Could the Constitution stop the new health-care law?

When asked last fall where the Constitution authorizes Congress to require citizens to buy health insurance, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi was temporarily caught off guard, finally sputtering, “Are you serious? Are you serious?” She then quickly turned to another reporter without further comment. Another Democrat, Rep. Phil Hare of Illinois, reacted similarly when recently posed that question by one of his constituents: I don’t really worry about the Constitution on this, to be honest.”

That response is the answer as to what is wrong with government. Imagine, that coming from the person who holds the most powerful position in the House. The voting public should throw these two scumbags out in November. How the Congress of the United States is working is against constitutional law. It is a criminal Congress and if we don’t stop its illegal activities we will be doomed. It’ll be hard because the communists and criminals in government have divided our people. This is exactly what President Pinocchio’s Administration has done, is doing – and now is promoting class warfare and perpetuating civil unrest.

While the thought that the Constitution actually limits the power of Congress to enact legislation may be foreign to some Democrats, the framers of the Constitution intended for the federal government to be limited to the powers that are specifically enumerated, or listed, in the text of the document.

In the Federalist Papers, James Madison wrote: “[T]he proposed Government cannot be deemed a national one; since its jurisdiction extends to certain enumerated objects only, and leaves to the several States a residuary and inviolable sovereignty over all other objects.” In part to protect that sovereignty, more than 20 states have challenged the constitutionality of the new health-care law. Several have even moved to pass amendments to their constitutions that would forbid any law that forces citizens to participate in a health-care system. . . and President Pinocchio taught law in school? The outcome of these radical efforts to affirm the guaranteed rights of states and individuals will have huge consequences for the very character of America. If the Court rules in favor of the criminals it’ll be complicit in crimes against the people. If so, arm yourselves, no telling what will happen in the near future.

Key constraint: enumerated powers

Because the federal government is composed of – and constrained by – enumerated powers, then the power to regulate health care would have to be one of the powers specifically given to it in the Constitution. Out of the 17 named powers given to Congress in Se. 8 of Article 1, however, none mentions anything about health care, insurance, doctors, medical treatment, or anything approaching an enumerated power that would allow Congress to legislate our health. . . or education, for that matter.. . Then how is it that Democrats (Chaoscrats) can claim the Constitution permits the new health-care law? They point to two constitutional provisions as their grant of authority to enact health-care legislation. … this is typical of Congress – uses the Constitution only when furthering their communistic agenda.

The first enumerated power claimed by Democrats is the “general welfare” clause. House majority leader Steny Hoyer, for instance, said that Congress has “broad authority” to provide for the general welfare. The term “general welfare” appears twice in the Constitution, once in the Preamble and another time in the “tax and spend” clause. The Preamble to the Constitution, however, has never been considered a grant of power to the federal government. As the Supreme Court has put it, “[a]lthough th[e]  preamble indicates the general purposes for which the people ordained and established the Constitution, it has never been regarded as the source of any substantive power conferred on the government of the United States.” We’ll see how they rule on health-care.

The tax and spend clause, however, is an enumerated power given to Congress in the Constitution. It reads in part, “[T]he Congress shall have the Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States.”

The 16th Amendment is also another rip-off by the criminals in Congress. If you scroll through this web you’ll see articles that divulge the truth about our taxing system. The discovery of the fundamental truth about the taxing system foisted upon us by the criminals in government is what created the confrontations by many tax-rebels against the IRS and courts. They uncovered Supreme Court opinions and decisions which proved government had no right to tax our wages. But government HAD to protect the system and destroyed many citizens exercising their God-given constitutional right to protest. Go to the link April 2009 on the side and read an article (April 3) that addresses this subject.

This type of information shared with the public is what draws the attention of the IRS. Good! If they contact me, maybe I can sell them a few dozen tamales – no taxes!

To read the term “general welfare” in the clause to be a broad grant of authority to Congress to tax for whatever purposes it deems are in the general welfare of the country would be to make a mockery of the Constitution. Such a broad grant of authority would eclipse a written constitution of enumerated specific, limited powers given to the federal government. As Thomas Jefferson explained, “[T]he laying of taxes is the power, and the general welfare the purpose for which the power is to be exercised. [Congress is] not to lay taxes ad libitum for any purpose they please.”. . . another explanation of the meaning of “promote the general Welfare,” I read, was that government was to keep a sound economic system in place so people could prosper – that meant NO INCOME TAX ON LABOR!

Madison also noted: “Such a view of the Constitution, finally, would have the effect of excluding the judicial authority of the United States from its participation in guarding the boundary between the legislative powers of the General and the State Governments, inasmuch as questions relating to the general welfare, being questions of policy and expediency, are unsusceptible (sic) of judicial cognizance and decision.”

The second enumerated power that Democrats claim supports their authority to regulate the health-care industry is the Commerce Clause. The Constitution does in fact specifically give Congress the power “To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with the Indian Tribes.” The clause, however, was simply meant to prevent trade wars between the states, a common occurrence under the Articles of Confederation. The inability of the Continental Congress to resolve trade disputes among the various states and with foreign nations was one of the leading reasons the states called for a new federal government.  Articles of Confederation – our first Constitution. Several people had served as presidents before George. ( for those that went to public schools and never learned this.)

Meaning of the Commerce Clause

As originally understood, the Commerce Clause was intended to create a “free trade zone” throughout America, only giving Congress the power to strike down state laws that discriminated against the buying, selling, and transportation of out-of-state goods. Madison, in 1832, wrote that the clause was “a necessary control on the conduct of some of the importing states towards their non-importing neighbors.” Never once, in the Federalist Papers or the debates during the Constitution’s ratification, did anyone suggest that the Commerce Clause was anything more than the power to end trade barriers among the states.

This is why some conservative judges claim to be constitutional constructionists, which is to say, follow what the Constitution reads. This would prevent unconstitutional legislation like the health-bill. Because of this belief by conservative judges, the communists in the media and government always ridicule and demean conservatives – ask Judge Bork about this.

Ever looking to expand its power, Congress, with the acquiescence of the Supreme Court, (subversion of the separation of powers) long ago seized on the Commerce Clause as its authority to regulate pretty much every detail of our lives. The Supreme Court has gone so far as to uphold legislation that prohibited local, non-economic activity such as growing wheat or marijuana for personal consumption under the absurd theory that, since the home-grown product is used instead of that which is transported across state lines, it has an effect on interstate commerce. Such a theory transforms the federal government into one with unlimited powers. . . democracy – the worst form of government.

But the health-care legislation goes even further than the court has previously upheld by requiring an individual person to engage in economic transaction with a private company (i.e., buy health insurance) or face a fine. That is an unprecedented and unconstitutional power grab by Congress that, if upheld, would leave no check on Congress’s power. The concept of federalism and limited government would be dead. . . and the communization of America continues – thanks Democrats!

It is time for the Supreme Court to once again hold that the Constitution imposes restrictions on Congress and to close the general welfare clause and Commerce Clause expressways by which the federal government has become one of the infinite powers rather than finite authority…end of article.

The following are a few words from the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution: “…nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the law.”

Any citizen of another country illegally here does not come under the jurisdiction of the United States Federal Government. Illegals do not qualify for a legal remedy. The current immigration firestorm is caused by communist propaganda being used to twist the minds of many decent citizens. . . including the pandering by the Mayor of Phoenix.

How important it’s always been the attempt to get judges on the courts who obey the Constitution and not the ones that are brainwashed in college about “activism.” As I’ve said before, President Pinocchio will appoint radicals to the court that will rule for years to come.

I’m advocating an Office of Impeachment run by the States (apart from the three branches of government) to give our people a tool to rid ourselves of those in government that don’t give a damn about the Constitution. I don’t know whether this would require a new amendment or if it’s something that could be added to the 10th Amendment. Something has to be done. We have too many criminals in government that need to be removed. Getting “rid of all the bums” will never work. . . we must look for other alternatives. An Office of Impeachment could be one.

The U.S. Constitution is the answer. Vote for true conservatives and weed out the communists in the Democratic Party. I left the Democratic Party recently for this reason. I wish others in the Party would open their minds and listen to the hypocrisy of their leaders. They will always lie. Don’t misunderstand. There are Republicans in Congress that should also be removed. I love you, America.

Liberals and the Violence Card

The latest liberal theme is to equate skepticism of the Obama administration with a tendency toward violence. That takes me back 15 years ago to the time President Bill Clinton accused “loud and angry voices” on the airwaves (i.e., radio talk-show hosts like me) of having incited Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh. What self-serving nonsense. Liberals (Progressives now) are perfectly comfortable with anti-government protest when they’re not in power.

From the halls of Ivy League to the halls of Congress, from the anti-war protests during the Vietnam War and the war in Iraq to the anti-capitalists protest during International Monetary Fund and World Bank meetings, we’re used to seeing leftist malcontents take to the streets. Sometimes they’re violent, breaking shop windows with bricks and throwing rocks at police. (Happening in Phoenix) Sometimes there are arrests. Not all leftists are violent, of course. But most are angry. It’s in their DNA. They view the culture as corrupt and capitalism as unjust.

Now the liberals run the government and they’re using their power to implement their radical agenda. Mr. Obama and his party believe that the election in November 2008 entitled them to make permanent, “transformational” changes to our society. In just 16 months they’ve added more than $2 trillion to the national debt, essentially nationalized the health-care system, the student-loan industry, and have their sights set on draconian cap-and-trade regulations on carbon emissions and amnesty for illegal aliens. Had President Obama campaigned on this agenda, he wouldn’t have garnered 30% of the popular vote.

The thieves are in place already to share the $10,000,000,000,000 per year cap-and-trade industry if it passes. What government is not telling you, should amnesty be granted,  not only will it increase dependency by millions already here but they will be able to bring their relatives to join them. Translation: billions more in cost and millions of new votes for the Democrats.

Like the millions of citizens who’ve peacefully risen up and attended thousands of rallies in protest, I seek nothing more than the preservation of the social contract that undergirds our society. I do not hate the government, as the left does when it is not running it. I love this country. And because I do, I insist that the temporary inhabitants of high political office comply with the Constitution, honor our God-given unalienable rights, and respect our hard-earned private property. For this I am called seditious, among other things, by some of the very people who’ve condemned this society?

You must remember, that most born in the ‘60s and forward have known nothing but big government. People have been schooled in socialism and the controlled media and Hollywood have conducted “social engineering” to destroy the morals of our people. This has affected the family and religion, which in turn has demoralized our country – we are morally bankrupt and many hate the flag, our Constitution and all that is good for our country. I have first-hand experience. I put on my Uncle Sam costume and stand on street corners holding up political signs.Most of those passing by let me know they agree.  A few yell the F word and flip me the bird. One even yelled “Racist!”. Socialism has twisted the minds of many.

I reject the notion that America is in a well-deserved decline, that she and her citizens are unexceptional. I do not believe America is the problem in the world. I believe America is the solution to the world’s problems. I reject a foreign policy that treats our allies like our enemies and our enemies like our allies. I condemn the president traveling the world apologizing for America’s great contribution to mankind. And I condemn his soft-peddling the dangers we face from terrorism. For this I’m inciting violence?

Few presidents have sunk so low as Mr. Clinton did with his accusations about Oklahoma City. Last week – on the very day I was contributing to and raising more than $3 million to fight leukemia and lymphoma on my radio program – Mr. Clinton used the 15th anniversary of that horrific day to regurgitate his claims about talk radio. I bet many don’t know Rush does this every year. I’ve never seen the controlled press mention it.

At a speech delivered last Friday at the Center for American Progress in Washington D.C., the former president said: [T]here were a lot of people who were in the business back then of saying that the biggest threat to our liberty and the cause of our domestic economic problem was the federal government itself. And we have to realize that there were others who fueled this both because they agreed with it and because it was in their advantage to do so. . . We didn’t have blog sites back then so the instrument of carrying this forward was basically the right-wing radio talk show hosts and they understand clearly that emotion was more powerful than reason most of the time.” His world (Clinton’s) uses “emotion” all the time. That’s what liberalism is based on – “social justice” instead of “equal justice.” And people receive him like a rock star – thanks! Democracy.

Timothy McVeigh was incensed by the Clinton administration’s 1993 siege on the Branch Davidian compound in Waco, Texas. It’s no coincidence that the bombing took place two years to the day of the Waco siege. McVeign was not inspired by anything I said or believe and to say otherwise is outright slander. In the aftermath of the bombing, I raised millions of dollars for the children of federal employees killed in that cowardly attack through my association with the Marine Corp Law Enforcement Foundation.

Rush wouldn’t say it but I will. This was murder in the first degree. Janet Reno took the fall but one report said it was Clinton who gave the order. The State of Texas could have handled this but circumstances were invented to allow the feds to commit this atrocity. We have despicable people running around in our society and people shower them with adulation – go figure.

Let me just say it. The Obama/Clinton/media left are comfortable with the unrest in our society today. It allows them to blame and demonize their opponents (doctors, insurance companies, Wall Street, talk radio, Fox News) in order to portray their regime as the great healer of all our ills, thus expanding their power and control over our society. . . emotional propaganda tactics.

A clear majority of the American people want no part of this. They instinctively know that the Obama way is not how things get done in this country. They are motivated by love. Not hate, not sedition. They love their country and want to save it from those who do not. . . end of article

I wish it were all true. The communist in our country, with the help of the media, have divided our country to such an extent that I don’t see how in the hell we’ll be able to reverse the damage they have done. President Pinocchio commented on the situation in Phoenix in one of his town-hall BS, arousing “emotions.” He is fomenting racial strife – typical communist tactic. It sounded like he has not read the immigration bill the Arizona Governor so courageously signed into law. What else is new – right? These guys are nothing but con artists’ preying upon the ignorant that have been chattel through government controlled education. . . .I’m going after my second six-pak. . . I love you, America.

You may have missed the following article. It appeared in the weekly Washington Times – 9-14-2009; written by Dan Lips a senior policy analyst at the Heritage Foundation. This foundation is a leading conservative news source for up-to-date information – a lot of it not carried by the controlled media.

The state of American education.

A new school year is underway, but we already can grade the condition of American education. Let’s just say no “honor student” bumper stickers will be necessary. The typical child entering first grade can expect taxpayers to spend more than $100,000 on his or her education through high school. (The Department of Education reports the annual per-pupil expenditure in U.S. public schools is now more than $10,000.) But the data show that, all too often, our six-figure investment in every child’s future doesn’t guarantee a quality education.

A recent national test of 8th grade students found that fewer than one in three were proficient in reading. The Department of Education reports that at least a quarter of all students fail to earn a high-school diploma. In many of our nation’s largest cities, more than half of all students drop out before graduation Widespread failure in our schools imposes serious costs – for students and society.

The purpose of government controlled education is two-fold. (1) To spend hundreds of billions of borrowed dollars from the International Bankers who own the Federal Reserve (mucho interest) and (2) Government controlled curriculum. Our people have been intentionally dumbed-down. 90% have never read the Constitution. Why? So they won’t be able to tell when the elected are administrating outside the law. Consequently, there is no accountability. At least two branches of government – Congress and the White House – are committing crimes against your Constitution. But thank God, people are beginning to get involved – thanks to conservative news sources – Tea Party people and Third-Parties. They are our last hope.

Consider how valuable having a high-school diploma is. If parents want to give their kids an extra reason to do their homework, here are a few handy facts. Statistics show that a person who graduates from high school has better odds of living longer and having a more productive life. The U.S. Census Bureau estimates that a high-school graduate can expect to earn at least $200,000 more over the course of his lifetime than a dropout. An analysis published by the Teachers College of Columbia University found that the average life expectancy for high school graduates is about nine years longer than it is for dropouts.

I want to quote my own again – “The difference between steak and fast food is the same as the difference between a college degree and a high school diploma. Finish college and order filet mignon. Quit high school and order a burrito-to-go between jobs.”

Of course, it also matters that students actually learn while they’re in school. McKinsey and Company, a management consulting firm, estimates that our failure to ensure that all children receive a quality education has created what amounts to a permanent national recession – reducing our national economic output by $400 billion to $670 billion annually, or between 3 percent and 4 percent of gross domestic product. Moreover, since uneducated adults are more likely to become dependent on federal and state services, pervasive failure in American classrooms adds to our tax burden and ballooning government deficits. . . 25% of our population is illiterate.. . The bottom line is that our nation’s education system is in a state of crisis – and everyone has a stake in seeing that it is fixed. . . except the radicals that control the NEA and the Department of Education.

Tragically, we’ve known about this problem for decades. And for the most part, our elected leaders, (lapdogs of the elite) collectively, have done little to solve it. Special interest groups (bribe money) that benefit from the status quo – led by the National Education Association, the nation’s largest teacher’s union – have succeeded in blocking most of the aggressive reforms so desperately needed to improve the quality of our schools.

Why are the special-interest groups so successful? Because their livelihoods are on the line. They recognize that they’re fighting for control of a $600 billion per year enterprise. And they’re willing to do whatever it takes – including hiring countless lobbyists and spending untold millions to win elections across the country – to see that their interests are protected.

Now that many know that government has no constitutional right to govern education, (a responsibility of the states) the ideal thing to do would be to tell the government to go to hell and disband the Department of Education and save billions in wasted money. Just think, our young would once again learn the basics, reading, writing and arithmetic. How about learning the Bill of Rights in depth? Heavy on the following: The election process – duties and responsibilities of being voters and jurors. Respect for the rule of law. The Amendment process.. . . there I go again – chili dreaming.

article continues…Can the same be said of parents, students and taxpayers – everyone who should be concerned about the quality of our nation’s schools? Have we done all that we can to convince our leaders (servants!) and neighbors of the urgency of the education crisis and the need to put children’s futures ahead of the special interests? You know the answers to these questions.

The simple truth is, we are responsible for the crisis in American education. We have let it happen. And millions of children will continue to pass through our nation’s schools without reaching their potential so long as we, as a nation, continue to do nothing. As kids go back to school, here’s some homework for adults for the upcoming school year. Become informed and make your voice heard in debates about education. Learn about what we’re spending on our public schools and what we’re seeing in terms of student performance. Follow what is happening in the state legislature and on the local school board.

In earlier articles posted I reported stories of parents being told to shut up at school board meetings. This has been going on for many years – not in all cities or towns of course – but in some. I had a friend that did the crossing-guard bit at a local grammar school and asked him how much he was paid. He said $11.00 per hour – a guard on each side of the street. Those of us old enough remember the “Jr. Police.”(8th graders)  It was their job. It gave them pride, (self-esteem, self-worth) but more importantly it made them future responsible citizens. I tried saving this chore for the kids and save money, but no one would listen. And now the radicals (communists) in our society are destroying the Boys Scouts and Girl Scouts. They won’t touch the Boys and Girls Clubs – they are too powerful.

Write a letter to the editor and make your opinions known. Challenge your elected officials (We do and get fund-raising responses) representatives and demand that they put the interests of kids ahead of the special interests groups. It will take hard work. But if enough people get involved and demand serious reform, we can fix the chronic problems that plague our nation’s public schools. The future of millions of children – indeed, of the nation itself – depends on it. . . end of article.

Getting it off my chest – I’m like a loose cannon at a toastmaster’s meeting.

We are being led to communism slowly but surely. President Pinocchio has just begun. He will, with help from the other communists in Congress force as many unconstitutional programs down our throats because “they” will lose some control in November. The Cap n Trade program will be worth $10,000,000,000,000 per year and the connivers are already in place. There are about five entities involved. Goldman Sachs is one and another you’ve heard so much about on the issue is Al Gore. But another juicy item is that President Pinocchio was instrumental in putting it together. The politicians and bankers are destroying whatever semblance we have of a constitutional government and are raping us of what little wealth we have left. And now with Cap n Trade we will be taxed for the air we breathe. How far, they go for greed.

I keep telling people we need a method of removing unethical/criminal politicians from office. The constitutional way is not working because the foxes are guarding the hen house. We need an Amendment to the Constitution that would strip the Congress of impeachment power and eliminate the presidential pardon in the Constitution. We need an Office of Impeachment under the jurisdiction of the States. It would have subpoena power; meet once per year, and remove as many as needed from office to be replaced by others. Go after the ones who have committed crimes against the state in the past. The three branches of government would have no say so. The courts would be barred from interfering. As long as we have criminals running our monetary system, criminals running OUR GOVERNMENT, a court system that makes law, and campaign corruption beyond belief – and no accountability whatsoever – we will never recoup and the end result will be something very different then what we’ve enjoyed.

Pay attention to the charade going on with Goldman Sachs before a congressional hearing. The committee is leveling all kinds of charges against Goldman Sachs. In reality it was Congress, who was responsible. It was started by President Carter; pushed by “Slick Willie” and the present thieves in Congress (Democrats) ignored warnings by the Bush Administration. Most all politicians in Washington are in the pockets of the bankers. ALL Administrations are loaded with ex-Goldman Sachs employees. They cover all their bases. Most all staff members of banking committees come from the banking industry. The owners of the Fed cover all their bases. The politicians have no shame. To think they run our government – no wonder I’ve developed sleep apnea.

In their wisdom, our Founding Fathers gave us the Amendment process to correct injustices. Study it. What we’ve been living under are many of the 10 Planks of the Communist Manifesto opposite of our Bill of Rights. Like communist countries – government controlled education (10th Plank) is one of the most damaging. We learn “the establishment way.” Republicans have tried eliminating the Department of Education twice in recent memory but the communists in the Democratic Party with help from GOP bastards have stopped it.

We are headed for civil unrest because of the immigration issue. Observe how the communist controlled press sides with the pro-illegal movement. Here in Arizona we are being invaded by the likes of Al Sharpton, Californians, a radical politician from the U.S. Congress, Unions, and even our own local newspaper and the Mayor of the city, all siding with the law-breakers. The communist and information industry has twisted the term “equal justice” to “social justice.” There is no such thing as “social justice” under the law. They use those words to divide our people. Communists are very clever; they play with ignorance produced by government controlled education.

You hold the key to the well-being future of Americans. Use the key that unlocks rules written in the Constitution; learn the meaning of the Bill of Rights – your warranty for freedom. Learn it. . . I love you, America.

AARP is hopelessly devoted to liberal agenda.

Groucho Marx famously quipped that he wouldn’t want to belong to any group that would want him as a member. Perhaps from the great beyond, Groucho can take heart in the fact that he would feel perfectly comfortable as a member of today’s AARP, whose embrace of Obamacare once again demonstrates its complete indifference towards its 35 million dues-paying members, if not outright hostility towards seniors everywhere.

Those of us who have followed AARP closely over the years (As I’ve been doing since 1962, leading me to dub the group “Association Against Retired Persons”) are hardly shocked to find it siding against seniors to curry favor with the liberal politicians who subsidize AARP to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars. Here are the facts: In the coming decade, the ranks of those eligible for Medicare will swell by 30 percent (this doesn’t include millions more if amnesty is approved), yet AARP cheerleads health care “reform” that would cut more than $500 billion from the program and doesn’t add a single doctor or nurse to attend to patients.

President Obama and many congressional Democrats promise these cuts won’t lead to any reduction in benefits or to rationing or to reduced services of any kind. But those who think the “savings” can be made up for in reform and government efficiency would have to be the same people who think the post office is a well-oiled machine.

Try this analogy: If you belonged to a health club that told you it would add 30 percent more members and not expand its staff or equipment, all the while making cuts in its operating budget, do you think your experience there would be more “efficient?” Of course not. You would get in the habit of keeping thick novels handy while waiting for a worn-down treadmill to become available. The limit of this hypothetical, of course, is that there is a big difference between waiting for a treadmill and waiting for a doctor to provide lifesaving, quality care.

One would think such a clear and direct assault on the resources of a crucial seniors program would prompt strong opposition from the most prominent seniors organization in the nation. Well, don’t hold your breath, because AARP publicly thanked the bill’s author, Rep. Henry Waxman, California Democrat. . .  A Communist. The new word being used is “progressive” instead of liberal but I like to use communist to describe others I think deserve it.

AARP has taken the position that it won’t support any legislation that cuts benefits, but this is patently untrue. Mr. Obama stated before an AARP forum on July 28 that he plans to cut $177 billion from the Medicare Advantage program, a supplemental option for seniors that is extremely popular with those taking part. A recent survey revealed that 97 percent of those in the Advantage program are happy with the care it provides, yet cuts would force those seniors either to make up the difference from their own pockets or to go without the preventive care they currently receive.

See the similarity of the mind-set (collectivism) by the leaders of AARP. Communism, which all our lives we were told was dead, was overtaking most all of our institutions while we were watching “Leave It To Beaver.” There isn’t one government institution left worthy of praise. Even organized religion and unions for the most part, have succumbed. Public Education and the global controlled media are the most damaging. Education keeps our young ignorant and the controlled press keeps us uninformed of important information by hiding the truth behind the badge of “freedom of speech.”

What can I say about the Congress and White House I haven’t said before? I’ll say again. We have the most despicable Administration and criminal congressional leaders and many democratic dishonest congressional people in our history. Never before has our Constitution been so violated. Sure, there have been others with bad reputations, but laugh outright at times when the Constitution is mentioned? Pass legislation outright unconstitutional?  Both parties are culpable, but the Democrats in modern times, take the cake.

…the article continues… Combine the billions in cuts to Medicare with the legislation’s imputed “death panels,” in which government bureaucrats looking for health care “savings” would counsel the elderly on end-of-life issues, including when to refuse medical treatment and even nutrition, and you have a bill that is nothing short of an assault on older Americans. But putting the wishes of Washington’s liberal politicians before the interests of its own members is nothing new for AARP. Though it bills itself as “nonpartisan,” AARP is marinated in Washington’s liberal cultural. This is a group that honored liberal Harry Belafonte as the AARP Man of the Year and consistently promotes liberal celebrities.

Why, you may ask, does a seniors advocacy group take positions in favor of gun control, amnesty for illegal aliens and even the death tax? (communism) Easy, the same reason the House Speaker Nancy Pelosi included AARP in a July 31 memo calling on friendly groups to mobilize support for the president’s health care agenda: AARP is run by big-government liberal activists eager to ensure that the grants and subsidies keep flowing and eager to keep their Democratic pals in Washington happy. . . everything has a price – even for the abandonment of core values many Americans used to be worthy of.

AARP’s new president, Barry Rand, is an ardent supporter of Mr. Obama’s and contributed the maximum to his campaign, as did many top executives of the organization. A look at campaign finance records shows that AARP-affiliated executives gave to Democrats over Republicans in 2008 by a 10-1 ratio, $49,000 in contributions to about $5000. So much for being “nonpartisan.” . . . don’t progressives ever tell the truth?

Mr. Rand bills himself as a “son of the 60’s” (when communists began taking over) and says his “passion” as head of AARP is to forward “social change” (communism) in America. Apparently he is confusing heading AARP with organizing a Woodstock concert, but at least Mr. Rand is honest enough about his true agenda to help explain why he and his organization continue to abandon the seniors they have been charged to defend.

Thankfully, America’s seniors are extremely well-informed and have taken notice of AARP’s desertion of duty. Polls from both the Pew Research Group and Kaiser show support among those 65 and older for the Obama/Waxman plan at less than 30 percent. And it has been seniors and their families who have stormed the town-hall meetings to ensure that the facts about this legislation would get a public airing before Mr. Obama could ram it through Congress before the August recess. . . the bill as you know was stalled for awhile but the crimes committed in passing it was something to behold – WE HAVE A CRIMINAL GOVERNMENT!

To Mr. Rand and the bunch at AARP, the needs of their members have always come after the wishes of their pals in Washington on the left (communism) Their continued claim to be a seniors organization is a bad comedy that has opened the eyes of millions and led to thousands of AARP cards being torn in half. So long as it is aligned against seniors, more and more Americans will abandon AARP as they themselves have been abandoned. I’m sure Groucho would be proud. . . end of article.

South Carolina’s government recently passed a new law mandating that any “subversive” group in the state must register with government officials. Concerns are growing that this may be a stepping stone to the future registration of political dissidents and other outspoken critics of the government. . . including this tamale maker.

South Carolina’s “Subversive Activities Registration Act,” (remember, no Act may change the Constitution that is not in harmony with it what it reads) which just took effect, is an offshoot of general American-establishment thinking on anything that even hints at subversion or the “T” word, terrorism. Such thinking casts such a broad net that anyone could get caught in it – including the U.S. government and the South Carolina government itself.

In a recent controversy in Davenport, Iowa people were shocked to learn the city council had passed a resolution changing the name of Easter Weekend to “Spring Weekend.” People forced the council to rescind it. The above Act by South Carolina is typical of the mindset of many Americans. Those born beginning in the 60s have never known any other type of governance except that of big brother. Those of the conservative mind are forever complaining about others in the media for the relentless attack at any thing that is good for our country. They fail to understand the socialists and communists commentators represent the mind-set of big government. (Totalitarianism – Marxism – Communism – Socialism – Collectivism – take your pick – they all mean the same – CONTROL BY GOVERNMENT)

Most all main-stream media is owned by a half-dozen or so people. Remember what I’ve reported in the past – the rich invented communism and their goal has always been a one-world government.

The copy of the two-page act American Free Press has in its possession says that it regards as potential subversive entities “every corporation, society, association, camp, group, Bund, political party, assembly, body or organization, composed of two or more persons, which directly or indirectly advocates, advises, teaches or practices the duty, necessity or propriety of controlling, conducting, seizing or overthrowing the government of the United States, or this state, or of any political subdivision thereof by force or violence or other unlawful means.”

That quote is from the first plank under Sec. 23-29-20 (sic) which is the “definitions” part of the “law.” Under Title 23/Law Enforcement and Public Safety, it was set up as Chapter 29 – Subversive Activities Registration Act (SARA).

Can you imagine? There must be hundreds of laws already addressing every crime against society and these assholes in the South Carolina Legislature which voted in the affirmative should be voted out. It’s that mind-set I refer to. Someone should ask Senator Lindsey Graham what he thinks about this.

First of all, to contemplate such an act, let alone create, debate and pass it, one would have to be ignorant of, or forgetful about, the basic principle that the mere passage of a law does not mean law-breakers will step forward and reveal themselves – in advance of their crimes, no less. For example, “when guns are outlawed, only outlaws will have guns” is a true statement, because if laws were made to prohibit any and all gun ownership, only the criminally inclined would make the effort to get guns illegally. Doing so gives them a decisive edge when committing robberies and other crimes. Law-abiding individuals naturally become defenseless against law-breakers, and the police with their legal gun monopoly cannot, by their own admission, protect anyone. From there, the only people with guns are police and criminals. Crime rates spike because non-criminal residents and business owners are disarmed, and armed thugs know it and prey upon the defenseless. This is reality 101.

It’s gotten so bad, this gun control. How many stories have you read where local merchants allow thieves to walk in and take whatever they want – without paying? There have been cases when the proprietor takes action, shoots, manhandles, causes bodily harm, and is prosecuted for it. Same, has happened when a homeowner attempts to protect his property. The communists in our society (formerly known as liberals and now “progressives”) have turned our judicial system upside-down. This is why it’s vitally important not to appoint “progressives” as judges. Unfortunately, President Pinocchio will load the Supreme Court with progressives before he leaves office.

…article continues. . .Based on that reality, would a potential armed criminal register in advance with the State of South Carolina, pay a $5 fee and be on record saying that he or she might murder someone someday? Well, South Carolina’s SARA assumes as much. The act’s “Subversive Agent Form” asks you, the “subversive,” to pay a $5 filing fee to the South Carolina secretary of state. The first line you fill in is “Name of Subversive Organization”; the second is “Name of Chief Agent of Organization”; then “Address of Chief Agent.”. . . unbelievable!

It then asks for the form-filer to check yes or no after the following question: “Do you or your organization directly or indirectly advocate, advise, teach, practice the duty or necessity of controlling, seizing or overthrowing the government of the United States, the State of South Carolina or any political subdivision thereof?”

Lastly, the one-page form wants you to name all other members of your group living in South Carolina, and sigh and date it. . . . this is how stupid bureaucrats take us to be.. . Thus, the state expects any of the above-listed groups or organizations to first assume themselves to be subversives (they’re in Congress)  – when a group might consider itself patriotic but the state might not share that definition. From there, the group is supposed to acknowledge their “subversive” orientation on the form and pony up their revenue to the state.

But as in the gun example, a truly subversive organization that actually constitutes a violent danger to the public will not fill out the form in the first place. If anyone ever fills out even one of these forms, it would be a group or organization that is law-abiding and simply wants to avoid trouble down the road, since filing the form and paying the fee is part of the law.

Yet, an honorable group will not fill out a form falsely saying its subversive, and a subversive group will not fill out the form admitting it’s subversive. Good people should not follow bad laws, and bad people won’t bother with such laws by there very nature.

The grand irony is that if any “assembly” or “political party” has truly subverted our Constitution and economy, it’s many of the Democrats and Republicans with mega-bailouts, soaring debts and endless wars, as well as the South Carolina legislature with this clear attack on the First Amendment. . . . end of article.

Recently the Arizona State Legislature passed one of the country’s most stringent immigration law. It is awaiting the governor’s signature or not. Great pressure is being applied to the governor not to sign by forces outside the State. Even a popular priest by the name of  Cardinal Mahony from Los Angeles is against it. He should be against the criminals in the Congress instead of sticking his nose in our business. Furthermore, he ought to clean his own back-yard of all the perverts under his wing that scar the minds of our young.

What needs to be done is for the State of Arizona to file a suit against Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano for malfeasance of duty (an impeachable offense) for violating the oath of office taken upon being sworn in. She is guilty of allowing our borders to be wide open.  Why is it that we allow many violations by government and we never use the Constitution to enforce the law? Why can’t the association of governors’ form a committee to pursue matters of violations as I have suggested in the past? An Office of Impeachment under the jurisdiction of the States. The three branches of government would have no say-so, not even the courts. One of the rules would prevent what we now have – a U.S. Attorney General who blocks any investigation of wrong doing. Also the corrupted presidential pardon would be stripped.

When Big mouth Bill “what is is” Clinton became president one of his first moves was to fire ALL U.S. Attorneys scattered throughout the country – except one. The reason? To protect himself of all the wrong-doings he left behind in Arkansas. He should have been thrown out but wasn’t because criminals in OUR Congress protect themselves. The vote was 55-45 (perjury) not to convict and 50-50 (obstruction of justice) Most of the criminals that saved his ouster are still in Congress.

We will always have criminals in Washington D.C., especially in the Congress and White House. The Office of Impeachment would go a long way in cleaning what has become a cesspool – our U.S. government – shame on us….I love you, America

General Welfare has purposely been misinterpreted by the socialists and communists in our society as an excuse to spend money unconstitutionally, thus promoting socialism and reaping the harvest of votes from those on the dole. This is how both parties in Congress maintain an iron-clad hold of a corrupt system that favors special interests groups and the daddy of them all – the International Bankers. We are definitely a country under siege. We are in economic bondage.

Gone is the Constitutional Republic our Founding Fathers created. Gone is law and order. Gone is decency, respect, pride, dedication, patriotism – the virtues and morals that gave us family, faith, and freedom. We may never be able to shake the shackles binding us but as Americans we must not give up. We shall fight for what is right. We shall fight in the political arena. We shall fight in the courts. And if need be we shall fight in the street against those who are destroying our country – in an out of government – using ballots instead of bullets.

The following is an excerpt taken from an article written by Jonathan Hill – AFP National Chairman – Feb. 26, 2010 The article is titled Skyrocketing Medical Costs – Their Causes, and How To Bring Them Under Control. It is a very lengthy article but I wanted to share that part that deals with the words “General Welfare.” Please visit www.AmericaFirstParty.org

Under Article 1, Section 8, there is no legal authority for the federal government to raise revenue except to pay the debts, for defense, and for the general welfare of the United States. The last category is often misunderstood, because many fail to realize that the phrase “United States” is a legal term for the federal government, as contrasted with “the states” and the “people.” This is shown by the use of the before-mentioned three quoted items in the same sentence in a number of instances in the Constitution, as in the 10th Amendment, making clear that all three terms denote legally distinct items. Therefore, the Constitution’s authors definitely intended that the meaning of the “United States” be separate and distinct from that of “states” and “the people.”

The term “general welfare of the United States” does not authorize federal spending on items simply because legislators believe they might be beneficial for the “people.” The reference “general welfare” merely authorizes the spending necessary for the federal government to effectively carry out the functions assigned to it in the Constitution. Under the 10th Amendment, all remaining functions are reserved to the states (i.e. state governments) and the people. Therefore federal spending on health care for the general population is illegal, since the Constitution assigns no power to the federal government for this purpose.

Unconstitutional it is. But because we have communist Democrats in control of the Congress and White House they don’t give a shit about our Constitution. Should they succeed in preventing the repeal of the (criminal) health act, it also threatens your Bill of Rights. There are many provisions that eradicate numerous “rights” that we’ve enjoyed since the beginning. Just remember what I’ve said in the past – NO ACT OR STATUTE CAN CHANGE ANY THING IN YOUR CONSTITUTION WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION – THE AMENDMENT PROCESS. This is why ALL INCUMBENTS SHOULD BE THROWN OUT OF OFFICE IN NOV. AND GIVE OTHERS A CHANCE FOR HONEST GOVERNMENT. . . the article continues…

But if you question my interpretation, then at least consider what our founders said. James Madison played a major role in drafting the Constitution. The following is attributed to him: “With respect to the words general welfare . . . To take them in a literal and unlimited sense would be a metamorphosis of the Constitution into a character which there is a host of proofs was not contemplated by its creators.”

In 1791, Jefferson indicated that “general welfare of the United States” was correctly interpreted as referring to the welfare of the federal union: “To lay taxes to provide for the general welfare of the United States . . . They are not to lay taxes ad libitum (at one’s pleasure – for those school dropouts like me) for any purpose they please, but only to pay the debts or provide for the welfare of the Union.”

In 1817, he explained the original intent – that the authority to spend for the general welfare only extended to spending relating to the enumerated powers of the national government: “Our tenet ever was . . . that Congress had not unlimited powers to provide for the general welfare, but were restrained to those specifically enumerated.” In 1825, he vigorously denounced the positions of the Republic’s deconstructionists and called into question their motives; “Aided by a little sophistry on the words ‘general welfare,’ [the federal branch claims] a right to do not only the acts to effect that which are specifically enumerated and permitted, but whatsoever they shall think or pretend will be for the general welfare.”

And in so many instances, it can be seen that the solution to much of our nation’s dire problems involves returning to the wisdom and original intent of the founders. Doing so would curtail about 75 percent of our federal government’s present expenditures and the harmful policies associated with those expenditures – in the domain of foreign policy, education, health care, and so on. The result would be the return of power to state governments and the people, (9th – 10th Amendments) and a transformation of our nation that would bring it more in line with the principle of subsidiaries. Until Americans come to realize that this is simply not a quaint thought that can be safely pushed aside at election time, we will continue to put our nation’s vital interests in jeopardy, as well as our own personal interests.

The basic constitutional principles raised here are easily understood and respected by congressmen who are both competent and decent; the fact that we continually elect congressmen who do not respect our basic law and the basic requirements of their oath of office, indicates that we are electing people who grossly lack competence and/or decency. Either way, it is perilous to elect legislators who are absent either of these qualities.

There may be a few honest, decent, legislators in Congress, but as far as I’m concerned anybody that voted for the criminal health bill is a traitor to our country. And this isn’t the only time they have committed unconstitutional acts – this also includes some Republicans. WE HAVE A CRIMINAL GOVERNMENT ON OUR HANDS!

There is great danger in this to the republic, but the danger becomes more intimate, more personal, when the subject becomes health care. I hope that you agree that trusting your health care to a congress composed largely of lawbreakers is both reckless and dangerous. And if anyone thinks that government is less corrupt and more effective – especially in its present state – than our nation’s health insurance providers, then they should probably think again. . . end of article

Every time President Pinocchio addresses the health issue it’s a guarantee sometime within his talk he will lie. This guy has no shame at all. This is a characteristic trait of pathological liar. Heaven only knows how much damage his own party will allow him to inflict upon us. They are the ones that can stop him but won’t – they control the purse strings. This is why voters of all kinds should throw out all Democrats this November. A few Republicans should also go. I know I will not vote for Senator McCain. He is an insider that does the bidding of the elite. His kind of “conservatism” is bullshit.

POWERS GRANTED TO CONGRESS

Article 1 Section 8:

l. The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;
2. To borrow money on the credit of the United States;
3. To regulate Commerce with foreign Nations, and among the several States, and with Indian Tribes.\;
4. To establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization, and uniform Laws on the subject of Bankruptcies throughout the United States;
5. To coin money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin , and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures;
6. To provide for the Punishment of counterfeiting the Securities and current Coin of the United States;
7. To establish Post Offices and post Roads;
8. To promote the Progress of Science and useful Arts, by securing for limited Times to Authors and Inventors the exclusive Right to their respective Writings and Discoveries;
9. To constitute Tribunals inferior to the supreme Court;
10. To define and punish Piracies and Felonies committed on the high Seas, and offenses against the Law of Nations.
11. To declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules concerning Captures on Land and Water;
12. To raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use shall be for a longer Term than two years;
13. To provide and maintain a Navy;
14. To make Rules for the Government and Regulation of the land and naval forces;
15. To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute the Laws of the Union, suppress Insurrections and repel Invasions;
16. To provide for organizing, arming, and disciplining the Militia, and for governing such Part of them as may be employed in the Service of the United States, reserving to the States respectively, the Appointment of the Officers, and the Authority of training the Militia according to the discipline prescribed by Congress;
17. To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of particular States, and the acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States, and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other needful Buildings; -
18. To make all laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing powers, and all other Powers vested by the Constitution in the Government of the United States, or in any Department or Officer thereof.

There you have it folks 18 powers granted to the Congress by our Founding Fathers when the U.S. Constitution was adopted. Nothing more. Pay attention to number 5. “….To coin Money, regulate the value thereof. . .” The private corporation Federal Reserve does this unconstitutionally. The Congress and President Wilson committed treason in 1913. That’s when we became economic slaves to the bankers.

Clause 11. “…To declare War…” The last War declared was World War Two. All other conflicts since have not been declared wars. This is the reason why: The powers at be that control most everything see to it that we are in constant turmoil. They are the ones that plant the seeds for war between countries. They are the ones that monopolize the arms industry. They are the ones that control the heavy industries. They are the ones that control the information news. They are the ones that control the Congress and the White House…and the reason why war isn’t declared is because to do so would be treasonous under the Constitution (Art.3 Sec. 3) for corporations to do business on both sides of the war – which happens. And our young men and women are “fighting to protect our freedoms.” What hogwash!

None of this has ever been repealed. And furthermore, no where within the 18 clauses will you find any thing addressing health and education. And yet, the health legislation is loaded with provisions that are stripping many of your rights guaranteed by the Bill of Rights. Don’t let these criminals in both parties bullshit you. They are committing crimes against our country.

Our government is being overthrown by communists. We have a revolution going from within – just as Comrade Nikita from Russia predicted many years ago. We have criminals in Washington D.C. who are thrashing our Constitution and the rule of law doesn’t exist anymore except when it’s used against us. There are no honorable men and women in the three branches of government who will stand up in the halls of Congress for the American people. We are morally bankrupt and I fear for my country.

Some Congressmen do foolish things, others make mistakes, and we can surely forgive them for this. Unfortunately there are two other types of legislators – those who take bribes, and those who place one or another minority group before the welfare of the entire community; these we cannot forgive.

Well perhaps, when I lived in Chicago in the 1950s Cicero was a long line of whorehouses and bars…(they moved to the Congress) It has been Gutierrez’s prime objective since the day he was elected to give every Hispanic illegal immigrant anything and everything possible. Thus he introduced HR 4321 called – are you ready for this – CIR-ASAP or The Comprehensive Immigration Reform for America’s Security and Prosperity Act, better called the illegal immigrants’ amnesty act. To place the word security into the title of this legislative proposal is not just disingenuous it is corrupt.

At a time when America has an unemployment problem consisting of 30 million without jobs, the thought of legalizing somewhere between 18 and 24 million illegal Hispanics is simply beyond comprehension. And you thought that Congressmen were elected to look after your welfare. Well, Obama promised Gutierrez as his front man from Chicago political mafia is delivering.

The health care bill just passed in the Senate, opposed by 61 percent of Americans, was not enough for the aggressive “progressives,” (communists) oh no, not even close. The estimated cost of $2.4 trillion over the next six years hardly dents the budget, or does it? Immigration reform opposed by over 80 percent of the population is now on the stove. The back burner already contains Cap and Trade which should be called Cap and Tax…think about it – we will be taxed the air we breathe.

In the meantime the same Congress critters just expanded the national debt ceiling, an act that will be repeated on multiple occasions next year. With a debt of $12,166,714,578,096.00 in 2009 and tax revenue collection of $2,072,846,390,648.00 – a mere shortfall of $10,093,868,1278, [sic]488.00. And an unfounded liability of $106,649,718,945,211.00, well what the hell, we might as well spend a few more trillion shekels. Oh, but I forgot Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae already floated a demand for an additional $400 billion each, a relative pittance to the bankster-gangster regime these days.

Elisero Mediana, the Executive VP of the Service Employees International Union (run by communists) is of the opinion that passing Gutierrez’s bill will be a great benefit for America. Well, not exactly, it will be a great benefit to the SEIU, which is the American union that has the largest percentage of illegal immigrants as members. . . think how many of these vote.

Now, this issue cannot be addressed without mentioning the late dirt bag Senator Ted (non-swimmer) Kennedy, who ushered in all those wonderful immigration law changes that got us into this mess we are in now. Congressman Gutierrez has covered himself with the Kennedy mantel as the new guru of immigration reform, i.e., amnesty. We all understand that Kennedy’s 1965 Immigration Act was to ensure that the upper class would be able to obtain cheap domestic servants; we’re not sure about Gutierrez’s motives. . . reelection and future U.S. Senator.

The Democrats’ motive however is more than clear. At border crossings in the 1990s the DNC placed placards, posters and notices, including in San Diego, containing information on where and how to apply for DNC membership, and where to register to vote after obtaining an illegal drivers license. The Democrats are determined to grant amnesty to all illegals based on their assumption, which is probably correct, that all those illegals will immediately upon getting amnesty join the Democratic Party. Let’s face it, 20 or so million new members would virtually ensure a Democrat run America for the coming four generations. Then with any luck America will go down the tubes just like Mexico. It is a proven fact that an influx of liberal outsiders will destroy social harmony, the economy and turn the conquered region to the political left.

For the sake of argument let’s do the math: If we count all government employees, about 87 percent of whom vote Democrat; all of those on welfare, food stamps; and a large segment of the elderly who are dependent upon Social Security, and then add 16 to 20  million Hispanics, the sheer size of the voting bloc will assure Democrats winning at the polls. When you then add in ACORN, SEIU and AARP, (AARP a socialist organization – losing thousands of members due to endorsing the health legislation) you are confronted with a number that virtually guarantees a win.

The most ardent supporters of Gutierrez’s proposed legislation is the Hispanic Caucus, the bill’s co-sponsor being its chairman, Representative Nydia M. Velazquez, (D-NY). These people should be deported to where they came from. Amnesty is not the only goal of this legislation – the elimination of E-Verify, a cost-free program that allows employers to verify that applicants are American citizens, is to be scrapped; local law enforcement’s ability to verify nationality 287(g) is to be scrapped, and Border Patrol personnel expansion will be stopped and reduced.

The basic premise being that once amnesty is granted we can have open borders (the International Bankers dream) this is a wonderful concept in that it will expand the Mexican civil war (Drug War) into all border states, and open the entire southern border to a flood of terrorists. We could thus look forward to an additional huge flood of Mexican invading the U.S.

According to Labor Department statistics, 19 states have an illegally employed population accounting for at least 50 percent of the total unemployment numbers in those states. In other words, if we deported those illegals the unemployment numbers in 19 states would fall by half. Arizona has the highest number with 293,000 unemployed and has an illegal workforce of 300,000 as of 2008. Other major states that have similar numbers are Texas, Nevada, and Maryland.

I hope everyone will remember the 1986 Immigration reform Act, as the same people pushing Gutierrez’s proposed amnesty said it would solve America’s immigration problem; it obviously did not. The basic fact of the matter is that with between 25 and 30 million Americans either unemployed or underemployed, the idea of opening the available employment market to between 18 and 24 million foreigners is not a reasonable option…end of article

The pro-immigrant crowd is growing by leaps and bounds.  Pretty soon it’ll become violent and if you don’t get involved to oppose it you are going to lose your identity and will become second-class citizens. The first thing you should do is arm yourselves to protect your home. Get out of debt. Go to the polls and fight with ballots and not bullets. The radicals in the Democratic Party have destroyed it. Unfortunately, many democrat voters are not aware that many leaders in their party are communists.

There are many ideas being thrown about as to what to do. Some are calling for a Constitutional Convention to correct things. Others are pushing for more taxes. Tea Party people are gaining strength – they want spending to stop and are demanding that government obey the Constitution. And Democrats?, Well what can I say, they are a destructive force and don’t give a damn about law and order. They are on the way of leaving our country in ruin in order to implement more socialistic/communistic programs. In filling out the census form one could list many fictitious names and who would check? You can bet radical organizations have instructed households with illegals to do just that.

No matter what, the fact remains that we have a criminal government on our hands. Even if some good ideas would become reality we’d still have a Congress that has ditched law and order aside and would keep on wasteful spending.

I used to think that all third parties should join the GOP – the lesser of two evils, and change it from the ground up. Even if that became a reality we would still have criminals in the three branches of government. Changing all that would be highly improbable and it would take too long. It’s too bad we couldn’t convince the American people that the strongest message we could send was to throw out as many incumbents as possible. We need to clean Congress which has become a cesspool.

There is no question health legislation is not a responsibility of the federal government. Furthermore, the way it was legislated was criminal. It seems that any legislation considered now is questionable. You know Cap and Trade, Amnesty, will be loaded with corruption. Just about everything President Pinocchio talks about you can count most of it will be peppered with lies. After all this scrutiny of the health legislation – reading the fine print – and discovering the facts in it – the president still lies about not raising taxes when in reality it’s full of taxation. He believes his lies. It has to be a mental disorder. And yet, what can we do? A victory in November is not guaranteed. Whatever favorable results we’ll still have criminals in Congress and the White House.

We need to add to the 10th Amendment the following: We need to strip the Congress of impeachment power. We need an Office of Impeachment under the jurisdiction of all 50 States. Anyone in elected positions violating his/hers oath of office shall be subject to impeachment without a possible presidential pardon nor interference by the court. A States’ Committee would meet twice a year with subpoena power, already with irrefutable evidence of malfeasance/criminal conduct. Once relieved, the impeached would be subject for a criminal trial by the courts and not by the Office of Impeachment.

Have I blown my top? Is this too far-fetched? Is this something Groucho Marx would’ve used in a skit?  You think? Who would ever think marriage would be accepted between the same genders? Who would ever think children in lower grades would be taught to use condoms? Who would ever believe the church would be an accepted sanctuary for homosexuals? Who would believe that communism would take over our government? Who would believe that the three branches of government operate outside the Constitution? Who would have believed the main-stream media would become a tool of the communists instead of reporting the truth to the people?  I can go on and on… and I’m far-fetched?. . . ‘It must be repealed’ – Opposing view: This monstrosity ignores people’s will and violates the Constitution.

There’s no fixing the government health care takeover Democrats forced through on Sunday. It must be repealed. After telling Americans in 2008 that they would lower spending, taxes and insurance premiums, Democrats passed a bill that breaks every promise. Using secret deals (crimes), kickbacks and carve-out, Democratic leaders jammed through legislation to control more than one-sixth of the nation’s economy.

The plan will explode the national debt, raise $569.2 billion (keeps changing) in new taxes, force taxpayers to fund abortions (your taxes will help pay for infanticide), and impose unconstitutional mandates on every American. All of this was done in the face of overwhelming public outrage and bipartisan opposition in Congress. This process has been an insult to our democracy (Republic) and threatens our nation’s prosperity and freedom. . . whenever President Pinocchio mentions the word “bi-partisan” don’t ever believe this pathological liar. There is no room in his head for the truth.

Government bureaucrats will now dictate the terms of our health care system. Americans must purchase Washington-formulated insurance plans or pay stiff penalties, a requirement that defies the Constitution and is a boon to the insurance companies the Democrats pretend to despise.

This plan raids $52 billion from Social Security. It cuts nearly $500 billion from Medicare and doesn’t count the hundreds of billions needed to compensate doctors who treat elderly patients. A portion of this trillion dollar bill is paid for with a government take over of the student loan industry. The government will shut down private lenders, sell expensive loans to 19 million college students and use the profits to finance “ObamaCare.”. . . ObamaCare is sick.

It adds millions of people to Medicaid, a failing program that many doctors and pharmacists refuse to participate in. Medicaid won’t do its patients any good if a doctor won’t treat them or a pharmacist won’t fill their prescriptions. Even the bill’s most strident supporters doubt its effectiveness. Many admit to not understanding the bill they voted on. Some voted “yes” out of fear a “no” vote would hurt the president. . . and we don’t count?

What this Senator fails to mention is when amnesty is granted to millions already here, the health coverage will include their relatives when they arrive in this country. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce backs amnesty to ensure the business world has cheap labor available. Modern day slavery. This creates the following:

Millions more will be added to Medicaid. School systems. Welfare programs (food stamps – housing subsidies) Increased crime rate. Bulging prisons. Won’t stop illegal immigration. Socialization of America will continue. The WASP will gradually become a non-entity. All this will happen because the Communists will see to it that criminal entities like ACORN and others will subvert the vote so Democrats will maintain power to carry out the above. Already illegal immigrants with driver licenses may vote in some areas of our country. Can you imagine. 40,000,000 on food stamps? Every visit to the store I witness people – many young – whip out welfare issued food cards – to pay, and me on social security, pull out my wallet and pay cash. I don’t blame the people. I blame this criminal government for doing the bidding of the International Bankers – spend! spend! so the bankers can collect the interest on the debt.

Americans objected at every turn, peacefully protesting for over a year and their begging their leaders not to take away their health care freedom. They asked for common-sense solutions such as buying health insurance across state lines, stopping frivolous lawsuits that drive up the costs, and giving the same tax breaks to those who don’t get insurance from employers. Washington didn’t listen. When a president and a Congress collude to violate the Constitution and ignore the American people, everything our nation stands for is at risk. It’s not too late to undo the damage. I, and other Republicans, will work to repeal this monstrosity, and give Americans freedom to make their own health care choices. . . end of article

The GOP had control for 12 years and could have done many good things for the American people. But they were too busy kissing the ass of the likes of the despicable non-swimmer Ted Kennedy and other hypocrite Democrats. The Republicans in Congress failed the American people and because of it the communists were able to take over government. Now we are paying dearly.

Now we have a VAT tax being considered – on top of the income tax and all other taxes we pay. You know whatever percentage they start out with will be increased in the future.  Congress will keep  spending. If Congress stopped its wasteful spending and eliminated useless programs we wouldn’t need a VAT tax. It’s not to be. The idea is to leave us in ruin as a country so that they can further their agenda of turning us into a communist society. What else can it be when government is grabbing everything? People that do reporting – including conservatives – refrain from using the word communists. Political Correctness at work. You have to hand it to the communists – they are masters at this.

Every time you read of the great accomplishment President Pinocchio did in having this legislation passed, which  many before hadn’t been able to do, just remember, we’ve never had so many communists involved – starting with him. It was all based on corruption and felonious bribery. It will be remembered as one of the most dastardly legislation foisted upon the American people and not a great accomplishment by a criminal Democratic Party that knows no shame.. . .I love you, America

The U.S. spends more for war annually than all State governments combined spend for the health, education, welfare and safety of 308 million Americans. Joseph Henchman, director of state projects for the Tax Foundation of Washington, D.C., says the states collected a total of $781 billion in taxes in 2008. For a rough comparison, the total budget for what the Pentagon calls “defense” in fiscal year 2010 will be at least $880 billion and could possibly top $1 trillion. That’s more than all state governments collect.

Henchman says all American local governments combined (cities, counties, etc.) collect about $500 billion in taxes. Add that to total state tax and take, and you get over $1.3 trillion. This means Uncle Sams Pentagon is sopping up nearly as much money as all state, county, city and other governmental units spend to run the country. If the Pentagon figure of $1 trillion is somewhat less than all other taxing authorities, keep in mind the FBI, the various intelligence agencies, the VA and the National Institutes of Health (biological warfare) are also spending on war-related activities.

A question that describes the above and answers itself is: In what area can the federal government operate where states and cities cannot tread? The answer is foreign affairs – raising armies, fighting needless wars, conducting diplomacy etc. And so Uncle Sam keeps enlarging this area. His emphasis is not on diplomacy, either.

For every buck spent by the State Department, which gets some $50 billion a year, the Pentagon spends $20. As for the Peace Corps, its budget is a paltry $375 million – hardly enough to keep the Pentagon elephant in peanuts.

Nobel Prize economist Joseph Stiglitz and finance authority Linda Bilmes write in their The Three Trillion Dollar War: The True Cost of the Iraq Conflict, “defense spending has been growing as a percentage of discretionary funding (money that is not required to be spent on entitlements like Social Security), from 48 percent in 2000 to 51 percent today. That means that our defense needs are gobbling up a larger share of taxpayers’ money than ever before.”

And they add, “The Pentagon’s budget has increased by more than $600 billion, cumulatively, since we invaded Iraq.” With its 1000 bases in the U.S. and another 800 bases globally, the U.S. truly has become a warfare state. Today, military- related products account to about one-fourth of total U.S.GDP. This includes 10,000 nuclear weapons. Indeed, the U.S. has lavished $5.5 trillion just on nukes over the past 70 years.

No other nation has anything remotely like this menacing global presence. The Pentagon strengthens its grip by running joint “training” exercises with the military of 110 other nations, including outright dictatorships that suppress internal unrest.

The U. S. spends more on weaponry than the next dozen nations combined and is by far the No. 1 world arms peddler. “The government employs some 6,500 people just to coordinate and administer its arms sales program in conjunction with senior officials at American embassies around the world, who spend most of their ‘diplomatic’ careers working as arms salesmen,” writes Chalmers Johnson in Blowback: The Costs and Consequences of American Empire.

Johnson goes on to say the U.S. military establishment today is “close to being beyond civilian control” and despite its ability to “deliver death and destruction to any target on Earth and expect little in the way of retaliation” it demands more and newer equipment “while the Pentagon now more or less sets its own agenda” and “monopolizes the formulation and conduct of American foreign policy.”

How long will it be before this tyrannical, anti-democratic colossus that is sucking up as much money for war as all states, counties and cities spend on peace – and which straddles the globe, boosts dictators and beats the war drums – turns on its own people?…end of article.

In his parting farewell address, President Eisenhower warned the American people of the “Military Industrial Complex.” Tie that to the “Media Industrial Complex” and with corruption in government you have a devious “shadow government” above the Pentagon who calls the shots via its lobbying. That monopoly creates trillions of profits for the “defense” of our country. As if we were being attacked constantly.

The “Media Complex” keeps people in constant fear of being attacked. Remember the domino effect of communism in Vietnam? The cold war? And now we have camel jockeys in the news all the time. The media pumps up patriotism by praising the armed services as fighting for our “rights and freedoms.” The “Educational (whatever) Complex” keeps people ignorant so that they can’t tell when they are being ripped off or duped. We should tell the world to go to hell and worry only of ourselves, but then again – our country has been hocked by the democrats and republicans – you rotten bastards! Shame on us!

A poll was taken asking soldiers if they would shoot at U.S. citizens if ordered and the result was 75% answered in the affirmative. It’s like training police officers. They are taught that citizens are the “enemy.” I should know. My family has been in police work since the 1930s. I’ve sat at the dinner table with some of the younger ones and they kept using the word enemy. I asked “Son, (Nephew) is this what you are being taught – to hate people?” He responded. . . “Well you know, Uncle.” I said “No I don’t know” and gave him a dressing down. The difference between police work and that of a GI is that police are not taught to be killing machines and the GIs are. (infantry) Although, there are psychos who hide behind the badge who shouldn’t be cops. If we ever have martial law it will be the arm services and not your local cops controlling the people.

The military industrial complex is owned by those who don’t give a damn about love for country. They hang their hat in whatever venue makes them the most profit – it is called greed – at the expense of millions who are sent to conflicts (undeclared wars). The reward for the dead is a flag given to family – what evil and utter hypocrisy.

If only the American people would rise and demand a stop to this abomination. One thousand bases in our country and over eight hundred  scattered throughout the world? We have over 500,000 men and women in uniform patrolling other countries to safeguard interests of Global Corporations? Billions upon billions in foreign aid to countries and many are socialist and communist countries? A budget of trillions without input by citizens in a “representative government?” “TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION!”  The fact is that we have criminals in government that don’t give a shit about you. They are the lapdogs of the elite and are corrupted to no end by those that represent the corporate world – the lobbyists. Both parties have had their chance to make things better. They’ve failed us. It is the GOP who is responsible for Obama’s presidency. If the GOP hadn’t wavered from the “Contract for America” there’s no doubt they would still be in control. It must have been planned all along by the elite. We’re on the verge of being a third-world country.

We should figure some way of stopping this corruption. We should outlaw lobbying or make it a felony to accept donations (bribes) from outside the state he/she represents. I know the Court has ruled campaign financing is constitutional. I say bullshit! How can you make bribery legal? Only a branch of government that is also subverted would make a ruling making a felony legitimate. WE ARE THE GOVERNMENT – NOT THE JUDGES! We need an Office of Impeachment under the jurisdiction of State governments and the three branches of the federal government can go to hell.

Now that President Pinocchio will have the opportunity to nominate another Supreme Court Justice you know damn well it’ll be one who is just as liberal as the ones already there. There must be a way to make the public understand that judges are not the law. Their constitutional duty is to look at legislation and compare it to what the Constitution reads and rule if it’s in harmony or not. During confirmation hearings the “pussy” Republicans should take the opportunity and ram this home everyday during hearings to educate the people.

If ever the GOP gains total control – Congress and the White House – I would demand that they impeach any Supreme Court Justice not abiding by his/hers oath of office. This would also include going after politicians that are committing crimes in Congress. Why should we allow this to go on? Isn’t this what the language in the Declaration of Independence is all about? Shouldn’t we lead by example and demonstrate to the young that we are a responsible people? We must! It may be our last opportunity to remain a free society. . . I love you, America.

Many years ago as an operator of a snack bar in downtown Las Vegas many casino workers visited my snack bar during their coffee breaks. During that era casino workers had a running battle with the IRS about whether tips were taxable or not. The workers claimed tips were a “gift.” The IRS claimed differently. The workers stood on legal grounds referencing the IRS Code book itself that gifts of up to $10,000 were tax free. But who in government cares about your constitutional rights – right?

The stories told by workers, at first, were hard to believe. The Income tax was illegal. The IRS was criminal. The Federal Reserve was privately owned. The three branches of government were subverted. We didn’t have a Constitution any longer. The two-party system was really a one party controlled by a shadow government. I had a lot of trouble understanding what I considered untrue and repugnant. I believed those representing us in government were decent people watching out for our well-being.

Of all reading material given to me, a book – Miracle on Main Street – explained how the Founding Fathers set up our monetary system. Included this book was the U.S. Constitution which I’d never read. (90% of people haven’t either) Not having much understanding of money other than wages and tips I made, I asked questions. I learned after perusing the Constitution that government was being administered contrary to what the Constitution mandated. One law clearly stated that “only Congress could coin money and regulate the value thereof…” It also read that “…no State shall make any thing but gold and silver coin a tender in payment of debt…”  Even I, a high-school dropout, could understand such simple language. Founding Fathers understood simple language would be understood by many semi-illiterate early Americans. Miracle on Main Street (the book) proved the Federal Reserve was a private corporation. (Supreme Court decision – Lewis v United States – 680 F. 2d 1239) That gold and silver coin was the medium of exchange in our everyday life. I looked around and didn’t see gold coin nor silver coin (by then silver coin had been taken out of circulation and as you know, gold coin had disappeared.) What I did see were Federal Reserve Notes.

In the book I learned the meaning of “money.” The paper that circulates as medium of exchange IS NOT MONEY! It is IOU Notes circulating as such. Federal Reserve Notes belong to the owners of the Federal Reserve (International Bankers) and U.S. Notes belong to the American people. We pay interest on every fed note that circulates whereas we don’t for U.S. Notes, nor coin for that matter. Why we don’t have U.S. Notes in circulation is interesting and the answer can be found in the book and on the internet. Basically, it behooves bankers to keep U.S. Notes out of circulation – they don’t earn interest! Once you learn why, you will never scratch your head again wondering what the hell is going on in our country.

Federal Reserve notes are the reason for inflation. The more out there the higher inflation. All the printing going on today will come back to haunt us soon – this is guaranteed. Should you be heavily in debt try to minimize it or eliminate it completely. Life will be easier to cope with. What to look for as a warning? Rising costs in food and services. A simple thing as one bake potato at $1.00 +? A lemon almost 75 cents? Lettuce between $1.25 and $1.35?  Local governments are beginning to tax anything they can get away with. Now a VAT tax will be shoved down our throats. It means more money for the criminals in Congress to spend. Just as people are demanding secured borders first, before amnesty, we should demand less spending before a VAT tax.

The popularity of 99 cent stores, $1.00 stores, Thrifty and Salvation Army stores, day old bread stores and increase of garage sales is a good clue. These stores are becoming the J.C. Penney’s – Woolworths – Wal-Marts – of the future. People are getting rid of their possessions to make ends meet. We will suffer but not as much as the generations ahead. Teach the young to be thrifty and frugal. Eliminate much of unnecessary spending. Don’t be wasteful – we cannot be the “throw away society” we used to be… I first noticed one effect of socialism when people began picking up tin cans for a few pennies to buy a donut or two to satisfy hunger. What to do?…What to do?

Our brilliant Founding Fathers couldn’t have foreseen future problems but were wise to leave a formula with answers in the Constitution. Besides the structuring of government called forth in the Constitution, the Bill of Rights was designed as a buffer between the people and government to prevent tyranny. Two important ones are as follows:

NINTH AMENDMENT: “The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others [rights] retained by the people.”

People had other rights not listed hence the wording “…deny or disparage others retained by the people…” The right to choose and do as we please as long as we do not harm the life, liberty, property or rights of others. The meaning of the 9th Amendment makes this very clear.

TENTH AMENDMENT: “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

This is the one (10th) being addressed by States in regards to the health bill. The Federal Government has only certain powers under the Constitution given to it by the people and States. Whatever other unknown issues arise they are to be kept by us. These two amendments were to protect us from government trying to seize power through fraudulent legislation. So what happened? Why do we have tyranny being imposed? Why do we have unconstitutional spending? Why isn’t the federal government obeying the law? Why aren’t our immigration laws being enforced? Why is our military scattered throughout the world? Why do we give so much in foreign aid? Why do we have 25% of the population illiterate?  I’d be a fool attempting to explain all this in one article. If you cruise through this web site you’ll run into many articles that tie all this together. Most of you know the answer already. But suffice to say, it is because we have criminals running our three subverted branches of government and there is no accountability. In the meantime, because of the corruption and unconstitutional spending the International Bankers get a free pass to “laugh all the way to the bank.” They hang signs on their bank doors announcing OPEN FOR BUSINESS – YOU CHUMPS!

Let me say this, the biggest problem we have is ignorance. Our schools are run by government – which says it all. (tenth plank communist manifesto) Our knowledge is gradually improving because of access to information not available in the past. The internet, conservative networks, and a few in the media are reporting more truthful information. The coming election in November will be a test as to how good this information has been. Massachusetts and other States have given us a ray of hope. We almost stopped the horrendous health bill but didn’t realize how criminal the Democrats in Congress would be in passing it. We must be more vocal to prevent the cap-n-trade bill. The criminals in Congress will do as much damage as they can before they lose power – be on your toes. They may even create civil unrest and chaos to implement further restriction to our freedoms. We are dealing with an evil ideology.

The liberal press and networks that align themselves with communists and socialists in our country will attempt to destroy the pro-American forces who are gaining momentum against the left in politics. After all this time they keep attacking Sarah Palin and the Tea Parties. After all this time they still denigrate U.S. Representative Ron Paul. After a few years they still attack President Bush’s administration. And all these years they try to destroy the meaning of the great legacy left behind by Reagan. These are communistic tactics used by communists throughout history. But never as blatantly as the present – now they guard the hen house. Remember my words, the closer we get to the elections in November, the attacks on the tea party people and conservatives will be relentless. It has already started. I want to believe the freedom movement will keep gaining strength as more crimes being committed by the Congress and White House are exposed.

I’m going to say this one more time – my biggest worry is for third party candidates who will run for offices against Demos or Repubs. It will split the vote, like it always has in the past, which allows criminal Democrats to remain in office. The two-parties in power belong to the elite and they will never allow citizens to break it up. But they can’t stop people from joining one party to change it from the ground up. I have suggested that people vote for the lesser of two evils – the GOP. They are ripe for a takeover. The Democrats are too far gone and almost impossible to change. Think President Pinocchio, Biden, Pelosi, and Reid. All of them, and more, are destructive to our country.

All those fed up with our present Congress – unite in one thought. Unite with a clear message people should understand – STOP SPENDING AND THROW OUT THE CRIMINALS IN CONGRESS!

The answer is and always has been your U.S. Constitution. The wisdom of our Founding Fathers in designing the 9th and 10 Amendments is a testament to their thinking and concerns for future Americans. Someone later said it best,  “. . . by the people, for the people and of the people . . .” Yes, those great Americans had the future of the American people on their minds by leaving them laws for self-reliance, self-governance and the tools to work with to safeguard our freedoms and liberty – the Bill of Rights.

Since the Constitution is intended for the observance of the judiciary as well as the other departments of government and the judges are sworn to support its provisions, the courts are not at liberty to overlook or disregard its commands, or countenance evasions thereof. It is their duty in authorized proceedings to give effect to the existing constitution and to obey all constitutional provisions, irrespective of their opinion as to the wisdom or desirability of such provision, and irrespective of the consequences.

If the constitution prescribes one rule and the statute another and a different rule, it is the duty of the courts to declare that the constitution, and not the statute, governs in cases before them for judgment….-16 American Jurisprudence 2nd

You read the Constitution and you’ll conclude we do have criminals running our Constitutional Republic. When some contested the passage of the Federal Reserve Act in 1913 the court ruled it constitutional. So why are the laws mentioned in paragraph three of this article still in the Constitution? THEY HAVEN’T BEEN REPEALED! NO ACT MAY CHANGE ANY THING IN YOUR CONSTITUTION. Only you, the people, may change the Constitution via the amendment process and not any of the three branches of government. All laws in the Constitution remain. Any lawyer friend that thinks differently is a product of a corrupted educational system. . . I love you, America.
