These laws are still in your Constitution. They are there because the only way to remove them is via the Amendment process that only YOU can approve. The just-passed so-called national healthcare bill, which calls for some $940 billion in federal outlays (and growing) over 10 years by a government that is flat broke, as President Obama admitted on camera last year, calls for a massive tax increase on citizens, most of whom also are flat broke. The federal government and nearly all Americans have much more debt than they will ever have in revenue or income to pay their debts. Remember campaign promises of not raising taxes and the legislation would save money?
The healthcare bill’s approval (by bribery) is said to be as momentous as the creation of the Social Security System in 1935. (I was in mother’s incubator waiting to be born a slave) That is true, but not in the way media hacks claim. Isn’t it clear that those truly being insured are the medical-industrial-banking complex and the government agencies that will administer the “healthcare” system?
Will the government healthcare system truly and affordably insure Americans and genuinely improve their health? Or are Americans – whose tax payments will make sure the big drug companies and other connected interests expand their monopolies – the ones actually underwriting corporate-government power? In other words, who’s insuring whom?
While operating in a system in which the very creation of money creates debt, national healthcare, like Social Security, cannot be paid for without generating much more debt. This is why the Federal Reserve is the central barrier to freedom: It converts nearly every government endeavor, constitutional or not, into debt and insolvency, while making grassroots reforms incredibly difficult. Election reform, for example, would have dramatic results, without a debt-money system, since that money system, with the big media’s help, insulates the two “big box” parties so renegade parties and candidates who want to change the system do not get on the ballot; and if they do, they rarely get elected or stay in office for long.

Good alternative treatments that most doctors disregard are not likely to be covered. What’s so great about a national health plan that keeps cancer patients stuck in the radiation-surgery-drugs racket?
In light of all this, the following early-20th century quote attributed to Woodrow Wilson’s unelected, intimate personal “advisor,” Edward M. House, (banker affiliated) takes on a whole new meaning. House was a key insider in the passage of the 1913 Federal Reserve Act: (

To think that our people are so far gone that even this type of information goes over their heads. The media and social engineers in our society are very clever. They have us believing that either of the two parties are right or wrong. They have us fighting amongst ourselves pointing fingers at each other while government continues to bury us. In the meantime, the controlled media makes billions in advertising and commercials. The social engineers keep our people ignorant through the government controlled schools and the courts stifle dissent – welcome to Democracy – the worst form of government.

The Wall Street Journal recently carried a story entitled “Obama Steps Up Confrontation.” It said in part, “[Recently], the president challenged Republicans who planned to campaign on repealing his healthcare bill with, ‘Go for it.’ Two days later, he made 15 senior appointments without Senate consent, including a union lawyer whose nomination had been blocked by a filibuster. . . At a bill-signing event Tuesday, he is set to laud passage of higher-education legislation that was approved despite Republican objections through a parliamentary maneuver that neutralized the party’s filibuster threat.”
Sen. Lamar Alexander (R-Tenn.) called Obama’s decision to federalize most student loans “really brazen” and “the most underreported, biggest Washington takeover in history.” If history teaches us anything, it teaches us that power always craves more power. And there are only two ways to check power: internally, through self-discipline and humility, or externally, through equally determined and equipped counter forces.
The concept of an American monarch may seem foreign to us today, but remember that a monarchy was the only form of government the Colonists had ever known. And there can be no doubt that a monarchy or some form of it has been the single most common form of central government that the nations of the world have utilized. But, remember, too, a theme of America’s War for Independence was “No king but Jesus.” And no one believed that more than Gen. George Washington did.
Like most of America’s founders, Washington distrusted government in general and despised big government in particular – even though people were willing to make him the government’s imperial ruler. Listen to the father of our country: “Government is not reason; it is not eloquence; it is force! Like fire, it is a dangerous servant and a fearful master.”
Unfortunately, there hasn’t been a man of Washington’s caliber in the White House since 1797. . . they are out there but are not given a chance…Instead of distrusting and limiting the central government, the vast majority of modern presidents have completely ignored the constitutional role of the presidency, and have sought to expand the authority of the executive branch of the federal government to proportions never allowed in the Constitution nor envisioned by its creators.
This is why I keep stressing the point of the subversion of the three branches of government. In a Constitutional Republic, either one or two of the three branches could prevent another seeking power not granted to it by your Constitution. They are not doing it.
And Obama is following the example of his predecessors by continuing this malevolent model with increased rapidity, I might add. The above-mentioned stories are just the latest examples of what is fast becoming an imperial presidency. It seems that every day another example of executive ignorance and usurpation of power takes place. Given the lack of genuine humility and character of America’s president – and the unwillingness of Congress and the Supreme Court to restrain his unconstitutional propensities – it is left to the states and the people to hold this would-be emperor in check. 9th and 10th Amendments in your Bill of Rights.
And here is another reason to be thankful for America’s founders: they recognized the ultimate role of the states in safeguarding and protecting liberty. As James Madison said in Federalist 45, “The powers delegated by the proposed Constitution to the federal government are few and defined. Those which are to remain in the state governments are numerous and indefinite.” (9th and 10th amendments)
In Federalist 39 Madison said, “Each state, in ratifying the Constitution, is considered as a sovereign body, independent of all others, and only to be bound by its own voluntary act. In this relation, then, the new Constitution will, if established, be a federal, and not a national, constitution.” If America’s founders desired that a national or monarchical government be established in the United States, what was the purpose of the original 13 Colonies retaining individual statehood? Why would each state retain its authority as “a sovereign body,” if not to serve as a vanguard against encroachment upon liberty by the central government?
And never has liberty been more vulnerable to oppression and tyranny than right now. Why? Because ever since 9-11, both political parties in Washington, D.C., have placed America in a state of perpetual war. This fact alone puts the federal government in a position to become America’s oppressor. . . recall Eisenhower’s warning “Beware of the Military Industrial-Complex.” Wasn’t Obama’s campaign pledge to end the war? Both parties are controlled by the powers at be. . .
In the first place, the Congress of the United States (then controlled by the Republicans) abdicated its constitutional obligation to be the sole determiner regarding America’s entrance into war by providing then President “W” Bush with unlimited and unchecked ability to determine and wage war, clearly outside the perimeter of constitutional authority. And since taking over the federal government last year, Democrats in Washington have followed suit. But listen to James Madison: “The executive [president] has no right, in any case, to decide the question, whether there is, or is not, cause for declaring war.”
Art. 2 Sec 2 United States Constitution: (First paragraph)
The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States; he may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any Subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices, and he shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.
Nowhere is this law does it give the president the power to take our young into conflict without the declaration of war by the Congress. The title ”Commander in Chief” doesn’t give him the authority to take us to war. Many pundits who report information mislead people by declaring that the president has the authority to do so. Michael Medved – a brilliant radio talk show host is guilty of this. He cites the War Power Act which delegates that authority to the president under certain conditions. Remember – no ACT nor Statute may change ANY THING in your Constitution without your permission. That is why the law that reads “…only Congress can declare war…” is still there. They can’t take it out. What happened is that many were brainwashed that government may change the Constitution as they see fit. They conned the masses into believing the Constitution was a “living Constitution,” to be changed whenever. That is a DAMN LIE! Just because they’ve conducted war in the past without declaring war doesn’t make it legal now – it is still unconstitutional. And where were the black-robed thugs when this was happening?
What we have is a two-party system beholden to the International Bankers (owners of the Fed) the Military-Industrial-Complex, the Media-Industrial-Complex…etc., and our young are sent all over the world to be slaughtered protecting the interests of the global corporations. The bankers make trillions in interest for the money borrowed by the criminals in Washington D.C. to carry out their devious war-mongering plans and the social/welfare state. Democrat and Republican voters, and all others, don’t allow this criminal two-party system to send your young into harms-way – throw the bastards out in Nov.
Furthermore, the condition of unending, perpetual war only serves the purpose of lessening liberty. To Madison again: “No nation could preserve its freedom in the midst of continual warfare.” Madison also declared, “If tyranny and oppression come to this land, it will be in the guise of fighting a foreign enemy.” And one more from Madison: “The means of defense against foreign danger have been always the instruments of tyranny at home.”
Perpetual war. JFK was threatening to bring home the troops from Vietnam. Of course, all the profiteers from war (like today) didn’t like that at all. He was removed and the despicable LBJ came into control and increased the troops by hundreds of thousands by lying to the Congress – or not. The war lingered on for years – for what? Money, money, money. And the communists in the media were bullshitting you people that our GIs were fighting for our rights. . . same thing is happening today.
One needs to only look around to observe that Madison’s warnings are quickly becoming a reality in these United States. At this point, I do not believe there is any way to avoid it: A showdown between freedom-loving states and the federal government is inevitable. But not only is it inevitable, it is absolutely necessary. The central government is quickly morphing into a monarchy – or at the very least an oligarchy. And neither the donkeys nor the elephants inside the Beltway are willing to do anything to stop it.
Monarchy – Supreme power by one person.
Oligarchy – Power vested in a few persons – or a dominant class. (Owners of the Federal Reserve)
I offer the following for comparison.
Communism – (1) A system of social organization based on the holding of all property in common, actual ownership being ascribed to the community as a whole or to the state.
(2) A system of social organization in which all economic and social activity is controlled by a totalitarian state dominated by a single and self-perpetuating political party.
Both political parties are corrupted by the elite. The government grabs private institutions; controls education, controls much of the media, allows an illegal monetary system, doesn’t declare war, most all property is owned by the banks, has destroyed our industrial base, a total debt of over $100,000,000,000,000 (money out of thin air loaned and yet we pay interest with hard-earned money) to enslave us economically forever, and much more . . .I don’t know about you but I call that communism. We have never had a White House with so many communists.
Either the states determine to defend the rights and liberties of the American people now, or we are destined to be governed by Washington’s despots. The question is, will my state raise the “Don’t Tread On Me” flag and sincerely defend my liberties? And the follow-up question is, if my state will not do it, which states will, and what will I do?
We have little choice. Either we join with a state that will fight for our liberties and help procure freedom for our posterity, or we follow radical unionist and globalists into a modern-day monarchy that is marching America toward oppression and servitude…end of article.
I believe we have one more chance to stop the drive to full communism. It’ll have to be in Nov. We have to win at least the House. If it happens we can slow down the policies of President Pinocchio. The defining moment will be the elections of 2012. We’ve got to put a person in the White House who will honor the Constitution. It’s probable Pinocchio will be discarded but Hillary is lurking around. Right now she is dealing with the United Nations to give them control of ammunition for our guns. Remember, in the last presidential nominee debates she uttered she was “progressive.” That is a word that replaces “liberal.” Liberal has become too toxic of a word for the ultra-liberals (socialists/communists) I can understand people of her ilk, like most all Democrats in Congress (and the White House) but what I have a hard time understanding is how millions of Americans follow these criminals every election year without question. It has to be a mental illness. (I’m a psychiatrist that sells tamales) I have a few relatives like that. There is no room in their heads for the truth. . . .I love you, America.

The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.(Art.2 Sec.4 U.S. Constitution)
This law is ignored because our Constitution has been subverted as has the Oath of Office. Criminals are running our Congress, thus crimes are being committed and nowhere to turn for relief – (The Fox guarding the Hen house). The elected and appointed ignore the rule of law. Federal encroachment, usurpation, tyranny and oppression will continue. I offer the following solution:
A DEPARTMENT of IMPEACHMENT (Citizens Ethics Committee) would be under the jurisdiction of the States. Each State appoints a representative who would meet twice a year in Washington D.C. with subpoena power to execute Art 2 Sec. 4. Absolutely no interference by the three branches of government; no appeals, no interference by the Court. The malfeasance committed would be dealt with by the State. People removed would be replaced by the State Governor. No pardon by the president.
For as much tax money wasted by Congress, surely an office could be funded. Its function would be to gather air-tight information of wrong doing to be presented to the States’ representatives when meeting twice a year. You watch how quick we’d have constitutional government. It is a winning issue to use while campaigning.

Truth Has Fallen and Taken Real Liberty with it.
There was a time when the pen was mightier than the sword. That was a time when people believed in truth and regarded truth as an independent power and not as an auxiliary for government, class, race, ideological, personal or financial interest. Today Americans are ruled by propaganda. Americans have little regard for the truth, little access to it and little ability to recognize it.
Truth is an unwelcomed entity. It is disturbing. It is off limits. Those who speak it run the risk of being branded “anti-American,” “anti-Semite” or “conspiracy theorist.” Truth is an inconvenience for government and for the interests groups whose campaign contributions control government. Truth is an inconvenience for prosecutors who want convictions, not the discovery of innocence or guilt. Truth is inconvenient for ideologues.
Today many whose goal once was the discovery of truth are now paid handsomely to hide it. “Free market economists” are paid to sell off shoring to the American people. High-productivity, high value-added American jobs are denigrated as dirty, old industrial jobs. Relics from long ago, we are best shed of them. Their place has been taken by “the new economy,” a mythical economy that allegedly consists of high-tech white-color jobs in which Americans innovate and finance activities that occur offshore. All Americans need in order to participate in this “new economy” are finance degrees from Ivy League universities, (the bastion of socialism) and then they will work on Wall Street at million dollar jobs.
Many years ago in New York, usury was considered so devious and out of control that loan-sharking money lenders were ordered to conduct their business behind a wall that existed in the city. That name remains today – Wall Street.
Economists who were once respectable took money to contribute to this myth of the “new economy.” And not only economists sell their souls for filthy lucre. Recently we have had reports of medical doctors, who for money, have published in peer-reviewed journals concocted “studies” that hype this or that new medicine produced by pharmaceutical companies that paid for the “studies.” The Council of Europe is investigating Big Pharma’s role in hyping a false swine flu pandemic in order to gain billions of dollars in sales of vaccine.
The collusion between these giant pharmaceutical companies and the Federal Drug Administration and other governmental agencies associated are another long story of corruption that allows harmful drugs into the market place. There have been many instances of deaths occurring because of this. And it’s business as usual.
The media helped the U.S. military hype its recent Marjah offensive in Afghanistan, describing Marjah as a city of 80,000 under Taliban control. It turns out that Marjah is not urban but a collection of village farms. And there is the global warming scandal, in which climate scientists, financed by Wall Street and corporations anxious to get their mitts on “cap and trade” and by a UN agency anxious to redistribute income from rich to poor countries, concocted a doomsday scenario in order to create profit in pollution.
In an earlier article I reported gangsters from Chicago, including Al Gore, were instrumental in forming an entity which will be the top banana in what is being touted as a $10,000,000,000,000 per year business. Americans should call their senators and tell them not to vote for cap and trade legislation (it already passed the House)
Wherever one looks, truth has fallen to money. Wherever money is insufficient to bury the truth, ignorance, propaganda and short memories finish the job. I remember when, following CIA Director William Colby’s testimony before the Church Committee in the mid-70s, presidents Gerald Ford and Ronald Reagan issued executive orders preventing the CIA and U.S. black-op groups from assassinating foreign leaders. In 2010 Congress was told by Dennis Blair, head of national intelligence, that the United States now assassinates its own citizens, in addition to foreign leaders.
When Blair told the House Intelligence Committee that U.S. citizens no longer needed to be arrested, charged, tried and convicted of a capital crime, just murdered on suspicion alone of being a “threat,” he wasn’t impeached. No investigation ensued. Nothing happened. There was no Church Committee. In the mid-1970s the CIA got into trouble for plots to kill Castro. Today it is American citizens who are on the hit list. Whatever objections there might be don’t carry any weight. No one in government is in any trouble over the assassination of U.S. citizens by the U.S. government.
Do you recall conspiracy theories through the years – the Clinton’s White-Water problems and the deaths associated with it? The JFK assassination and death followed many of the players. How coincidentally, Oswald was shot in a police building and shortly thereafter Ruby dies of cancer. The Warren Commission was loaded with insiders that hated Kennedy. I don’t trust government. “They” use the CIA to do their dirty work within and around the world.
As an economist, I am astonished that the American economics profession had no awareness whatsoever that the U.S. economy has been destroyed by the off-shoring of U.S. gross domestic product (GDP) to overseas countries. U.S. corporations, in pursuit of absolute advantage or lowest labor costs and maximum CEO “performance bonuses,” have moved the production of goods and services marketed to Americans to China, India and elsewhere abroad. When I read economists describe off-shoring as free trade based on comparative advantage, I realize that there is no intelligence or integrity in the American economics profession.
This ignorance may be laid at the doorstep of government controlled education. The same applies in the legal community. Most in the profession don’t know a damn thing about the Constitution. In school they are mostly versed in “case law” and “precedents.” Got into an argument with a lawyer about the Constitution and he screamed: “F. . the Constitution!” The outsourcing of goods and services was intentional to destroy our industrial base. Because of heavy taxation and the heavy-handedness of labor, small wonder companies left by the thousands. Once the industrial base was destroyed we were slipped into a “service-oriented” society – flipping hamburgers. This was an agenda planned by the powers and carried out by the criminals in government – DESTROY THE MIDDLE-CLASS! Make us equal to the rest of the world.
Intelligence and integrity have been purchased by money. The transnational or global U.S. corporations pay multimillion-dollar compensation packages to top managers, who achieve these “performance awards” by replacing U.S. labor with foreign labor. While Washington worries about “the Muslim threat,” Wall Street, U.S. corporations and “free market” shills destroy the U.S. economy and the prospects of tens of millions of Americans. Americans, or most of them, have proved to be putty in the hands of the police state. Every $1,000,000,000 of imported foreign goods means 20,000 Americans could have produced that much in jobs in our country. Remember bumper stickers that read “Buy American?” Concerned citizens were laughed at. The joke was on us.
Americans have bought into the government’s claim that security requires the suspension of civil liberties and accountable government. Astonishingly, Americans, or most of them, believe that civil liberties, such as habeas corpus and due process, protect “terrorists,” and not themselves. Many also believe the Constitution is a tired old document that prevents government from exercising the kind of powers necessary to keep Americans safe and “free.” Most Americans are unlikely to hear from anyone who would tell them any different.

Again, this ignorance can be attributed to the government controlled education (10th Plank communist manifesto) The three branches of government rarely abide by the Constitution, and get away with it because 90% of our people have never read the U.S. Constitution. People don’t understand how government is supposed to work.
It is a damn lie that because a president is Commander-in-Chief he can send troops all over the world to fight (protect global interests). Your Constitution mandates Congress with that responsibility. All “Acts” passed in the past (War Powers Act) allowing presidents that responsibility is illegal. I don’t care how many times they’ve taken our young into conflicts without declaring war. No Act passed can change the Constitution unless, WE, THE PEOPLE say so. “Only Congress can declare war.” The reason they don’t declare war is because corporations do business on both sides and if war was constitutionally declared that type of business would be declared treason “ … aiding and abetting the enemy…” And to think I’m a day-care center dropout that sells tamales on the side knowing more about the Constitution than many in that sewer called Congress.
I was associate editor and columnist for the Wall Street Journal. I was Business Week’s first outside columnist, a position I held for 15 years. I was a columnist for a decade for Scripps Howard News Service, carried in 300 newspapers. I was a columnist for The Washington Times and for newspapers in France and Italy and for a magazine in Germany. I was a contributor to The New York Times and a regular fixture in The Los Angeles Times. Today I cannot publish in, or appear on, the American “mainstream media.”
For the last six years I have been banned from the “mainstream media.” My last column in The New York Times appeared in January 2004, coauthored with Democratic Sen. Charles Schumer (representing New York). We addressed the off-shoring of U.S. jobs. Our op-ed article produced a conference at the Brookings Institution in Washington D.C. and live coverage by C-Span. A debate was launched. No such thing could happen today.
For years I was a mainstay at The Washington Times, producing credibility for the Moony newspaper as a Business Week columnist, former Wall Street Journal editor, and former assistant secretary of the U.S. Treasury. But when I began criticizing Bush’s wars of aggression, the order came down to Mary Lou Forbes to cancel my column. The American media does not serve the truth. It serves the government and the interests groups that empower the government.
The reason, I believe, Fox network news is number one of all networks is because of their truthful reporting. Their viewership is ahead by the millions over others. And yet, it is owned by one of the powers at be. But you know what? Even truth is trumped by money. That network is making a lot of money for the owner.
America’s fate was sealed when the public and the anti-war movement bought the government’s 9-11 conspiracy theory. The government’s account of 9-11 is contradicted by much evidence. Nevertheless, this defining event of our time, which has launched the United States on interminable wars of aggression and a domestic police state, is a taboo topic for investigation in the media. It is pointless to complain of war and a police state when one accepts the premise upon which they are based.
I don’t subscribe to “any” theory but I do know who was indirectly responsible. The only way 19 individuals could have accomplished the atrocity was by a free pass in and out of our country due to relaxed immigration surveillance and unenforced immigration law. The same thing is happening in my home State right this moment with the immigration issue. We have a government that is too big, incompetent, with no accountability. It happened because hypocrites in the GOP strayed from their conservative roots to allow the Democrats to win control and now we are experiencing how communism works. The government is to blame for 9-11 for incompetence.
These trillion-dollar wars have created financing problems for Washington’s deficits and threaten the U.S. dollars role as world reserve currency. The wars and the pressures that the budget deficits put on the dollars value have put Social Security and Medicare on the chopping block. Former Goldman Sachs (one of the owners of the Federal Reserve) chairman and U.S. Treasury Secretary Hank Paulson is after these protections for the elderly. Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke is also after them. (Both are former Goldman Sachs employees) The Republicans are after them as well. These protections are called “entitlements” – as if they are some sort of welfare that people have not paid for in payroll taxes all their working lives.
With over 21 percent unemployment as measured by methodology of 1980, with American jobs, GDP and technology having been given to China and India, with war being Washington’s greatest commitment, with the dollar overburdened with debt, with civil liberty sacrificed to the “war on terror,” the liberty and prosperity of the American people have been thrown into the trash bin of history. The militarism of the U.S. and Israeli states, and Wall Street and corporate greed, will now run their course. As the pen is censored and its might extinguished, I am signing off. . . end of article

There is no question in the minds of millions that we have a runaway government. The three branches of government have been subverted to enable criminals in Congress to legislate without accountability (no checks and balances) Legislation is being passed and considered against the wishes of the American people. In doing so, the criminals are using bribery with our tax money to accomplish whatever they desire. We have an administration that is behaving like a dictatorship. When the administration takes over industries in the private sector; dictates salaries; hires people in positions of power (czars) by circumventing normal procedures, constantly lies, ignores incompetency by appointees, promotes deficit spending, ignores constitutional procedures, promotes racial division, plays the poor against the rich card – what are we to think?
The media shirks its responsibility of reporting the truth, instead is bias in reporting information; omits important information; not asking proper questions of an administration that deviates from its constitutional duties. We have a troubling and dangerous situation on our hands. The owners of the media have been compromised. The ones that are honorable and honor the First Amendment are attacked by communists in our society. I use the word communists loosely because I feel that anyone or thing that is anti-Constitution, attacks what’s good for our country, commits voter fraud unimpeded, denigrates the family and religion, creates racial strife, brainwashes our young in schools – is a threat to our well-being. People in the know are fed up with communism, and others who don’t understand the word, are confused and don’t know what to think.
There are many reasons how our Constitutional Republic was transformed into a socialist/welfare state. The following were the most important of many. Handing over, illegally, the administration of our monetary system to the International Bankers (Federal Reserve) 1913; the passing of the 16th Amendment (income tax) and ratifying the 17th Amendment – all in the same year – 1913 – the future destruction of our country had begun. The Fed (5th Plank communist manifesto) corrupts and controls government. The 16th Amendment takes from the producer and gives to the non-producer (2nd Plank communist manifesto). The IRS goes after rebels – dissidents. (4th Plank communist manifesto) The IRS is the life-blood of socialism. Without it the powers at be couldn’t collect their interest and keep people under control – that’s why the rich invented communism – to make money and to control. We have been economically enslaved.
Imagine if we repealed the 17th Amendment to place U.S. Senators under the jurisdiction of State Legislatures once again as before. Senators wouldn’t have to beg for campaign donations. Corruption would cease – imagine trying to bribe a State Legislature. It wasn’t perfect then, but with the “new” information age it could be fine-tuned. Our Founding Fathers set it up so States would have representatives (senators) to guard State rights. The 17th was passed so people could directly vote for the senators. There was a hidden agenda though. The powers at be would control the election of senators before and after election making it easier then trying to “buy” State Legislators.
Years went by, and slowly States started losing their rights – the senators were being corrupted in Washington. When a stoolie for the bankers – FDR – came into power – the centralization of all power was transferred over to Washington. This way, the powers at be could manipulate politicians into expanding the socialist welfare state which exploded with voracious deficit spending to this day. The bankers, through a criminal Congress have enslaved our people. We are paying interest to the bankers forever.
The American people don’t think much of the Congress. I offer you the following as an interesting campaign issue. Can you imagine the reaction if there was a way to remove violators of the Constitution without the involvement of the three branches of government? Whether it could be done or not who knows – the point is that people would endorse an issue promoting legislation that would eradicate much corruption by impeaching criminals in government. An Office of Pardon is in place but not an Office of Impeachment. Ponder the following:
While perusing the Articles of Confederation (our first Constitution for those that went to public school) Article 5 caught my attention:
“For the most convenient management of the general interests of the United States, delegates shall be annually appointed in such manner as the legislatures of each State shall direct, to meet in Congress on the first Monday in November, in every year, with a power reserved to each State to recall its delegates, or any of them, at anytime within the year, and to send others in their stead for the remainder of the year.” That’s the first paragraph of Article 5.
When the “new” Constitution at the Constitutional Convention was implemented this paragraph was deleted. Because of the tremendous change our country has gone through and the approval rate of Congress is dismal, it appears instituting something similar to the above, merits some thought. People are sick and tired of the “Fox” guarding the hen house. We must not trust them any longer. A law to remove those in federal government for malfeasance and ignoring their “Oath of Office” would be a great deterrent. If I were a candidate I would certainly use it as a campaign issue. People would support it.
OFFICE of IMPEACHMENT
Thought provoking idea: Each State would select a representative (preferably non-politicians) to meet with 49 others in the month of November in Washington D.C. for the purpose of impeaching those who have violated their oath; unethical behavior, criminal activity unconstitutional legislation. . .etc. The States delegation would have subpoena power. By the time “impeachment officers” met they would have accumulated evidence of wrong doing. The three branches of government would have no say-so whatsoever – not even a presidential pardon or court interference. Once relieved (immediately) as a representative he/she would be subject for indictment back home if need be. Again, if convicted – no presidential pardon. The method of replacing people would be as it stands today – by the governor of the State.
Amending the Constitution would take time. Could be to the existing 10th Amendment, if possible, The purpose is to use it as campaign issue which would attract the attention of many disgruntled voters. Just think a constitutional method of ridding unscrupulous politicians in ANY government entity, absent the other three branches of government. You watch the effect this would have in restoring a Constitutional Republic. Amending the Constitution is NOT the government’s business – it is OUR business. They are our servants and WE ARE THE GOVERNMENT! Networks – Media – Academia – Hollywood – Communists – Liberal Judges – GO TO HELL!

Citizens – the long drawn plans of the communists have always been to destroy the Constitution and the faith of the American people. It doesn’t take many communists to control the actions of a crowd. They are well-organized and know exactly what to do to light the fire. In an earlier article I reminded people of the race riots in the L.A. area in the ‘60s when a video captured a storeowner on top of his store protecting it with an AK-47. All other buildings around his were on fire. Sometimes this needs to be done against the ignorant being led by professional agitators. Arm yourselves citizens before government outlaws guns.
The same media bias comes into play when charges of fascism are bandied about against political opponents. In August, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi tarred Tea Partiers as fascists because – she claimed – they were “carrying swastikas and symbols like that.” The charges were broadcast by media nationwide. But when pushed for evidence to back up her claim, Pelosi spokesman Nadeam Elshami provided The Washington Times with a single picture of a Tea Partier carrying a poster of a swastika with a line drawn through it, clearly signaling that fascist policies should be banned, which was the opposite of Mrs. Pelosi’s point. Leftists are dusting off the old Nazi slur to use against their opponents in this new immigration debate, A Google news search found more than 900 news stories for “Arizona immigration law Nazi.”
Nancy Pelosi has become the worst ever Speaker of the House. Can you imagine, if something happened to the president and Vice-President she would become president. As far as First Amendment rights, the Court has already ruled that if you are under the jurisdiction of the government because of the non-profit status they can shut you up – but not if you are an Al Sharpton or Jesse Jackson or a “leader” of many pedophiles – what a double-standard. May 29th, a Saturday, union communists forces will converge in Phoenix, Arizona to incite and create civil unrest. Whenever there are issue dividing people they will always look for ways to riot. They are masters at manipulating ignorant crowds whom are easily led by the nose. I hope City, County and State agencies have a contingency plan to thwart any disruption of peaceful protests. I don’t want to see any destruction of government property before it happens. I’m fed up with allowing mobs (democracy) to burn and loot undisturbed.
President Pinocchio could do something to avert this but remember he comes from the streets as a community organizer and has seen civil-strife first hand. The other day the president of Mexico had the nerve to stand before OUR Congress and chastise Arizona for doing the right thing – passing SB 1070. A law that forces our State government to enforce federal law already in the books. Instead of Pinocchio retorting on our behalf he was appeasing like he always is with foreign dignitaries. But what was shameful ALL DEMOCRATS in the chamber stood and gave Mexican President a standing ovation for 15 seconds. Folks, the politicians in Congress are not liberals, socialists, moderates, Blue Dogs – these people are anti-American practicing communism. They are making things worst with their control of Congress and White House. We may never be able to correct the destruction being done to our country. I hope I live long enough to read that this president and Congress will go down in history as the worst ever in American history. Move over Carter.

Elections this month have enhanced the political clout of two groups widely separated on the political spectrum. The tea party movement (Americanism) stands to play an outsize role in the fall elections now that outsider Rand Paul has swept Kentucky’s GOP Senate primary, while unions (communism) provided the muscle for Democrats to win a key special election in Pennsylvania. Dr. Paul’s victory comes just after Utah Sen. Bob Bennett was denied a place on the primary ballot by a GOP state convention dominated by tea party activists.
In Kentucky, Dr. Paul beat a GOP establishment candidate by calling for spending restraint and an end to “Bailout Nation” policies. A new Rasmussen poll shows him leading his Democratic opponent by 25 points. Tea party-backed candidates also won key House primaries in Pennsylvania and Arkansas this week. Democrats, fearful of the grass-roots enthusiasm that candidates such as Dr. Paul are able to generate, immediately accused him of being an elitist for holding his victory party at a country club. They also slammed him for suggesting physicians like him deserve to earn “a comfortable living” while supporting an end to farm subsidies.
Farm subsidies are corporate welfare. Why shouldn’t we eliminate that? Also, as if we didn’t have elitists in the Democratic Party who own several homes (Gore) and are multi-millionaires like the Clintons and many Democrats in the Senate. The communist always invoke the “poor” against the “rich” card. And the ignorant agree – are they that stupid? I know ignorance, is not knowing, but once you do and still believe – as they say in my second language – PENDEJOS! It didn’t take long for communist in the controlled media to begin attacking Dr. Paul as they’ve attacked his father in his political career. And it’s going to become nastier the closer we get to November.
Liberal attacks on the tea party have flipped completely. Largely gone are dismissals that they are rednecks and rubes. (many party members still believe that) After a New York Times survey found tea parties are generally better educated and wealthier than the general public, they are now attacked as aloof and out of touch with the concerns of average voters. The criticism will only mount because tea party activists represent an injection of fresh blood and enthusiasm that threatens Democratic incumbents. They certainly expand the GOP voting base: A March Gallup poll found that 43% were registered independents and 8% declared themselves Democrats (Yippee!)
The rise of the tea party (percolating) makes Democrats (Chaoscrats) even more dependent on organized labor. In this week’s Pennsylvania special election for the late Jack Murtha’s seat, the AFL-CIO alone sent out 80,000 mailers on behalf of Democrat Mark Critz, along with 100,000 robocalls. . . Democrat Critz ran and won as a conservative – which is typical lying by a Democrat.
In Arkansas, unions showed their clout by forcing Democratic Sen. Blanche Lincoln into a June runoff with labor-backed Lt. Gov. Bill Halter. Unions decided to make an example of her after she opposed the “card check” bill that limits the use of secret ballots in union elections. Unions, especially the Service Employees International Union, spent more that $3 million against her.
In contrast to the tea party, there has been far too little scrutiny of the SEIU, whose membership of government and healthcare workers is the fastest-growing of any union in the country. Andy Stern, (communist) the just retired head of the SEIU, was found to be the most frequent guest at the Obama White House ( Obama is our office manager and that house belongs to the American people regardless who occupies it) last year, stopping by 22 times between January and September, more than all congressional leaders and cabinet members.
The SEIU’s close ties to the discredited group ACORN have largely been ignored. The same is true for the violence perpetrated by some of its members. Last August in St. Louis, tea party supporter Kenneth Gladney was set upon by SEIU members during a town-hall meeting on health care. They were apparently angry that an African-American was supporting the tea party and hurled the “n” word at him while beating him to the point where he required hospitalization. St. Louis County officials waited until November to press assault charges against two SEUI members. Four others were charged with interfering with police during the incident. All six have pleaded not guilty.
This week Nina Easton of Fortune magazine reported on an incident in her Washington, D.C., neighborhood in which 500 screaming, placard-waiving SEIU embers and allies surrounded the home of Greg Baer, deputy general counsel at Bank of America, to protest bank foreclosures.
“Intimidation was the whole point of this exercise, and it worked – even on the police,” reported Ms. Easton, a neighbor of Mr. Baer. The protestors finally left, only to descend on the nearby home of Peter Scher, a J.P. Morgan Chase executive. “It appears we’ve crossed into a new era: the politics of personal intimidation,” Ms. Easton concludes. You can expect friction between tea party activists and union members in coming months. Last month, AFL-CIO President Richard Trumka gave a speech at Harvard (a breeding of socialists bred by communists) in which he warned that anger at a sour economy was being transformed into dangerous “hatred” by the forces on the right.
For an individual to believe that freedom-loving Americans love for country who believe in the rule of law and still believe in the Constitution are promoting “hatred” has got to have a mental disorder. People like him are a danger to my country.
At a time of heightened passions such as this election season, anyone who jumps proper political guardrails must be called on any excesses. As tea party members and unions vie for political supremacy this fall, it will be important for the media to scrutinize both and make sure their coverage is accurate and complete. So far the tea party – the new kids on the political block – have gotten far more attention than their union counterparts. . .end of article.
I fear for my country. I believe communism has overthrown our country and government. It’s been reported that ICE (Immigration Department) have said they will no longer accept illegal aliens apprehended by Arizona. The despicable Janet Napolitano has agreed. WE HAVE A CRIMINAL GOVERNMENT! The Administration is ruling outside the law. There is no other explanation.
I worry that it won’t be long before “they” start going after talk-radio people. I’ve written that the monetary system is administered under the 2nd, 4th, 5th planks of the communist manifesto (google it) “They” will use the 4th plank to go after people that dare exercise their first amendment right.

Slowly, the criminals in Congress have been laying the groundwork to stifle dissent. “Hate Crime” law is one. Now they are considering bunching together those who they consider anti-government into a “terrorists” category. We are dealing with communism.
People in Arizona should call their representatives (City, State, County) and ask what are they doing in case we have trouble the 29th of May. We are not the country we used to be. The Democrats in Washington D.C. is destroying my country. Our only salvation is a big win in November. I would love to see a U.S. Attorney General ordered to go after these criminals should we put someone in the White House in 2012 who obeys the law.

Warnings of Fiery Radio Priest Still Ring True Today (By Vince Ryan)
When I was a child my anxiety was always calmed with the expression, “What you don’t know won’t hurt you.” If I had any problems, my grown-ups took care of them. I soon discovered that the chief grown-up turned out to be President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, who would lead the people out of the Great Depression into the Promised Land. Big government with big promises would take care of everything, and what the people did not know wouldn’t hurt them. (same as today – keeping people ignorant)
FDR used the radio and print media to sell his New Deal (Obama used “Hope and Change”) to the American people with his fireside chats. This was required listening in every household. But he had competition. A politically savvy Catholic priest, the Rev. Charles Coughlin (1891-1979) a one-time FDR supporter, took him on: FDR was not a champion of the people. He was the bankers’ man and was using big government to control people. . . FDR promoted the bankers agenda – socialism.
Today the bankers and their privately owned Federal Reserve control the United States. The words of Coughlin are as fresh and vital today as they were when he spoke them in his radio broadcasts and later wrote them in his newspaper Social Justice. Coughlin’s expose is worth reading today: “Privately owned banks now exercise the highest taxing power of the national government, when they originate and lend into existence our medium of exchange (supply of money)
The last I read nine families own the Federal Reserve and all banks in the world are owned by about 150 people. Our “medium of exchange” is not Federal Reserve Notes. The medium of exchange per your U.S. Constitution is still gold and silver coin. That law is still in the Constitution and has never been repealed. Remember, no Act or Statute may change anything in the Constitution without our permission – the Amendment process – Article 5 of the Constitution. This is a fact. Being that gold and silver are out of the question that wouldn’t stop us from demanding from government to print U.S. Notes which would be OUR money and interest-free. . . the article continues. . .
“These private corporations force the citizens to pay an invisible tax on the money in existence as a loan made by some banks to private corporations, individuals or the government. This invisible tax, of which most people are not aware, is borne by every person who uses money . . . whether or not he ever borrowed a dollar.”
The paper used as “money” is not money. They are IOU notes circulating in our society as evidence of the debt owed the bankers. When you buy something with that note the seller receives the same debt – an IOU note. Several years back a farmer was threatened with lose of property because he couldn’t meet the payments to the lender – the bank. He took them to court and convinced the jury that the bank didn’t lend any real money – it created an ink entry which created “money” out of thin air. He won his case, but of course, as always, the media didn’t publish it.
The most shocking scandal, Coughlin revealed, is how the international bankers, through their privately owned Federal Reserve, siphon off the wealth of the United States. The Fed accomplishes this by loaning huge sums, which are simply written into existence, to the federal government; the billions in interest and principal that are paid back to the private bankers, however, represent real wealth. “We Americans today pay [billions of] dollars annually, because we meekly allow certain privileged individuals the illicit power to originate money.” Coughlin told the audience: “I oppose modern capitalism, because by its very nature, it cannot, and will not, function for the common good. In fact it is a detriment to civilization.”
The populist pastor perceived the difference between modern international finance capitalism and the free-enterprise system. Due to decades of Establishment propaganda (controlled networks and the media) , most Americans today mistakenly believe capitalism and free enterprise are synonymous.
It is not free enterprise and monopoly finance capitalism that are equivalent, but rather monopoly finance capitalism and Communism, as Father Coughlin explained: “Modern capitalism . . . is on the level with modern Communism, which, likewise, seeks what is not its own and teaches that the citizen exists for the state, while modern capitalism teaches that the citizen exists for the banker plutocrats.” End of article

Cut the Bankers Out of Money-Making
Like a drug dealer who just cut off one of his best addicts because he’s broke, Wall Street recently announced that Greece’s debt rating has been lowered to junk status. This means that if the Greek government wants to borrow more money from international bankers, taxpayers there will now have to pay a lot more, assuming they will be able to even get a loan. Of course, it was Wall Street that enabled the Greek government to borrow so much in the first place. Then it helped Greece’s leaders to hide their liabilities from everyone.
The American people aren’t being told that some of the billions to save Greece will come from American taxpayers. Folks, we don’t have any money to lend. We are on the verge of experiencing the same thing Greece is going through. Who is going to help the United States? WE HAVE CRIMINALS RUNNING OUR GOVERNMENT WHO ARE BENT ON DESTROYING OUR COUNTRY! We must win control in November and demand that the U.S. Attorney General go after these criminals. We may have to wait until after the election of 2012 under, hopefully, a new administration, because this one is the problem.
Why is this issue important to the United States? As American Free Press has reported in recent issues, this country is not that far behind Greece based on projected federal deficits and the U.S. national debt. According to some estimates, each American taxpayer is on the hook for $113,000 to cover the principal on all of Washington’s commitments, including Medicare, Social Security, and the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq – and that doesn’t even include the interest (trillions) that will have to be paid for years to come.
We are economic slaves. Our Founding Fathers, in their wisdom, gave us the money laws written into our Constitution to prevent this from happening. “…only Congress can coin money and regulate the value thereof…” and “no State shall make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts…” The old notes read “in payment of “ and now read “for payment of ” – the difference between “in” and “for” is very significant. Just as there is a big difference (in law) between may and shall. The following excerpt explains it better (From the book Miracle on Main Street):
This may surprise you, but Congress has never declared Federal Reserve notes to be a legal tender in payment of debts. Doubt me? Look at your currency: “. . . LEGAL TENDER FOR ALL DEBTS PUBLIC AND PRIVATE.” The word “FOR” is used rather than “IN PAYMENT OF.” Was this just accidental? No. It is well-settled in the courts that lawmakers are presumed to have selected each word that makes up a statute carefully and deliberately, lest the statute be considered void for vagueness. We can be sure, then, that when Congress chose NOT to use “IN PAYMENT OF,” it did so for a very good reason, that good reason being the hard fact that no debt can be paid in full in the eyes of American jurisprudence unless paid in gold or silver coined and regulated in value by Congress, courtesy of Article 1 Sections 8 and 10.
About all a Federal Reserve note can legally do is wipe out one debt and replace it with itself, another debt, a note that promises nothing. If anything’s been paid, the payment occurs only in the minds of the parties – in the ideasphere – not the real world.

It describes how our Founding Fathers arrived at giving us a monetary system that propelled our country to one of the greatest in history. It may be purchased through Google, if not, try Amazon.
See how important it was for the International Bankers to corrupt politicians so the three branches of government could be subverted to accomplish this. The above laws have never been repealed. They are there just waiting for you to demand constitutional government. Your Constitution is the answer and you’re the key to the future of America.
The talk right now in Europe is for Greece to leave the European Union so it can lick its wound as it tries to pay down its debt, which has miraculously grown from $40 billion when the crisis first hit last month to $158 billion right now – and growing. That debt will still have to be borne by Greek taxpayers – the very people who have been victimized and deceived by their own government and Wall Street. (Sound familiar?)
As we see it, the only real solution to the problem is to rip up that paper debt and run Wall Street out of the country, a move Americans should also make before the bankers lay even more claim to the land our forefathers fought and died to free. But how will Greece and the United States be able to pay their bills if they can no longer borrow money?
Whatever you may think of President Abraham Lincoln’s conduct during the War of Northern Aggression, he had the right idea when it came to paying his war bill. Greece and the United States – really, any government in any country around the world – have the power to issue their own interest free currency. How will the people avoid trading corrupt bankers for corrupt bureaucrats? The treasury can simply issue an amount of currency commensurate with that country’s gross domestic product. No more, no less.

President Lincoln sealed his death the day he authorized the printing of money interest-free. JFK suffered the same fate. Hitler kicked the bankers out and printed his own money, that’s how he was able to build a gigantic war-machine. The owners of the Federal Reserve are so entrenched in our government that it would take a miracle to get rid of them. They control everything. The Banking Committee Senators are on the take, staff’s are loaded with people from the banking industry. Most Treasury Secretaries come from Goldman Sachs – one of the owners of the Fed. Most all financial institutions are controlled by the owners of the Fed. The appointment of Federal Reserve Chairmen and Federal Reserve Governors by presidents is all for show, folks.
A Congressional report states that hundreds of middle-eastern type people have been apprehended at our borders. That means many are getting through. Citizens aren’t being told. And what are the criminals in Congress doing about it? Sure seems to me the criminals want horrible things to happen so they can have an excuse to put the clamp on us. Don’t forget communists are vicious people and will do anything to maintain power.

The following Editorial appeared in the weekly Washington Times 5-3-2010
Imagine a group of angry demonstrators toting swastika-festooned protest signs calling politicians Nazis, shouting obscenities and racial remarks and throwing rocks and bottles at police officers sent to keep order. No, these are not Tea Partiers. They are the mob that turned out to protest Arizona’s new immigration-enforcement law. This group of liberal rowdies has been dubbed the Tequila Party.
(Throughout I have a tendency to deviate from the subject matter. That’s what I get for going to public school. Thank God I only went for three semesters.)
The pro-immigration crowd has been infiltrated by communist organizations as they always do when issues benefitting what’s good for our country are on the table. When they gathered in protest the 5th of May was mentioned. They erroneously use that day as a celebration of some kind of Mexico’s day of independence when in reality it started as a beer commercial for Corona beer. The correct date of the Independence of Mexico is September the 16th. This is typical brainwashing by the communists in our society. The shame is on the “educated Hispanics” for allowing this misinformation to continue.
Typical headlines described the protest as “mostly peaceful,” with media outlets avoiding details about why they had to use the qualifier “mostly.” Reporting a near-riot by the opponents of the Arizona law doesn’t fit the dominant media storyline. Some of the editorial bias is blatant. The ownership of most newspapers is one thing; the editorial board may consist of socialist and communists and do their own propaganda.
An Associated Press story about Arizona immigration law quoted a 13-year-old Hispanic boy saying: “We can’t be in the streets anymore without the pigs thinking we’re illegal immigrants.” The Washington Post sanitized the boy’s views towards law enforcement by replacing the word “pigs” with “[police].” If a Tea Partier used a slur of any kind, it’s doubtful it would be given the square-bracket treatment. It would probably be a banner headline. I would even question whether this is a true story.
The AP News is like a middle man between the public and the news information. Most all newspaper outlets get their lead stories from there. No need to mention who owns AP.
The assumption that Tea Partiers are hate-filled bullies explains why major media outlets rushed out reports that demonstrators in Washington opposing the government health care takeover subjected black members of Congress to racial slurs and spat on them. (provided by the AP) The accusations were never proved, and substantial video evidence and eyewitness accounts suggest the events never happened.
At a Tea Party rally in Searchlight, Nevada, on March 27, supporters of Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid threw eggs at buses carrying attendees and later harassed and threatened some of them. The limited-government advocates at Freedom-Works have begun publicizing the hate e-mail and voice messages they have received, as well as documenting other examples of angry leftist violence and extremism.
We are up against an evil force (communism) that has always led to the death of millions. I’m so sick and tired of our good people always defending themselves by responding to all the mud thrown by the communists. The more mud they throw the more the ignorant will believe. This is an old tactic used by the communists since day one. Political correctness is the most damaging. It has led to “hate-crime” laws and in turn has weakened the American people of their 1st Amendment right. But they are not considered hate crimes when it comes from the communists. We have a double-standard and it’s about time you people stand-up when confronted by the communists and dish it back – quit defending yourselves and tell them to go to hell. When media begins asking questions which you deem unfair – quit the interview and tell the reporter to go to hell.
The most press coverage on this effort to expose hateful liberal (Communists/Progressives) extremism came when voice-over actor Lance Baxter stupidly left a voice mail asking for “the percentage of people that are mentally retarded who are working for Freedom-Works.” As a result, he lost a high-profile gig with Geico insurance. Mr. Baxter’s crime was his politically incorrect use of the word “retarded.” . . there you have it.
The storyline suffered a tectonic shift when an April 12 CBS News/New York Times poll of self-identified Tea Partiers found that they were not illiterate rednecks, but tend to be older, better educated, higher income, married people. They make up 18 percent of the population, compared with 20 percent who self-identified as somewhat or very liberal.
The Tea Partiers are middle Americans who are desperately worried about the misguided policies and wrongheaded vision being promoted by President Obama and his congressional (criminals) allies. Contrast them with the younger, less educated, lower income, angry, racially motivated mob that turned out in Phoenix. The Tequila Party and gangsters like them represent the core and the pride of the liberal base (communist). If an angry, shouting mob throwing bottles at police is the face of contemporary liberalism, it’s no wonder Americans are turning against them in droves. . .end of article
I have first-hand knowledge of the wrath directed at any symbol of the United States. Whenever events are staged at the Los Angeles Coliseum for Hispanics, they shout down the salute to the flag and boo and jeer any patriotic music. Ungrateful people. I dress as Uncle Sam and stand at street corners with political signs expressing my views. I experience many name-calling such as “Racists” “Right-Wing-Nut” “F#&%@ You” Dozens of middle-fingers – mostly from the younger generation that’s been brainwashed by the communists in Academia. By the way why do we always approve school bonds? The schools are doing a rotten job of teaching and turning out dummies. Parents spend thousands to send their kids to college and they are damaged goods when they graduate. We will always have inferior results as long as government controls education.
But the a -okay signs are very encouraging by passing vehicles. I even get thumbs-up from police cars going by. The positive signs are from all people . Blacks – Mexicans – the elderly – even a dog woofed at me. The 29th of this month many communist organizations will converge in downtown Phoenix to create racial strife which could lead to chaos. I hope the State as well as the Sheriffs Office will be prepared. Any sign of a confrontation should be handled immediately instead of waiting for it to spread. The majority of the people in Arizona and across the country are in favor of SB1070. The rule of law must prevail.
You people that are beginning to get concerned should go out to Diablo Stadium in Tempe and support others to show support for those of us who are willing to fight back. The event is on a Saturday from 6pm to 9pm. We need to show strength of unity. . . I love you America.
P.S. The Mayor of Los Angeles, another misguided socialist Hispanic was a “community organizer” for fifteen years for the SEIU – a communist union organization that is getting special treatment from President Pinocchio. No wonder the unions in California are the biggest reason why California has become almost bankrupt – the unions have the politicians in their pocket and I to believe this is nationwide – democracy in action – the worse form of government – ob rule.

The abortion issue never dies. The following article was written in 1989 in The Justice Times. It stopped to exist in the early ‘ 90s. For many years it was a newspaper dedicated to reporting the battles between the tax rebels and the IRS. It also educated many to the U.S. Constitution and exposed the illegal transfer of the money system to a private corporation called the Federal Reserve. For many years it warned the American people of the financial disaster the International Bankers (owners of the fed) would eventually create – it’s happening today. We are on the verge of bankruptcy and much chaos will follow. There is no way out – the seed for destroying the middle class was planned many years ago. Today, criminals in Congress called “representatives” have sold their souls to the devil (bankers) and we will pay dearly.
You’ll see I have a tendency of deviating from subject matter between paragraphs – don’t know any better – that’s what I get for going to public school. Thank God I stayed only three semesters.
States or the federal government?
Who should have jurisdiction for abolishing abortion?
As the debate over abortion approaches a climax – with three cases going before the Supreme Court this fall and 44 state legislatures preparing to address the issue in sessions after the new year – few in the battle seem to be addressing the question of the constitutional right to life versus federalism. The Supreme Court in July opened the door to further restriction of abortion at the state level, but refused to reverse the notorious Roe v. Wade, the 1973 decision creating a “right” for women to kill their unborn babies. States are divided on imposing restrictions, at least up to now, to abolish the practice on constitutional grounds. The question arising from all this creates at least a minor dilemma. It pits the concept of federalism – or the right of states to make, enforce and judge their own laws – against the absolute right to life.
Federalism is a concept of government inherent in the Constitution. It is founded on the separation of powers doctrine laid down by the 18th-century French philosopher Montesquieu. But instead of simply dividing the legislative, executive and judicial powers among separate branches of government, federalism goes further; it creates two jurisdictions of power – sort of a vertical separation of powers between the national government and the states.
According to Madison, “The powers of the federal government are few and defined [in the Constitution]. Those of which to remain in the state governments are numerous and indefinite… The former will be exercised principally on external objects, as war, peace, negotiation, and foreign commerce. … The powers reserved to the several States will extend to all the objects which, in the ordinary course of affairs, concern the lives, liberties, and properties of the people, and the internal order, improvement and prosperity of the State.” (Federalist No. 45) In simpler words, the federal government should mind its business of national defense and foreign policy, keeping its nose out of issues over life, liberty and property.
Past and present administrations have been doing the opposite. It is destroying our middle class by excessive spending leading to bankruptcy, interfering with the market. The present administration is nationalizing many in the private sector. It has alienated many friends overseas. President Pinocchio is doing something very dangerous to our security. He is disarming America and not one word of this during his campaign. This is where the media, once again, might have questioned him – but didn’t. The States rolled over and lost their power when they allowed the communists to pass the 17th Amendment. That legislation stripped the States of its power. Before, the States selected the U.S. Senators for the sole purpose of guarding the interests of the States and to prevent a run-away government of becoming what it is today – A CRIMINAL GOVERNMENT!
Jefferson warned of the danger in allowing power to concentrate in the national government. He said, “When all government, domestic and foreign, as little as in great things, shall be drawn to Washington as the center of all power, it will render powerless the checks provided of one government on another (three branches), and will become as venal and oppressive as the government from which we separated.” (Letter to Charles Hammond; Aug. 18, 1821)
To accomplish this concentration of power in Washington, the bankers intentionally created the depression. Second, FDR, an accomplice to the bankers, introduced the “New Deal” which brought many governmental institutions under federal control. This was done for easier control of the country. Remember what I’ve said before – the International Bankers invented communism to control and to make money. People then, as today, were just as ignorant. What else can you expect when the powers control all information, Congress and academia? We are being slaughtered and a great percentage of our people know nothing but to grab their ankles with a blank stare. President Pinocchio is doing things ala FDR but his are more communistic.
Federalism, according to the Founders, is essential to protect the union of states against foreign aggression and to enhance foreign commerce, while securing the principle of local self-government. And such was the opinion of the Supreme Court in its July decision in Webster v. Reproductive Health Services, which returned to the states much of their right to legislate against abortion. (Yippee!)
But the issue of federalism bumps heads with the issue of God-given, constitutionally-recognized right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. If every human being, born and unborn, is entitled to live, shouldn’t that right be enforced nationwide – shouldn’t it be constitutionally protected by the Supreme Court, the ultimate government protector of the rights of man?
The Supreme Court is NOT what it used to be. Now they actually create law and adjudicate based upon their “feelings” and disregard the Constitution. They are not the protector. It is your Constitution and more specifically your Bill of Rights. But because of the subversion of powers I mentioned above the other two branches have abdicated their responsibility under the “checks and balances” and allow the Supreme Court to rule as if THEY have the last say so instead of your Constitution. The separation of powers is what made the difference between Democracy (worse form of government) and the Constitutional Republic we’re suppose to be. And to think the Constitution is still intact but our people are too ignorant to understand.
The court’s decision in Webster seems to say not. When the court returned the issue of abortion to the individual states, the justices seemed to be saying, “We don’t have jurisdiction here; the states have the jurisdiction to determine if abortion will take place within their borders, and under what circumstances.” Either the court means what it says and intends to let each state choose, or it is merely laying the political groundwork upon which to outright reverse Roe v. Wade in upcoming decisions. . . it is not up to the court. . .it has no jurisdiction because abortion is not in the Constitution and I don’t think our Founding Fathers would have allowed infanticide by any judge in our country.
This Webster decision is consistent with federalism; but is it consistent with the right to life. Which is correct?
Should the decision of whether or not women may kill (progressives don’t like that word) their unborn children be left up to the states, with some states forbidding and others permitting abortion? Or should abortion be outlawed nationwide by a decision from the Supreme Court? . . . end of article. . . I say leave it to the people in each state to decide – not the federal government.
This is an issue that will outlive all of us. It is like the issue of slavery that split families. I often wonder of the millions that have been aborted how many may have become another Einstein? Babe Ruth? Truman- Reagan? John Grisham? Groucho Marx? Martin Luther King? Mother Teresa? Jackie Robinson? Margaret O’Brien? Speedy Gonzales? . . .it is endless. I don’t think I could stand another Frank Trejo though.
