 Articles I select are missed by many. I found this one to be of such importance in explaining differences between famous economists. It appeared in the Wall Street Journal of 6-28-2010. Written by Russ Roberts who teaches economics at George Mason University. His latest book is – “The Price of Everything” (Princeton 2009)

WHY FREIDRICH HAYEK IS MAKING A COMEBACK

He was born in the 19th century, wrote his most influential book more than 65 years ago, and he’s not as well known or beloved as the sexy Mexican actress who shares his last name. Yet somehow, Friedrich Hayek is on the rise. When Glenn Beck recently explored Hayek’s  classic, “The Road to Serfdom,” on his TV show, the book went to No. 1 on Amazon and remains on the top ten. Hayek’s persona co-starred with his old sparring partner John Maynard Keynes in a rap video ‘Fear the Boom and Bust” that has been viewed over 1.4 million times on YouTube and subtitled in 10 languages. Why the sudden interest in the ideas of a Vienna-born, Nobel Prize-winning economist largely forgotten by mainstream economists?. . . because we’re about to go off the cliff.

Hayek is not the only dead economist to have garnered new attention. Most of the living ones lost credibility when the Great Recession ended the much-hyped Great Moderation.  And fears of another Great Depression caused a natural look to the past. When Fed Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke zealously expanded the Fed’s balance sheet, he was surely remembering Milton Friedman’s indictment of the Fed’s inaction in the 1930s. On the fiscal side, Keynes was also suddenly in vogue again. The stimulus package was passed with much talk of Keynesian multipliers and boosting aggregate demand.

But now that the stimulus has barely dented the unemployment rate, and with government spending and deficits soaring, it’s natural to turn to Hayek. He championed four important ideas worth thinking about in these troubled times. First, he and fellow Austrian School economists such as Ludwig Von Mises argued that the economy is more complicated than the simple Keynesian story. Boosting aggregate demand by keeping school teachers employed (a part of it being the administration’s payback time to teachers unions) will do little to help the construction workers and manufacturing workers who have born the brunt of the current downturn. If those school teachers aren’t buying more houses, construction workers are still going to take a while to find work.

Keynesians like to claim that even digging holes and filling them is better than doing nothing because it gets money into the economy. But the main effect can be to raise the wages of ditch-diggers with limited effects outside that sector. Second, Hayek highlighted the Fed’s role in the business cycle. Former Fed Chairman Alan Greenspan’s artificially low rates of 2002-2004 played a crucial role in inflating the housing bubble and distorting other investment decisions. Current monetary policy postpones the adjustments needed to heal the housing market.

My God. Think of all the holes the Chaoscrats are digging. It seems that it’s being done intentionally to create a financial crisis for the purpose of implementing more government control (has already happened). It’s hard to believe none in Washington knew of the disaster that was being created by the loose-lending monetary policies forced by the Chaoscrats in Congress to finance homes of the poor who couldn’t afford the upkeep. And we’re stuck with trillions in debt and its business as usual? God help us.

Third, as Hayek contented in “The Road to Serfdom,” political freedom are inextricably intertwined. In a centrally planned economy, the state inevitably infringes on what we do, what we enjoy, and where we live. When the state has the final say so on the economy, the political opposition needs the permission of the state to act, speak and write. Economic control becomes political control.

Even when the state tries to steer only part of the economy in the name of the “public good,” the power of the state corrupts those who wield that power. Hayek pointed out that powerful bureaucracies don’t attract angels – they attract people who enjoy running the lives of others. (EPA, FEMA, OSHA, IRS, COURTS, HOMELAND SECURITY. . .etc.) They tend to take care of their friends (bribes in some cases) before taking care of others. And they find increasing that power attractive. Crony capitalism shouldn’t be confused with the real thing.

The Fourth timely idea of Hayek’s is that order can emerge not just from the top down but from the bottom up. The American people are suffering from top-down fatigue. President Obama has expanded federal control of health care. (Unconstitutional) He’d like to do the same with the energy market.

Through Fannie and Freddie, the government is running the mortgage market. (right back to the people that helped get us in financial disaster) It now also owns shares in flag-ship American companies (Unconstitutional) The president flaunts the rule of law by extracting promises from BP rather than letting the courts do their job. By increasing the size of government, he has left fewer resources for the rest of us to direct through our own decisions.

Oath or Affirmation (Taken before presidents enter the Office)

“I do solemnly (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.” We have, and have had, criminals running OUR White House.

Hayek understood that the opposite of top-down collectivism was not selfishness and egotism. A free modern society is all about cooperation. We join with others to produce the goods and services we enjoy, all without top-down direction. The same is true in every sphere of activity that makes life meaningful – when we sing and when we dance, when we play and when we pray. Leaving us free to join with others as we see fit – in our work and in our play – is the road to true and lasting prosperity. Hayek gave us that map.

Despite the caricatures of his critics, (communists) Hayek never said that totalitarianism was the inevitable result of expanding government’s role in the economy. He simply warned us of the possibility and the costs of heading in that direction. We should heed his warning. I don’t know if we are on the road to serfdom, but wherever we’re headed, Hayek would certainly counsel us to turn around. . . end of article

HAYEK 1 – MAYNARD KEYNES 0 ( Hayek wins the Golden Tamale Award)

I may not understand economics well, but what I do understand is that all our problems are caused by a government out of control. We’ve had many occupants in the Oval Office who have strayed from constitutional behavior. What we have today is an individual that has gone too far. We have a criminal Congress who doesn’t bother to stop the illegal activities by President Pinocchio. We have a Judiciary that is becoming communistic – one more radical appointee to the Supreme Court, besides Kagan, (who will be confirmed) and we will be finished. In the latest ruling concerning your gun-rights, four  justices ruled against your second amendment. What you never hear or read about is that NO ONE may change your Constitution unless WE, the people say so via the amendment process. You believe our Founding Fathers allowed the Constitution to authorize one individual to change our Constitution? Never in a million years! The communists in our country have done a remarkable job of fooling our people.

“The power under the Constitution will always be in the people. . . whenever it is executed contrary to their interests, or not agreeable to their interests, or not agreeable to their wishes, their political servants can be impeached or recalled.” (George Washington)

Should we triumph in November by at least winning control of the House and are able to defund some nasty programs but certainly slow down President Pinocchio’s march towards communism – that’s right folks – we should find some other way of impeaching criminal behavior. I’m talking about taking the power of impeachment away from the Congress. Put your thinking caps on and you may come up with a viable solution. The idea I’ve thrown out is a “Citizens Committee” under the jurisdiction of all 50 States. I’m not talking about another cabinet department. I’m suggesting a representative from each state to meet once a year with subpoena power and the authority to remove ANYONE from office for violating the Constitution. This would include Supreme Court Justices that practice “judicial activism.” Absolutely no interference from the three branches of government. Desperate times require desperate measures.

We must demand respect and adherence to the Constitution. We have allowed the powers at be to corrupt our government beyond constitutional recognition. We are the ones to blame – not the International Bankers, not the communists in and out of government – we are the ones responsible for allowing this to go on. We must win this battle. The future of our country and most importantly, our freedom and liberties are at stake.

TIME TO LOSE THE DEPT. OF EDUCATION

Newly minted Nevada senate candidate Sharron Angle is a kook. That’s what Sen. Harry Reid’s people are telling reporters. ABC, CNN, and other outlets seem to agree, noting that Mrs. Angle wants to shutter the federal Department of Education, get the U.S. out of the U.N., phase out Social Security, and eliminate the IRS. We haven’t yet heard her explanations of these positions, many of which can be justified in the proper context. It’s certainly possible that she is a little eccentric (that prison massage program doesn’t pass the smell test). But this much is certain:

It is not kooky to favor the elimination of the Dept. of Education. That this proposal is routinely labeled “extremist” is a reminder of the one-way ratchet that operates in government. Enshrine something in a federal agency and it becomes sacrosanct. Democrats (Chaoscrats) cheerlead for federal programs because they are the party of government, and Republicans (Repussycans) quietly go along because they’re afraid.

But Republicans know how to argue for smaller government, as Gov. Chris Christie is demonstrating in New Jersey, they need not be intimidated. . . necesitamos mas negros y chicanos en el partido para tirar chingasos. . . ask your landscaper Pedro to translate.. . There are hundreds of federal programs that could be eliminated tomorrow with only the happiest consequences for the nation. And yes, the whole Department of Education could be scrapped. It vacuums up money and produces . . . what exactly?

The following is from an old article (1989) that sheds a light on this subject:

This fall, as American parents watched Marxist socialism take off its clothes and collapse in Eastern Europe, they cheerfully sent 41 million children back into the care of one of the most socialist enterprises in the Western World, that $180 billion near-monopoly known as U.S. public education. Some years ago, I asked Nobel economist Milton Friedman why most American students still graduated from high schools not only with low performance but with such a socialistic perspective. As I remember it, his answer was characteristically clear: “Because they are products of a socialist system. How can you expect such a system to inculcate the values of enterprise and competition, when it is based on monopoly state ownership?” end of this excerpt.

The idea behind communism of which the elite invented is to control people and to make lots of money. Public education is two-fold. First, to indoctrinate along the socialist line and second to make money. Think how much public education spending has risen since the ‘80s. And what have we gotten in return? A people that are ignorant, unable to think clearly about their responsibilities as citizens and easily manipulated by the media and demagogues such as the ones in Congress and the White House. 90% of citizens have never read the Constitution. 25% percent are illiterate. . . article continues. . .

As recently as 1996, the Republican Party platform declared that “The Federal government has no constitutional authority to be involved in school curricula or to control jobs in the marketplace. This is why we will abolish the Department of Education.” Ah, bright hopes of youth.

Recall the 12 years the GOP controlled the Congress. They could have done it then but didn’t – Why? NEA lobbyists. Think of the millions in donations (bribes) and every damn politician with their hands out. WE HAVE A CRIMINAL GOVERNMENT!

The Department of Education was created as a straight political payoff to the teacher’s unions by President Carter (in return for their 1976 endorsement). According to the National Center for Education Statistics, DE’s original budget in 1980, was $13.1 billion (in 2007 dollars) and it employed 450 people. By 2000, it had increased to $34.1 billion, and by 2007, more than doubled to $73 billion. The budget request for fiscal 2011 is $77.8 billion, and the department employs 4800. All of this spending has done nothing to improve American education. And to think the bankers don’t have to go to the bank – they’re there already rubbing their hands enjoying all that interest.

1973 and 2004, a period in which federal spending on education more than quadrupled, mathematic scores on the National Assessment of Educational Progress rose just one percent for American 17-year-old. Between 1971 and 2004, reading scores remained completely flat.

Comparing educational achievement with per pupil spending among states also calls into question the value of increasing expenditures. While high-spending Massachusetts had the nation’s highest proficiency scores on the National Assessment of Educational Progress, low-spending Idaho did very well, too. South Dakota ranks 42nd in per pupil expenditures but eighth in math performance and ninth in reading. The District of Columbia, meanwhile, with the nation’s highest per pupil expenditures ($15,511 in 2007), scores dead last in achievement.

As you know, the D.C. school systems is composed of 84.4% (2003) of Afro-American children and the attitude seems to be just throw money into that educational cesspool and never mind the sub-par education given the children. The Black Caucus in Congress has failed to correct the disaster in the District’s school systems – too busy spewing racial strife and seeking monies for the injustices committed many years ago of which present-day Americans had nothing to do with, and ungrateful for the trillions America has spent helping the poor. Call this tamale vendor a “racist” and you can stick a tamale where “el sol” doesn’t shine. Political correctness is for cowards, not for me. . . “and the truth shall make you free.”

Like the WIC program that was originally aimed at low-income pregnant and nursing women and babies but which has expanded to cover 50 percent of American infants, the Elementary and Secondary Education Act was designed to aid low income and minority populations in 1965, but has since morphed into the No Child Left Behind Law that affects every student in the country. The Education Department has done more than waste money.

Busy bureaucrats have created reams of paperwork for teachers and administrators, pushed dubious curricula like bilingual education, and adopted manifold extra-educational missions. The department’s website lists hundreds of programs that bear little to no relation to schooling, including the “Spinal Cord Injuries Model Systems Program,” “Small Business Innovation Research Program,” “Protection and Advocacy of Individual Rights,” “Predominantly Black Institutions Programs,” “Life Skills for State and Local Prisoners,” “Institute for International Public Policy,” “Grants to States to Improve Management of Drug and Violence Prevention Programs,” “Grants to Reduce Alcohol Abuse,” and “Developing Hispanic-Serving Institutions Program,” to name just a handful. Why not a “Tamale Making Program” to make students self-employed to help President Pinocchio’s failed economic policy by creating jobs?

No one checks. There is no accountability. There are no consequences for failure, except perhaps, requests for even greater funding next year. The Department of Education is a great burbling vat of waste and it is not extremist to say so. . . good for you Mona, no political correctness from you either. . .end of article

That article was written in 1989 but ever since the Department of Education was created – 1979 – the communist dominated unions have been brainwashing our people ever since. . . I love you, America

Through the years many readers willing to express personal views via letters to the editor are disappointed. Editors have a standing policy of allowing a limit as to how many are submitted by an individual – rightfully so. But many are denied even once – pertaining to the content – the editorial board is very selective and bias. This is why talk-radio has become so popular. What a source of important information we receive. Thank God.

 I did some research several years ago as to how many letters were submitted to newspapers each week throughout the valley in the metropolitan area of Phoenix, Arizona and discovered hundreds are not printed, which is understandable because of space. Periodically I will print letters submitted in ANY newspaper to share with you. Some are interesting, others are not – so be it. The following letters are from the Washington Times weekly newspaper.

WHORES

Buying and selling votes is a serious moral and political crime on the part of the buyer and seller alike. To sell votes for money or advantage is a corruption of people and government. Paying people for their vote is happening as a corruption at all levels of government, even by the president as a common practice.

A person’s vote is an expression of their whole self, their character and their integrity, just as a signature represents a person. Actually, voting goes on all the time in a person’s life, as one makes judgments about what is right or wrong in all kinds of situations. The power to choose is a God-given right and birthright, which is a most precious possession.

To sell that right is prostitution, a giving of one’s self for money, and works as a moral and political cancer that destroys a government and a person’s essence and soul. (Dexter R. Amend – Mead, Washington – 6-21-2010)

What is such a “great achievement” by the Congress and President Pinocchio in passing legislation loaded with criminal activity? People in the information industry that give such accolades must be mentally challenged. These people are mostly college educated and can’t tell the difference between truth and lies? Like everything else in politics our First Amendment meaning has been distorted by the communists in the media-industrial-complex.

EVIL AND DRACONIAN?

It is amazing the amount of negative comments made regarding the Arizona immigration statute. I did some research on this topic and noticed the following:

1. The law states that if you enter this state illegally, you will be hunted down and when apprehended be sent to jail until being deported.
2. Foreigners have no rights to protest, demonstrate or wave a flag from another country as this will lead to deportation.
3. Government businesses and voting ballots will be in our language.
4. There are no bilingual programs in schools, nor food stamps, healthcare, welfare or other government programs and an illegal cannot be a burden to the local taxpayers.

Startling? Is this too strict? The above statements are the present immigration laws of Mexico. As a matter of interest I am originally from the Netherlands and came here legally after waiting five years and became a U.S. citizen over 50 years ago. (Jan-Hendrik A. It doesn’t matter how worse other immigration laws of other countries are, the communists have taken over the immigration amnesty issue, joined by the ignorant in government and political positions, and now there is a possibility of President Pinocchio granting a blanket amnesty to millions. The Chaoscrat will do this because he knows he is in trouble for 2012 and by granting amnesty coupled with  voter fraud the Chaoscrats are so good at, will help Pinocchio in the election of 2012. WE HAVE A CRIMINAL GOVERNMENT!

WHICH WAY WILL WE GO?

The times and events associated with the Obama presidency have produced a bi-polar nation divided between Statism represented by liberals and progressives, and Populism represented by constitutionalists and the Tea Party (Taxed Enough Already) enthusiasts. In this war of ideas Statism supports the preponderance of government in the lives of people, while Populism emphasizes individual freedom and liberty with government of the people, by the people and for the people.

Revisiting past history shows that Statism failed the ancient nations of the Greeks, Hebrews and the Romans, and in more recent time is failing a significant number of the countries in Europe. (Richard L. Black – Lauderdale by the Sea, Florida – 6-21-2010)

For those of us “definition challenged”: Statism: The principle or policy of concentrating extensive economic, political, and related controls in the state at the cost of individual liberty.

VICIOUS CYCLE GUTS NATION

Another $50 billion bailout is being proposed to save bankrupt California and New York from their staggering public employee payrolls and pensions. You can count on the career politicians and the party they are united with to steer the direction of the country into greater political ruin and economic bankruptcy. Career politicians and their conspirators co-exist through the exchange of favors and patronage with a variety of special interest groups dedicated to their own interests.

Foremost are the public employees unions whose powers over the party-controlled government far exceed the powers of the other special interest groups. Rank and file union members, many of whom oppose the political misdirections of their radical (communists) leaders, continue to vote as their leaders direct to safeguard and support their benefits.

They succumb to a system (Chaoscracy) that undermines their underlying principles and beliefs, drawing them into the lap of socialistic apathy and subjugation. In the final result, what they may derive in benefits today will result in the generational decline their children and their offspring will grow into and suffer from tomorrow.

The root of the evil continues to lie with the career politicians who feed off the system to further their uninterrupted political careers, making them more dependent upon their evil counterparts. The answer may come from establishing term limits which, together with the Tea Party movement, may apply the forces essential to its development and operation. It may save the day by making politicians less dependent on special interests and more supportive of the interests worthy of our true American values and beliefs. All the public-sector unions wheel a lot of power because of the vote. And I look around and ask myself – What about us in the private sector? We’ve been so naïve as to think the reps we elect are there to support us. No wonder union members have so much available to them. Look at how the city police and firemen are set-up.

The November elections will be a crucial and defining moment in our history. Either we get rid of criminals in Congress, to stop crimes, and wasteful spending, which allows the first communist president to further destroy our country, or all the lives that have been sacrificed for this Republic will have been in vain.

Because of our naivete we let our guard down for too long and now we must shake ourselves and be patriotic Americans once again. Should we succeed in at least controlling the House we should demand getting rid of the Department of Education. IT IS OUR GOVERNMENT AND NOT THE POLITICIANS! Remember, Public Education controlled by the federal government is the 10th Plank of the Communist Manifesto – “Free Public Education” – Hogwash! Our young are being taught socialism and to hate our country. We should be teaching them the Constitution with heavy emphasis on the Bill of Rights. So after 12 years of schooling they know exactly how government is suppose to work and what happens to the money stolen from their wages. Civic lessons would make them understand how important voting is.

KUDOS FOR ETHNIC-STUDIES COLUMN

Doug MacEachern has done a great service for the citizens of Arizona with his column last Sunday in Viewpoints, “”Ethnic-studies program spews hatred for America.” The Tucson Unified School District’s ethnic-studies program is obviously a Marxist-inspired program, designed to sow in young minds hatred and discontent for their nation. It cultivates a crop of future revolutionaries. As to culpability for such a pathetic educational program, there are those who write this subversive curricula, those who eagerly teach it, those administrators who allow it to be taught in their schools, and those school-board members who watch it happen with no response.

The enforcers of political correctness, who feel compelled to defend anything that claims to promote ethnicity, also bear responsibility in the matter. Not only is the program dangerous to our society, it robs the students, who spend time being indoctrinated in hatred, when they could be learning skills that would help them to be productive in life. Keep in mind that many teachers teaching today grew-up after the ‘60s and were also brainwashed as students just as they are brainwashing students of today. A few articles ago I reported that a Congressman toured high schools addressing the student body and the first question he asked was how many thought America was a great country and was shocked when few raised their hands. Pay attention to your school district.

Quite frankly, I think it is wrong for a woman to have the final say-so concerning abortion. What about the father? Doesn’t he have a right for his part in conceiving a baby? Besides that, I couldn’t careless what a woman does with her choice. But I don’t support abortion paid with tax money. Between 2002 and 2009 the GAO reports 6 organizations (including Planned Parenthood – of course) have received $976 million for the abortion racket they all promote. Although these six may not directly give money to abortionists they do give grants and donations to entities that do. It is tax money and I resent it.  . . .  I love you, America.

George Orwell and Texas history books. (By Pat Buchanan – Washington Times 5-31-2-10)

This was the slogan of the Ministry of Truth in George Orwell’s “1984,”: “Who controls the past controls the future. Who controls the present controls the past.” The Ministry of Truth is where Winston Smith worked ceaselessly revising the past line of big brother. And so we come to the battle over history books in the schools of Texas.

Liberals are enraged that a Republican dominated Board of Education is rewriting the texts. But is the rewrite being done to falsify history, or to undo a liberal bias embedded for decades? Consider a few of the issues. The new texts will emphasize that the separation of church and state was never written into the Constitution. Is that not right? The First Amendment prohibits Congress from establishing a national religion.

But, in 1776, nine of the 13 colonies had state religions established in their constitutions. Thomas Jefferson’s words about a “separation of church and state” were not written until 1802, when he responded to a letter from the Danbury Baptist Association. Not until after World War 11 did the Supreme Court begin the systematic purge of Christianity from American public life.

Barack Obama may have declared, “We do not consider ourselves a Christian nation.”
(Speak for your self, you ungrateful citizen)

But Woodrow Wilson said, “America was born a Christian nation.” Harry Truman wrote Pius X11 to affirm, “This is a Christian nation.”

The Texas school board wants the U.S. economic system called “free enterprise” rather than the term Karl Marx used, “capitalism.” Anything wrong with that? The Christian Science Monitor cites one professor Phillip VanFossen as appalled the new history texts will put a “more positive spin on Sen. Joe McCarthy’s communist witch hunt.” Witch hunt?

The FDR and Truman administrations were shot through with treason. Alger Hiss, who was with FDR at Yalta and Truman in San Francisco when the U.N. was founded, was a Stalinist spy, exposed by Whittaker Chambers and Rep. Richard Nixon.

It was at the Yalta meeting between FDR and Churchill, that Stalin was given half of Europe. This was due to the International Bankers agenda of keeping countries under communism of which they invented, to control and to make lots of money. FDR, made an idol by the revisionists in our country, was really a stooge for the powers at be. As far as him being a “savior of the people” because of all the jobs he created during the depression – it was really the beginning of bigger government and socialism. This is why “they”(bankers) created the Depression and not Herbert Hoover who is blamed. What is taught in schools is a lie – its revisionism at its finest.

Harry Dexter White, Treasury’s No. 2, who pushed the infamous Morgenthau Plan to turn Germany into a pasture-land, was a Soviet agent, as was White House aide Laughlin Currie and State’s Laurence Duggan, whose treason was confirmed by the VENONA decrypts of Soviet cables in 1995. William Remington at Commerce was convicted of perjury for denying his ties to a spy ring. Julius and Ethel Rosenberg were executed for their role in betraying the secrets of the atomic bomb.

These were spy things, much too common today, but the crimes being committed by the Chaoscrats in Congress today I find more treasonous. What the Congress is doing is destroying our country, ripping us off by trillions, and legislating criminally. They are worst than the above traitors.

The VENONA transcripts contained the names of scores of U.S. citizens assisting known Soviet agents during and after World War 11. By 1952, Truman, having been repudiated by his own party in New Hampshire, was down to 23 percent, and was the most unpopular president ever to leave office. But Joe McCarthy’s approval, four years into this crusade in January 1954, stood at 50 percent, with only 29 percent disapproving. And was that really a time of anti-communist hysteria?

Why, then, does not a single Gallup poll from 1950 to 1954 show even 1 percent of Americans giving anti-communist extremism or witch hunts of Joe McCarthy as an issue of concern? Not only did Joe Kennedy Sr. admire and support Joe McCarthy, Jack Kennedy befriended him, Bobby worked for him, Teddy played touch football with him at Hyannis Port and the Kennedy girls dated him.

When at a Harvard reunion, Jack heard a speaker say he was proud the college never produced an Alger Hiss or Joe McCarthy, JFK roared, “How dare you couple the name of a great patriot with that of a traitor?” and stormed out. That 1954 was a year of disaster for Joe, with the Army-McCarthy hearings and censure by the Senate, is undeniable. But Joe is hated today not for what he got wrong, but for what he got right.

What is the purpose of teaching America’s children the history of their country? Few said it better than Ronald Reagan in his farewell address:

“An informed patriotism is what we want . . .”So we’ve got to teach history based not on what’s in fashion but what’s important… You know, four years ago, on the 40th anniversary of D-Day, I read a letter from a young woman writing of her late father, who’d fought on Omaha Beach. Her name was Lisa Zanatta Henn, and she said, “We will always remember, we will never forget what the boys of Normandy did.’ Well, let’s help her keep her word.

“If we forget what we did, we won’t know who we are. I’m warning of an eradication of the American memory that could result, ultimately, in an erosion of the American spirit.”

Teaching American history to American’s children is done so that they will come to know and love their country. And while all nations have sins of scarlet, none has a greater, more glorious past than ours. And if teaching that is what the Texas Board of Education is all about, ensuring that the children of Texas know both sides of every great American quarrel and come away loving their country all the more, then God bless ‘em…end of article

The reason for the uproar in changing the message to one with conservative views in text books is because from Texas flows the books to many parts of the country. The communists are raising hell. It was important for the communist to gain control of academia and then to regulate it through the unions. This is the 10th Plank of the communist manifesto – FREE PUBLIC EDUCATION! We learn the “establishment way.” Now you can understand the strong-arm tactics the unions use to control all aspects of our schools and why the conservatives that voted for the change were attacked.

A Congressman reported he toured close to 200 schools and addressed the student body. The first thing he asked was for those who thought America was a great country to raise their hands. Very few did. Sean Hannity takes his radio show on the road and will ask bystanders questions about government. You would be shocked to hear the answers. There is total ignorance. The one question they will get right is when asked who Obama is. I’ve noticed many politicians misquote the Constitution. But when it comes to the public in general the ignorance of the Constitution is appalling.

It wasn’t until the Soviet Union broke apart that international journalists were allowed to search the archives of the Soviet Union. I’m guessing that VENONA was part of it. That research proved beyond any doubt that Senator Joe McCarthy was right about the dominance of communists in FDR’s State Department. While the attacks by the communists against Joe were relentless many communists were being indicted during the same period. But like today, any one or thing that bucks the communists in power are attacked viciously by the controlled press. . . “Who controls the past controls the future. Who controls the present controls the past…”

The Constitution is the guarantor of laws (Bill of Rights) to bind government to preserve and protect the freedom and liberties with a just system for all. But we have been dumb-down by academia (10th Plank Communist Manifesto). Government (courts) has been eroding our rights, mostly by conservative Supreme Court Justices in the past. Liberals favor going easy on criminals and Conservatives want to build more prisons. Like everything else in this rotten Chaoscracy (formerly democracy) the penal system has become a big racket.

The presidential pardon allowed by the Constitution has been criminalized through the years; Clinton being the last to do so. A few days before leaving office he doled out pardons faster than McDonald’s selling Big Macs. Isn’t it amazing how this ex-president is honored everywhere he goes. Unless you dig deep into the shenanigans committed under his administration you’ll never know how devious he was. Imagine, a president charged with perjury and disbarred and still admired – only in a Chaoscracy. That’s why he was known as “Slick Willie” back in Arkansas.

Abraham Lincoln gave fair warning when he confirmed that America would never fall by overwhelming enemy invasion (illegal immigration) from without, unless the people, from within failed to maintain the strength, morals and foundations this republic was founded upon. As a free people, Americans have forfeited their rights of liberty by permitting this nation to deteriorate and evolve from a republic to a democracy (Chaoscracy). Obama’s ‘blame others’ approach

For those who ask “What would Barack do?” the answer is:

Blame private enterprise. President Obama continues to vent anger at BP, formerly known as British Petroleum, for the gulf oil spill. All the while, he has been sitting on his own hands for over a month.

“You had executives of BP and Transocean and Halliburton falling over each other to point the finger of blame at somebody else,” Mr. Obama ranted with histrionic outrage. Such O Force scolding borders on the surreal. This comes from the guy who used to blame the George W. Bush administration for just about every problem facing the nation. As Mr. Obama sank deeper into the mire of his own presidency, however, the Blame Bush game became increasingly worn and unconvincing. As a result, the president ferreted out other targets, including insurance companies, oil companies, Wall Street and businesses generally. Everything is somebody else’s fault. In Obamaworld, bureaucrats never make mistakes.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi was asked how long they were going to keep blaming Bush and replied – “As long as there are problems.” These people, including President Pinocchio have no shame. Chaoscrats (communists) have been lying to the American people as far back as the ‘60s when they began taking over our country. Just a few days ago U.S. Senator Kyl reported having a meeting with Pinocchio concerning immigration reform and the securing of the border. Pinocchio told him securing the border would have to come after immigration reform legislation. Meanwhile, the borders are wide open regardless what Pinocchio and Napolitano say. The strategy by the Chaoscrats is to increase the voting rolls for the 2012 election by using the invading illegals. This is why Pinocchio wants amnesty first and then the hell with the borders. Voter fraud is a foregone conclusion in America – thanks to both parties under the control of the elite. The Republicans could have done much when they were in control – hypocrites!

Whom do you believe – President Pinocchio or an outstanding conservative Republican? President Pinocchio is of the same stripe as Hugo Chavez and Fidel Castro. I never thought I’d be saying this about a president of the United States – any argument?

White House propaganda aside, the administration cannot escape some blame for the oil spill because the federal government has an extremely extensive oversight role in the drilling industry. Last year, the Obama administration bestowed a safety award on the very BP drilling platform that is leaking in the Gulf.  The rig was moved and started drilling in its current location in January. The Minerals Management Service which is part of the Interior Department (headed by another incompetent Chaoscrat – Salazar), inspected the rig monthly and claims it inspected the drilling platform just 10 days before the accident. The rig’s emergency shutoff valve purportedly had a dead battery, which safety inspections failed to discover. So much for the efficacy of federal regulations.

In the Fox news but not in the controlled press, it was reported that Goldman Sachs (one of the owners of the Federal Reserve) dumped over half of their stock in BP shortly before the accident. Anyone out there believe in conspiracy theories?

Despite constantly touting transparency, the Obama administration prevented the agency most directly responsible for regulating the rig, the Minerals Management Service, from participating in hearings held about the spill last week by the Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee. Clearly, there was fear that some ill-nuanced admission might blow up the administration’s carefully concocted defense that it hasn’t messed up. Given how oil company executives have been drilled in past weeks, it’s time for Obama officials to wade through some questions about the government’s own murky role in this spill.

The Cap and Trade energy bill is reputed to be an industry that will be worth $10 trillion per year. Chaoscrat Al Gore, who has become an embarrassment, along with several others (including Pinocchio and Goldman Sachs), are part of the group that’ll be spearheading the industry and stand to make hundreds of billions. When Al Gore was a candidate in the 2000 election he reported his wealth at $2 million. He is now worth close to $500 million and his wife has become used furniture. How sad. What is happening with the oil tragedy (inaction) I can’t help but wonder if it is a set-up to further push cap and trade a lot sooner. It wouldn’t be the first time people in government lied and committed evil to manipulate crimes against the State. Think undeclared wars ever since World War 2.

Presidential action during this crisis serves as a warning to other industries. From imposing retroactive penalties on BP to punishing oil companies that had nothing to do with the spill, Mr. Obama’s instincts undermine confidence in his administration’s fairness and competence. The Gulf spill also exposes Mr. Obama’s agenda to protect government at the expense of the truth. . . end of article

This is Chaoscracy in action. Shutting down the whole oil industry in the area could have a sinister motive. Does this explain the inaction for so many days? All that time President Pinocchio was entertaining; golfing, boating…etc. And it wasn’t until people started to complain loudly that he began to pay more attention. The ex-official from BP takes a few days off to be with family and friends and he’s attacked to no end by the communists in the media. And Obama? Very few reports about his extra-curricular activities – reported mostly by the Fox Network .

Recently you sent us a letter encouraging us to renew our lapsed membership in AARP by the requested date. I know it is not what you were looking for, but this is the most honest response I can give you. Our gap in coverage is merely a microscopic symptom of the real problem, a deepening lack of faith. While we have proudly maintained our membership for several years and have long admired the AARP goals and principles, regrettably, we can no longer endorse it’s abdication of our values.

Your letter specifically stated that we can count on AARP to speak up for our rights, yet the voice we hear is not ours. Your offer of being kept up to date on important issues through DEVIDED WE FAIL presents neither an impartial view nor the one we have come to embrace. We do believe that when two parties agree all the time on everything presented to them, one is probably not necessary. But, when the opinions and long term goals are diametrically opposed, the divorce is imminent. This is the philosophy which spawned our 200 years of government.

Once upon a time, we looked forward to being part of the senior demographic. We also looked to AARP to provide certain benefits and give our voice a power we could not possibly hope to achieve on our own. AARP gave us a sense of belonging which we no longer enjoy. The Socialist politics practiced by the Obama administration and empowered by AARP serves only to raise the blood pressure my medical insurance strives to contain. Clearly a conflict of interest there!

We do not understand the AARP posture, feel greatly betrayed by the guiding forces that we expected to map out our senior years and leave your ranks with a great sense of regret. We mitigate that disappointment with the relief of knowing that we are not contributing to the problem any more by renewing our membership. There are numerous other organizations which offer discounts without threatening our way of life or offending our sensibilities.

This presidential Administration scares the living daylights out of us. Not just for ourselves, but for our proud and bloodstained heritage. But even more importantly for our children and grandchildren. Washington had rendered Soylent Green a prophetic cautionary tale rather than a nonfiction scare tactic. I have never in my life endorsed any militant or radical groups, yet now I find myself listening to them. I don’t have to agree with them to appreciate the fear which birthed their existence. Their borderline insanity presents little more than a balance to the voice of the Socialist mindset in power.

I wonder if the “militant” and “radical” groups she erroneously refers to are the Tea Party and 3rd Party and others voicing their opinions against the present Congress and Administration. The radicals and militants are in the three branches of government. The militants are the ones that are forever disrupting peaceful gatherings. The communists are in such organizations as the ACLU, MECHA, LA RAZA, ACORN, CHAOSCRATS IN CONGRESS, WHITE HOUSE. . .etc., these and many more are the radicals and militants and not those of us fighting against these anti-American forces.

Perhaps I became American by a great stroke of luck in some cosmic uterine lottery, but in my adulthood I CHOOSE to embrace it and nurture the freedom it represents as well as the responsibilities it requires. Your website generously offers us the opportunity to receive all communication in Spanish. ARE YOU KIDDING??? Someone had broken into our ‘house’, invaded our home without our invitation or consent.

Where’s the beef in Your Ground Beef?

Warning: What you are about to read about y6our food is not for the faint of heart. But it is important nonetheless, because few things are more significant to life than the food and drink you put in your body.                                                               

Summertime is the time when people across the country gather outdoors around grills and picnic tables, cooking up what many people claim is the other national food besides hot dogs; hamburgers. But watch out: There’s a nasty surprise in that supposedly healthy, low-fat, lean patty. And it is what’s inside that’s certain to turn even the strongest of iron stomachs out there.

If Americans actually knew what they were eating, they would be revolted. According to a new report by a leading farm magazine, what was once barely considered acceptable for the lowest-quality pet food is now increasingly being added to ground beef and sold as lean, health-conscious food. The May issue of Mary Jane’s Farm reports that what would have previously ended up in the trash can or bound for the pet-food factory after a steer is slaughtered at large-scale slaughterhouses is now being processed and sold as an additive for ground beef.

“Ten years ago, the rejected fat, sinew, bloody effluvia and occasional bits of meat cut from carcasses in the slaughterhouse were a low-value waste product called ‘trimmings’ that were sold primarily as pet food,” reports the magazine. “Now Beef Products Inc. of South Dakota transforms trimmings into something they call ‘boneless lean beef.’”

Simply put, the process involves boiling down the trimmings until they are turned into a gloppy liquid. Then this soupy mess is dumped into a centrifuge, where the remaining inedible sinew or gristle is spun out of the concoction. The leftover witches’ brew called “mash” or “pink slime,” depending on who you ask – is then frozen and sold as a low-cost additive to hamburger meat. Beef Products reportedly produces 7 million pounds of this concoction every week. It is then distributed to grocery stores, schools and other institutions around the country. That is certainly bad enough. Sadly, however, there is more.

In the United States, cattle are increasingly being fed corn in massive feedlots, largely because corn is grown in abundance, is cheap and fattens steers up quickly. The problem here, say some researchers, is that this practice is also creating super bacteria that are contaminating our food supply. A cow’s digestive system is not set up to digest corn efficiently. Feeding cattle corn can result in health problems, such as liver problems. Cows then have to be given antibiotics regularly to control infections.

Many years ago I read the ingredients by which jello is made of – animal hide. It is pulverized and is the basic ingredient – haven’t had jello since. 

But worse still, the corn acidifies a cow’s rumen, or gut, which creates the perfect environment for a particularly virulent strain of bacterium called E. coli 0157:H7. Of course, the obvious solution would be to stop feeding cows corn. But that would eat into the profits of agribusiness. So these large slaughterhouses devised a novel – and completely disgusting – way of eradicating the E. coli: They started dousing the ground beef with ammonia. Since the ammonia is “only” used in the processing, the major slaughterhouses are not obligated to list it as an ingredient.

Well, well. Isn’t this interesting. Pulverized hide is jello and corn supposedly triggers the E. coli. Not being obligated to list ammonia as an ingredient I want to believe is the workings of collusion between the industry’s lobbyists and the bureaucrats in the FDA. This explains the outbreaks of E. coli periodically. We have a criminal government.

So what can Americans do to avoid toxic hamburger meat? The easiest way is to purchase locally raised beef that comes exclusively from cows fed only on grass. This is increasingly popping up in stores across the country. If you do not have access to local farms, you can ask your local grocer or butcher to stock beef that comes from cows fed only grass. . . end of article

There is plenty of information in the internet about grass-fed cows. Just type in grass-fed cows and there are a slew of sites. Maybe I should invent a tamale-burger.

After a few days I began asking her questions about her eating pork. She couldn’t remember until later she recalled in one of her visits to Mexico she HAD eaten pork. I consulted with a few butchers and all indicated that pork was bad to eat if not cooked properly. To this day, I’m thoroughly convinced that pork killed my wife. Can you imagine what the pork industry would be faced with IF they had to warn you about possible cancer on their package label?                                                              

Think of how much death happens in our society, a result of incompetence and collusion within the bureaucracy by bribes from lobbyists. There are thousands upon thousands of products in the market place never investigated by the FDA. You must be aware of all the contaminated junk imported from China. It’s been a rude-awakening but after awhile when the dust settles its right back where it used to be. The federal government has become too big and unable to function properly.

Beside, third parties desperately trying to be recognized, the one that has the best shot to turn things around is the Tea Party movement. Never mind all the negative reporting by the communists in the media; never mind all the insults by the Chaoscrats in Congress; they feel threatened. I don’t see an immediate change unless the control is wrestled from the Chaoscrats in Congress. They have become traitors to American thinking people.

Unless we mount a united effort this coming November (Including all 3rd parties) and support those that expound constitutional government we may never have the same opportunity. What I do know is that 3rd parties will allow criminals up for reelection to win because of splitting the votes. What’s the answer? Throw out ALL Republican incumbents to be replaced by fresh constitutional thinking candidates. You’ll find them in 3rd parties and Tea Parties. But they must run under the GOP. Anything else will fail.

The U.S President takes the following Oath or Affirmation upon being sworn in:

“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

The United States Constitution is very clear when this oath is violated:

Article 2 Section 4 – U.S. Constitution:

The President, Vice President and all Civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high crimes and Misdemeanors.

There is no question the present administration is in dereliction of its constitutional duties. Obama is not the first. Elected presidents are treated like royalty and are allowed to rule like dictators at times. But when they execute policies or executive orders contrary to the law which violate the Constitution, who, what, when, may contest it?   As an example, what part did Obama play in the millions in bribes that were given to congressional people for their health care vote? Where does he get the authority to nationalize industries in the private sector? Why is he “shaking-down” BP for an extra $100 million to pay salaries to the workers affected by his closing down the oil-rigging business for 6 months?  I’d much rather have State Governors’ dispense the billions set aside to compensate those that have lost money instead of a “Czar.” I’m worried as to how much of that money will end up in Chicago.

Why can’t we have a committee with subpoena power to conduct hearings and have these rotten Chaoscrats facing a committee for a change? This is why I have recommended a “Citizens Committee” (Office of Impeachment) under the jurisdiction of the 50 States. You watch how quick we’d reform the criminal Congress. Even though this idea would never get anywhere, if I were running for office I would use it as a campaign issue – people would love it! Oh well, better stick to tamaleology.

Now the above law becomes clear. The problem is that we have criminals in Congress who will not act. The bribery in buying votes with our tax money is clearly a crime. The secret meetings (excluding the other side), in drafting legislation and inserting amendments at the very last before the actual vote is unethical behavior at its worst. There are many illegalities being committed. This is why it’s so important to throw out the Chaoscrats this coming November – it’s our last chance to stop the incompetent president and criminal Congress who are destroying America.

The reason for most of our problems with the three branches of government is because the U.S. Constitution is blatantly ignored. It seems the only time politicians mention it is to grandstand giving the appearance of knowing it. No matter though, whenever it’s spoken about, many are oblivious to its meaning. Imagine, 90% of the people have never read it. Small wonder then, there is no accountability of crimes committed by criminals in Congress. The following is a quote by a U.S. Representative regarding whether newborn of illegal parents are citizens or not. It has to do with legislation being prepared in Arizona to deny citizenship:

U.S. Representative Ed Pastor, D-Ariz., said he doubts such a move would be legal because citizenship clearly falls under the federal government’s authority. I disagree. In the same article this is what the Court said: (Arizona Republic – 6-19-2010)

The Supreme Court has maintained that the 14th Amendment grants citizenship to anybody born in the United States. Some argue that the amendment has been misinterpreted over the years and was never meant to cover the children of illegal immigrants. . . .  Clearly, the Constitution and not the federal government grants citizenship.

Being born in this country and qualifying for citizenship are two different issues. The Constitution gives the federal government the duty of regulating immigration law by setting up guidelines that will lead to citizenship and the fed is not inherently the authority for citizenship. . . I learned that from another tamale vendor.

Upon researching what it takes to sue a president it is very hard understanding all the legalese. What little I was able to understand is that the Court has sided with the presidency numerous times under the guise of “Separation of Powers.” The info I read had to do with Clinton and Nixon seeking “executive privilege” to hide their criminal acts. Nixon resigned whereas “Slick Willie” was spared by the despicable Chaoscrats in the Senate.

I don’t believe our Founding Fathers approved of ANYONE being above the law. This is why our Founding Fathers wrote the above Article 2 Sec. 4. The other problem is that many have been convinced through the years that the Supreme Court has the last say so as to what the law is. That is another blatant lie. The Court is supposed to look at the issue in question and see if it’s in harmony with what the Constitution reads. If it isn’t, it should declare it to be unconstitutional – period – and not interpret how “they” want it to read. That is known as “judicial activism.” But, as I’ve said many times before this is what happens when the three branches of government stray from their constitutional duties. It has become a lawless unconstitutional government. . . communists work 24/7

The governor of the State of Arizona has declared she will take it to court if the administration follows through with filing a suit against Arizona for SB1070. I hope the courts listen fairly instead of siding with the administration. I say this because the courts are loaded with radicals – especially the 9th District Court.

“In a government of laws, existence of government will be imperiled if it fails to observe the law scrupulously. . . If the government becomes a law-breaker it breeds contempt of the law.” (Olmstead v. U.S. (1928) 277 U.S. 438)

Do we have a Constitution or not? I say we still do. But beware:

“A Democracy (Chaoscracy) cannot exist as a permanent form of Government. It can only exist until the voters discover that they can vote themselves largesse gifts (almost 50 million on food stamps) out of the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidate promising the most benefits from the public treasury with the result that Democracy always collapses over a loose fiscal policy, always to be followed by a Dictatorship.” (Alexander Tyler – 100 years ago)

I believe the reckless spending by the Chaoscrats in charge is being done intentional and are preparing the country for an economic collapse. We are deep in debt and the spending continues. Whenever the GOP in Congress attempts to stop spending, the Chaoscrats will accuse them of being against the poor (communists tactics) Don’t forget the controlled press is part of this agenda. Why the U.S. should track Internet users.

American news outlets are beginning to realize that there are limits to free speech on the Internet, said     Qing Di and Ping Yue (Ping Pong players) in a commentary for the Beijing news service Xinhua. They used to believe that free speech was the most important value, and that only if users were anonymous could they truly speak freely. But the new sites have seen how many anonymity “has created a hot-bed for vulgar and inflammatory language.” They have now begun revising their policies to require people to use their real names when posting comments to news articles. Of course, the trend “will not be an easy sell in a country as enamored with free speech as America.” But the Americans could look to South Korea, which had a terrible problem with anonymous online slander. A few years ago, Seoul began requiring registration for Internet use. “After several years of practicing and perfecting, the South Koreans now accept it.” Americans will be next…end of article.

May as well be, we’ve been monitored by government for many years now. But I think regulating the Internet would be a hard sell – we’ll see. . .I love you, America.

When you look up the word liberal, the meaning of it at one time meant good progress for all, good government, protection of civil liberties…that is…all the good things in our country – pro-family, pro-life, respect for law and order; when the oath of office taken meant something to believe.

Through the years since the early ‘60s, unbeknown to many, the meaning of liberalism began to take a different turn. Upon reading some of John F. Kennedy’s speeches, he came across as a good liberal. He spoke about tax cuts; bringing home the troops from war; dismantling the CIA and issuing non-interest bearing U.S. notes. Unfortunately for us, the powers at be got rid of him. Liberalism became to mean big government, responsible for the loss of some freedom and liberty, became anti-family, anti-religion, anti-business. Is responsible for out of control spending; no accountability. Its unethical behavior is the same as that of a den of thieves – “the fox guarding the hen house.”

When was the last time you heard someone in the White House or Congress say something similar? All we hear is the blame game. And it works. How sad. “Forgive us America, for they not know what they do.”

Liberalism had become a dirty word and radicals replaced it with the word progressive. Either way, we are gradually being communized. The radicals in our society who dominate our institutions are behind this due to ignorance and apathy of the people. Anti-American propaganda became the norm in classrooms and the controlled media abandoned the truth by omission. This laid the ground work for the dumbing-down of America.

America was given new hope when a group of conservatives gave people a promise of better and honest government. Progressives were given a leave of absence. Everything was going along fine until promises were broken by Republicans – not the conservatives. The controlled press vilified the GOP to no end – rightfully so – they were ruling like progressives. People got so sick of it that with help from communists in the information industry the hypocrites in the GOP were thrown out. And now, because of the GOP turning their back on the American people we have the worst administration we’ve ever had. Thanks to the phony Republicans in the party. They are the ones responsible for Obama winning the presidency. Out White House has become Saturday Night Live.

The controlled press and Chaoscrats in our country have convinced many that the GOP is the Conservative Party. That is not true. CONSERVATISM IS NOT THE GOP! Bush WAS NOT a conservative. He was big-government beholden to the elite, along with Father Bush. Conservatism is an idea that made this country great. Study the many good things conservative President Reagan did. He could have done better deeds but was thwarted by the original big spenders in Congress – the Chaoscrats. The eight years of Reagan were better than most – ask any businessman. Just like today, he inherited a bad economy, worse than Obama’s but unlike today, he did something about it, instead of gutter-talk. During his rein, 20,000,000 million jobs were created (due to tax cuts) and kept our military strong, the best in the world – and respected.

The opposite of a Constitutional Republic is Chaoscracy. There is a difference. Chaoscracy (mob rule) breeds socialism, communism, liberalism, Marxism . . . etc.; it means chaos which alters, weakens – minimizes – destroys – the meaning of freedom and liberty and the rule of law. This causes people to lose integrity and respect, incentive and pride; individualism is stripped, disrespect for the rule of law is commonplace.

 The Chaoscratic Party (including some help from the GOP) has forgotten the meaning of the Declaration of Independence and the principles of the Preamble to our Constitution. They have eroded the rule of law – the U.S. Constitution. There are too many radical factions paying millions in bribes (felonies). It is impossible to satisfy all – hence the chaos in the Congress. We are witnessing the worst unconstitutional behavior by a Congress and White House.  

The Bill of Rights in the Constitution is a warranty for liberty and freedom. They are safeguards against tyranny. Every amendment is a bar against a tyrannical government – “thou shall not do this,” or  “thou shall not do that…” is the purpose. But because the communists have done such a good job of lulling the people to sleep, slowly through the years they have been chipping away, reducing our rights meaningless with help from the Chaoscrats in government. Right now, Hillary and Obama are on track to sign a treaty with the U.N. to weaken our 2^nd Amendment. The Congress is working legislation to control the radio waves to curtail our right to express ourselves – the 1^st Amendment. They also want to control the Internet. This legislation is called the Cybersecurity Act of 2009. When the Cap and Trade Energy bill becomes law they’ll be taxing the air we breathe. (carbon emissions) All the above are a danger to our country and unconstitutional. And millions of the ignorant are holding their breath waiting for the next soap-opera and sporting event. Forgive us, America.

Because of this you may be able to guess the result – A police state? A dictatorship? Totalitarianism? Communism? (we’re beyond socialism now) The present administration is taking over institutions in the private sector. NO PRESIDENT has the legal authority to force a private company to set aside an amount of money to pay for liability – that’s why we have courts. Just another example of the subversion of our three branches of government. It belongs in the Court, not the Executive. The following I got from the Wall Street Journal:

“In reality, BP has caved. Jeff Porter, head of environmental law at legal firm Mintz Levin, says he saw no requirement under any law to set this money aside. The $20 billion figure doesn’t represent a cap on liabilities and appears to have been plucked out of thin air. Moreover, the appointment of an outside administrator clouds the issue of who controls the fund.”

There is going to be a lot of fraud – like everything else the government involves itself in. This is why, if I was an shareholder in BP, I would demand that the company reverse its blunder and ask the Court to execute its separation of powers principle to stop this tyranny by the White House. This principle is what differentiated our Constitutional Republic from Democracy (now Chaoscracy) – the worst form of government.

The answer to our problems with government is in our Constitution. The 9^th and 10^th Amendments reserve anything not written in the Constitution to the people and states. The federal government has gone beyond its constitutional duties and has become criminal. And unless we demand law and order from those elected we shall lose all our freedoms and liberties. We MUST preserve our Constitution.

We are at a moment in history when we must pray for a modern-day miracle as granted by God for the faith and courage our forefathers displayed fighting the British to save our country. The moment is critical. We must reach to the ends of our souls and pray for strength and commitment needed to save America one more time from destruction within.

With all our ignorance; societal problems; a people divided; near bankruptcy; a criminal government, we haven’t lost our love and faith in you, America. God finished the world map with you and as a country you’ve given us the gift of life – freedom and liberty. Your birth certificate i.e., the United States Constitution has lived up to its promise. Contrary to what some may think, you still breathe. You deserve respect and support. Now it is our turn. We shall come to your aid in November. . . I love you, America.
