction.
Gordon said the case is unique if only because of the driver’s license issue reaching the U.S. Supreme Court, but also that it’s extremely rare for a pro se to get a case before the highest court. But the basic question we’re raising, in this and other issues, is that the police powers that the various levels of government have assumed are to broad. “And what we want to do is to reclaim our rights.”…end of article.

The following was written by Kevan Rowlee and posted in the Justice Times in 1984.
During the tax rebel “freedom movement” many like Mr. Rowlee wrote such articles. They informed themselves about constitutional law, especially having to do with taxes. They took that knowledge to the courts but many failed miserably. Not because they were ignorant but because they discovered how corrupt the judiciary was in protecting the privately owned Federal Reserve. Although there were victories they were never printed by the controlled press. Gradually, these outstanding courageous citizens disappeared but their writings survive forever. The present-day tea party people are the new “freedom fighters.” I hope and pray that this time, working within the system, they succeed. What follows is an interview of Mr. Rowlee by the Justice Times.
WHY A TAX REVOLT?
1. Question: Why is there an income tax revolt?
First, because Congress & IRS have their tax system built on fraud. The 16th Amendment does not authorize a tax on the goose that laid the golden egg, and the goose is the sources of living of the American worker (wages, salary, commissions, etc) The income tax is lawfully limited to corporate profits. IRS has destroyed the original intent and letter of what was lawfully “income” for the express purpose of deceiving the American producers to build and maintain the Big Brother welfare state.
Second, because the income tax is morally wrong. The welfare state believes that wealth, happiness, equality, and security comes by taking your property and sharing it with others they deem to be in need, by force if necessary. For instance, how many New Yorkers would voluntarily 25 to 60% of their salary each week to build a truck and tank factory on the Kama River in the Soviet Union, or to build a highway from Moscow to Afghanistan, or to “defend” Europe so the Europeans won’t have to spend their money on defense, or to send steel making equipment to Red China, or to bail out every single stinking communist country around the globe that has gone broke in their particular brand of socialism.
Or to subsidize the Midwest farmers so they can feed the Russian army, or to pay the big bankers billions on top of billions in interest for paper money they created on their books out of absolutely nothing, or for a school system that no longer teaches the objective truth but rather “conditions” to accept statist regimentation and everything that is repugnant to our Christian heritage, etc., etc? How many freely choose to contribute rope to the hangman so he could hang their children and even themselves? None but the insane, that’s who would contribute.
2. Do you foresee a political solution?
Reagan and Bush murdered any hope of a Republican alternative to the socialist Democrats. At the very least you have to give the Democrats credit for being honest socialists. Reagan and his gang give freedom all their rhetoric, but give the action to the socialist International Bankers and spend the tax the same as the Democrats.
Reagan and the Democrats don’t know it, but God has used their lies and newspeak to finally wake up America. The Democrat played the politics of guilt, pity, and envy as there was no elections to be won with domestic tranquility so they pitted the Catholic against the Protestant, the Black against the White, the Polish, the Italian and Irish against the English, Dutch, French and German, the workers against the businessmen, and made the key to freedom a dirty word…profit.
More and more mainstream Americans see through the politics of guilt, pity and envy. Hence Reagan was elected to office by a huge margin on the rhetoric that he was going to take a meat ax to the budget, lop off several bureaucracies, stop giving aid to our communist enemies, drastically lower taxes, and get the government out of the marketplace. What a Judas goat he has turned out to be…and most people know it. Don’t all candidates preach the same thing – always? They are all the same.
So now the people know they can’t effect any change whatsoever at the polls, no matter who they vote for they get more of what they didn’t vote for…less and less freedom and more and more taxes. So next they try the courts to seek justice and the right to live their lives and to acquire and dispose of their property as they see fit.
3. Can you seek redress of grievances in the courts?
Like the man says on “Peoples Court” on TV, “If you’ve got a problem don’t take the law into your own hands, take it to court”, right? WRONG! That’s the way the system is suppose to work, however, if it is a Constitutional issue regarding property rights violations by the IRS stomping your God given rights into the ground the unholy federal courts will not only ignore your right to redress, they will also punish you for challenging the unconstitutional authority of the welfare state and the Big Banker’s bill collector, the IRS. The tax protest is the only open door. Early American “tax protestors” were responsible for the birth of our Republic – put that in your pipe bureaucrats!

4. Then are you saying there is no justice in the courts for patriots?
Yes, there is no justice in 99% of the federal courts. However, this is not the case in the state courts. Yes, the state courts may be intimidated by the Gestapo IRS, but many of the state judges know the patriots are 100% correct, and property rights (wages and salary are property) properly come under the jurisdiction of the state of New York. There are many good Constitution-oriented lower level state judges right here in Central New York and our higher state courts probably rank with the best in the nation when it comes to Constitutional rights.
Our patriot jury victories over the IRS in Federal District Court will give state judges enough support to let them shake the unwarranted fear they have of the IRS and accept our cases for trial in their courts. The lawyers and judges will discover the 4th and 5th Amendments will protect them from the IRS, just as they do for the patriots. You may see county sheriffs arresting IRS agents for stealing wage property without court order in the not too distant future, and you may find some state judge holding an IRS agent personally liable for his crime and sending the thug to jail…never happened.
This has happened, where courts have found agents in contempt and laws changed to make the agents behave better. But for the most part it’s business as usual for the IRS (lifeblood of socialism) They do whatever they want unless you have a good lawyer that understands all IRS rules and regulations. There is such a lawyer in Phoenix who is licensed in several other states. He was a hero to many in the early days of the tax rebellion. He is still active. 5. Is there any hope?
Oh yes. There is all the hope in the world. When HIS people are being oppressed, they humbled themselves and ask for forgiveness, that is when God works His miracles, when everything seems hopeless to the faithless Humanist.
6. What about the Tax Court imposing $5000 fines on people who petition the court with “frivolous” petitions?
Tax Court is part of the Big Lie. The so-called United States Court is not a court at all. For a court to be a court it would have to be in the Judicial Branch of government. The so-called tax court is not only in the Executive Branch, it is also a part of the IRS. The tax “court” judge is an IRS employee. What you have in the kangaroo tax “court” is IRS agents writing the rules and regulations, IRS agents enforcing their color-of-law rules, and IRS agents “judging” so-called infractions of their rules. It is the very same system of “justice” you will find in the Soviet Union…If this still holds true today, how well the bankers have gotten government to protect their stranglehold on the American people by using an agency (IRS) and the courts as a defense against informed citizens who are concerned about dishonest government and the attack upon our Bill of Rights.
7. But what about the $5000 fine?
You are compelled to petition, by color-of-law and IRS Letters, the IRS “court”. The 1st Amendment gives you the right to seek redress of grievances so that automatically invalidates the so-called penalty. It defies all reasoning to fine someone for seeking peaceful redress!
The $5000 fine is also a clear violation of the 8th Amendment which states “Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines “imposed.” And the 7th Amendment says “In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved.”

8. Then why the fines?
Because there are not 50,000 tax protestors “out there” like the IRS wants you to report in the media, the number is in the millions and growing. The more oppressive the statistics become, the more ranks of the patriots grow. IRS, U.S. Attorneys and their cozy Fed. Judges can not stop the mighty army God is raising up to crush the welfare state and restore the free market operating under God’s justice. Socialist governments always use force to maintain their “system of equality” by using force…end of article.

If memory serves me right, Mr. Rowlee was hounded by government and courts until they left him a broken man. The “freedom movement” slowly withered away. The rest of society didn’t know what was going on. Not enough information sources like today. Now, when the pocketbook of the citizen is being threatened, especially with unemployment and the exposure of the crimes being committed in Congress, people are beginning to pay attention once again but this time more informed.
If the tea party movement suffers the same fate as the freedom movement of the ‘70s and ‘80s it’ll be because of the negative attacks by the communists in the printed media and TV networks. Of great concern is the disunity within the ranks. It has started already. Also, you watch the media the closer we get to Nov. They will lie, cheat, misrepresent, throw mud at people, dig up whatever dirt they can and if not they will invent some. Outside agitators will infiltrate to disrupt. They have been doing this since the early ‘60s when our country was being taken over by socialists and communists.
The powers that rule hope to see third parties get into races for office. This guarantees many radicals in elected positions to be reelected because of splitting the votes. There is a sure victory over the communists in politics but only if all parties unite under one effort. There are many smart, hard-working citizens involved but I wish they would put their egos aside and use common sense – take that unity and join the GOP, change it from the ground-up, get rid of those in the party who are the hypocrites and not conservative. And finally, workout a platform that is compatible to all. The GOP party has the organization, the money, and many in the GOP feel the same as the tea party, independents and third party people. It’s a formula for victory in Nov. to save us from a
system that has been criminal for too long. The U.S. Constitution is the answer…I love you America.
